This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness.

A wide variety of contents are now provided along with the development of information appliances. The purpose of this study was to examine what should be considered to boost the quality of mobile device based e-learning contents. For this study, 12 evaluation domains and 26 evaluation items were selected using the Delphi method. The factors to be considered for mobile device based e-learning contents quality are summarized 4 factor. In other words, for the purpose of managing the quality of mobile device based e-learning contents, there exist four areas to be considered, 'foundation', 'contents', 'teaching design' and 'technology.' The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the educational contents.

Since the world entered the age called "Smart Revolution", there has also been a lot of changes in the field of education. In educational environment, there is a growing interest in smart learning based on mobile contents, with the development of Smart Devices and ubiquitous technology. This paper is about a research on what effects smart learning has on leaner side when learners make active use of mobile contents in this age of Smart Revolution. First, we embodied teaching plans for some practical classes in forms of mobile contents using M-bizmaker. After the learning process based on the embodied contents for students, we analyzed the survey results on 4 sections-their use of apps, screen composition, technical support, interactions. We also studied the results of a questionnaire on 4 sections-contents, information offering, feedback systems, learner assessment-to evaluate their satisfaction. The research suggests that learner satisfaction can be improved with smart learning based on mobile contents embodied for leaners.

This study was designed to compare the educational needs of the mothers of LBW infant and normal neonate for development of the educational program. The subjects for this study were 37 mothers of LBW and 60 mothers of normal neonate at 3 general hospitals in Seoul and Inchon. The data were collected during the period from July to November, 1996. The Educational Need for Infant Care was measuerd by questionnaire that has developed by researchers. The data were analized by descriptive statistics, non-paired t-test, ANOVA, ANCOVA using SPSS PC/sup +/. The results were as fellow : 1) The educational needs of the mothers of LBW infant were higher than the mothers of normal neonate(F=14.50, P=.000). 2) There were significant associations between the educational needs of the mothers of LBW infant and delivery history(nullipara. or multipara. ) and caregiver of postpartum(t:-2.08, P=.045 ; F=3.94, P=.0282). 3) There were significant associations between the educational needs of the mothers of normal neonate and numbers of children and caregiver of postpartum(F=5.53, P=.0064 ; F=3.22, P=.0480) .4) The educational need by content was signs, symptomes and management of disorders (i. g. cyanosis, seizure, fever, vomiting etc.) were higher than general care of baby(i. g. feeding, diaper change etc.) at two groups. In conclusion, when the nurses teaching the method of infant care to mother, there sholud be in consideration of delivery history and caregiver of postpartum. Also, its educational contents must be Included of signs, symptomes and management of disorders.

This study attempted to examine the phenomenon of information society in education by exploring pre-service teachers' use of technology. Pre-service teachers from the USA and Korea participated in the study. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect the data. The NET and ISST which are the national educational technology standards for each country were used as survey instruments. Focused interviews were conducted with 10 participants after analyzing the data for collecting more information. Based on the study results, technology is not deeply infused into education yet and the degrees of technology infusion were different in two countries. The participating pre-service teachers were not quite confident in their abilities to integrate technology into their lessons.

According to the mathematics educational practice and research about gifted children in some secondary schools in China, the paper presented some relevant problems: 1. Missing or mistaken selecting in gifted children in China. It included the limitations of identifying standard and the fault of understanding and doing in practice, administration disturbance and emotional inclination. 2. Backward traditional mathematics teaching in gifted children in China. It included lower teaching starting point, slower teaching planned speed, simpler teaching contents and so on. The paper analyzed the problems, and made enlightenment for gifted children's mathematical teaching strategies: raising starting point of contents; emphasizing essential principles and skills; using flexible teaching methods; encouraging discover and creativity and developing harmoniously psychological level and mathematical ability. As to these strategies, some detail measures were offered as well.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the interest of apparel ad-vertising direct mail(DM) and the consumers' characteristics ; like their marital state, age, educational level, expenses on clothing purchase, and rigidity. Samples were 243 women(24∼35 years of age) in the Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and discriminant analysis. The results of the study were the followings. 1. The department store sent out the most ap-parel advertising DM and the most common dis-tribution method was carrying the DM with the newspapers, 2/3 consumers paid attention to the contents of the apparel advertising DM with 'some interests'. 2. Jackets and pants were the most purchased items after seeing the apparel advertising DM. 3. The interest in the contents of the apparel advertising DM varied according to the consumers' marital state ad the expenses on cloth-ing purchase. 4. Rigidity, age, educational level, and the clothing purchase expenses contributed to discriminant the interesting or uninteresting group in DM. The accuracy rate of the predicting the groups by the 4 variables was 60.91%.

It was investigated to find the concept of the distance teaming, its characteristics and components, and to present successful strategies for the development of the GIS(Geographic Information Systems) programs for the online university. The elements of these successful strategies would be as follows. The models considered for the educational environment and characteristics, relationships between professor and student, community constructions for sharing the educational information, various courses based on the level, and linkages among various GIS programs.

In this paper, we design and implements editor for education multimedia content authoring based on avatar that use LipSynchro software development kit(SDK). This system automatically generate a movement of Avatar interworking with motion generation engine and phonetic tuning engine. thus, it is able to more excellent educational contents that combine educational multimedia contents authoring tool.

This paper suggests a multimodal interface control module which allows a student to naturally interact with educational contents in virtual environment. The suggested module recognizes a user's motion when he/she interacts with virtual environment and then conveys the user's motion to the virtual environment via wireless communication. Futhermore, a haptic actuator is incorporated into the proposed module in order to create haptic information. Due to the proposed module, a user can haptically sense the virtual object as if the virtual object is exists in real world.
