Mongolia is suffering from the inadequate capacity of medical doctors due to a poor education and training system. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effect of a clinical training program for capacity building of medical doctors in Mongolia, and to suggest an effective model for continuing professional development in developing countries. Based on the results of a needs assessment, Korean and Mongolian medical experts developed a clinical training program and trained the trainers on 32 topics regarding major clinical problems in 6 specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, neurology, and emergency medicine. Surveillance survey and pre/post-test were used on every topic to evaluate the satisfaction and achievement, respectively, of the trainees. Six months after the clinical training program, we interviewed a sample of medical professionals to evaluate the change and impact. A total of 612 (person-year) medical doctors participated in the training, and the average score for satisfaction was 7.69 out of 8. The average score of the pre-test was 46.9 out of 100, while the post-test was 82.4. After the training, the medical doctors were applying their new knowledge and skills to their practice, and using the materials as guidelines, which improved their practice and increased patient satisfaction. They also started their own training program and adopted new equipment at their hospitals. The satisfaction and achievement of the trainees were very high, and there was significant change in the medical practice, education system, and infrastructure after the training program. This training program can be an effective model for capacity building of medical doctors in developing countries.

Purpose - This study examines how employees' perception of HR department expertise affect their satisfaction of education and training. Moreover, this study explores that the HR department's communication activities moderate the main effects between satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceptions of HR department expertise and their satisfaction of education and training. Furthermore, the HR department's communication activities will strengthen this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study used the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially individual-level 2017 data. The final number of samples is 1,947 for the analyses. In addition, this study utilized a hierarchical regression model with SPSS program. Finding - The results analyzed with the hierarchical regression model showed that the perceptions of HR department expertise had a positive relationship with satisfaction of provided educational and training. In addition, the HR department's communication activities moderated the relationship between perception of HR department expertise and satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Research implications or Originality - This study suggests academic and practical implications for future research in the human resource development filed by clarifying the critical factors to increase employees' satisfaction and transferability of education and training.

In this research, new conceptual model is being established to advocate a hypothesis during the hands-on to guarantee an effectiveness of the training with a scientific procedures and techniques under the management of KCTC training system. From this, current requirements of facilitator's qualifications and technical standards can be correspond with educate and their individual characteristics. Establishing education model basis will increase facilitator's training and conservatism in the representative KCTC training operative as the actual fight; contribute to effective training procedures. Like this model, it can be flexibly applied to the units in armies' actual training in circumstantial situations other than KCTC training; also can be applicable in many quarters.

본 연구는 2006년 부산광역시 선도기업을 대상으로 하여 교육훈련비가 기업의 노동생산성에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대해 1999~2008년의 기업자료를 사용하여 고정효과모형 및 2SLS방법에 의해 실증분석한 논문이다. 1인당 교육훈련비로 측정한 교육훈련은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 기업의 노동생산성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육훈련의 효과성은 모든 기업에 동일하게 나타난다고 하기 보다는 기업특성에 따라 그 효과성에 차이가 존재할 개연성이 크므로 기업특성(기업규모, 산업분류)에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과, 대기업과 중소기업으로 구분한 기업규모는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 발견하지 못하였다. 반면에 산업분류와 관련한 분석에서는 서비스산업의 교육훈련 효과성이 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 타 산업에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 서비스산업에서의 교육훈련 프로그램의 보완이 시급하며 정책적인 지원을 통한 교육훈련분야의 다양화가 요구되는 근거가 된다고 할 수 있다.

This paper summarizes an education and training system for the auto-reclosing of power transmission system using a real time digital simulator. The system is developed to understand the principle of reclosing and the sequence of automatic reclosing schemes, and practice the effects of reclosing actions to power system in real-time simulator. This study is concentrated into the following two parts. One is the development of real time education and training system of automatic reclosing schemes. For this, we use the RTDS(real time digital simulator) and the actual digital protective relay. The mathematical relay model of RTDS and the actual distance relay which is equipped automatic reclosing function are also used. The other is the user friendly interface between trainee and trainer. The various interface displays are used for user handing and result display. The conditions of automatic reclosing which is a number of reclosing, reclosing dead time, reset time, and so on, can be changed by the user interface panel. A number of scenario cases are reserved for the education and training. Through the test, we verified that the proposed system can be effectively used to accomplish the education and training of automatic reclosing.

This paper is to inquiry into the conceptual model of religious education in school curriculum focused on 7th revised curriculum, subject matter and teacher training system. We have to consider the related variables for the operation of school curriculum: student, school, teacher. In school curricula of Korea, religious education can be practiced as a elective course of subject, discretion activity and special activity, latent curriculum etc. And also it should be considered student's right of option and autonomy of private school, because at least those are the important variables effect upon the religious education in school curriculum. Now I'd like to abstract results of this paper as followed. First, it should be considered student's right of option for religious education in private school curriculum. But at this case, also under the name of education it should be justified precondition of purpose, content, approach method. If not, it easy to access to pejorative meaning as a religious indoctrination. Second, in case of conflict between student and school, I think that a proper method is to adjust the related variables. Third, if the purpose of religious education in school based on religiosity, it can be cover the understanding of religious culture, affectionate domain of religiosity, behavioral religiosity. Finally, in order to accomplish such an conceptual model of religious education in school, it should be set a condition for teacher training system, subject matter etc.

This study is plan to show what kinds of problems we have and how we can overcome problems about occupational safety and health education and training system in Korea, Some features which advanced countries had were found and characterized as follows; First, advanced countries realized the importance of safety and health education on the role of preventing accident and they had varieties of training and education programs on the industrial safety and health for employer and worker. Second, there were many safety and health education programs and grants which especially focused to the small businesses. Third, they had also several programs to induce employer and worker's concerning about the safety and health education voluntarily, In conclusion, we introduced some inducing models, and proposed to revise contents of the education programs and to increase participation of other parties in safety and health education market so that could vitalize our safety and health education and training.

Current research intended to measure the spillovers of education and on-the-job training to enhance sustainable economic development. Consideration of research and development expenditures for on-the-job training expands the impact of education and, thus, may provide spillovers for Pakistan's economic growth. The primary focus of this research is to look at the combined impact of education and research and development spending as value-added variables for sustainable growth. The econometric study uses data from a variety of sources, including the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the Pakistan Economic Survey, and world development indices. The secondary annual time series data from 1976 to 2019 are analyzed. To adequately estimate the empirical model, ARDL has been used while the presence of the unit root has been tested using the ADF test. The findings show that education, research, and development all contribute to all-inclusive, sustainable economic growth. Labor and capital, among other traditional components, continue to be the backbone of the development process. Still, the spillover effect is much enhanced with the expansion in education and the on-job training in the form of research and development expenditures. Consequently, the introduction of research and development in education will lead to a sustainable and inclusive economy.

컴퓨터 관련 산업의 발전과 함께 컴퓨터를 이용한 교육의 향상도 같이 이루어지고 있으며, 그 중에서 가상 훈련(Virtual Training, VT)은 가장 주목 받고 있는 미래형 교육 매체 중 하나이다. 이러한 추세에 따라 많은 양의 가상 훈련용 3D 모델들이 개발되고 있으나, 이들을 통합적으로 관리하여 재사용을 편리하게 하는 시스템에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 3D 모델들을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 컨텐츠 저작도구들에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 모델 형식에 대해 조사하며, 중앙 서버에 저장하는 방법에 대해 연구한다. 3D 모델을 저장하기에 알맞은 DB 구조를 설계하고, 모델을 검색하고 인출하기 편한 방법에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서 개발된 관리 시스템 소프트웨어를 통해 3D 모델의 재사용이 촉진될 것이 기대된다.

Grey-level statistical models have been widely used in many applications for object location and identification. However, conventional models yield some problems in model refinement when training images are not properly aligned, and have difficulties for real-time recognition of arbitrarily rotated models. This paper presents improved grey-level statistical models that align training images using image or feature matching to overcome problems in model refinement of conventional models, and that enable real-time recognition of arbitrarily rotated objects using efficient hierarchical search methods. Edges or features extracted from a mean training image are used for accurate alignment of models in the search image. On the aligned position and orientation, fitness measure based on grey-level statistical models is computed for object recognition. It is demonstrated in various experiments in PCB inspection that proposed methods are superior to conventional methods in recognition accuracy and speed.
