Tension and self-control are explanatory factors in adolescent delinquency, and internet addiction and anonymity are regarded as factors underlying cyber deviation. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationships between these factors and cyber deviation. Participants were 485 middle and high school students in the Jeonbuk region. The results showed that tension and self-control were predictors of cyber deviation and that internet addiction was a mediating variable for both the predictors. Anonymity was found to have a mediating role, but only in respect of the tension-cyber deviation pathway. These findings suggested a number of implications. Firstly, the educational programs on cyber deviation should be different from the existing deviation prevention programs. Secondly, measures to prevent internet addiction are needed for the effective prevention of cyber deviation. Lastly, the finding of a relationship between anonymity and cyber deviation indicates the need to adopt a long-term perspective drawing on values education techniques to develop a code of cyber space ethics for "netizens".

본 논문은 초등학생들의 정보윤리의식 향상을 위해 학습자 중심의 내러티브 학습자료를 제작하고 효과성을 검증한 것이다. 정보화 사회에 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있는 컴퓨터 및 인터넷의 부정적 영향은 많은 관심에도 불구하고 학교 교육에서는 여전히 어려움으로 남아있다. 적절한 교육내용과 방법의 부재가 그 원인이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 초등학생 대상의 정보통신윤리교육 내용을 선정하고 학습자들의 생활 경험에 기초한 내러티브 학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 학습과정에서 주어진 상황에 대한 해결책을 모색하기 위한 토론과 탐구의 과정을 거치도록 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 내러티브 학습 프로그램은 학생들의 정보통신윤리의식 향상에 긍정적 효과를 보여 주었다.

This study is to examine how big data collects user's information and is used; the status quo of exposures of user's information, and various measures of self-control by the user. This study is also to look their ethical issues and discuss problems of privacy concerning big data. As a way for users to self-control their information, they need to check the log-in state of web portal sites and set up their account so that customized advertisement and location information cannot be tracked. When posting a blog, the value of posting should be controlled. When becoming a member of a web site, users must check the access terms before agreement and beware of chained agreements and/or membership joins in order to control the exposure of their personal information. To prevent information abuse through big data through which user's information is collected and analyzed, all users must have the right to control, block or allow personal information. For an individual to have the right to control over his information, users must understand the concept of user's information and practice ethics accompanied by newly given roles in the Internet space, which will lead to the establishment of the sound and mature information society on the Internet.

The purpose of this study is to find the exact state of cyberbullying and the countermeasure for it. cyberbullying is characterized by having the wideness, the anonymity and the intellectualization unlike the harassment of off-line. The result of this study, the cyberbullying is increased through the e-mail, cellular phone, and website around the teenagers. In particular, the cyberbullying has appeared mainly among the same age friends, it is proved that injurers inflict the harassment mainly at their own place and the ratio of the harassment by one self is higher than many. In addition, it is quite probable that the injurer-student who inflicts the harassment in off-line also can do it in on-line and to attack the cyberbullying is easy to find by the student who is indulged himself in internet use. Therefore, it is presented that the countermeasure in educational side and systematic side on this study. First on the educational side, there are presented the practice of the preventive education against the cyberbullying, expansion of the preventive schools for the cyber ethics and cyber crime and strengthening of the guideline for students in cyberspace. Second on the systematic side, there are presented the appointment of various committee, to strengthen the protection of damaged students, preparation of laws for cyberbullying, expansion of information office for internet addiction, improvement of the system for the school custodian and to extend the operating for cyber clearness school.

인터넷 중독에 대한 예방 및 처방을 위한 법적, 기술적인 대응이 한계에 부딪치면서 이에 대한 대응책으로 교육적인 방법이 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 중독을 예방하고 정보통신윤리 함양을 위한 교육방법으로 사이버 모의재판 시스템의 적용을 제안하고자 한다. 모의재판 시스템은 공개재판과 비공개재판을 할 수 있도록 되어있고, 사이버 반성실을 통하여 재판과정과 재판결과에 대하여 토론할 수 있게 구현되었다. 사이버 모의 재판을 통한 학습이 인터넷 중독 예방 및 처방에 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위해, 수업준비도, 수업참여도, 수업흥미도, 수업의 효과성으로 구분하여 설문하고 분석하였다.

In this study, the Korean alternative school teachers' perceptions of ecocentric environmental education were surveyed. A total of 80 teachers from 42 alternative schools across the nation answered to the survey. The results were as follows. Teachers were found to have a lot of interest in environmental issues and to practice some environmental actions inside and outside school. Over sixty percent teachers agreed with the ecocentric philosophy of environmental education. The most two important issues among 11 environmental education contents for teachers were "natural environment" and "environmental ethics". Teachers used and preferred "field work" for teaching environmental issues, and got teaching materials mostly from the internet. However, many of them were not satisfied with environmental activity in their schools because of their lack of professionalism. They had not enough experience of professional development for environmental education, and strongly wanted to learn about field work.

최근 인터넷을 사용하연령대가 점점 낮아지고 있어 긍정적인 부분보다 부정적인 측면으로 중독 요인에 대하여 분석하고 인터넷 중독예방을 미연에 방지하기 위해 초등학교 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성과 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 정보통신 윤리교재 개발과 교사 연수 등이 실시되고 있으나 교사와 학부모 대다수는 학교, 사회, 가정에서 정보통신 윤리교육이 매우 미흡하다고 보고 있다. 인터넷의 이용은 교육적 활용에 따라 많은 가치를 지니고 있는 반면 불건전 정보의 유통, 게임 통신 중독, 정보의 오 남용 등의 정보화의 역기능 또한 가지고 있다. 학생의 올바른 정보통신윤리 교육을 위해 설문 조사를 실시하고, 관련연구와 설문결과를 바탕으로 초등학생을 대상으로 한 인터넷 게임 중독 예방을 위한 정보통신윤리교육의 체계적인 교육 내용과 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 인터넷을 사용하는 연령대가 점점 낮아지고 있어 초등학교 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성과 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 정보통신 윤리 교재 개발과 교사 연수 등이 실시되고 있으나 교사와 학부모 대다수는 학교, 사회, 가정에서 정보통신 윤리교육이 매우 미흡하다고 보고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 정보통신 윤리교육을 위해 초등학생의 정보통신 윤리의식 수준을 진단하고, 학생뿐만 아니라 교사와 학부모에게도 진단에 따른 적절한 처방을 제시함으로써 학생 개개인의 수준에 맞는 정보통신 윤리교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 시스템을 개발하여 적용하였다. 적용한 결과 학생은 자신의 정보통신 윤리의식 수준을 자각할 수 있었고, 스스로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 정보를 제공받았다. 교사와 학부모는 학생의 의식 수준을 파악하여 그에 따른 다양한 지도 자료와 방법을 안내받음으로써 효율적인 정보통신 윤리교육을 할 수 있는 계기가 되었다.

본 연구에서는 코로나19 이후 교육현장에 본격적으로 투입되고 있는 에듀테크의 모습을 4차산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 살펴보았다. 4차산업혁명 시대에 ICT를 적극적으로 활용한 스마트 스티의 인프라, 데이터, 서비스는 스마트교육을 구현하는 주축이 되었다. 특히 스마트교육은 이러닝, 스마트러닝, 에듀테크를 통해 구현되고 있으며, 이러한 기저에는 인터넷과 컴퓨터의 확대 및 활용, 스마트 기기의 보급, 빅데이터를 활용한 소프트웨어 기반을 통해 가능하게 되었다. 이를 토대로 에듀테크는 인공지능을 기반으로 학습자 개별 맞춤형, 안전한 생활을 위한 방역안전망, 학습안전망, 돌봄안전망을 구축을 통해 구현되고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 이와 같은 빅데이터를 활용한 에듀테크 교육이 모두를 위한 담론이 되기 위해서는 에듀테크의 활용과 적용에 있어 인공지능과 윤리에 대한 숙고가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of safety perception, ethical awareness, and safety activities of nursing students for patients, and to identify the correlation and impact between them. The research design is a descriptive survey study, and the subject of the study were 197 nursing college students in G City. Safety perception, ethical awareness, and safety activity tools were used for, and the data collection period was from October 17 to 28 in 2022. T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression analysis were used to analyze data. The result of the study indicated that the average level of safety perception of nursing students was 3.72 points, the average ethical awareness of patients, professional work, and cooperators perceived by nursing students was 3.04 points, and the safety activities of nursing students were 4.20 points. In the case of safety awareness and ethics awareness, r=.327, a significant positive correlation, in the case of safety awareness and safety activities, r=.399, significant positive correlation, ethics awareness and safety activities as r=.296. And so on these results showed that high safety perception increases safety activities, and high ethical awareness increases safety activities. Therefore, we need practical and step-by-step convergence education to equip nursing students with patient safety nursing capabilities. To this end, a safer environment will be created if the social support network for the systematic application of safety education is well formed.
