1988년(年) 현재(現在), 일본(日本)에서 도서관(圖書館) 정보학(情報學)의 교육(敎育)을 실시(實施)하고 있는 기관(機關)은 총(總) 277기관(機關)으로, 그중 대부분(大部分)은 도서관법(圖書館法) 시행규칙(施行規則)에 의한 19단위(單位)의 사서교육과정(司書敎育課程)을 제공(提供)하고 있는 상황(狀況)이다. 본고(本稿)에서는 일본(日本)의 도서관(圖書館) 정보학(情報學) 교육(敎育)의 발전과정(發展過程)과 현황(現況)을 살펴보고 각(各) 종류별(種類別)로 시행(施行)되고 있는 교육기관(敎育機關)의 교육과목(敎育科目)을 분석(分析)하고, 또한 도서관(圖書館) 정보학(情報學)의 교육담당자(敎育擔當者)에 대(對)해서도 분석(分析) 고찰(考察)하였다. 끝으로 현재(現在) 일본(日本)의 도서관(圖書館) 정보학(情報學) 교육(敎育)이 당면(當面)하고 있는 몇가지 문제점(問題點)을 지적(指摘)하고, 앞으로의 과제(課題) 및 장래(將來)를 전망(展望)하여 보았다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of innovative culture in early childhood education institutions on the relationship between teachers' civic consciousness and actions for building a community in order to obtain methodological information for implementation at a time when the need to build an education community has been raised. Methods: The data were collected through 275 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers Then, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression were conducted. Results: All three variables civic consciousness, innovative culture, and actions for building a community showed a significant positive correlation. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of innovation culture, it was found that the indirect effect of teachers' civic consciousness on the actions for building a community through the innovative culture was found to be statistically significant. Conclusion/Implications: This study was found that it is important to strengthen the teacher's civic consciousness and to create an innovative culture of early childhood education institutions in order to promote actions for building an educational community of teachers. This study is meaningful in that it provided implications for the direction of teacher education and formation of an innovative culture in early childhood education institutions for the purpose building an educational community.

The article is assigned to a prelude to the joke of effective pedagogical technologies in professional education in the minds of її continuity. Analyzed the definitions "innovation", "technology", "pedagogical technology", "Innovation pedagogical technology". Blocks have been added, which are stored in innovation processes in the light. The significant role of innovation in education is stated. Presented warehouses pedagogical technologies: conceptual, conceptual-processual and professional. The purpose of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of vocational education institutions has been clarified. The reasons for finding and implementing innovative pedagogical technologies in education are analyzed.

The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education plays a crucial role in education in Ukraine, as an independent entity creates and ensures quality standards of higher education, which allow to properly implement the educational policy of the state, develop the economy and society as a whole. The purpose of the article: to reveal the crucial role of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to create quality management of higher education institutions, to show its mechanism as an independent entity that creates and ensures quality standards of higher education. and society as a whole. The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication. The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.

A curriculum is a measure of how high level of knowledge is educated to students affiliated to university institutions, and is used as an indicator evaluating usefulness of the university institutions. For this reason, Designing and assessing curricula is a critical to high education institutions. However, in the case of development and quality assessment of a curriculum with a traditional way, finding a right curriculum which a designer intends is a time consuming and error-prone process. Therefore, in order to improve these problems, we propose the curriculum design engine using SES (System Entity Structure) / DEVS (Discrete Event System Specification) Framework in this paper. The SES describes all possible combination of curricula for students. The DEVS framework provides a simulation environment for models created from the SES by the students. The proposed engine will show appropriate curricula for students after a simulator appropriately filters students' requirement, according to conditions.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

Objectives: This study identified the general characteristics of asbestos inspection/analysis laboratories in Korea and confirmed the actual situations in terms of technical aspects from these characteristics. In addition, given the background of the current problem, it offers preliminary data for determining future plans for improvement. Methods: A questionnaire was developed and distributed to the asbestos inspection/analysis laboratories that used the ISO/IEC 17025 for asbestos sampling and testing by UKAS(United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and the Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme(KOLAS). A total of 202 institutions in Korea were selected for the study and 145(71.8%) questionnaires were returned. Results: The number of personnel of the surveyed institutions averaged $4.2{\pm}2$ and 79.3% operated with less than five persons. In terms of education, the capital and other densely populated areas showed a high level of education(p<0.05). The level of education and facilities were determined by the magnitude of the institution(p<0.05). Institutions managed by highly educated directors were well-stocked with education and facilities(p<0.05). Institutions which had directors with considerable experiences received high scores overall and in particular higher scores in terms of education and facilities(p<0.05). At the level of the bottom five percent, the factor of education was 40.4% while the factor of measurement 49%, the factor of analysis 59%, the factor of facilities 61%, and the factor of survey 81%, respectively. Conclusions: To improve the quality of the institutions, in the short term, the problems identified in this study can be used to revise the related regulations. In the long term, a grading system of survey institutions needs to be established through the introduction of an accreditation system. However, the ongoing support of a government agency is required, including holding seminars and open education, suggesting guidelines for operation of asbestos inspection/analysis labs, and other means.

본 연구는 미술영재교육과정 평가준거에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로, 영재교육기관 유형에 따라 미술영재교육과정 평가준거에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 영재교육기관을 시도교육청 운영 영재교육원, 지역공동 영재학급, 단위학교 영재학급의 세 유형으로 구분하고 각 기관의 교사들을 면담하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상황평가준거들 중 3개의 평가준거에 대해서 문제점이 제기되었고, 특히 '운영인력의 전문성'과 '자문위원회 활용'의 경우 영재교육기관 유형에 따라 교사들의 의견이 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 투입평가준거들 중 13개의 평가준거에 대해서 문제점이 제기되었고, 특히 '교육 지원 인력 확보', '교구 및 자료 제공'의 경우 영재교육기관 유형에 따라 교사들의 의견이 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 과정평가준거들 중 2개의 평가준거에 대해서 문제점이 제기되었고, 특히 '교강사 전문성 신장 노력'의 경우는 영재교육기관에 따라 교사들의 의견이 다르게 나타났다. 넷째, 성과평가준거들 중 4개의 평가준거에 대해 문제점이 제기되었고, 특히 '차년도 예산 확보 계획'의 경우는 영재교육기관 유형에 따라 교사들의 의견이 다르게 나타났다. 연구결과에 근거하여 국가적 수준에서 영재교육과정 평가준거를 개발하고 이를 현장에 적용하기 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the educational service quality of lifelong education institutions on the job preparation behavior of adult learners, and to suggest important factors that enhance the job preparation behavior of adult learners and ways to contribute to the improvement of educational service quality. Methods: In this study, 260 adult learners using lifelong educational institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 as a study sample. Results: First, lecturer expertise, educational environment, educational programs, and administrative services of instructors, which are sub-factors of educational service quality, were all adopted as positive (+) influences on educational satisfaction. Second, the lecturer expertise and educational programs were adopted due to the positive (+) effect on job search efficacy, but the educational environment and administrative services were rejected. Third, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job search efficacy. Fourth, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job preparation behavior. Fifth, job search efficacy was adopted as a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it suggests that educational satisfaction and job search efficacy are important variables for adult learners using lifelong education institutions, and provides basic data on variables necessary to increase their job effectiveness in a rapidly changing job environment.

본 연구는 교육지원청의 기록관리 기관평가에 대한 문제점을 살펴보고 개선방안을 제시하고자 문헌연구, 설문조사, 심층면담을 수행하였다. 전국 교육지원청 176개 기관의 기록관리 업무담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시(응답율 52.8%)하고 심층면담에 동의한 15개 기관의 기록물관리전문요원과 면담을 진행하였다. 설문 및 면담 분석 결과를 바탕으로 국가기록원 기록관리 기관평가 업무담당자와 면담을 진행한 후, 이를 종합하여 도출된 개선방안을 평가 환경, 평가 주체, 평가 제도적 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기관 유형별 특수성을 반영한 기록관리 기관평가를 시행하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
