우리나라대학의 학교보건관리에 관한 실태조사 (A Study on the School Health Services in the Universities, Colleges and Junior Colleges)

  • The present study is to provide information for the improvement of school health services through research on the current condition of its organization and practice in universities, colleges and junior colleges. The scope of this study is consisted of four components including health organizations/units, school health services, environmental sanitation and health education for the 30 universities, the 20 colleges and the 32 junior colleges in Korea. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) Among the sampled schools, around 73% of them have the health service organization/unit. When we break down health service organization/unit into the types by the level of school, around 73% of the universities have formal organization called "health center" and 20.0% of them have an informal organization called "health room". For the colleges level, 30.0% of them have the "health center" and 40.0% of them have the "health room". The figure of junior colleges is a quite different from universities and colleges, 56.3% of junior colleges have the "health room" only but the other have no service organization at all. (2) It was found that only 22.0% of 82 schools have the health committee for the school health services. It might be necessary to have a kind of expert committee to establish an annual health service program, budget and health policy in the school. (3) Approximately 29% of those schools having formal health organizations/units appointed directors as a medical persons. 13.4% of the sampled schools are appointed doctors (including the dentists) at health service organization/unit, 9.8% are appointed pharmacist and 65.9% are appointed nurses. Therefore, the data imply that the school health services are depending mainly on nurses. (4) The major activities of school health services are covering primary medical care (84.1%), health counseling (72.0%), physical examination (68.3%), vaccination (58.5%), tuberculosis control (54.9%), parasite control (29.3%) and dental health case(9.8%). Also 69.5% of the schools have the program on the environmental sanitation and the health education program. (5) In regard to health budget taking account of 34 schools, approximately 92% of them have less than 5,000 won per students and only 8.8% of them have more 10,000 won per students. At the average health budget per students is 4089.8 won in universities, 1617.1 won in colleges and 475.0 won in junior colleges. (6) The students enjoy the benifit of medical insurance at 11.0% of 82 schools surveyed. They are all universities. (7) The study found that 56 universities, colleges and junior colleges provide the annual physical examination. Only 21.4% of them have provided it for all students and school employees. (8) 64.3% of the 56 schools surveyed keep a record of the regular physical examinations. Records must be utilized as the basic data for the evaluation of the student's health condition and so the individual student is encouraged to take care of his own health. (9) At the 59 schools which practice health counseling, the main concerns of the counsellees are venereal disease, tuberculosis and psychoneurosis. This shows the need to practice health education in the area of preventive medicine. (10) 69.5% of the 82 universities, colleges and junior colleges surveyed are concerned with supervision of the environmental sanitation in their school, but non-professionals are in charge at 70.1% of them. This indicates negligence in environmental sanitation. (11) 53.7% of the 82 schools responded that they have no special instructive measure for the students' health and 54.9% are found to be negative in the use of a health education method. This reveals a problem. They are not positive to the recognition of their function as the initiative organization for the students' health. (12) The supplementary education for the faculty of the school health services is executed only at 8.5% of all the schools surveyed.

고령층 정보화 교육 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Information Education for the Elderly)

  • The ability to use and utilize information technology devices in the knowledge-based society shows many differences in terms of quality of life. However, in the case of the elderly, the elderly suffer difficulties in acquiring information technology due to their aging characteristics, so they can not easily adapt to rapidly changing societies. Therefore, it is becoming more and more important to educate the elderly who are trying to adapt to the new environment of knowledge-based society. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the previous researches of the researchers related to the elderly informatization education and the report of the actual situation of the digital divide of the government, and identified the problems and suggested ways to activate the effective education for the aged. The following suggestions are made to activate information education. First, there is a need for systematic promotion and professional counseling on the need for information education for the elderly learners. Second, the development of various curriculum that can be used in real life. Third, development of customized learning materials. etc. Fourth, Obtain a professional lecturer for the elderly. It is limited to lecturers who have completed teaching and learning methods that reflect the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, the introduction of qualification certification system that can measure the level of informatization of the elderly learners. Sixth, building e-learning system for elderly people. Seventh, to establish a new organization dedicated solely to information education for the elderly. When these parts are realized, it will help elderly people to improve their quality of life through alleviation of solitude and alienation.

Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Libraries for The Visually Impaired in Nigeria: Alternative Format Use and Perception of Information Services

  • Nigeria's non-government organization (NGO) libraries for the visually impaired has over the years been at the forefront of information services provision to persons with visual impairment. This study adopted a survey research design to investigate use of alternative formats and perceptions of information services to the visually impaired, focusing on two purposively chosen NGO libraries for the visually impaired in Nigeria. Using a complete enumeration approach, data were gathered from 180 users of the libraries through the use of a structured questionnaire with a reliability score (${\alpha}=0.74$). Data from 112 (62.2%) of the 180 administered copies of a questionnaire that were retrieved were analysed. The study found that Braille materials had a high level of utilization ($\bar{x}=4.46$) and were the most frequently utilized (90.9%). Perception of information services by the visually impaired was positive while use of alternative formats was significantly and positively related to users' perception of information services (r = .041; p < 0.05). The study recommends improved transcription and investment in alternative formats and in e-resources. It also recommends collaborations to widen access as well as constant evaluation of services.

정보보안 역할 스트레스가 자기 결정성을 통해 준수 의도에 미치는 영향: 개인조직 적합성의 조절 효과 (The Effect on the IS Role Stress on the IS Compliance Intention Through IS Self-determination: Focusing on the Moderation of Person-organization Fit)

  • 정보자산 보호가 조직의 중요한 관리 요인으로 인식되면서, 조직들은 정보보안 정책 및 기술 도입을 위한 투자를 높이고 있다. 하지만, 엄격한 정보보안의 적용은 조직원에게 스트레스를 통해 미준수 행동을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 역할 강화로 인해 형성된 조직원의 스트레스가 자기결정성을 통해 준수 의도에 미치는 매커니즘을 제시하고, 개인조직 적합성을 통해 준수 의도 강화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구는 정보보안 정책을 도입한 기업에 근무하는 조직원을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 하였으며, 475개의 표본을 활용하여 가설검증을 하였다. 첫째, 구조방정식 모형을 적용한 주효과 분석 결과는 역할 스트레스가 자기결정성을 감소하여 준수 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, Process 3.1을 적용한 조절 효과 분석 결과는 개인조직 적합성이 자율성, 관계성이 준수 의도에 미치는 영향을 강화하였다. 연구는 조직원의 정보보안 스트레스, 행동 동기의 영향을 확인함으로써, 조직 내부의 정보보안 목표달성 방향을 제언한 측면에서 시사점을 가진다.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose consumer policy related to the protection of personal information on the basis of regulations and laws in the developed countries. From this study, implications for the protection consumer privacy are discussed as follows. First, Consumer education is needed to enhance consumers'knowledge on their privacy right and this should be done not only by private consumer organization but also by businesses. Second, Businesses should realize ethical responsibilities of consumers'privacy right when they use personal information by databasemarketing. Finally, Government should establish a privacy law concerning both public and private sectors.

개인정보 보호를 위한 조직구성과 관리체계에 관한 표준화 모델링 (The Standardization Modeling concerning Organizational Composition and a Management System for the Protection of Personal Information)

  • Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.

  • 조직의 정보 자원에 대한 체계적인 관리의 필요성이 제기되면서, 조직들은 정보보안 투자를 높이고 있다. 정보 노출 사고는 단 한 건의 실수로 발생할 수 있으므로, 내부자까지 정보보안 준수가 요구된다. 본 연구는 내부의 보안 목표 수준을 높이는 것을 목적으로, 보안정책 목표 공유와 개인의 가치 인식, 그리고 적합성이 내부자의 준수 의도에 미치는 영향을 제시하였다. 조직 행동 및 보안 분야의 선행연구를 기반으로 연구 가설을 제시하였으며, 366건의 표본을 활용하여 가설 검정을 하였다. 결과적으로, 정보보안 정책 목표 공유가 조직원의 정책에 대한 가치 인식을 높여 준수 의도로 연계되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 개인-조직 적합성과 요구-능력 적합성이 준수 의도 관련 선행 요인들과 조절 효과를 가졌다. 연구 결과는 조직 환경과 조직원 가치, 그리고 적합성 관점에서 보안 목표 달성을 위한 조건을 제시하여, 조직의 보안 수준을 유지하는 방안을 제시한다.

캄보디아 대학생의 대학생활 경험이 학업성취에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of College Life Experiences on Academic Achievement in Cambodia)

  • 본 연구에서는 캄보디아 대학생의 학업성취 수준과 대학생활 경험 수준을 살펴보고, 대학생활 경험이 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 캄보디아 프놈펜에 소재한 대학(5개교)의 재학생 524명을 대상으로 '대학생 경험 척도(College Student Experiences Questionnaire; CSEQ)' 문항을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료의 분석에는 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생의 '컴퓨터 및 인터넷 이용(Computer and Information Technology)', '교과목학습(Course Learning)', '동아리 및 학생모임(Club and Organization)' 경험이 학업성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주요 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도출한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학은 학생들이 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 용이하게 활용할 수 있도록 관련 인프라의 구축을 확대할 필요가 있고, 학생들의 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technologies; ICT) 소양을 함양할 수 있는 관련 프로그램을 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 대학 강의의 질을 향상시키고자 하는 대학 차원의 노력이 필요하다. 마지막으로 학생들의 동아리 및 학생모임에의 참여가 학업성취의 향상과 연계될 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

  • This plan is referred about linking the department of data processing at Pusan commercial high school with the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology. The effect of this plan is a protection the extravagance by mutual overlaping the quality of education and inspiration the student's will to study by organization education. This research is performed by the purpose of orgarnizing & lingking curriculums and developing plan of management. After mutual comparise and analyze the 1999's curriculm of the department of data prove ssing at pusan commercial high school and the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology, and receive the holding processor's opinion that based on the aim of management information and direction of employment guidance. The model of curriculum is established like this table. Prepared curriculum model is prepared like this.

텍스트마이닝 분석을 활용한 SNS 데이터 기반의 정보교육의 동향 분석 연구 (A Trend Analysis of Computer Education based on SNS Data through Data Mining Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 SNS 데이터를 수집하고 토픽모델링기법으로 분석하여 SW교육과 AI교육에 대한 키워드와 토픽을 도출하여 시사점을 살펴보고자 하였다. SNS 데이터 분석을 통해 SW교육에 대해서 인재양성 및 전국민 SW교육에 대한 내용과 학교현장에서의 수업설계 및 교수학습방법에 대한 내용이 관심이 높음을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 초등학교에서부터 별도의 교과를 통해 SW교육이 실시되어야 하며, 이는 AI교육에 대한 분석결과에서 정보교과를 토대로 위계를 고려한 교과편성 및 운영이 필요하다는 의견과 일치되었다. AI교육은 새롭게 도입되는 영역으로 현장학교의 지원이 필요하다는 의견이 있었으며, AI인재양성을 위해 대학교육에서도 추진되어야 함을 살펴볼 수 있었다. SNS 데이터 분석을 통해 살펴볼 수 있는 SW교육과 AI교육에 대한 동향은 결국 정보교육의 내실있는 운영과 교육과정 편성으로 귀결된다고 할 수 있으며 이는 국가수준교육과정 편성에 대한 시사점을 내포한다고 할 수 있다.
