온라인 창의성 교육에 있어 학습 환경과 교육 프로그램의 특성에 관한 실증연구 (Experimental Investigation of the Effects of Learning Environment and The Nature of Educational Program on the Outcome of Creativity Training)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of computer-based creativity training. Four groups of vocational high school students totaling 151 were used as experimental subjects. Two dimensions of treatment were designed. One treatment dimension is the use of computer medium in education: computer based vs. paper-pencil setting of education. The second treatment dimension is the method of creativity training: technique-oriented training program vs. factor-oriented training program. Both a pretest and a post-test were administered to all participated students. The tests were composed of a Creative Figural Test and a Creative Product Test. After the pretest 8 sessions of creative training were delivered as intended in the design of the experiment. The Dost-test was arranged a week after the completion of the training sessions. The results of the study include: First, all the 4 groups showed certain amount of improvements in their scores of Creative Figural Test, while no improvements was observed in the creative product test score. Second, the technique-oriented creativity training was more effective than the factor-oriented under the context of computer-based education, and the factor-oriented training was more effective in the paper-pencil setting. The results suggest that different pedagogical approaches should be employed for computer-based training as compared to the paper-pencil education.

  • The purpose of the study is to improve in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers informative and professional presentation. The sensible solution to this problem is to analyze about the opinion of in-service fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers about Certification Training Program during 10 years. We provide the suggestion about the coming certification training program that satisfy the need of the trainee and that can be effectively applied into practical teaching movement in school. According to these conclusion, it is estimated that in-service fisheries & marine teacher don't have the negative view of certification training program. By the way Combination subject education program was significantly improved by developing the program on the basis of the fisheries & shipping affiliate teachers' opinion.

인턴수련제도 폐지에 따른 기본의학교육-졸업 후 의학교육의 변화 (The Change of Basic and Postgraduate Medical Education after Intern Training System Dismantling)

  • This study aimed to review the expected changes in the medical educational environment and to evaluate approaches to coping with the abolition of the postgraduate intern training system. It is expected that after the intern training system is dismantled, postgraduate medical students will be deprived of the opportunity to practice opportunity for clinical practice and to inquire into their medical specialization. Therefore, major improvements in the clinical education curriculum must be made so that students can do so through the clinical education program. Offering students the opportunity to perform clinical practice through the clinical education program might require a revision in the laws and regulations on clinical education as well as the standardization of the clinical education curriculum in line with international practices. Reform measures to provide students the opportunity to inquire their specializations might be the introduction of a medical curriculum containing diverse fields and the establishment of a matching program to assign medical students to their residency programs after medical school. Finally, the fact that the basic concern of postgraduate medical education is the cultivation of primary care physicians must not be forgotten even after the dismantling of the postgraduate intern training system.

교수임상연수 프로그램의 만족도와 교수효능감과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Satisfaction of a Clinical Training Program for Nursing Faculty and Teaching Efficacy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of satisfaction of the clinical training program and teaching efficacy and their relationships among nursing faculty who joined clinical training program. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, seventy three nursing faculty participated in the clinical training program sponsored by Korean Academy Society of Nursing Education from July 2010 to February 2012. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, $x^2$, and Pearson's correlation coefficient through the SPSS WIN12.0 program. Results: The mean score of satisfaction of the clinical training program was $3.88{\pm}0.56$, and $4.24{\pm}0.49$ for teaching efficacy. Teaching efficacy showed associations with Major area (F=2.78, p=.014) and Goal of participation (F=3.39, p=.039). The results presented that satisfaction of the clinical training program positively correlated with teaching efficacy (r=.56, p<.001). Conclusion: This study reports high satisfaction of a clinical training program and teaching efficacy for nursing faculty. In order to increase the satisfaction of the program, there is a need to develop a client-focused program that meets the goals of participation and major areas for nursing faculty.

국내외 병원약사 교육프로그램 현황 및 한 병원의 약사 역량강화를 위한 교육프로그램 개발 (Investigation and Development of Competency-based Training Program for Pharmacists in a Hospital)

  • Objective: This study was to investigate and develop a training program that integrated and strengthened clinical competence and capacity of hospital pharmacists which would be implemented at the pharmacy department of Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital. Methods: We assessed the training programs of hospital pharmacists in the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan and compared those of major hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces in Korea. The survey assessed the satisfaction on the current educational programs for pharmacists at Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital and a newly designed education program was suggested. Results: The major differences of the programs among the Korean hospitals and Mokdong Hospital were the training period and contents of the entry-level pharmacist education program. The overall satisfaction of the training program was >3 points on 5-Likert scale in the survey. There was no significant difference of the satisfaction level based on the employment period of pharmacists. The pharmacists were in more than 7 training programs of clinical support work. We proposed the clinical support training for the new pharmacists to be separated from orientation and concentrated on actual work duty. In order to improve the competency, it was encouraged to participate the in-house seminar or certify the related fields provided by Korean Society of Health-system Pharmacists. Conclusion: The education program was assessed among different countries and hospitals of Korea. We suggested to update education program in the hospital to enhance pharmacists' competency.

또래 괴롭힘 피해아의 특성에 기초한 중재 프로그램의 개발 : 부모교육 프로그램과 사회적 기술 훈련 프로그램을 중심으로 (The Development of Intervention Programs Based on Characteristics of Children Victimized by Peers:Focus on Parent Education and Social Skills Training Programs)

  • Based on characteristics of victims, the parent education program focused on building a new concept of personal respect toward their children and on changing overprotective and coercive parenting styles into democratic parenting. The social skills training program focused on building self-acceptance, self-esteem and interpersonal capabilities in victimized children. Three groups, each composed of 6 victims and their mothers, were compared to examine the effectiveness of the programs. Children in experimental group I showed marked increase in self-esteem. They also reported that their mothers' overprotective parenting decreased after participation in the parent education program, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention program.

An Analysis on the Elementary School teacher's Literacy about Software Education Contents, In preparation for the 2015 Revised National Curriculum

  • In this paper, we propose the elementary school teacher's training direction for effective SW education. In an effort to better understand the efficient SW training contents and methods for teachers, 200 of elementary teachers had been selected from different places in South Korea. The results showed that 1)it should be operated by focusing on the training of female teachers, especially, strengthening the contents of SW ethics. 2)It will need to actively operate the teacher training program to foster the necessary computational thinking and programing for elementary school teacher who work in big cities. 3)It need to create a training program for expanding the SW studying groups. 4)In order to improve the effectiveness of training courses in the development of in-service training programs, the SW ethics contents need to be coordinated with the link the computational thinking and programing. These results are expected to provide the efficient methods to design the future SW training programs.

  • 본 연구는 공급사슬의 시각으로 항만배후단지 위험물 취급자를 대상으로 실시하는 교육훈련을 형성적 모델과 반영적 모델을 결합한 구조방정식을 통해서 실증분석을 하였다. 각 경로의 효과크기도 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 교육훈련환경과 교육분위기는 위험물 취급자의 교육기대에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 교육기대는 교육훈련프로그램과 교육훈련전이에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 교육훈련프로그램은 교육훈련전이와 교육훈련성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 교육훈련전이는 교육훈련성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 교육훈련 성과는 실제 위험물관리현황에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다고 검증되었다. 효과크기분석 결과를 보면, 교육분위기는 교육기대에, 교육기대는 교육훈련프로그램에, 교육훈련전이는 교육훈련성과에, 교육훈련성과는 위험물관리현황에 모두 큰 효과가 있다고 검증되었다. 본 연구결과는 지속가능한 항만배후단지 위험물 안전관리 프로세스를 조성하는 데 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

교사 산림교육 직무연수 프로그램 효과성 분석 (Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Forest Education Programs for Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 2017년 8월 국립횡성숲체원에서 진행된 교원 산림교육 직무연수에 참가한 유치원 및 초·중·고등학교 교사 46명을 대상으로, 사전·사후 설문조사를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 분석한 것이다. 연구결과, 직무연수 참여 전과 후에 교사들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 교수태도, 교사효능감이 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하여, 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 교사효능감과 관련해 교사의 자신감은 다소 줄어든 것으로 나타나, 교사들이 자신감을 가질 수 있는 실질적인 교수역량 개발을 위한 연수의 필요성이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 학생들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 태도 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 교사들을 대상으로 산림교육의 효과성을 확인하고, 보다 효과적인 직무연수 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

독서교육 지도자의 자질과 양성 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Training Program of Reading Education Professionals)

  • 본 연구는 독서교육 지도자가 갖추어야 할 자질을 살펴보고, 미국, 일본, 우리나라의 독서교육 지도자 양성을 위한 교육프로그램을 비교하여 독서교육 지도자 양성프로그램 안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 미국의 독서교육지도자 양성프로그램은 교육학과 국어교과를 중심으로 구성되어 있고, 문해교육을 중시하고 있으며, 일본은 독서교육의 학문적 체계를 중시하고 여러 가지 독서활동을 강조하며, 독서교육과 관련된 인접학문을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우는 국어교과 중심의 프로그램으로 읽기와 독해중심으로 구성되어 있다. 독서교육 지도자 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램은 독서의 3요소인 독자, 독서자료, 지도자를 중심으로 하고, 여기에 이론과 철학을 포함시키고, 교육경험과 실습을 강조하며, 독서교육과 관련이 있는 인접학문을 포괄할 수 있는 교육프로그램이 되어야 한다.
