This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

On September 12, 2018, President Jae-In Moon announced the Comprehensive Plan for Lifelong Care for People with Developmental Disabilities, with representatives from the associated government branches (Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Employment and Labor) in attendance. The goals of this plan are to provide health, medical, rehabilitative, special education, and social welfare services according to the life-stages of the affected individuals; to reduce parental pressure; to promote social interventions; and to enhance community-level participation in order to create a 'welfare society in harmony.' However, in order for the plan to succeed, additional efforts must be made in the following areas. First, an epidemiological survey is needed to understand the scale, prevalence, and incidence of developmental disabilities and to establish an evidence base to support policy development. Second, accurate definitions of developmental disabilities must be established in order to avoid policy discrimination based on impairment type and age. Third, personal evaluations to assess disabled individuals' unmet needs and customized service designs to deliver those needs are required. Fourth, the plan must fulfill the goals of accessibility and fairness that the government intends to provide. Fifth, the government should consider an integrated financial support system and to propose a detailed plan for monetary distributions. Finally, an integrated system that links health, medical, employment, educational, and welfare services must be constructed.

This paper analyzed four different perspectives on health care reform in Korea in terms of the basic values, formulated problems and reform plans, implementation methods, and supporting groups. The medical security plan was insisted by social security specialists and social activists focusing on the integration of medical insurance coops in order to enhancing equity and right of the people. However, its perspective was limited to promoting security instead of reforming health care system. The government proposed the health care reform plans in 1994 and in 1997, focusing on promoting efficiency by remedying many problems in health care delivery system. However, its implementation was not successful due to the lack of organizational and financial supporters. Recently, two opposite proposals were issued. The market reform plan paid attention to revitalizing the market function to promoting efficiency by allowing hospitals to treat private patients instead of applying the medical insurance regulation. The government reform plan focused on intensifying governmental planning and intervention in the health care sector in order to removing inefficiency and promoting equity with the supports of social activists and labor unions. Finally, this paper proposed an alternative plan to promote harmonious social relationship between actors in the health care system.

This plan is referred about linking the department of data processing at Pusan commercial high school with the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology. The purpose of this paper was to examine the status of unlawful actions in the fishing grounds located in the Ki-jang coastal region of Busan, Korea, and to develop an optimal fishing-ground plan that will increase the productivity of fisheries resources. We examined the impacts of important factors influencing the basic environment of the fishing grounds at the study site, as including the physical environmental conditions of water temperature and qualies. In addition, we administered a survey that focused on the necessity of enhanced maintenance of the fishing grounds at this site. As a result, we identified some required management action for the fishing grounds and proposed an optimal fishing-ground plan to increase productivity in the Ki-jang coastal region of Busan.

The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching-learning plan applicable to high school technology·home economics and home science classes in order to prevent adolescents' dating violence which is one of the serious social problems we are facing lately. This research has following three steps: 1. Analyzing contents and selecting content elements, 2. Developing teaching-learning materials, and 3. Performing a pilot test and making corrections. In the first step, this author analyzes how the contents associated with dating violence are presented in the 2015 curriculum of technology·home economics and the textbooks and reviews related literatures to select content elements necessary to prevent dating violence for those going through adolescence. Based on that, in the second step, this researcher develops a teaching-learning plan for six lessons and then makes it verified by two experienced teachers of home economics. In the last step, the teaching-learning plan for six sessions developed is implemented to two high school classes, and then, based on the results of examining the opinions of the teachers implementing the plan and students about the class, this researcher modifies and complements the parts of the plan showing low applicability to the field and develops the final dating violence prevention teaching-learning plan. In order to prevent adolescents' dating violence, it is necessary to create a social environment safe from violence and provide violence prevention education before they begin to have relationship. This researcher expects that this teaching-learning plan is applied in home economics class and it can contribute to enhancing students' sensitivity about violence and improving their competencies to make wise judgments in problematic situations and cope with them properly.

In Korea Maritime University facilities, environment, education and awareness about the Green Campus has been studied in the field. Based on this, domestic and foreign universities and the benchmarking of the environmental characteristics of our university campus environment, the composition of the plan were considered. In this study, based on what our universities have links with the community on what was discussed a lot about. In our university campus tour aimed at young people plan green, and sustainable management measures have been studied.

In this paper we present a review of school information education about technical high school in domestic. The review is based on an extensive research in the practical literature. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this paper?wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. The disease occurrence rate of the cancer is rapidly increased and It is becoming the main factor for the death The chemical therapy for preventing the cancer is recently used for many patients and thus extended the life of the patients. However, the side effect caused by the medical substances when performing the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer and the consequent mental and social problem are incurred to deteriorate the quality of the life. Therefore, it is needed to help the patient In order to reduce the above problems, and so this study was executed in order to examine the effect of the individual education on the quality of the life of the patients who are treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer. The study was performed from Jan. 19. 2004 to Apr. 18. 2004 for the patients who were firstly treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer in a university hospital located in the downtown in Seoul. The individual education on the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer was provided to 40 patients of the experimental group. The study plan is the experimental plan before and after the sole group, and it is the beginning experimental plan. The title of the booklet on the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer is "Cancer, The more you know, the more you can be cured", and the book was composed up of the side effect of the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer, treatment way for the side effect, and guide of the daily life. The survey with the questionnaire sheet was distributed to the experi- mental group before the education, the survey sheet was made out when they were hospitalized for 3-4 weeks after the education, and the data were examined by using SPSS statistical program with making our the survey questionnaires and the change of the quality of the life before and after the education of the patients who are treated by the chemical therapy for preventing the cancer was analyzed by using the parred t-test. The research result was verified that it has the meaningful that the quality of the life for the physical field, mental field, social field, and spiritual field after the individual education. The suggestion concluded by the above research result is as follows. First, there is the limitation to interpret the result since it was the beginning experimental plan for the sole group. Thus, it is suggested that the similar experimental plan should be executed with the expansion of the research subject and also with the contrast group. Second, it is suggested that the study on the change of the quality of the lifeaccording to the support of the individual education and family of the patients who are treated by the anti-cancer therapy.
