최근 지속적으로 논의하고 있는 '지능정보사회'란? 지능정보기술을 기반으로 사회 전 영역에서 인간능력의 한계를 뛰어넘는 자동화가 보편화된 미래사회상을 의미한다. 특히, 인간의 개입을 최소화하고, 데이터(또는 빅데이터) 기반 완전 자동화로의 진화를 지속적으로 추구하는 개념이다. 예를 들어, 자율형자동화는 인공지능을 핵심요소로 무인자동차를 지속적으로 지향하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 지능정보 연구는 지능화 자체를 중심으로 지능화 논리를 고도화하여, 인간의 뇌와 지능을 대체하고자 하는 노력을 기울여 왔다. 또한, 다른 한편으로 인간의 노동력을 대체하기 위해서 노동자의 작업 원리를 분석하여 최적화된 단순논리를 개발하여 노동자를 로봇으로 대체하려는 노력을 지속해왔다. 본 연구는 지능정보기술 연구 전략 및 교육서비스에 관한 접근전략, 교육방법, 세부정책 로드맵 등을 제안하여, 지능정보 교육 정책 및 지능정보기술 연구 전략을 시행하는데 중요한 기준과 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 교육방법으로 기초지능교육, 지능콘텐츠교육, 지능응용교육 등의 지능정보교육의 단계적 접근 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 지능화 및 자동화가 중심이 되는 4차 산업혁명 성패를 가를 수 있는 중요한 요소로서 지능정보기술, 지능교육콘텐츠, 지능형 교육시스템 개선을 위한 교육정책 방안을 제안한다.

이 연구는 경남지역 초등학교 도서관의 이용자교육 현황과 이에 대한 전담인력의 인식을 조사한 다음, 학교도서관 이용자교육의 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 경남지역 학교도서관 중 전담인력이 배치되어 있는 168개 학교도서관 중 설문조사에 응한 120개관을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 89개관이 응답하였다. 이용자교육의 내용과 방법, 이용자교육에 대한 사서교육의 이수 현황, 이용자교육에 대한 전담인력의 이해와 관심도, 이용자교육의 필요성과 효과에 대한 전담인력의 인식, 이용자교육의 방향에 대한 전담인력의 인식 등을 조사내용으로 포함하였다. 조사 결과를 토대로 하여 학교도서관 이용자교육을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 1) 이용자교육을 위한 사서교육 기회의 확대, 2) 학년별 내용과 수준을 다양화한 교육자료의 개발과 보급, 3) 이용자교육을 위한 정규교육 시간의 편성, 4) 이용자교육에 대한 역량 강화를 위한 지속적인 노력 등을 제안하였다.

초고속 인터넷과 웹의 급속한 성장으로 인해 우리가 살고 있는 사회에 많은 영향을 미쳤고 교육분야에도 영향을 미쳤다. 초고속 인터넷의 급속한 성장은 정보화 사회에 대응을 할 수 있는 교육으로 이끌고자 교육개혁을 추진하고 있다. 정보화 사회에 대처할 수 있는 능력함양을 위해 정보화교육을 강조하기 위해 7차 교육과정에 포함이 되어 있으며 국가 차원에서 교육정보화를 위해 많은 사업을 하고 있다. 그러나 초등학교에서는 정보화 교육에 대한 정확한 명시와 이에 대한 교육내용이 제시되고 있지 않아 재량활동의 일부분으로 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어지고 있어 마땅한 정보화 교육관련 교재 및 초등학생들의 수준별 교육이 이루어지지 않아 제대로 된 정보화 교육이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 홈페이지 기반의 교수-학습을 이용하여 학습자가 자기 주도적으로 스스로 학습하고 학습에 대한 결과를 평가 할 수 있는 기회를 제공함으로서 주도적으로 학습을 할 수 있게 하고, 수준별 학습을 할 수 있는 패러다임을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 정보활용 교육의 일환으로 대학에서 실행되고 있는 교육 프로그램이 정보활용능력에 대한 자가인식과 도서관에 대한 인식 변화에 어떤 영향을 주었는지를 조사 분석한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 D 대학의 한 학기 교양과목으로 개설되고 있는 정보활용 교육 프로그램을 대상으로 해당과목 수강생 47명의 정보활용능력에 대한 자가 인식과 도서관에 대한 인식을 교육전과 교육후의 질문지법을 통해 조사하였다. 정보활용능력에 대한 자가 인식을 측정하기 위한 문항들은 ACRL의 고등 교육자를 위한 정보활용능력 평가기준을 참조하였고 사용된 분석도구는 Excel과 SPSS 17.0이다.

Reading education is very important in order to promote the refinement, cultivate the emotion and complete the character to the secondary school students. This thesis deals with the establishment of reading education as a formal course in secondary schools, responsibility of teaching and problems related to recommended reading lists. Reading education must separate from the national language education because of literature centered education in reading education. If reading education was separated from the national language education, students can a n.0, pproach to the other cultural boundary besides other own and exchange their information and ideas. So, reading education must be included to the elective subjects in a independent course or become a compulsory subject in secondary school curriculum. The teacher of reading education must become the teacher librarian who has a firm faith and an intellectual accomplishment. But, teacher-librarian has much disadvantages such as the problems of promotion, the division of qualification between elementary school and secondary school, and a short-term training courses for teacher-librarian. Hence, theses problems music be solved in national administrative level. Recommended reading lists must be provided to the student in order to prevent confusion of the sense of value, to estimate their own reading ability by themselves and to establish life long reading plan. Therefore, both Korean Library Association and the Ministry of Education should re-examine and develop recommended reading lists. Finally, problems of a juvenile delinquency in the post industrial society have to be solved through reading education. To solve the juvenile delinquency problems, adolescents should cultivate their moral character and possesses abundant knowledge through reading education. Then, young adults will grow as sound citizen in the society.

This study investigates design strategies for improving the educational quality of multimedia contents for early childhood education. It emphasizes both traditional education theory and developmental aspects in its exploration of interactive and educational qualitative multimedia contents for early children. Accordingly, for an effective early childhood education, it is necessary to experience of the playful learning for the conception of ideas and the understanding of the social life. Because this study 1) possibility of multimedia contents for early childhood education, 2) computer application method for early childhood education, 3) examines used in the designing of multimedia contents for early childhood education according to traditional education theory. Multimedia early childhood education system is possible to organize information such as test, image, sound and video based on hyperlink system. I use Microsoft's Ms-office and Asymetrix's ToolBook software that are useful for hyperlink and parameter. Multimedia contents and other pages are used by Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE). Therefore multimedia contents for early childhood education is a useful tool for students of early childhood education department, parents, and children.

최근 사용자의 인터넷 의존성 증가와 각종 IT 디바이스의 보급과 확산에 따라, 과거에 비하여 개인 생활 전반에 정보보호가 미치는 영향력이 확대되었다. 이와 더불어 보안을 위협하는 침해 요인들이 지속적으로 복잡, 다양해지고 가짜뉴스 확산, 온라인 신분 도용, 사이버 불링 등을 비롯한 개인의 안전한 온라인 환경을 위협하는 요소들이 사회적으로 증가함에 따라, 정보보호 전문 인력 양성의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 나아가 기업의 정보보호 업무 종사자 이외에 사회의 모든 구성원이 정보보안의 위협에서 자유로울 수 없게 됨에 따라, 개인의 정보보호에 대한 인식 제고와 자발적인 정보보호 행동을 유도하기 위한 다양한 정보보호 교육 과정의 마련이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현재 이루어지고 있는 국내·외 정보보호 교육 과정의 현황과 특징에 대하여 분석한다. 이를 통하여 정보보호 교육 필요성과 교육 체계 수립의 전략을 모색하여 본 연구에서는 국내 환경에 적용 가능한 정보보호 교육 표준 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 이는 개인의 정보보호 인식과 지식 수준을 제고하여 국내 정보보호 전문 인력 양성과 더불어 개인과 조직, 사회 전반의 정보보안 수준을 향상시켜 국가 경쟁력 향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 개인정보보호에 관한 지식이 실제 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 개인정보보호 관련 지식은 개인정보 개념, 정보주체 권리, 정보보호 행동수칙, 개인정보 가치인식의 영역으로 구성하였고, 개인정보보호 행동은 개인정보보호수칙의 준수, 개인정보침해에 따른 피해구제 노력으로 설정하여, 초등학생 510명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자기기입식의 방법으로 지식과 행동의 연관성을 측정하고, 행동에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교육 유무에 따라서 지식과 행동의 4개 요인은 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 개인정보보호 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보호 행동수칙의 인지와 개인정보 중요성에 대한 가치인식에 관한 지식이었다. 본 연구는 개인정보보호에 관한 교육에 있어서, 어떤 지식을 위주로 제공해야 하는지에 대한 시사점을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.
