This study was conducted with 92 people who participated in the online self-introduction consulting program operated for 3 weeks in August, 2020 at a university. This is a study to find out whether the application of the online self-introduction consulting program helped prepare for employment. As a result of the study, there was not enough self-introduction to be written in advance or the employment target organization was not clear. After participating in the online self-introduction consulting program, it was very helpful in preparing for employment, and the service utilization of the related self-introduction program was high. They responded that a series of questions about the templates in the program helped to write the self-introduction letter. It was said that the interview preparation process is necessary as a necessary job support education

In this study, theory of school consulting for founding the development strategy of industrial high school was explored, consulting model and performing technique model was suggested, case of consulting of industrial high school performed by the model and performing technique suggested. Up to now, research field of school consulting was instruction and supervision consulting mostly, there was not much school management consulting. In this paper, a school consulting model for industrial high school was developed, which was five step such as entry, diagnosis, action planning, action, and termination. A case of consulting for C technical high school applied by the consulting model suggested was analyzed, it will be used any other consulting project of industrial high school. According to the 5 step school consulting model, analysis of the present state of C technical high school, survey research, SWOT analysis, Issue Tree, school assesment were performed. In order to set up a development strategy for C technical high school, a table of problem and improvement based on issue tree was made, and then a Pay-Off Matrix was made out. Finally, a development plan of short and mid- and long-term for C technical high school was constructed.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.

This study examines whether there is a difference in satisfaction according to understanding level and participation level as well as the question of what kind of difference in consulting result. As a result of analyzing the model using the structural equation, it was confirmed that even if the quality of the consulting service was high, the satisfaction of the consulting company would be lowered if the contents were not understood or the participation was low. In other words, it was confirmed that service quality and satisfaction level of consultants were influenced by understanding and participation of company. The result implies that the high level consulting services of the consultants are also important, but in order to understand the understanding and participation of the consulting firms also affects the consulting satisfaction, and to increase the consulting performance, It is necessary to make aggressive effort to implement a corporate culture that can raise the level of education.

The research investigates the changes of current government policy for Micro-enterprises with respect to the government policy fund, start-up, management education and the relevant consulting services. The examination is used for providing the improving directions of Micro-enterprise government policy reflecting on the current Micro-enterprises. While Micro-enterprise belongs to the class of Small enterprise, the impact of the government policies in Micro-enterprise is much bigger than the other. For this reason, the fundamental investigation considering Micro-enterprise is crucial. In order to provide the improving directions, this research examines the incumbent government policies. Then, the analyses provides the changing agenda for Micro-enterprise. The suggestions contributes to the improving criteria for right paradigm of Micro-enterprise.

Recently Internet addiction problems of teenagers are so serious that the education to solve the problems are required in school. However, teachers are suffering difficulties to intervene students' Internet addiction because they do not have expert knowledge about student counselling and Internet addiction problems. In this study, in order that nonprofessional teachers in student counselling can consult easily a student who is addicted to Internet. we developed consulting contents consisted of twelve weeks consulting activities and the student consulting support system about Internet addiction problems. This system offers the consulting contents module for teachers and the information management module for students. For the experimental operation of the system and contents. we made a consocium of twenty primary and secondary schools. We selected a students who is most serious in Internet addiction problem in the school We made a class teacher counsel a student individually by applying the system. Thereafter, we analyzed the effects of consultation and presented the results.

This study is designed to help pre-service teachers to improve their teaching skills in elementary math class. For this, the consulting program with 5-steps was planned and applied to three elementary pre-service teachers. Each class the teachers performed was analyzed by both Flanders's Interaction Analysis Category System and participant observation. As results of consulting, the common characteristics of three pre-service teachers are shown. Firstly their teaching style is non directive, but they fail to induce their students spontaneously respond. They often ignore or don't use their students' respond they think incorrect to develop the next ideas. Simply saying, their classes are typically teacher-oriented but they are not authoritative. It is proved that consulting program is effective for improving developing non directive teaching skills, but is not much effective decreasing teachers' comment and increasing students' rolls in a math class.

The purpose of this study is to construct the school library consulting supervision model and to develop the evaluation indicators of school libraries in Korea. Individual School library should contribute from school educational objectives to national level educational objectives. When school libraries have accountability, consulting supervision and evaluation for the school library education is needed. School library consulting supervision model was developed with seven components. School library evaluation index is proposed with seventy-two indicators in six categories. Results of the evaluation will be able to take advantage consulting supervision.

Traditional information services do not provide information which meets end-users' information need. Therefore, the purpose of this paper Is to budd a WWW research consulting system of supporting researchers on the project base, in order to provide more efficient information service, and to evaluate an efficiency of the proposed system. The system consists of two modules, including an information consulting, and a knowledge base module. The proposed system can be utilized as a component of a digital library system, and also can be used as an education and information system which connects between educators and students In the distance education environment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of 30 restaurants targeted for customized-visit consulting. For this process, experts visited restaurants and conducted consulting to improve the effectiveness of management for restaurants. A frequency analysis was used for general details, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to consult employees and customer groups. The analysis and consulting results were as follows: Firstly,menu need to be improved through restaurants' sanitary state and menu quality improvement. New menu should be developed through continuous training for restaurant operators, the relevant organizations, and cooking skill experts. Secondly, restaurants' cooking skill and knowledge should be secured by training of restaurant operators from the relevant organizations and experts to acquire cooking skills. In conclusion, restaurants' capability needs to be consolidated through persistent and cyclical process to maintain competitive menus and cooking skills. The results also showed that employee group's MOT, foods, menu, and facility education/training should be fortified. In order to reinvigorate the restaurant industry, marketers need to offer continuous education/training and consulting for employees to improve their satisfaction.
