신생 기업의 플랫폼 활용 전략과 성장에 관한 연구: '지니더바틀' 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Platform Utilization Strategy and Growth of a Start-Up: Focusing the Case Study of 'Genie the Bottle')

  • 디지털 경제 아래에서 기업들은 새로운 비즈니스 환경을 맞이하고 있다. 선행 연구에 따르면 신생 기업은 대기업이나 기존 기업에 비해서 자원을 확보하고 새로운 관계를 구축하는 데에 있어서 여러 측면에서 불리한 위치에 놓여져 있다고 설명한다. 하지만 디지털 경제와 플랫폼 생태계를 다루고 있는 최근 연구에서는 디지털 플랫폼이 창업 기업의 규모의 불리함(Liability of smallness)과 신생의 불리함(Liability of newness)를 극복하는 효율적인 수단이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 점에 주목하여 본 연구에서는 신생 기업이 플랫폼을 효과적으로 활용하여 신생의 불리함(Liability of newness)과 규모의 불리함(Liability of smallness)이라는 제약적 상황을 효과적으로 극복하고 성장하는 과정을 '지니더바틀' 기업의 사례를 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 먼저 신생 기업인 지니더바틀이 플랫폼을 통해 자원의 불리함을 극복하고 시장 규모를 확대하는 과정을 분석하였다. 이커머스 시장에서 지배적인 우위를 차지하고 있으며 충성도가 높은 고객을 확보하고 있는 플랫폼에 보완자(complementor)로서 합류하여 신규 고객을 확보하고 시장 내 입지를 다지는 메커니즘을 설명하고자 하였다, 둘째, 소비자의 고관여라는 특성이 지배적인 뷰티 분야에서 신생 기업이 효과적으로 인지도와 정당성을 확보할 수 있는 방안으로 플랫폼 활용 전략이 유용한 선택이 될 수 있음을 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 이러한 과정들을 기존 조직 이론에서의 논의와 플랫폼 우산효과를 결합하여 설명함으로써 이론적 측면에서 공헌하고자 하였다. 나아가 디지털 플랫폼이 전통적인 시장의 경쟁 구도를 변화시키며 이러한 환경에서 신규 기업들이 경쟁 우위를 확보하는 방안에 대한 향후 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.

The Historical Astronomic Observatory and Calendar of the Village of Graw, Northern Iraq

  • The astronomic observatory of Graw Village is located on Mount Dari Lolikan, facing the village. Graw is located in the foothills of Mount Ser-i-Rash, 25 km northeast of Erbil Governorate, Iraq. This study attempts to clarify the foundations of this observatory, its components, as well as the founder and the date of its establishment. The study made efforts to clarify the benefits of this calendar to local residents in their daily lives. The database for this study is based on direct observation of the observatory station. The observation included the recording date and position of sunset and the appearance of stars throughout the year. Observation and documentation for both sunset and stars were performed over several years due to weather conditions since observation was not possible on foggy and rainy days and nights. Each observation took five to ten minutes depending on the clarity of the sky. The observatory consists of a group of stone cones. Each cone was built by stones in a specific location after careful and long observation of the sunset. Efforts were made to observe the disappearance and reappearance of the stars based on the change in the position of the Earth in relation to the sun. Graw's calendar helped to recognize important times of the year, such as the winter and summer forties, which were very important, especially when snow covered the roads, transportation stopped, crops spoiled, and pets stayed in their barn. The most important features of the winter forties are the memories, experiences, and minds of the villagers' ancestors. The forties were associated with the arrival of cold and heavier rain throughout the year, which is consistent with modern science, as the angle at which the Earth rotates increases the number and activity of weather depressions that affect the study area during this period. This observatory has a close connection with the daily life of the villagers, especially in the past centuries. It helped the people of the area in their appointments to carry out their work in the field of agriculture. The observatory was also of great importance in the field of education in the past centuries, especially in traditional religious schools. It also appears from this research that the calendar has ancient roots, which extend back thousands of years, as evidenced by the Ezidis who follow an ancient religion whose roots extend back thousands of years and who fast during both the winter and summer forties annually, with the participation of people in various regions of the world. It is not known who made this astronomic observatory but most of the oral information that has been passed down to us by word of mouth agrees on both Mullah Abdullah Al-Kurdi and Mullah Omar. Likely, this astronomic observatory was built around the late 17th and early 18th centuries.

걷기 프로그램 '걷쥬' 참여자의 여가만족이 건강증진행위 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Leisure Satisfaction on Health Promotion Behavior and Quality of Life of Participants In the Walking Program "Geod-Jyu")

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the leisure satisfaction of participants in the Geod-Jyu walking program and to examine the relationship between health promotion behaviors and quality of life. In addition, we investigated the impact of leisure satisfaction with walking among program participants on health promotion behaviors and quality of life. By clarifying these relationships, we aimed to identify factors of leisure satisfaction with walking that could enhance participants' health promotion behaviors and quality of life. Methods : A survey was conducted among 301 participants enrolled in the Geod-Jyu walking program in Chungcheongnam-do, with 288 responses analyzed. Data analysis included Pearson's correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 27.0. Result : Leisure satisfaction exhibited a positive correlation with health promotion behavior (r=.544, p<.01) and quality of life (r=.478, p<.01). Furthermore, health promotion behavior showed a positive correlation with quality of life (r=.636, p<.01). Leisure satisfaction positively influenced quality of life, with physiological satisfaction (β=.16, t=2.32) and relaxation satisfaction (β=.15, t=2.04) emerging as notable contributors. In addition, leisure satisfaction had a significant positive impact on health promotion behaviors, with psychological satisfaction (β=.24, t=3.09) and educational satisfaction (β=.20, t=3.09) playing key roles. Health promotion behavior had a positive impact on quality of life, with all sub variables exhibiting significant positive effects in the following order: self-actualization (β=.24, t=4.16), stress management (β=.22, t=3.97), exercise (β=.22, t=4.05), and health responsibility (β=.12, t=2.14). Conclusion : The findings indicate that factors related to physical and rest satisfaction, as well as health-promoting behaviors facilitated by walking, significantly affected the quality of life among Geod-Jyu participants. Thus, promoting leisure satisfaction and engaging in health-promoting activities through walking can enhance overall well-being. Encouraging participation in the Geod-Jyu walking program is critical for physical and psychological benefits, and for promoting healthier behaviors. Further development of Geod-Jyu is expected to enhance walking satisfaction, promote self-care skills for health management, and positively influence quality of life.

한국의 농촌 생활개선사업이 농촌여성의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Effects of Korea's Rural Life Improvement Program on Quality of Life of Rural Women)

  • 농촌생활개선사업은 농촌생활의 질을 높이고 농촌복지와 문화생활을 증진시키는 것을 중심 목표로 시행되어 왔으나 농촌생활개선사업이 농촌공동체나 가구에 미치는 효과에는 다양한 요인들이 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 농촌여성들에게 농촌생활개선사업이 미치는 지각된 효과의 결정요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 생성하기 위하여 혼합연구설계를 사용하였으며, 농촌생활개선사업에 참여한 농촌여성 311명의 설문자료를 수집하고 초점집단토론을 실시하였다. 농촌생활개선사업이 농촌여성에게 미치는 효과를 예측하는 변수를 파악하기 위하여 기술통계와 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 정량적 자료를 분석하였다.분석결과, 응답자의 연령, 지역사회 거주형태, 리더십 경력, 교육수준, 지역사회 만족도와 지역사회 참여가 농촌생활개선사업에 대한 인지된 효과에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 팬데믹을 거치며 음식배달시장 고도화에 따른 외식문화의 지형도가 급변하고 있다. 최근 쿠팡이츠가 요기요를 제치고 2위로 도약하면서 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 업계 1위 배달의민족(배민) 역시 구독제 도입을 준비 중이다. 시장의 성장세가 주춤한 가운데, 배달비와 음식가격 상승으로 인해 포장과 픽업 서비스 이용률이 높아지고 있다. 요컨대 젊은 세대가 앱 서비스를 활발히 사용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인으로 유용성 및 사용편의성, 비용민감성, 쾌락적 동기가 중요함이 선행연구를 통해 밝혀졌다. 실제로 최근 Z세대의 경우, 구독제 선택 대신 '징검다리형 소비'와 배달팟 과정을 거쳐 지출을 최소화하는 트렌드를 주도하고 있다. 이에 Z세대의 특성을 반영한 신규 배달앱의 기능개선과 활성화 방안을 제안함으로써 고객들에게 더 나은 경험을 선사하여 경쟁력 강화를 돕고자 한다. 전문가 델파이 조사결과, 누적할인 바로보기, 가족혜택 추가, 쿠폰강화 기능, SNS홍보, 픽업산책, 매장 내 홍보, 할인율 진열의 순서대로 영향도 평가점수를 받아 실무에 적용 검토할 것이다. 푸드테크 시장에 관한 학술적, 정책적 시사점을 함께 제시한다.

간호보건계열과 비보건계열 대학생들의 의료용 방사선피폭과 방사선조사식품의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Medical Radiation Exposure and Irradiated Foods among College Students in Nursing and Health-related and Health-unrelated Majors)

  • 본 연구는 간호보건계열 대학생과 비보건계열 대학생들의 의료용 방사선과 방사선 조사식품에 대한 지식과 인식을 조사하여 방사선 이용에 대한 적절한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 홍보하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 의료용 방사선에 대한 지식도는 25세 이상이 3.00점으로 가장 높았고 임상병리학과가 3.0점으로 가장 높았다. 의료용 방사선의 위험성에 대한 인식도는 여자(3.34점)가 가장 높았고 간호보건계열 학과(3.40점)에서 가장 높았으며 3학년(3.41점)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 의료용 방사선의 편익에 대한 인식도는 남자(3.90점)가 가장 높았다. 방사선 조사식품에 관한 인식과 안전성에 관한 인식은 모든 학과에서 낮았다. 방사선조사식품에 관한 교육의 필요성과 방사선조사식품에 관한 정보제공 의사는 높았다. 결론적으로 대학생들에게 의료방사선에 대한 정확한 지식과 방사선조사식품의 안전에 대한 인식 개선을 위해 구체적인 홍보활동과 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

치과위생사의 근무환경 연구 -근무기관·경력·지역을 중심으로- (A study on work environments for dental hygienists: - focusing on kind of workplace. career and service area)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the work environments of dental hygienists, to find out about what problems there were with their work environments and ultimately to help improve their work environments. It's basically intended to pave the way for furthering the welfare and interests of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were dental hygienists who were selected by random sampling from among the members of Korean Dental Hygienists Association. Approximately 20 percent of the members each were selected from every region across the nation, and their work environments were investigated in consideration of the kind of their workplaces, service area, career and field of duties. As for the demographic characteristics of the dental hygienists investigated, there were differences between those who worked in the field of health care and the clinical workers. More of the former were older and married, and the former was ahead of the latter in career and education as well. Regarding working hours and leave of absence by kind of workplace, the number of regular average holidays was different according to their place of employment. Dental hospitals(6.66 days) and dental clinics(6.81 days) gave their employees less days off on the whole, whereas public dental clinics(19.29 days) granted the dental hygienists the longest leave of absence. Also, there was a broad gap in the number of regular average holidays among different regions in the nation. The dental hygienists who worked in Gangweon province enjoyed the longest holidays(10.88 days), while those on Jeju Island took the shortest vacation(4.46 days). Concerning monthly mean pay by place of employment, those who worked in public dental clinics were paid the best, and the dental hospital employees received the smallest pay. Their monthly mean pay significantly varied with the kind of their workplaces. As to connections between service area and pay level in the event of the dental hygienists with a four-year career, those who served in Seoul were paid the best(1,820,800 won), followed by Gyeonggi province(1,795,800 won), Gyeongsang province(1,604,200 won), metropolitan cities(1,424,800), Gangweon province(1,300,000 won) and Jeolla province(1,016,700 won). In regard to the starting pay in the different areas, the starting pay was largest in Seoul(1,501,800 won) and smallest in Jeolla province(904,000 won). Concerning work environments by place of employment, the dental hygienists in public dental clinics, general hospitals and university hospitals were far older than the others, and the career of the former was much larger than that of the latter. As to the number of regular leave of absence, public dental clinics, general hospitals and university hospitals were different from dental hospitals and clinics in that regard as well. Concerning monthly pay, public dental clinics paid their employees the best, and dental hospitals and clinics were ahead in terms of pay raise. But the reason seemed that public dental clinics and general hospitals increased the pay of their employees based on a fixed wage system and according to a fixed rate at the same time. As for relations between career and work environments, the pay of the dental hygienists differed with their career. The amount and rate of pay raise were largest for those whose career was between four years and less than six years, and smallest for those whose career was between seven years and less than nine years. The above-mentioned findings of the study suggested that in order to give dental hygienists better treatment, pay and welfare benefits should urgently be improved, and that it's required to take actions to boost their job satisfaction. Besides, they should be given more chances to receive education or to take training courses in pursuit of self-development, and how to narrow gaps in work environments among different regions or fields should carefully be considered.

통일을 대비한 남북한 도서관 정책과 제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Library Policies and Systems of South and North Korea for the National Unification)

  • 동서간의 냉전을 종식하고 탈 이데올로기 시대에 돌입한 세계정세는 체제와 이념을 극복하고 자국의 경제적 이익과 국민의 복지를 중심으로 하여 자국 우위의 경제 중심으로 변해가고 있다. 이러한 세계 정세 속에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 분단된 민족의 화합을 위하여 남북한이 통일되어야 할 것이다. 남북한이 통일되면 문명의 큰 흐름이 정보사회로 변전하는 이때에 정보를 효과적으로 수집, 가공, 축적 제공하는 제도적 장치인 도서관 정책과 제도를 어떻게 운용할 것인가 하는 과제는 국가의 중대사이다. 그런 관점에서 이 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 통일을 대비하여 민족도서관을 건설하는데 있어서 1) 정보사회형 정책과 제도 개렴 2)민족문화중심의 정책과 제도개념을 도입하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 통일에 앞서 우선적으로 남북한 도서관간의 협력구도를 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 협력은 종합목록의 작성, 자료의 상호대차, 자료의 공동활용을 위한 표준화된 목록규칙의 작성, 학위논문의 교환 등과 같은 실질적 이익을 가져다 주는 부분에서부터 시작해서 점차 자원을 필요로 하는 영 역으로 확산되어 야 한다. 셋째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 정책과 제도를 개발하는 일은 지배 모델로서의 통합흡수형이 아닌 상호의존 모델로서의 병존협력의 개념위에서 수행되어야 한다. 넷째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 정책원리에는 1) 자유경쟁의 논리 2) 사회교육을 통한 의식의 개혁 3) 자주의식과 인류애 4) 과학적 내지는 합리적 사고 5) 직업에 대한 소명의식 6) 민주시민정신 7) 공동체의식 8) 공익정신 9) 세계정신을 포함시킬 것이 요구된다. 다섯째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 제도모형은 남북한의 도서관이 1) 도서관의 위상통일 2) 도서관 정책 및 제도 전문연구기관의 설립 3) 전문인력의 교류 4) 정보자료의 교류 5) 학술정보망의 구축 6) 문헌정보학 교육체계의 확립과 수준향상 7) 현대화 및 정보기술 개발과 이양 등을 내용으로 갖추고 그 구체적인 사안들을 공동 개발할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 남북한의 도서관은 그 개념, 운영목적, 자원의 내용 및 이용방법 등이 모두 상이하다고 할 수 있다. 도서관의 존재이유와 그 실용성의 측면들을 고려할 때, 남북한의 도서관은 통일이라고 하는 사회적 변화에 직면하여 그 충격이 최소한의 것이 되도록 상호 공조체제를 구성할 필요가 있다.

관절염환자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인탐색 (Investigation on Factors Influencing the Quality of Life of Arthritis Patients)

  • In this paper, I will examine the variables influencing the Quality of Life of arthritis patients and present basic materials which help arthritis patients have positive thinking in life and ultimately lead a satisfactory life. The subjects for this study are 231 inpatients and outpatients with arthritis living in J and K city in Chonbug Province. For the analysis of collected data I employed the SAS program. The variables for characteristics and the quality of life were analysed by descriptive statistics, T-test and ANOVA, and the relations among variables were analysed through Pearson Correlation; the Regression method was employed to predict the factors affecting quality of life. For the validity of reliance on measuring equipment Cronbach Alpha was used. The results of the study are as follows : (1) The mean score of quality of life of arthritis patients is 3.09(5 in the maximum). The general characteristics which affect the quality of life are age(F=5.13, p=0.0006), standard of education(F=6.49, p=0.0003), marriage status(F=7.77, p=0.0005), monthly pay(F=4.37, p=0.0020), medical benefits (F=4.85, p=0.0087), and supports(F=4.39, p=0.0050). For the disease-related characteristics, there is a significant difference in the 6 items: pain control method(F=5.92, p= 0.0002), physical therapy(F=3.25, p=0.013), whethere or not patients exercise(F=4.62, p=0.0000), regularity of exercise(F=4.79, p=0.0000), frequency of exercise(F=6.29, p=0.0001), and amount of exercise(F=4.62, p=0.0043). Depending on the type of arthritis, there is also a significant difference in the degree of pain felt. The patients with infectious arthritis suffer from pain the most, followed by those with gout, rheumatism and degenerative arthritis, in that order. Although statistics don't show any convincing evidence, those with gout perceive that they are in best health condition, followed by those with rheumatism, degenerative arthritis, and infectious arthritis, in that order(F=2.23, p=0.0669). (2) The quality of life of arthritis patients is correlated positively with perceived health status(r=0.56, p=0.0001), health promoting behavior(r=0.53, p=0.0001), family support (r=0.46, p=0.0001), amount of exercise (r=0.36, p=0.0001), ADL(r=0.36, p=0.0001), HLOC(r=0.32, p=0.0001), frequency of exercise(r=0.32, p=0.0001)in that order, while correlated negatively with the degree of pain felt(r=-0.32, p=0.0001), the number of pain regions(r=-0.19, p= 0.0041), and the duration of pain(r=-0.14, p=0.0279). (3) Regression analysis reveals that the most powerful predictor of the quality of life is perceived health status, which account for 31.11%. The other predictors of the quality of life, which account for 60.22%, are health promoting behavior(16.51%), family support(3.81%), ADL(2.52%), gender(1.86%), the number of family members(1.36%), level of pain(1.24%), duration of pain (1.08%), and level of education(0.67%). The results of the study show that perceived health status and health promoting behavior are the two most important variables. However, considering that the perceived health condition is difficult to control by nursing intervention, it is suggested that the level of expectation for patients, must be decided first, and the health promoting behavior and the family support influencing the quality of life must be taken into account as targets for nursing intervention. As a way of controlling the quality of life, I think that a more comprehensive approach comprising the above important variables along with demographic and general characteristics is needed. I also suggest that we must continue to explore the variables affecting the quality of life and include those variables in nursing intervention.

예비치과위생사의 취업에 관한 의식 조사 (A Survey on Preliminary Dental Hygienists' Senses of Employment)

  • The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on the senses that preliminary dental hygienists have on employment, who applied for the National Dental Hygienist Examination, so that it could provide a basic reference required for fostering good human resources specializing in oral health with a sense of mission and responsibility as professional. To meet these goals, a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted for participants in a refresher education meeting for preliminary dental hygienists across three major regions(Seoul, Daejeon and Busan), which was held by the Korean Dental Hygienists Association(KDHA) on Jan. 15, 2006. Total 289 sheets of questionnaire were collected, and 262 sheets except invalid or incomplete ones were used for examination and analysis. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions: First, it was found that 40.4% respondents wanted to be employed in dental clinic or hospital. Most respondents(90.1%) answered that faithfulness is most valued as prerequisite qualification for employment in hospital, and highest percentage of respondents(39.3%) wanted to earn 16 to 17 million Korean won annually. For internship opportunities, 61.9% respondents replied that they could willingly accept the internship, provided that basic pay and switchover to regular employee are all assured. Second, as the results of survey on employment circumstances around respondents, it was found that most respondents(58.3%) were employed in dental clinic or hospital, and highest percentage of respondents(35.0%) earned 15 to 16 million Korean won. Third, it was found that interpersonal relationships among employees had most significant effects(4.81) on selection of employment, which was followed by in-house welfare benefits 1(monthly/annual vacation, resting room, etc; 4.56). For possible influential factors on the selection of employment depending on whether employed or not, it was found that there were Significant differences in pay, welfare benefit 2(seminar, orientation, refresher training opportunities, etc), post-wedding continued employment and merit system between employees and non-employees(pE0.05). Fourth, the survey on respondents' occupational senses of dental hygienist showed that major tasks of dental hygienists were represented by oral disease prevention(92.6%), case management(71.5%), oral health education(66.3%), hospital/clinic management and dental management support(10.4%) and public oral health activities(6.7%) respectively. For job satisfaction, it was found that almost half respondents(48.9%) showed satisfaction at their job and 32.6% felt satisfied at and proud of their job. That is, majority of respondents(81.5%) felt satisfied at their job as dental hygienist. For follow-up requirements to qualify for dental hygienists, it was found that 73.3% felt it necessary to give more investments to self-development, 62.2% respondents considered protection of membership's rights as one of future assignments that KDHA should be more committed to. For future social awareness about dental hygienists as occupation, 69.2% respondents expected that they would be better developed and treated as professional. And desired training courses as a part of qualification for professional dental hygienists were represented by case management(services, manners, etc; 33.3%), implant(28.9%), esthetics(correction, prosthesis, whitening; 18.9%) and so on. For an item on working years, it was noted that 75.9% respondents would keep working as dental hygienists as long as they could.
