  • With the rapid development and introduction of digital technologies, both everyday human life and technological processes of any production are changing, which stimulates the transformation of the economy and education. Digital technologies are not only a tool, but also a living environment of modern human, which opens up new opportunities: learning at any convenient time, continuing education, the ability to form individual educational learning trajectories and more. However, the digital environment requires teachers to take a modern approach to the organization of the educational process, the formation of new skills and abilities to work in the digital educational environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the system of vocational education should provide training for masters of industrial training who have a high level of digital competence. The purpose of the article is to single out, theoretically substantiate and determine the level of formation of structural components of digital competence of future masters of agricultural training. The structure of digital competence of agricultural master was analyzed on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists researches. Systematized research results indicate that digital competence consists of four components: motivational-value (combination of internal and external motives for the use of digital technologies in future professional activities), cognitive (a set of theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of future master of industrial training to effectively build educational process with the use of digital technologies), activity-professional (expansion and deepening of knowledge, skills, necessary skills for effective implementation of digital technologies in the educational process) and evaluative-reflexive (ability to analyze and self-analyze own activities and its results taking into account professional characteristics, self-realization in professional activities through the use of digital technologies). These components are comparable with the indicators that describe the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the future master of industrial training to organize the modern educational process. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the levels of this competence formation, which allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the level of formation of all components of digital competence of future masters of industrial training in agriculture. The results of the study can be used as a basis for the development of disciplines that form the special competencies of masters of industrial training in agriculture and programs of advanced training of teachers.

  • This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

The results were as follows. The problems with the management of onboard training ship were summarized as the following four types. Firstly, The most training ships throughout the country became superannuated. Secondly, the safe equipments for training ships were necessary to compensate the defects to fall short of the international safety management standards. Thirdly, the problems could result from the dualized system between ownership and management, since training ships were owned by metropolitan and provincial education offices and operated by management centered schools. Fourthly, middle technicians such as professional fisheries manpower were not easily supplied with. The plans to improve the above problems were as in the following. • Since emergency response training for maritime safety and safety education of maritime education institutions are conducted based on the set scenarios and education contents, there are limitations in the reduction of human error and response to various situations. Although there is a need for improvement, there is no way to improve response capabilities by assessing existing education training and securing diversity in situations. This study proposes a theoretical procedure analyzer method to model the diversity of situations for the improvement of emergency response training. This paper defines the human and system theoretical procedure analysis model (HSTPA) based on the organic relationship of the source and system. The limitations of the existing training were derived by analyzing the errors that each component could produce and applying them to the fire response training scenarios requiring vertical reporting systems and responses. The segmentation and inspection of training scenario considerations applying the proposed HSTPA model is believed to help create diverse and realistic scenarios in emergency response training and education, and improve the situation judgment understanding and response capabilities of the subjects.

  • This study surveyed 171 police officers working in Jeollabuk-do to investigate their first aid knowledge and the need for education. The results showed that the correct answer rate for first aid knowledge among police officers was 75.61 points out of a possible 100 points. Additionally, 98.8% of respondents indicated a need for first aid training, expressing a preference for 2-hour sessions integrated with their work education. There was a statistically significant difference in the correct answer rate for first aid knowledge based on education level and experience in emergency situations, but no significant difference in the need for education was observed across respondents. The significance of this research lies in its provision of foundational data for first aid education among police officers, which can be instrumental in developing training programs and policies aimed at enhancing their first aid capabilities. Specifically, the study contributes to improving the effectiveness of police officers' responses in emergency situations by offering concrete suggestions on the content, method, and duration of first aid training. These findings underscore the necessity and importance of providing comprehensive and effective first aid training not only to police officers but to all first responders, emphasizing that such training is crucial for ensuring public safety.

  • Objectives: This study provided students of University with CPR (cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training and investigated their knowledge on the training, attitude, level difference, and re-training necessity related factors to find the results as follows; Methods: Frequency and t-test was performed using SPSS 21.0, and were conducted according to the need for re-education in order to determine the determinants of the students. Results: The knowledge on CPR was 10.88 on average; training necessity, 3.43; emergency response ability, 3.39; and CPR performance level, 3.10. Factors determining re-training to maintain educational effect were found to increase with increase in school year (p<0.001), training necessity escalation (p<0.001), and decrease in confidence of performing CPR (p<0.01). Conclusions: Based on the findings above, it was found that, although CPR training is generally conducted in dental hygiene education, its training effect decreased with time in terms of implementation performance, compared with students' knowledge. Moreover, students who had completed the training strongly suggested the need for re-training. In this sense, schools will need to reinforce re-training as much as new training programs and the cycle needs to be as short as within 6 months for practical training system.
