Since internships or field training provide students with opportunities to choose skills, business interests and aptitudes in the actual workplace, their significant role in higher education has been gradually emphasized. In particular, engineering students gain increased adaptability to the industry, enhance their research abilities and acquire field-based expertise through internships or field training. However, effective operation of such internships or field training often pose various limitations. In this regard, the development of a system to manage students properly is urgently required for the effective operation of internships or field training. Systematic management of a series of related information ranging from a survey on the demand for internships or field training, planning, development and operation of pre-training programs, student guidance through information sharing between universities and businesses, data-gathering with regard to students' difficulties and their requirements, to prospects for future employment. In line with these requirements, this study attempts to present a modeling scheme for the development of a student management system for use in internships or field training. Towards this end, a questionnaire survey is conducted with engineering professors, students and graduates, along with a review of related literature to identify the needs for system development. Based on the results, a model of the system will be proposed through expert consultation.

본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 성과와 관련된 역량을 교육, 개발하여 조직의 목표와 가치에 부합하는 역량을 습득할 수 있도록 훈련교사를 대상으로 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램의 개발과정을 분석, 제시하였다. 직업훈련교사의 역량 및 교육훈련에 관한 문헌연구를 토대로 훈련교사를 대상으로 한 직무분석과 행동사건면접 및 역량사전을 활용하여 역량모델을 도출하고, 타당성 분석을 거친 후 역량요구분석, 역량별 교육프로그램체계, 역량프로파일과 역량별 훈련모듈을 개발, 제시하였다. 마지막으로 훈련교사의 체계적인 역량개발을 위해 필요한 역량기반교육훈련프로그램의 운영 및 관리방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급하는 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 기관의 교육형태, 교육현황을 파악하고 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할 및 개선방안 등을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 56개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 응답한 44개 기관의 설문을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 교육형태는 가상훈련 교육매체는 PC를 활용, 활용한 콘텐츠 과정은 총 52과정, 교육형태는 이론+가상훈련 유형, 실습기간은 1-2주 기간을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다고 응답했다. 또한 교육현황을 살펴보니 가상훈련 대상은 주로 학생이며, 주로 기관 자체적으로 모집을 하며 운영규모는 1-20명, 개설 과정 수는 1-3개 정도, 담당 교·강사 수는 1-3명 정도라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할로 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 가상훈련 교육과정 적용 및 활용방법 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 질 제고 등이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 개선방안으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 실무능력 연계 강화, 교·강사의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용교육, 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 연계방안 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 품질 관리 강화 등을 요구했다. 이에 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 전반적 운영현황과 실태를 파악하고 공공 가상훈련 보급기관의 역할 정립 및 개선방안을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.

연구의 목적은 여성관리자를 대상으로 교육훈련, 직무만족 및 삶의 만족간의 관계를 분석하고, 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 여성 관리자 패널조사(Korean Women Manager Panel Survey) 6차 자료를 활용하여 총 1,381명의 자료에 대하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 선형회귀분석, Baron & Kenny의 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 직무만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련은 삶의 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족은 삶의 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족은 교육훈련과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 학문적, 정책적 시사점을 살펴보면, 여성근로자의 교육훈련, 직무만족, 삶의 관계에 대한 연구가 보다 활발히 수행될 필요가 있다. 여성근로자의 선순환적 교육, 일, 삶의 관계가 형성될 수 있도록 기업, 사회 및 국가의 제도와 정책을 개선해야할 것이다.

최근의 정보기술 개발은 온라인 훈련에 기여하였으며 이러닝 혹은 가상 교육 등과 같이 유사한 개념으로 사용되고 있는 기업에서의 온라인 교육은 피교육자에게 다양한 방법으로 교육 기회를 제공하고 있다. 또한 전자적인 측면에서 일괄 서비스 체계의 솔류션을 제공하는 혁신 서비스로서의 기능을 제공하고 있으며 온라인 교육 환경하에서는 교육자와 피교육자가 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 개인화된 교육 패키지를 공급할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 교육에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 독립 변수로 하고 교육 성과와 전달 성과의 두 가지 측면에서의 교육 효과성을 종속 변수로 하는 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 기존의 연구 결과를 기반으로 8개의 가정을 설정하고 설문서를 작성하여 LISREL을 이용하여 분석 한 결과 피교육자에 기인된 개별적 변수와 조직 변수가 훈련 효과성과 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다

Traditionally, in the education for the trainees of marine officier, the emphasis is laid on the practical training on board to prepare them for the future position on board and to fit them for the shipboard life. Though the education has been carried out in various ways according to each country's social tradition, culture and educational system, in these days it is done normally by the combined way of school education and training on board to get the competence for the marine officer. Thus the shipboard training course is compulsively required to the candidates for certification as merchant marine officers by the IMO STCW convention 1978 and also it is believed that the education for the dacet officers is to be completed through the shipboard training. In spite of the various earlier studies to improve the training education system, there are few studies for the matters and problems form the standing point of cadet.

The Korean government has implemented various policies such as establishing new major/department and operating a variety of education programs related with cybersecurity. However, it has not yet been constructed virtuous cycle that can provide appropriate education and training to professionals with the high level and quality. In this study, by surveying and analyzing satisfaction about education and training program aimed at employees in public sector who are in charge of cybersecurity, we suggest the direction of education and training for cybersecurity experts required at the national level.

This study is purposed to find out practical problems, explore possible changes and provide qualitative development and development policies of elementary school physical education facilities and training aids. The following is concluded through three rounds of Delphi questionnaires. First, the highest possible change is predicted in that obsolete sports facilities should be replaced and various training aids be purchased. Second, gyms should be established for ensuring indoor sports space and indoor sports facilities should be expanded. Third, modernization and advancement of sports facilities and training aids should be implemented by attracting private investment. Fourth, sports facilities at schools and communities should be exchanged for free. Fifth, sports facilities in the school playground should be diversified for physical education classes by putting play ground facilities in good conditions. Sixth, it is predicted that a sound distribution system can be established for ensuring creative, strong sports facilities and training aids. A department may take full responsibility of buying sports materials and establish an alternative idea for cooperative buying.

Railway accidents have caused tremendous casualties and loss of property. In order to reduce the rate of accidents, it is important for the railway operators to elevate their recognition and give effective training as a safety education and training. Through the previous study, we developed regulatory guidance for developing safety education and training program. Then, three educational technology specialists verified it primarily. In this paper, we investigated present condition for running education and training system of domestic railway through result of In-depth interview. And we verified actual reflection through result of Checklist. Finally, improved regulatory guidance for developing safety education and training program was suggested in this study.

The considerable numbers of accidents have been occurred in railway industrials due to human errors by the railway operators, and we recognised that the design of work and the working environment influence the way people behavior. Human factors are a significant contribute to the occurrence of incidents, and that safety education and training guideline need to be designed to railway safety. In order to develop the education and training program guideline for railway operators, we performed investigation not only existing internal training programs and external railway and other industrial's training programs but also education engineering theory and expert interview. As a result we make up guideline to education and training program. The guideline are composed 10 section.
