Development of Games for the Advance of the Creativity -Based on Algorithm Elements- (창의성 신장을 위한 놀이 개발 -알고리즘 요소를 중심으로-)

  • For the reason that computer is the helping-system for complicated processes that we are not simply able to handle, it is needed to be taught and educated in many, and more various, ways. It will be a good way to lead the educatee by explaining basic algorithm and relevant theories in this aspect. And more creative and problem-solving factors have to be studied and applied to the current education system. To arouse interest and attention of the educatee, many efforts to make the concepts and theories that are still difficult to understand to the educatee. I would advise to convert the current algorithm element to interesting game types to get the educatee to be closer in easier and quicker ways. Accordingly, this is to create games reflecting a algorithm element to lead the educatee improve their creativities and problem-solving abilities.

The Study on Education and Training Raise the Effectiveness for University Hospital Employee. (대학병원종사자의 교육훈련 유효성 제고를 위한 연구)

  • This study were tried to suggest basic materials for making education and training plan, and members of organization were researched about thinking of education and training effectiveness and perceptible level. The subjects of this study were 762 hospital employee selected from ten of university hospitals in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyung Gi which are doing an education and training, and conducted a self-completion questionnaire. As a result of study and plan for raising the effectiveness were indicated following statements. Firstly, according to the general specific, training effectiveness was appeared similar. So, it requires suitable alternatives to make educational programs. Secondly, according to analysis of education and training necessity, achieving a goal for education and training have difference. it needs to be scientific analysis about necessity of education and training. Thirdly, when contents of education and training program are satisfied to educatee and fit for them, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. Therefore, establishing the goal of education training is concrete, realistic, and measurable for increasing learning motivation. Next to, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training person in charge taught to educatee very well, and they were satisfied about teaching. Consequently, they who nourishment of education and training person in charge within company have to improve their ability. And then, when educatee fit for teaching technique and satisfied about it, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. So, education and training were tried to find many of technique for fitting the desire of educatee. Sixth, the more education and training environment is satisfactory, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. CEO in hospitals have to think about many-sided solution for employee. Seventh, the more education and training have correct achieving organizational goal, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. Accordingly, hospital management should make up for education and training system. Then, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training measure an effect, and reflect to personnel management and assessment of an employee's performance. It should be the feedback for using information which is planning education and training. In conclusion, when result of measurement of education and training reflect to make a education and training plan, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, and result of measurement of education and training should reflect to make a education and training plan.

An Longitudinal Analysis of Changing Beliefs on the Use in IT Educatee by Elaboration Likelihood Model (정교화 가능성 모형에 의한 IT 피교육자 신용 믿음 변화의 종단분석)

  • IT education can be summarized as persuading the educatee to accept IT. The persuasion is made by delivering the messages for how-to-use and where-to-use to the educatee, which leads formulation of a belief structure for using IT. Therefore, message based persuasion theory, as well as IT acceptance theories such as technology acceptance model(TAM), would play a very important role for explaining IT education. According to elaboration likelihood model(ELM) that has been considered as one of the most influential persuasion theories, people change attitude or perception by two routes, central route and peripheral route. In central route, people would think critically about issue-related arguments in an informational message. In peripheral route, subjects rely on cues regarding the target behavior with less cognitive efforts. Moreover, such persuasion process is not a one-shot program but continuous repetition with feedbacks, which leads to changing a belief structure for using IT. An educatee would get more knowledge and experiences of using IT as following an education program, and be more dependent on a central route than a peripheral route. Such change would reformulate a belief structure which is different from the intial one. The objectives of this study are the following two: First, an identification of the relationship between ELM and belief structures for using IT. Especially, we analyze the effects of message interpretation through both of central and peripheral routes on perceived usefulness which is an important explaining variable in TAM and perceived use control which have perceived ease of use and perceived controllability as sub-dimensions. Second, a longitudinal analysis of the above effects. In other words, change of the relationship between interpretation of message delivered by IT education and beliefs of IT using is analyzed longitudinally. For achievement of our objectives, we suggest a research model, which is constructed as three-layered. While first layer has a dependent variable, use intention, second one has perceived usefulness and perceived use control that has two sub-concepts, perceived ease of use and perceived controllability. Finally, third one is related with two routes in ELM, source credibility and argument quality which are operationalization of peripheral route and central route respectively. By these variables, we suggest five hypotheses. In addition to relationship among variables, we suggest two additional hypotheses, moderation effects of time in the relationships between perceived usefulness and two routes. That is, source credibility's influence on perceived usefulness is decreased as time flows, and argument quality's influence is increased. For validation of it, our research model is tested empirically. With measurements which have been validated in the other studies, we survey students in an Excel class two times for longitudinal analysis. Data Analysis is done by partial least square(PLS), which is known as an appropriate approach for multi-group comparison analysis with a small sized sample as like this study. In result. all hypotheses are statistically supported. One of theoretical contributions in this study is an analysis of IT education based on ELM and TAM which are considered as important theories in psychology and IS theories respectively. A longitudinal analysis by comparison between two surveys based on PLS is also considered as a methodological contribution. In practice, finding the importance of peripheral route in early stage of IT education should be notable.

  • This article starts with a review of the system characteristic(easiness, flexibility, reliability) and individual characteristic(self-efficacy, achievement motive, computer ability) through education satisfaction especially in relation to the education performance(perceived usefulness, educatee value). We found that all variables significantly affect the education satisfaction, but only computerized ability doesn't significantly affect the education satisfaction. Education satisfaction significantly affect the education performance. This paper suggests that the followings; first, response time of systems is valuable factor in KcLep. Second, self-efficacy and achievement motive are more important then computer ability in KcLep educatee. Finally, software developer and teacher always think about rapid response time of systems and exchange of data for the education performance in KcLep.

  • The introduction of BIM-based project has increased in the domestic recently. Therefore the demand of BIM professionals is surging combined with the necessity of BIM education. However BIM education done in the domestic industry and public organization is only focusing on the 3D modeling, As a result an educatee could not put the real intention of BIM into practice. Thus through this study the wrong recognition of BIM will be corrected and this study analyzes the problems of domestic BIM-based project. This study examines the improvement of domestic BIM education cases by drawing the capability of BIM professionals.

A Study on the Traditional Students' Headgear (역대(歷代) 학생모(學生帽)에 관한 고찰(考察))

  • This study focuses upon the custom of the headgear as a part of historical research on our traditional student uniform. It covers from Sam Kuk period(三國鼎立時代) of which we have found written records of formal education through the period under Japanese colonialism: The followings briefly summerizes the results of this study; 1) The educational civilization. The formalism of national education had been similar to that of China. It's main contents consisted of Chinese literature and practice of confucianism. It's objectives had been the education of selected men of ability, most of whom were the offspring of the high class. The education contents after the civilizational period had been gradually modernized for the purpose of westernization. 2) The changes of students' headgear. They had worn the Nakwon of Julpoong style (折風形羅冠) in the Sam Kuk period. They had worn Bok-Doo in the unified Silla dynasty, and Sadaimoolla-Kun (四帶文羅巾), Pyungjung-Kun (平頂巾) and Pyungjung-Dookun (平頂頭巾) in Koryo dynasty. They had worn Yoo-Kun (儒巾), Bok-Kun (福巾) in Yi dynasty. The noticeable distinction under Japanese colonialism had been the custom uniformity from headgear to footwear. Middle school educatee had worn round cap and professional school and college educatees had worn square hats.

  • As the first class Teaching Artists system is about to be brought to effect, the ability required for Teaching Artists to design educational contents, develop and manage education programs is not much different from that of a museum Educator. This system is necessary for resolving problems in existing Arts and Culture Education, such as overlapping programs and adjusting difficulty levels by age to meet the demand of educatee. It also deals with drawbacks in production-oriented curriculum originating from the preference in some subject. In addition, as progress in science and technology makes rapid changes in digital media and its subculture, increasing need for novel and interdisciplinary curriculum in the field of Arts and Culture Education puts further emphasis on the importance of this system. In this study, we focus on clarifying the significance of Educator as a professional and proposing curriculum for the system, trying to avoid restricting our discussion to current Arts Instructor Supporting Project which are merely aimed at supporting children and adolescents to grow up to enjoy culture and arts. Capacity for designing curriculum for culture and arts, the kernel of qualification for the first class Teaching Artists, requires a variety of comprehensive expertise and qualification such as doing preliminary research on contents related to animation, curating, determining potential of educational contents, organizing educational contents for appropriate educatee, understanding esthetic property and its role in education, and appreciating and enjoying cultural contents. Therefore, Teaching Artists plays roles not only in developing and running educational programs but also in supporting and cooperating with culture and arts institutions, designing and managing creative programs, combining and communicating with different social groups, and emphasizing mutual interchange in culture.

The Educatees' Perception Change of Learning Motivation and Fairness on Feedback using App (앱기반 피드백에 대한 피교육자의 학습동기 및 공정성 인식 변화)

  • Effective feedback plays a key role in education environments to motivate the students and to maintain their flow. However, there usually lacks in providing effective feedbacks in education environments due to an excessive number of students and insufficient class times. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the educatees' response on game like feedback using App. In this paper, Class123 App developed and published by BravePops was used. During one semester, Class123 App had been used in engineering class and the educatees' responses on game like feedbacks using Class123 App are analyzed. Statistical analysis results show that the feedbacks using Class123 App made positive effects to motivate the students. Especially, the positive feedbacks were more effective than the negative feedbacks.

  • The 21st century is the era of the center of the Originality(of thought). It also emphasizes creativity and creative education policy based on the new changes are dreaming. Creative education through art grasp the essence of things, seek express oneself, and brings cognitive ability. An educatee promote the development of creativity and insight on things other than the existing. New thinking will gain the ability to make rational faculty of the mind and principle. It can be seen easily accessible environment where everyone should be able to provide for nationwide. In this respect, the creative practice book through art to begin consideration, is studied a whole spectrum, and be published in variety of practice books.

  • The article starts with a review of system characteristic, information characteristic and personal characteristic on educational performance through educational satisfaction. This survey is intended for educatee's who take the course of KcLep. We found that all variables of system characteristic(easiness, flexibility and reliability) significantly effect the educational satisfaction. Information characteristic(timeliness, usefulness) significantly effect on educational satisfaction, but the correctness doesn't significantly effect on educational satisfaction. Personal characteristic(self-efficacy and achievement motivation) significantly effect on educational satisfaction, but the computing ability doesn't significantly effect on educational satisfaction. We found that the educational satisfaction significantly effect on the education performance.
