This paper presents an efficient interactive framework for perspective scene completion and editing tasks, which are available largely in the real world but rarely studied in the field of image completion. Considering that it is quite hard to extract perspective information from a single image, this work starts from a friendly and portable interactive platform to obtain the basic perspective data. Then, in order to make this interface less sensitive, easier and more flexible, a perspective-rectification based correction mechanism is proposed to iteratively update the locations of the initial points selected by users. At last, a complanate mesh is generated by the geometry calculations from these corrected initial positions. This mesh must approximate the perspective direction and the structure topology as much as possible so that the filling process can be conducted under the constraint of the perspective effects of the original image. Our experiments show the results with good qualities and performances, and also demonstrate the validity of our approaches by various perspective scenes and images.
Researches on the gesture recognition have become a very interesting topic in the computer vision area, Gesture recognition from visual images has a number of potential applicationssuch as HCI (Human Computer Interaction), VR(Virtual Reality), machine vision. To overcome thetechnical barriers in visual processing, conventional approaches have employed cumbersome devicessuch as datagloves or color marked gloves. In this research, we capture gesture images without usingexternal devices and generate a gesture trajectery composed of point-tokens. The trajectory Is spottedusing phase-based velocity constraints and recognized using the discrete left-right HMM. Inputvectors to the HMM are obtained by using the LBG clustering algorithm on a polar-coordinate spacewhere point-tokens on the Cartesian space .are converted. A gesture vocabulary is composed oftwenty-two dynamic hand gestures for editing drawing elements. In our experiment, one hundred dataper gesture are collected from twenty persons, Fifty data are used for training and another fifty datafor recognition experiment. The recognition result shows about 95% recognition rate and also thepossibility that these results can be applied to several potential systems operated by gestures. Thedeveloped system is running in real time for editing basic graphic primitives in the hardwareenvironments of a Pentium-pro (200 MHz), a Matrox Meteor graphic board and a CCD camera, anda Window95 and Visual C++ software environment.

Electronic commerce that is constructed in existing and XML document that is used in e-Business field made out because based to DTD. However, XML applications that XML Schema is much after become Recommendation in W3C May, 2001 XML Schema real condition that is developed to base be. Selected XML Schema in ebXML Registry 2.0 by representative thing connected with this. If develop XML Schema, compare when develop using existent DTD and complexity by namespace or object-oriented concept etc. was increasing, and could programming by various method. Isaacsicalanus paucisetus Fleminger, 1983, a monotypic species of the family Spinocalanidae Vervoort, 1951, was first reported from a hydrothermal vent field in the East Pacific Rise off the mouth of the Gulf of California. The mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I(mtCOI) DNA barcodes are considered a useful tool to assist traditional taxonomy and species discrimination in calanoid copepods. However, the mtCOI DNA barcodes of I. paucisetus have not been reported due to the species rarity and the difficulty of sampling. In this study, we firstly determined the mtCOI DNA barcodes of the I. paucisetus newly collected from a hydrothermal vent in the North Fiji Basin of the southwestern Pacific. All mtCOI DNA barcodes of I. paucisetus were identical and intraspecies variations of spinocalanid species were 0.0-3.0%. Interspecies and intergeneric variations were 13.4-25.2% and 16.7-24.1%, respectively. The DNA barcodes of I. paucisetus obtained in the present study would be helpful for understanding taxonomic relationships of widespread spinocalanid species.

Digital map is very important digital geographic information which is the base for various fields such as building and using the geographic information system (GIS), planing the regional development, and etc. Therefore, it needs high accuracy. Then we offer the advanced technique which minimizes errors on digital maps, using the automated inspection through the whole figures. In addition this new technique raises the economical efficiency as well as accuracy applying the automated error detection method which can recognize, search and classify errors automatically.
Because of today's rapid growth of digital contents market and many benefits of electronic book, many people have considerable interest in E-book. Furthermore multifarious consortiums take an active part in standardization of I-book, and many E-book tools have been provided by software manufactures all over the world. E-book tools include editor for production of E-Book, viewer for reading, and the like. Especially in E-book viewer, annotation function has to be Included to put arrangement, summation, recording, comment, emphasis and after comprehension to practical use. In this paper, a E-book viewer with annotation is designed according to the specifications of EBKS, Korean standard. The proposed viewer is aimed to implement in PDA with embedded Linux, but developed in Windows 2000 platform. Because development environment and application environment are different each other, Qt-Library and cross-compiler are used for cross-platform development. The viewer support various functions such as adjusting of font size, hypertext linking, retrieval of specific word, and so forth. And in addition to these basic functions, annotation function is designed for the viewer, which can be used for re-usage and sharing of important information.

Recently, generative adversarial networks (GANs) is a field of research that has rapidly emerged wherein many studies conducted shows overwhelming results. Initially, this was at the level of imitating the training dataset. However, the GAN is currently useful in many fields, such as transformation of data categories, restoration of erased parts of images, copying facial expressions of humans, and creation of artworks depicting a dead painter's style. Although many outstanding research achievements have been attracting attention recently, GANs have encountered many challenges. First, they require a large memory facility for research. Second, there are still technical limitations in processing high-resolution images over 4K. Third, many GAN learning methods have a problem of instability in the training stage. However, recent research results show images that are difficult to distinguish whether they are real or fake, even with the naked eye, and the resolution of 4K and above is being developed. With the increase in image quality and resolution, many applications in the field of design and image and video editing are now available, including those that draw a photorealistic image as a simple sketch or easily modify unnecessary parts of an image or a video. In this paper, we discuss how GANs started, including the base architecture and latest technologies of GANs used in high-resolution, high-quality image creation, image and video editing, style translation, content transfer, and technology.
An environment of information sharing is developed as a high-speed growth of internet infrastructure and a fast supply of digital imaging devices. Therefore, developing and supply various digital contents are needed. As occasion demands, the utility of editing tools with a simple image viewer, or programs to need technical education increased. One of subproblems is to take long time for editing images. In this paper, we propose a new method which is a method to edit images in a lump. This method has advantages compared with the previous searching engines in terns of performances and speed. Also, we propose the new approach for developing fusion graphic image contents as binding each advantages of the category. It reduces the production time and costs of contents by the proposed method.
