  • Today, individuals and businesses are a lot of paperwork through a computer. So many documents files are creating to digital type. And the digital type files are copied, moved by various media such as USB, E-mail and so on. A careful analysis of these digital materials can be tracked that occurred during the document editing work history. About these research are on the compound document file format, but has not been studied about the new OOXML format that how to analyze linkages between different document files, tracking an internal order, finding unsaved file for identify the process of creating the file. Future, the use of OOXML format digital documents will further increase, these document work history traceability in digital forensic investigation would be a big help. Therefore, this paper on the new OOXML format(has a forensic viewpoint) will show you how to track the internal order and analyze linkages between the files.

  • The exchange of parameterized feature-based CAD models is important for product data sharing among different organizations and automation systems. The role of feature-based modeling is to gonerate the shape of product and capture design intends In a CAD system. A feature is generated by referring to topological entities in a solid. Identifying referenced topological entities of a feature is essential for exchanging feature-based CAD models through a neutral format. If the CAD data contains the modification history in addition to the construction history, a matching mechanism is also required to find the same entity in the new model (post-edit model) corresponding to the entity in the old model (preedit model). This problem is known as the persistent naming problem. There are additional problems arising from the exchange of parameterized feature-based CAD models. Authors have analyzed previous studies with regard to persistent naming and characteristics for the exchange of parameterized feature-based CAD models, and propose a solution to the persistent naming problem. This solution is comprised of two parts: (a) naming of topological entities based on the object spore information (OSI) and secondary name (SN); and (b) name matching under the proposed naming.

  • Software documents consist of a number of logical objects and relationships between them, and a lot of versions are generated during software development. When an object is changed, it is desirable to easily identify the change and the range of change propagation for efficient software development and maintenance. However, it is difficult to identify it in a coarse-grained object management model. To solve this problem, fine-grained object management is required. In this paper, I propose a consistency management model for fine-grained software objects based on operation history applied to edit software objects. This paper presents a formal model for consistency management at the fine-grained level. Consistency between documents is managed using dependency between objects and kinds of the operations applied to the objects so that unnecessary change propagation can be avoided.

  • The ability to read, write, and edit genomic information in living organisms can have a profound impact on research, health, economic, and environmental issues. The CRISPR/Cas system, recently discovered as an adaptive immune system in prokaryotes, has revolutionized the ease and throughput of genome editing in mammalian cells and has proved itself indispensable to the engineering of immune cells and identification of novel immune mechanisms. In this review, we summarize the CRISPR/Cas9 system and the history of its discovery and optimization. We then focus on engineering T cells and other types of immune cells, with emphasis on therapeutic applications. Last, we describe the different modifications of Cas9 and their recent applications in the genome-wide screening of immune cells.

  • Operational Transformation (OT) algorithms for real-time collaborative editing systems are becoming increasingly important due to the increased demand for collaborative data processing. The operational transformation algorithm is a technique for real-time concurrency control and consistency maintenance with non-locking technique, and many studies have been conducted to overcome three issues of convergence, causality-prevention, and intention-prevention. However, previous work has the disadvantage of wasting memory by storing all operations that occurred during an edit operation in the history buffer to solve this problem. Therefore, we propose a memory-saving real-time collaborative editing system that maintains a constant memory space and concurrency control through a method of applying the valid-time to each user-generated operation in order to reduce memory waste. This system prevents long-term memory occupation of client-generated operations, thus it reduces the space and time complexity even with low-rate of collaboration work, so that the performance degradation avoids.

  • XML document repositary system(XDRS) should be able to manage vertical and horizontal versions of documents to store, update and manage XML documents without loss of information, However, most of existing XDRSs do not support a versioning method Although a few systems support versioning method. they only manage vertical versions of XML documents, While the vertical versioning preserves the update history of documents. the horizontal versioning branches a document to many other versions of documents so that users can easily create new documents from the original version and edit them to have different meanings. In this paper, we propose a new version numbering scheme to support both vertical and horizontal versioning efficiently. We also design a schema that supports versioning and preserves the paradigm of structure information.

  • Most commercial CAD systems provide parametric modeling functions, and by using these capabilities designers can edit a CAD model in order to create design variants. It is necessary to transfer parametric information during a CAD model exchange to modify the model inside the receiving system. However, it is not possible to exchange parametric information of CAD models based on the cur-rent version of STEP. The designer intents which are contained in the parametric information can be lost during the STEP transfer of CAD models. This paper introduces a hybrid CAB model translator, which also uses the feature tree of commercial CAD systems in addition to the macro file to allow transfer of parametric information. The macro-parametric approach is to exchange CAD models by using the macro file, which contains the history of user commands. To exchange CAD models using the macro-parametric approach, the modeling commands of several commercial CAD systems are analyzed. Those commands are classified and a set of standard modeling commands has been defined. As a neutral fie format, a set of standard modeling commands has been defined. Mapping relations between the standard modeling commands set and the native modeling commands set of commercial CAD systems are defined. The scope of the current version is limited to parts modeling and assemblies are excluded.

  • Software documents consists of a number of objects and relationships between them, and structure of documents can be changed frequently. In this paper, we propose a version storage and consistency management model for fine-grained software objects based on operations applied to edit software objects. An object has an interface and can be updated only through operations defined in its interface. Operations applied to objects are recorded in the operation history, which is used to retrieve versions of a document and manage consistency between documents. Because versions of an object are stored and retrieved using the operation delta, it is not needed to compare versions of a document to extract delta and it is easy to identify the changes between versions in order to propagate the changes. Consistencies between documents are managed using dependencies between objects and kinds of the operations applied to the objects. Therefore unnecessary version propagation can be avoided. This paper presents a formal model of version retrieval and consistency management at the fine-grained level based on operations applied to the objects.
