The importance of design is emphasized in many industries. It began to earn recognition as part of industry rather than the arts. In particular, utilization of visual information design including moving images, packaging, advertisement, publication, editorial and visual information processing is higher than others in the design field. However, disputes relating to intellectual property rights have been also increasing as it became known. Therefore, now is the time to consider and establish an effective dispute settlement system for the design industry. In this view, arbitration will be a suitable method for dispute settlement in visual information design because of characteristics such as confidentiality, professionalism, efficiency, economy and flexibility. However, Arbitration system is not well known to the people who work in this industry. Thus, in order to aggressively advertise the arbitration system, an arbitration institution has to appoint design experts as new arbitrators for domestic and international arbitration. Next, an arbitration institution needs to prepare the new and expediting rules with design field characterization. Finally, it has to plan to cooperate with all of the institutions and schools concerned.

With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

This study analyzes relevant data based on the mid-sized rental unit. It focuses on how we can set up appropriate mid-sized rental unit plan as its supply has been accelerated over time. The questionnaires used in this study cover a series of categories including site environment, unit plan, neighborhood, economy, and management. The 342 respondents are from the 3-year old apartments at Cheongju. The key findings are as follows. 1) As the average indices including number of family, life cycle, and income under the survey are different in terms of the rental unit sizes between 20 and 30 pyeongs. 2) In general, residents present comparatively high level of satisfaction in terms of residential environments. Their evaluation on the site environment unit plan, and neighborhood is around the average. In contrast, the economic and management efficiency categories are under the average. This study suggests residential guidelines should be derived from tenant differentiation policies dealing with diverse socio-demographic characteristics and satisfaction level. 3) In terms of improvement priority, residents present, higher preference on the management system and site environment. This study advises to establish an appropriate alternative to guarantee effective tenant participation. Considering the lower satisfaction level in the green space, common facilities, and resting space, this study also urges to secure quality control for desirable planning of the mid-sized rental apartments.

An extensive range of pumping facilities are employed in the regional water supply system in metropolitan areas, and optimization and the systematic combination of the Pump facilities have direct bearing on the stability and economy of the water supply system concerned. These systems must be able to guarantee stability, efficiency and offer high reliability. Preparation of metropolitan area regional water supply system construction project must include a basic plan which takes into account the suitability of pumping facilities to be used, the environment in which facilities will be installed, man-power requirements and basic operational and management policies. This paper contains over-all analysis of the management of metropolitan area regional water supply systems as like Jayang, Paldang 1st pump station. In the study, it aims to prepare counterplan which will be operated and managed the pump upon the operational conditions and to suggest the proposal for water facilities codes to decides total head of pump in Korea.

Lifting plan in the large spacial structure is an important factor influencing the efficiency and economy of the construction process. The purpose of this study was deriving the requirements for lifting techniques as the basic research in the double spoke wheel roof structure construction. In the lift up erection method, management plan of the interference error in the column and outer-ring was needed that occur during lifting roof structure. In the bent erection method, material usage reduction plan was required by the structural design of the temporary bent. In the hybrid erection method, lifting plan was needed that minimizes weather condition and crane usage. All lifting techniques were required Value Engineering model for reduction of cost and construction period.

The study specifically aimed to identify factors affecting business longevity. It focused on knowing how embroidery enterprises managed to persist in the industry for many years despite the competitive business environment. After discovering the significant relationships of such factors to longevity, problems experienced by the enterprise cluster were ascertained in order to come up with recommendations that can be proposed to the enterprise owners. Embroidery entrepreneurs have been experiencing a continuous decline in sales due to lack of innovation and intense competition. In the evaluation of their personal entrepreneurial competencies, they scored low on risk-taking, persuasion and networking, and opportunity seeking; thus, implying that these are their weaknesses. On the other hand, the statistical results of this study say that longevity is a function of the entrepreneur's competencies (i.e., persistence, commitment to work contract, demand for quality and efficiency, information seeking, and systematic planning or monitoring), the generation currently managing the business, competition, and the customer's preferences. These results suggest that these independent variables are significant and are deemed critical to business longevity. Thus, entrepreneurs have to find ways on how to use these competencies as an advantage in reinventing their businesses and in reviving their industry.

Two novel types of construction detailings, including using the distributive beam and the inner ring diaphragm in the joint between large-section CFT columns and outrigger truss to enhance the transferring efficiency of huge vertical load, and using the T-shaped stiffeners in the steel tube of large-section CFT columns to promote the local buckling capacity of steel tubes, were tested to investigate their working mechanism and design methods. Experimental results show that the co-working performance between steel tube and inner concrete could be significantly improved by setting the distributive beam and the inner ring diaphragm which can transfer the vertical load directly in the large-section CFT columns. Meanwhile, the T-shaped stiffeners are very helpful to improve the local bulking performance of steel tubes in the column components by the composite action of T-shaped stiffeners together with the core concrete under the range of flange of T-shaped stiffeners. These two approaches can result in a lower steel cost in comparison to normal steel reinforced concrete columns. Finally, a practical engineering case was introduced to illustrate the economy benefits achieved by using the two typical detailings.

It goes without saying that the technology innovation plays an important role in the sustainable growth of the firm in the global economy. It, however, is not easy to fulfill this simple and obvious fact. Because there are a lot of barriers hindering innovation activities of firms and innovations are interrupted or don't even attempts by this barriers. So in this paper, I study barriers of firms that try to innovation and how much negative impact exist on firm's innovation performance by that. And also I try to find influence on firm's performance because of declined innovation activities. To prove this, KIS(Korean Innovation Survey) 2008, which was surveyed by STEPI(Science and Technology Policy Institute), is used to find relationships among variables; innovation barriers, innovation activities and firm's performance. In the result, I find that financial barrier influence negatively to the process innovation with small business, capable barrier influence negatively to the process innovation with large business and organizational barrier influence negatively to the process innovation with both small and large business. And, it also appear that organizational barrier has not moderating effect but process efficiency has moderating effect significantly with small business that have more positive effect.

The composite frame system with reinforced concrete column and steel beam can be improved in its structural efficiency by complementing the shortcomings of the two systems. The system, however, has many inherent problems in practical design and construction process due to the dissimilarities of the materials. Considering these circumstance, this research aims for the development of a composite structural system which connects the steel beams to the R/C columns with higher structural safety and economy. Basically, the proposed connection system is composed of four split tees, structural angles reinforced by a stiffener, high strength steel rods, connecting plates and shear plates. Structural tests have been carried out to investigate the moment transfer mechanism 1Tom the beam flange to steel rods or connecting plates through the structural angle reinforced by a stiffener. The four prototype specimens have been tested until the flange of the beam reached a plastic state. The test results indicated that no distinct material dissimilarities between concrete and steel have been detected for the proposed hybrid beam-column connection system and that the stress transfer through the structural angle between the beam flange and steel rods or connecting plates was very encouraging.

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) will generate great benefits and big challenges in equal measure. Industry 4.0 has an impact on context, technology and business as long as it transforms design, production systems and products themselves. Industry 4.0 has also created many opportunities and challenges for startups to improve their business efficiency. The reality has shown that the industry 4.0 has begun to strong impacts of various levels on many areas of Vietnam's economy. In such context, it is necessary to implement sufficient and thorough research and evaluation of many issues of startups and innovation and to consider suitable solutions and effective ways to take advantages of opportunities that the Industry 4.0 brings to Vietnam. This paper proposes the solution for supporting and promoting to develope of innovative start-up enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0.
