DEA를 활용한 산업단지의 유형별 상대적 효율성 차이 분석 (Analysis on the Relative Efficiency of Industrial Complexes by Type Based on the DEA Model)

  • 이 연구는 산업단지의 효율적 운영 방안 마련의 기초연구로 우리나라 산업단지의 상대적 효율성 수준을 측정하고, 다양한 유형별 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 2017년 기준 287개의 산업단지의 생산액과 수출액을 산출변수로, 산업용지면적과 종사자수를 투입변수로 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis; DEA)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 우리나라 산업단지의 상대적 효율성은 주로 단지유형과 운영기간에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 단지유형 측면에서는 도시첨단산업단지가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 국가산업단지, 일반산업단지의 순으로 분석되었다. 따라서 산업단지의 효율성을 확보하기 위해서는 산업단지 업종의 첨단화와 물리적 규모의 확대가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 산업단지 운영기간이 증가함에 따라 산업단지의 상대적 효율성이 높아지고 있고, 노후산업단지의 상대적 효율성이 그렇지 않은 산업단지에 비해 높게 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 효율성이 확보된 노후산업단지의 경우 재생의 효과가 극대화될 수 있기 때문에 노후산업단지의 재생사업 우선순위 선정에 있어 하나의 고려요소로 적용할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in China's Digital Cultural Industry)

  • 과학기술과 문화산업의 융합이 심화되면서 중국의 디지털 문화산업이 부상하고 있다. 디지털 문화산업은 디지털 경제 시대에 문화소비에 대한 새로운 욕구를 충족시켜 소비자들에게 신선한 경험을 선사하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 A주 36개 디지털 문화 상장기업의 2018년~2019년의 공개 데이터를 이용하여 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성 평가지표체계를 구축했다. 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용하여 36개 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 평가했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 상장기업 36곳은 기술혁신 효율성이 낮다. 둘째, 상장기업의 연구개발 자원의 배치가 불합리하다. 셋째, 상장기업 간 기술혁신 효율성의 차이가 크다. 따라서 연구개발 자금 투입의 확대, 연구개발 자원의 합리적 배치, 연구개발 인력 도입과 육성 확대, 효과적인 동적 인센티브 메커니즘 구축, '정산학연용(政产学研用)'의 긴밀한 결합 촉진 및 정부 정책의 충분한 발휘 등의 조치를 통해 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 제고해야 한다.

IT 업계 고용 창출을 위한 성공요인에 관한 연구 (Study on the Identification of CSFs for Employment in IT Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창조경제의 중심 산업인 IT 업계에서 정보기술의 활용이 고용 창출에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가, 기업의 전략 및 정보기술의 활용과의 연계성은 어떠한가, 그리고 기업의 전략이 정보기술의 활용과 고용 창출에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 검증하려는데 있다. 187개의 기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 창조경제 산업계에서 정보기술은 효율, 위협, 기능, 공격, 그리고 통합 모든 차원에서 경쟁력을 제공하여 고용 창출에 기여하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기업의 전략이 정보기술의 활용과 고용 창출간의 관계에 미치는 조절 효과는 각 전략에 따라 그 효과가 서로 다른 것으로 판명되어, 경영 전략 수립 과정에서 정보기술의 활용 특성을 신중하게 고려하여야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

쏠라 썬루프를 이용한 주차환기 시스템의 효과에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Benefit of Pre-ventilation Using Solar Sunroof)

  • This study presented the benefit of the pre-ventilation using solar sunroof with integrated photovoltaic. Recent year, auto-makers make an effort to enhance the fuel efficiency and moreover to clean the cabin passenger's health. Solar energy, one of the alternative energies, adapted in automotive air handling system, in order to pre-ventilation when vehicle parked under the sun in summer. The power generated by a prototype solar sunroof has been used to run blower in a air handing system. And the solar sunroof was installed in a vehicle, and evaluated to find out benefit of the pre-ventilation. The effect of reducing the cabin temperature about $3^{\circ}C{\sim}10^{\circ}C$ with 20 ~ 40W power generator from solar sunroof were obtained in the pre-ventilation test. This reduced thermal load can lead to the reduction of air-conditioning operation time than that of current car. Moreover, fuel economy may increase as a results of the short use of the air-conditioning time. Additionally, Total Volatile Organic Compounds in the cabin is reduced maximum 80% than that of the current vehicle.

DYNAMIC SIMULATION MODEL OF A HYBRID POWERTRAIN AND CONTROLLER USING CO-SIMULATION-PART II: CONTROL STRATEGY

  • The topic of this study is the control strategy of a mild hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) equipped with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). A brief powertrain and vehicle configuration is introduced followed by the control strategy of the HEV with emphasis on two key parts. One of them is an ideal operating surface (IOS) that operates the CVT powertrain optimally from the viewpoint of the tank-to-wheel efficiency. The other is a charge sustaining energy management to maintain the battery state of charge (SOC) within an appropriate level. The fuel economy simulation results of the HEV over standard driving cycles were compared with those of the baseline vehicle. Depending on the driving cycle, 1.3-20% fuel saving potential is predicted by the mild hybridisation using an integrated starter alternator (ISA). The detailed energy flow analysis shows that the majority of the improvement comes from the idle stop function and the benefits for electrical accessories. Additionally, the differences between the initial and the final SOC are in the range $-1.0{\sim}+3.8%$ in the examined cycle.

  • As the international business increases among the nations of the world recently, it is an inevitable fact that its claims rise as well. The most reasons of the international business claims have been concentrated upon the unpaid issues. The other reasons are sequently the different interpretation of business contract's conditions, the inferior quality of the goods, the breach of shipping time, the uncertain market-claims and some problems of transportation, the quantity and bad package of the goods. As business transactions grow more complex, it becomes increasingly important to resolve claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive policy support for overall international trade and investment of local company in recent years, Korean government has reborn the Korea Insurance Corporation ("K-sure"). K-sure adopted a range of measures to improve management efficiency to strengthen national competitiveness and national economy by promoting oversea trade and investment. Especially, K-sure will be able cover not only export transactions but also import transactions to secure oversea natural resources and commodities vital the national economy. K-sure should be able to continue and expand the existing export insurance programs, support import transactions and lead export-oriented industrialization of Korea as the best trade insurance agency.

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF TRACTOR PERFORMANCE WITH REGARD TO ENERGY SAVING AND POLLUTION REDUCING

  • A study on optimum operation performances of power efficiency, economy and exhaust emissions for a tractor was conducted. A mathematical model of multiple degree polynomial equation was applied to established the function of solid multiple parameter curves for specific fuel consumption (ge), cabon monoxide (CO) ,hydrcarbons (HC) and cabonaceous smoke (Rb). The optimum operation theorems for economy operation indicated by ge and for exhaust emissions described by Co , HC and Rb were obtained from analytical method and performance test data. The optimum operation theorems could exhibit optimum operation working points, curves, and regions. The optimum matching relations of engine speed and transmission parameters were analyzed by using computer simulation methods in accordance with the tractor specifications , actual farm working conditions in a typical drawbar pull work such as plowing , the optimum operation objective function, the ideal transmission ratio, practical gear shif ing positions and practical travel speed of the tractor TN55 medel. The results of the anlayzes indicated clearly that the optimum power efficient operation, energy saving and pollution reducing would be realized if the tractor would be operated according to theoptimum operation methods.

하이브리드용 가솔린엔진의 EGR을 통한 연비향상에 관한 연구 (Study on Fuel Consumption Improvement in SI Engine with EGR for Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

  • EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) is considered as a most effective method to reduce the NOx emissions. But high EGR tolerance is always pursued not only for its advantages of the pumping loss reduction and fuel economy benefit in Gasoline-Hybrid engine. However, the occurrence of excessive cyclic variation with high EGR normally prevents substantial fuel economy improvements from being achieved in practice. Therefore, the optimum EGR rate should be carefully determined in order to achieve low fuel consumption and low exhaust emission. In this study, 2 liters gasoline engine with E-EGR system was used to investigate the effects of EGR on fuel efficiency, combustion stability, engine performance and exhaust emissions. With optimal EGR rates, the fuel consumption was improved by 4%. This improvement was achieved while a reduction in NOx emissions of 75% was accomplished. Increase of EGR gas temperature causes the charge air temperature to affect the knock phenomenon and moreover, the EGR valve lift changes for the same control signal.

  • 우리나라는 대기업 중심의 산업구조를 바탕으로 현재의 경제성장을 이루어냈다. 그러나 국가경제에서 중소기업이 차지하는 비중은 아주 높으며 정보화를 통해 생산성 제고와 역량강화를 동시에 꾀할 수 있다. 현재 중소기업 정보화 역량 강화를 위한 정책은 국가예산의 감소를 비롯하여 다양한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 정보화와 관련된 정책의 현황을 살펴보고 이를 통해 현재 중소기업 정보화 정책의 현안과제를 도출하고자 한다. 그리고 도출된 현안과제를 수요자 중심의 지원정책 다변화, 성과 중심의 지원정책 효율화, 장기적 관점의 성장동력화의 세 가지 관점으로 나누어 정책방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Impact of Intention and Technology Awareness on Transport Industry's E-service: Evidence from an Emerging Economy.

  • Purpose - Usage of E-services is critical for businesses to maximize work efficiency and gain competitive advantage. The aim of the study is to explore how awareness of technology and e-services usage in an emerging economy in Pakistan. The studies aimed to explore as to what extent these factors can potentially motivate transport employees towards e-services; who are generally not aware about technology and hence also not confident in using it also. Research design, data, and methodology - Employees from the three transport subsidiary units from a large private company in Pakistan were sampled for the study. Through using self-administered technique, the questionnaires were distributed during the month of April, 2016 to 189 employees. A total of 150 responses were taken further for analysis where the study found a positive link between awareness of technology and e-services usage. Results - This study found positive relationship between intention to use and e-service usage among the employees of three subsidiary units. The paper has reported 30 percent variance explained by the predicting variables in relation with e-services usage. Conclusions - Employees could be motivated to use e-services and latest technology through enhancing their awareness about their respective importance and viability. Accordingly, organizations can foster employees' intentions to use to enhance e-service usage.
