Taking advantage of geographical position of Korea located on the main route of world-wide service, Port Logistics Industry can be strategic industry which secures international competitiveness necessary for Korea to be hub of Northeast Asian's logistics. Along with the advent of super large container vessel, world ports environment changed from "milkway" type, which means vessel calls every port for service to "Hub & Spoke" type, which means vessel calls regional central port and feeder service for the rest ports. As environment changes, regional ports in Northeast Asia are competing each other tougher and tougher and introducing or developing port logistics information system based on state-of-the-art technology in order to adapt themselves to new environment, thus to be Hub port. Taking this situation into consideration, we want to define clearly the meaning and scope of port logistics IT and review the global trend of port logistics IT. Finally we want to find future development of port logistics IT which we have to achieve.

The purpose of this study is to grasp effectiveness of Mountain Village Package Development Work. Mountain Village Package Development Work was started for the welfare and economic activation plan of residents of village from 1995. We want to grasp a practical economic and welfare of residents of village through the village that is enforced Mountain Village Package Development Work after two-three years. The process of this study is as follows. First, we select the village that Mountain Village Package Development Work finished. Second, we grasp the status of Mountain Village Package Development Work through a field study on destination village. Third, we investigate the resident satisfaction.

Mungyung area has contributed to korean industrial development with its abundant natural resources. However, the change of industrial structure caused the decrease of the number of mines in Mungyung and it resulted in the economic depression in that area. Recently. the economic growth of Mungyung is attempted by developing the distribution center of agricultural products and the resort complex using beautiful natural environment such as the film setting of 'Taejo Wang - gun' and hot spring in good quality. In this article I survey the foreigners aware of the principle products of this district and their intention of purchasing the products using local speciality. I also make confectionery experiments on the basis of the survey and develop various confectionery using principle products of Mungyung.

Amount used of admixture fare is increasing for concrete economic efficiency and ability security. Security of economic efficiency and ability can expect by use of this admixture fare but is displaying a lot of problems on early age strength hold by hydrate delay relatively. Specially, in the case of construction site, concrete strength can speak that interrelation is high with mold removal of forms time. Therefore, is economical and need examination of plan that can secure robber within 3 days using admixture fare such as fly ash and blast furnace slage differential speech to secure function. In this study, adding liquid admixture within 1% of a binding agent quantity to examine these problem with physical characteristic after hardening ago specially, strength change at standard and air dry curing of observed change in priority. Air dried and water curing total strength enhancement effects appeared by thing which is in case of add test result liquid admixture by below 1% and strength deputy by passage of age could know is not big.

Small photovoltaic equipment spreads to the detached house owing to the support of government. This study analyzed the payback period of small photovoltaic equipment, and presented a plan of spreading PV equipment by electricity consumption according to the results. The results of payback period analysis showed that a household of 500kWh or above in the average monthly electricity consumption could produce an economic effect without the subsidies of government, and a household of 300kWh or above could secure economical efficiency in case of receiving the subsidies of government and municipality. However, it was shown that the economic effect was not large in case of a household of less than 250kWh. Therefore, the analysis showed that it would be necessary to be supported by additional subsidies or to develop a new supporting policy with regard to a household of less than 250kWh.

I wish to examine plan about megalopolis formation with Japan and Busan, possess location condition that can be injured to center hub of North-east Asia. First for this, through competitive analysis of Korea and Japan in industrial structure, I will search competition relation. Second, examine what exports and specialization industry of two area are, through industrial structure of Busan and Kyushu area of Japan. Third, to form megalopolis, wish to present what business belt that can bind two area. Fourth, I wish to present preview point about this study in the conclusion. Examine from 2004 to 2007 through exports, degree of trade join(combination), index of trade specialization degree, index of Revealed comparative advantage, and etc, for analysis of this study how in changed industry competitive between two countries or two area have changed.

This paper focuses on the development prospects of the UK after Europe, the development situation of the EU and the world's democratic issues were discussed. China has experienced rapid economic growth and burgeoning trade since it began economic reforms and an opening policy. With this the amount of marine cargoes between Korea and China had been increased Recently this increasing rate of cargoes, the development of the Yellow Sea Sub-Region and the change of the Northeast Asian logistics network have acted as important factors of Korea's strategy to be the Northeast Asian logistics hub. This paper analyzes China's inland transport network to offer basic understanding on transport and logistics network in China. Therefore, the outcomes of this paper could be used as basic materials to further transport and logistics cooperation between China and Korea and to developing a more realistic plan to complete Korea's Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy.

An economic design of specification limits for production process of ham is considered for a given process mean in a complete inspection plan. Each ham is inspected, and if it meets the specification, it is accepted. The ham less than the lower specification limit are changed another products or at a discounted price, and those greater than the upper specification limit are reworked. A profit model is developed which involves selling price, production cost, rework cost and the cost which is incurred by imperfect quality. Methods for finding the optimal specification limits are derived for the case of piecewise linear loss function with an industrial case study.

In most cases, the use of electric power is associated with the economic scale of a nation closely. Thus, the electric power load forecasting plays an important role for the national economic plan. This paper deals with the design method for the electric power load forecasting system. In this paper, RCR-MA data processing, which can make the complex properties of the original data form simple, is proposed. Next, IT2TSK FLS, which can reflect the uncertainty of data more than T1TSK FLS, is applied. Consequently, the structural advantage of the proposed system can improve the forecasting accuracy, and is verified by using two types of electric power data.
