빅데이터 시대에 정보의 양이 급증하고, 그중 많은 부분을 차지하는 문자열 정보를 정량화하여 의미를 찾아 낼 수 있는 인공지능 방법론이 함께 발전하면서, 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 주가 예측에 적용해 온라인 뉴스로 주가를 예측하려는 시도가 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 주가 예측의 방법은 대개 예측하고자 하는 기업의 뉴스로 주가를 예측하는 방식이다. 하지만 특정 회사의 뉴스만이 그 회사의 주가에 영향을 주는 것이 아니라, 그 회사와 관련성이 높은 회사들의 뉴스 또한 주가에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 그러나 관련성이 높은 기업을 찾는 것은 시장 전반의 공통적인 영향과 무작위 신호 때문에 쉽지 않다. 따라서 기존 연구들은 주로 미리 정해진 국제 산업 분류 표준에 기반을 둬 관련성이 높은 기업을 찾았다. 하지만 최근 연구에 따르면, 국제 산업 분류 표준은 섹터에 따라 동질성이 다르며, 동질성이 낮은 섹터는 그들을 모두 함께 고려하여 주가를 예측하는 것이 성능에 악영향을 줄 수 있다는 한계점을 가진다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 주가 예측 연구에서 처음으로 경제물리학에서 주로 사용되는 무작위 행렬 이론을 사용하여 시장 전반 효과와 무작위 신호를 제거하고 군집 분석을 시행하여 관련성이 높은 회사를 찾는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 관련성이 높은 회사의 뉴스를 함께 고려하며 다중 커널 학습을 사용하는 인공지능 모형을 제시한다. 본 논문의 결과는 무작위 행렬 이론을 통해 시장 전반의 효과와 무작위 신호를 제거하여 정확한 상관 계수를 찾아 군집 분석을 시행한다면 기존 연구보다 더 좋은 성능을 보여 준다는 것을 보여준다.

미국 신용등급 하락 이후 미국의 더블딥 우려와 유럽 재정위기가 세계 경제를 크게 뒤흔들고 있다. 미국의 재정적자가 심각한 수준에 도달하여 재정정책수단이 제대로 작용하지 못하고 유럽의 일부 국가에서도 재정위기 가능성이 상존하여 실물위기로 파급될 가능성이 높다. 이러한 점들은 세계경제가 내년에도 상당한 불확실성을 보일 것이라는 것을 의미한다. 세계경제에 대한 전망이 밝지 못한 가운데 해운경기는 세계 경기와 밀접한 관계가 있기 때문에 어두운 전망의 세계경제는 해운경기 역시 밝지 않을 것이라는 것을 쉽게 예측할 수 있다. 본고는 2012년의 해운경기를 예측하기 위하여 단변량 모형인 4개의 ARIMA 모형과 6개의 개입ARIMA모형을 이용한다. 먼저 사후적 예측을 하여 10개의 모형의 RMSPE가 비교적 높을 뿐만 아니라 일부 모형에서는 상당히 높아 ARIMA모형에 의한 예측이 어려움을 의미한다. 사전적 예측을 통해 모형들의 예측치가 큰 차이를 보이지 않으며 그러나 2012년 예측치가 모형 4개의 최대 2178-2320, 모형 6개의 최대 2071-2533에 불과하여 해운경기가 여전히 불황에서 벗어나기 어려울 것이라는 것을 보인다.

Purpose - This study is the first field study about the insurance market in North Korea. By analysing the information and the data collected from the visit to North Korea, we introduced the most recent change on the insurance market in North Korea and analyzed the impact of the change of economic policy on the insurance market. This study may enhance the understanding the current situation and provide expectations on the future of the insurance market in North Korea. Design/methodology/approach - This study is based on the field study doen in 2018 to Pyeong Yang, the capital of North Korea, The most information was collected from the legal documents, news papers and academic reports. Findings - During his regime from the year of 2012, Kim Jong Eun, the Supreme Leader of North Korea, initiated the drastic change in economic renovation policy in North Korea by shifting the economic system from the commodity economy to the market economy. Due to the policy, the insurance market in North Korea became marginally privatized and the market of life insurance contracts is expected to be increased if North Korea may resolve the political conflicts between North Korea and the United States and its allies in Asia mainly due to its nuclear testing. Research implications or Originality - Until now, very few studies have been done regarding the financial market in North Korea, especially about the insurance market. Our study provides unique information on the insurance market in North Korea because all the information and its implications are based on the field study in 2018.

공공데이터는 정부 3.0을 기점으로 공급자 위주의 정보 개방에서 국민 개개인 중심의 맞춤형 정보 공유의 형태로 변모했다. 이에 따라 정부는 공공데이터의 가치를 극대화하고 재사용을 높이고자 관련 정책 및 사업을 펼치고 있다. 본 연구는 뉴스에 드러난 공공데이터 관련 이슈를 분석하여 이슈별 정부 기관 및 정부 사업 현황을 알아보고자 한다. 공공데이터를 포함하는 국내 온라인 뉴스와 공공기관 입찰정보를 대상으로 의미망 분석을 실시했으며 도출된 주요 주제어를 공공데이터에 내재된 사회적, 경제적 가치와 연결시키는 작업을 수행했다. 분석 결과 공공데이터 관련 주요 이슈는 공공데이터 접근성 확대, 신기술의 성장, 이해관계자들 간 협력과 갈등, 민간부문의 활용으로 나뉘었으며 이는 각각 투명성, 효율성, 참여성, 혁신 메커니즘과 밀접한 연관성을 보였다. 이슈별 주요 기관으로는 투명성이 기획재정부와 서울특별시, 효율성이 문화체육관광부와 경기도, 참여성이 산업통상자원부와 인천광역시, 혁신이 국토교통부와 경상북도가 해당되었으며 대부분의 이슈들이 정부주도로 형성되고 있었다.

디지털 미디어 기술 발달에 따라 언론인의 직업 규범과 가치가 어떻게 변하고 있는 지를 탐구하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이다. 먼저, 19세기 말 이래 확립된 객관주의, 전문직주의 언론 규범이 새로운 미디어 생태계에서 어떤 변화의 압력을 받고 있는 지를 파악했다. 미디어 환경의 변화는 직업 언론인의 직무 수행에 $\triangle$ 인식론 측면 $\triangle$ 전문직 정체성의 측면 $\triangle$ 독자와의 상호작용 측면에서 변화를 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이어 한국의 역사적 사회적 맥락에서 형성돼 공유되고 있는 언론 규범에 이런 일반적인 변화가 어떻게 투영되고 있는지를 중견 언론인들을 심층 인터뷰 해 조사했다. 인터뷰에 앞서 언론인들로 부터 '기자 정신'의 역할 모델로 인정받는 리영희 선생(1929~2010)의 언론사상을 도출해 비교의 준거로 활용했다. 즉, 이 연구는 $\triangle$실증적 글쓰기를 통한 실체적 진실 추구 $\triangle$전문성에의 열정 $\triangle$독자(민중) 와의 상호교육 등 리영희의 언론 정신으로 상징되는 한국적 언론 규범이 현재의 미디어 환경에서 어떻게 변화해 가고 있는 지를 살펴보는 탐색적 연구이다. 연구결과, 미디어 환경 변화에도 불구하고 언론인들은 실체적 진실추구, 전문성 추구, 심층 탐사보도 등 리영희의 언론정신으로 상징되는 전통 저널리즘의 규범과 가치가 직무 수행에서 여전히 중요한 지침이 된다고 보았다. 또 이런 정신이 현재 한국 저널리즘이 봉착한 위기를 극복하는 데도 긴요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 다만, 언론인들은 디지털 시대에는 이런 저널리즘의 가치를 열린 자세로 수용자와 밀접히 상호작용 함으로써 성취해야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 진실을 가려 내 제시하는 '판별자'의 역할, 시민저널리스트와 전문가 블로거의 자원을 폭넓게 활용해 뉴스를 생산하는 '네트워크 연결점', 수많은 정보를 엮고 정리하는 '뉴스 코디네이터' 등으로 역할을 확장하는 등 새로운 미디어 기술이 제공하는 환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처해야 할 것으로 지적됐다.

Terminal market has rapidly crashed and market rates have taken a sharp plunge. The substantial throughput decrease resulted from the world economic downturn has been a finishing blow to the terminal operators in Busan. Every terminal operator is taking cost saving as its first priority and accelerating structural reform and downsizing. Under the desperate situation, the need of effective cost analysis would be highly required to effectively control operation cost and to develop new services to satisfy the different needs of the customers. Furthermore, terminal operators could reduce unnecessary activities and concentrate their resource on the more cost-effective process through the operation cost analysis. In order to suggest a new framework of the cost control of container terminals, this paper seeks to analyze terminal costs based on ABC approach by processing actual data.

Foot and mouth disease (FMD) is a highly contagions disease of cloven-hoofed animals and occurs in many non-European countries, in particular in huge parts of Asia including Turkey, in most countries of Africa and in parts of South America. The extreme contagiousness of the disease requires comprehensive to control an outbreak, causing high economic losses. The outbreak of FMD, which affects livestock including cattle, swine,sheep,goats,deer and other animals as a highly communicable disease that affects. The agency issued a statement noting that FMD disease does not spread to humans. The disease and meat from infected animals are news reports that more than 3.400.000 livestock have been ordered slaughtered so far across the country.

The sailors on seagoing ships experience much difficulty in communicating with their families, friends or associates ashore due to communication cost or technical difficulties so that they are sometimes unable to adapt to the rapid social changes promptly. This is mainly the result of an insufficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-environment on their ships. To surmount such a problem, an electronic shipboard voting system that guarantees the publicness and absolute secrecy in voting process has been proposed in this paper. The system not only helps crews to catch up with up-to-date news and provides them a feeling that they are being connected to the everyday lives of the outside world, but also allows them to cast their votes based on the newly acquired information (e.g., current political or economic situations in their respective regions and etc.).

These days, men live better lives owing to economic growth. They are interested in basic desire such as clothing, food and dwelling. This study investigated food and/or eating. Men like to take better quality food to be healthy. They can hear food problems easily by news to satisfy desire. On October 13, 2014, Dongsuh Food Company was prohibited to distribute a serial product named 'Post Almond Flake' (Statistics Korea). Dongsuh Food was found to produce finished product by mixing contaminants without inspection of colon bacillus, and Crown Confectionery was found to produce 'Organic farming wafer' and 'Organic farming choco wafer' from March 2009 to early August, 2016 cognizing rejection at inspection not to inform Ministry of Health and to sell product amounting to 3.1 billion KRW .

Purpose - This study aims to find out what impacts large retailers' behaviors appearing when they promote the strengthening of their market dominating power in the trade relations with small and medium suppliers or in the market can have on consumers. Research design, data, methodology - This study analyzed negative information (news) on large retailers (Lotte Mart, E-Mart and Homeplus) based on the monthly data over the past five years from 2008 to 2012 and also analyzed the correlation between dependent variables that are likely to affect sales through large retailer economic index, Results - This study conducted a correlation analysis on the time lag of the factors that have an impact on the negative information and sales of large retailers in order to analyze how consumers respond to the choice of large retailers' store (store sales) when they perceived negative information about the un- ethical behaviors of large retailers. Conclusions - Unfair and negative information on large retailers appeared significant for the hypothesis that sales will be affected by the image of large retailers and change of consumer attitudes.
