여성소비자의 웰빙 라이프스타일과 한방화장품 추구혜택과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Well-Being Lifestyles and Herbal Cosmetics Benefits Sought of Female Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between well-being lifestyles and herbal cosmetics benefits sought of female consumers. The data were collected from 301 women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, Busan, and Gyeongnam province in June, 2011. Statistical methods including frequency, F-test, t-test, Duncan test, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows.: The well-being lifestyles were composed of five factors, 'health pursuit activity', 'eco-friendly product interest', 'eco-friendly dietary', 'eco-friendly clothing', and 'eco-friendly housing'. The herbal cosmetics benefits sought were composed of seven factors, 'special function pursuit', 'skin 'fitness pursuit', 'brand pursuit', 'nutritional reinforcement pursuit', 'economy pursuit', 'fragrance pursuit', and 'scarcity pursuit'. The well-being lifestyles and herbal cosmetics benefits sought according to female consumers's demographic characteristics showed a difference. Female consumers's well-being lifestyles showed that correlation with the herbal cosmetics benefits sought. Female consumers's well-being lifestyles had a influence on their herbal cosmetics benefits sought. The study results are highly expected to be used as valuable sources in marketing strategies for herbal cosmetic industries.

지속가능한 생태도시 및 생태마을에서의 거주자의 역할 (The Role of Residents for the Sustainable Ecopolis and Ecovillage)

  • This study was performed to identify the roles of residents for the environmentally sound and sustainable development, taco-polis(kologisches Bauen), eco-village and Symbiotic Housing. These buildings will achieve energy efficiency through design strategies such as passive solar heating system, natural cooling and day lighting. Their infrastructure will feature parking on the periphery, extensive pedestrian paths, outdoor ground lights that preserve stellar visibility, and environmentally sensitive technologies such as low writer use fixtures. And they will restore biodiversity while protecting the wildlife, wetlands, forests, soil, air and water. Their houses wile be designed to support home-based occupations, offering high-speed Internet access and other options to promote a localized, sustainable economy. To support and encourage the evolution of sustainable settlements, it is necessary to prepare constructing the physical facilities and the social functions relating with residents. The roles of residents are important to provide a high Quality lifestyle and to integrate a supportive social environment with a low-impact way of life. This study concluded the four main roles of residents for the sustainable of Eco-polis and Ecovillage. 1. Residents assist transition towards a sustainable society as eco-conscious consumers in the planning stage. 2. Residents live in a ecological way for the sustainable ecovillage. 3. Residents exchange information and education for increasing the community glue as a communication network. 4. Residents support and transmit their cultural vitality and tradition for the next generation. So, users are expected to encourage resident's participation in the planning, design, ongoing management and maintenance of the sustainable ecovillage.

친환경 세라믹 도료 열적측정을 통한 쿨루프 정책 확대방안 (Expansion of Cool Roof Policy through Thermal Measurement of Eco-Friendly Ceramic Coating)

  • The urban heat island phenomenon that accelerates global warming has always been controversial when summer heatwaves have occurred since it was first investigated and described by Luke Howard in the 1810s. In Korea, since 2014, government have been interested in Cool Roof and painted white coating on the rooftops of the aging and weak buildings, and the cool roof business has expanded nationwide. However, the roof occupies 20-25% of the entire city surface, much less than 37-45% of the pavement area consisting of roads, parking lots and sidewalks, there is a need to expand the policy of Cool Pavement as a way to reduce the urban heat island phenomenon. Domestic cities are high-rise buildings centered on apartments, and the area occupied by outer walls is larger than that of rooftops compared to foreign low-rise buildings. Therefore, as a way to reduce the urban heat island phenomenon, there is a need for a policy to expand the Cool Roof in buildings and use Cool Wall in parallel. Therefore, this study aims to present the expansion of Cool Wall in buildings and Cool Pavement in urban areas, expanding the installation range of Cool Roof, by comparing and reviewing the thermal characteristics of eco-friendly ceramic coating with excellent thermal proof performance and coatings used for roof waterproofing.

유비쿼터스 에코시티 평가지표 개발 및 적용 연구 (Development of Indicators to Assess the Quality of Ubiquitous-Ecological Cities)

  • 유비쿼터스 에코시티(U-Eco City)는 첨단 IT기술을 도시공간과 접목시킨 유비쿼터스 도시(U-City)와 지속가능한 생태도시(Eco-City)의 개념이 융 복합된 새로운 도시패러다임이다. 하지만 국내외적으로 처음 시도되고 있기 때문에 U-Eco City에 대한 개발목표, 계획안, 실시설계안, 기술 및 서비스 요소 등이 혼재하여 명확히 정립되지 않고 있다. 무엇보다도 U-Eco City의 무엇을 어떻게 평가해야 하는가에 대한 구체적인 논의가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 U-Eco City의 도시 질과 환경을 평가하기 위한 지표체계를 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 국내외에서 논의가 미흡했던 U-Eco City에 대한 개념을 정립하여 지속가능한 도시의 질을 달성하기 위한 개념적 틀을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 U-Eco City의 개념은 기존도시의 경제적 발전과 성장위주 개발방식에서 도시의 질적 환경과 지속성 차원의 복합적인 영향을 종합적으로 파악해야 한다는 점을 제시하고 있다. 이 같은 연구 성과는 향후 도시개발에서 관리체계의 근거로 활용될 수 있다. 둘째, 개발된 평가체계는 의식조사를 통해 평가지표로서의 완성도를 높였다. 전문가 및 이해관계자를 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 도시의 질적 측면은 안전성이 상대적으로 중요한 요소로 도출되었다. 도시의 지속성 측면에서는 사회, 환경, 경제 모두 중요도가 유사하게 나타났으나 그 중에서 환경요소가 높게 나타났다. 이는 과거 도시개발시 우선요소로 안전성과 경제성을 둔 반면 현대에 들어 환경문제의 심각성을 인식하고 '저탄소 녹색성장'과 같은 각종 정책이 영향을 미친 것으로 해석된다. 마지막으로 평가체계를 기반으로 사례대상지역을 선정하였으며 실시설계안을 중심으로 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과, '안전성'과 '경제성' 부문이 높게 평가되었으며, 이는 의식조사에서는 환경적 지속성이 중요시 된 반면 설계안에서는 아직까지 경제성장 위주의 개발계획이 우선적으로 이루어진 것을 보여준다. 따라서 향후 도시개발시 환경적 측면의 보완이 필요하며, 경제성장과 환경적 지속성간의 연계방안도 제시되어야 할 것이다.

국내 공동주택 트렌드 분석 연구 (A Study on Trend Analysis of Domestic Multi-family Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of Korean domestic multi-family housing. For that, this study surveyed 139 apartment complex cases which were sold from December 2002 to December 2005. When Hwasung Dongtan apartment complex was sold in 2004, there were a lot of attempts in various quarters, especially in unit planning and eco-friendly design. Accordingly, it is worthy that analyzing the trend before and after of 2004. As a result, the trend has been moving from 'convenient and high class' to 'LOHAS, one-stop living, convergency, and residents' satisfaction' because leasure and well-living have been the purpose of their living. Therefore, we can predict that B.I. and design identity would be more important, and various contents would be created for residents' community and private life.

  • Architecture has a large influence in the environment and human health. Therefore eco-friendly concept and sustainable development are important in Architectural field. This study aims to analyze impact of green building rating system on an apartment housing CO2 emission using multiple regression analysis. But in this result, green building rating system has no effect on CO2 emission. So, future study is required to analyze factors of green building rating system on the CO2 emission.

전통한옥의 근대화 요소와 현대한옥의 특징 비교연구 (A Study on Modernization Elements of Traditional Hanok and Character of a New One)

  • Hanok is Korea's traditional housing. From the 1970s, the vast majority of citizens in urban areas have not lived in Hanok housing but an apartment. Consequently, many people no longer familiar with the experience of living in traditional Hanok. People who live in the environment of residential apartments eargle like new residential and pursue eco-friendly homes, health homes, espacially among the hanok was reassure potential. There have been many debate how Hanok housing can become more sustainable, yet keep characteristics of its identity. The purpose of this study is to examine the process by which traditional Hanoks and modern architecture can influence each other, how the popularization of modern homes was formed and this relationship with the new less popular Hanoks. Finally, We will exmine how old Hanok can be renovated into new, modern Hanoks. The subject areas are Seoul, Jeonju, and Chongju in early twentieth century; by discussing with upper-class Hanok to improve the general standard of most traditional Hanok.

한국스타일 아파트 단지 외부공간 계획의 기초연구 (Schematic Study for 'Korea Style' Exterior Space Planning of Apartment)

  • With the IMF crisis in the late 1990's, coupled with the excessive supply of housing stock from the past, construction companies are adopting various differentiating strategies to address the decreasing apartment sales rates. Most of those strategies tend to follow the recent trend of 'eco-friendliness,' creating images of the apartments as 'well-being housing types.' In doing so, green spaces and water features are actively being used in outdoor landscapes design. One specific trend that can be witnessed is the efforts to make reference to the traditional Korean design languages, known as the 'Korean Style.' However, the applications of the 'Korea Style' on landscape design are being explored only by the construction companies, while most researches on the 'Korean Style' focus on its application on the indoor housing units. In this context, this series of case studies of the application of 'Korea Style' on landscape design attempts to extract design elements that can be set as basic guidelines.

A Sustainable System for Improving Energy Performances Applicable to the Existing Collective Housing

  • Purpose: Currently, there are many success stories coming out various energy-saving / production or eco-friendly buildings. However, these case and method didn't consider of application with existing housing and high-rise housings. In the case of Europe, the North America is gradually grew and settle through the voluntary, small, private development. But this method and system are not fit for the majority of developing countries including South Korea. Method: In this situation, this paper analyse, first arranged previous research and case study, second divided factors and re-organized factors, third analysed plan and elevation of apartment and selected main plan type and elevation type of apartment, finally analysed method of application with existing buildings and high-rise buildings by test and simulation. Result: In sum, this research finally analyzed the change of electricity and fuel consumption according to the change of insulation standard. This study has been expected to serve as a bridge of the energy housing system development and suggest new method applied to the existing housing and building.

공공 주택건설사업의 현장환경관리 업무요소 도출 및 수행주체 분석 (Identification of On-site Environmental Management Factors and Analysis of Responsible Parties in Public Housing Construction Sites)

  • 저탄소 녹색성장 및 친환경 트렌드는 미래 지구환경 보존의 핵심 개발지표이며, 정부도 제3차 건설환경기본계획을 발표하면서 녹색건설기술 및 고품질 건설환경 구현을 위해 체계적이고 다양한 추진방향을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 생산단계인 건설과정에서의 저탄소 및 친환경적 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공 주택건설 현장의 친환경성 제고를 위해 기본적으로 시행되어야 할 활동인 현장의 환경관리 업무요소를 도출하고, 각각의 업무요소에 대한 합리적 수행주체와 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 체계적인 현장 환경관리를 위해 필요한 수행업무를 파악하고, 수행주체 및 역할분담, 업무수행 프로세스를 합리화하는데 매우 유용한 자료가 될 것이다. 본 연구결과를 실무에 적용하기 위해서는 연구결과로 제시하고 있는 단위업무의 수행주체 및 수행프로세스별 명확한 업무분장에 대한 협의가 반드시 필요하며, 이와 아울러 환경관련 각종 제도 및 기준 현실화가 필수적이다. 이러한 적극적 이행노력과 더불어, 향후 환경관리활동 수행과정 및 결과에 대한 평가방법, 환경요인별 환경문제 발생 시의 기술적 해결방법에 대한 검토도 추가적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다.
