As KCI under U.S.D is impossible to calculate all sections compared P-M Interaction Curve of the circular concrete column under EC2 of limit state design and KCI. Result of the construction, P-M Interaction Curve according to design for standard is about the same. If a covering depth rased, EC2 is better safety than KCI.

Through the increment of requirement for EC(Electronic Commerce) oriented communication services, security multicast communications is becoming more important. However, multicast to EC environment is much different from unicast concept most network security protocols. On the network security, using mandatory access control of multilevel architecture which assigns a specific meaning to each subject, so we accomplish access control. In this way, access control security based on the information security level is proposed. A security protocol based on the architecture proposed in this paper would be utilized in security multicast communications, group key management service and leveled security service through multilevel EC security policy, Also we discuss and propose the security level scaleability and key management method on the network.

The new paradigm, which is called Electronic Commerce (EC), has greatly influenced not only enterprises but also other part of our society. Many goods have been actively transacted through EC all over the world. But there is a great difference between agricultural products and industrial products in terms of selling and buying behavior. Industrial products are well standardized and time-invariant in quality but agricultural products are not. Even the domestic distribution channels of agricultural products are much complex and are not modernized with internet technology. In this study, we first identify the behaviors of electronically transacting agricultural products and then develop and EC architecture far agricultural products in Korea. We suggest that EC for agricultural products focuses on B2B (Business to Business) model and various agricultural information should be distributed from B2B market over all supply chain and demand chain channels.

The average specific growth rate of C. reinhardtii (${\mu}$) was decreased with increase in biocide concentrations. The toxicity of biocides toward was as follows (in descending order of toxicities): herbicide 〉 pesticide 〉fungicide. $EC_{50}$ in each biocide was 0.0017 mg/L, 1.06 mg/L and 13.3 mg/L for herbicide, pesticide and fungicide respectively. When herbicide and pesticide were mixed, $EC_{50}$ was decreased by $2.7{\times}10^{-7}mg/L$. $EC_{50}$ in effective components of each biocide was 5.26 mg/L, 9.37 mg/L and 20.58 mg/L for herbicide, pesticide and fungicide respectively. Mixed main components of herbicide and pesticide caused to decrease by 3.10 mg/L.

In this paper we describe the construction methods of web site based on the personalization, Also, we present the personalization technology and architecture of the P-Commerce proposed in this paper. Finally, we describe the methods constructing EC site using P-Commerce solution.

As EC replaces traditional market methods in many places, the market size of EC is greatly expanding year by year according to some researchers. Even though several researchers have proposed several success factors for the success of EC, there are many differences among these factors. The main purpose of this research is to improve the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001) which might have some more modification works. This study modified and added several success factors based on the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001). This modified research works have been tested by using SPSS and Lisrel statical packages. The results of this study shows some improvements against the of original works of Lederer et al.(1991).

The essential oil (EC-oil) obtained from the buds of Eugenia caryophyllata (Myrtaceae) was examined for its free radical-scavenging activity, cytotoxicity, and in vivo toxicity. To find the xenobiotic properties of EC-oil, serum thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) level and hepatic drug-metabolizing enzyme activities were measured. It was found that EC-oil displayed xenobiotic properties like bromobenzene. The cytotoxicities of eugenol and of the EC-oil were greatly attenuated by the sulfhydryl-containing N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), suggesting that eugenol was susceptible to nucleophilic sulfhydryl. In addition, eugenol also showed potent free radical-scavenging activity in the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. Moreover, methyleugenol considerably exhibited less cytotoxicity and less potent free radical-scavenging activity than eugenol, and the cell viability of the methyleugenol was more increased with NAC treatment than the eugenol. These results indicate that the phenolic OH in eugenol may play a crucial role in both cytotoxicity and free radical-scavenging activity. The fashion on oxidative stress and hepatic drug-metabolizing enzyme activities of eugenol resembled those of bromobenznene.

A large portion(above 70%) fo the hydrocorbon and NOx emissions for a typical vehicle occur mainly before the conventional underbody catalyst reaches activation temperature. To meet the stringent regulation as EC stage 2, the emissions produced during this period must be reduced. One of alternative techniques is to place CCC(Close-Coupled Catalyst) near the exhaust manifold. In this study, the characteristics of CCC are observed through EEC mode.

This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

The purpose of this study is to develop the standards for construction documents. The standards will facilitate efficient exchange and sharing of construction documents among the participants such as owners, designers, constructors and other related parts throughout construction work process. For this reason, this study is intended to define the requirements for establishing XML-based electronic document standardization system, and to prepare the plan for developing XML electronic document in a consistent way.
