대학 연구실 안전을 위한 일상점검 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 델파이 조사를 기반으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Daily Inspection for the Safety of University Laboratory - Based on Delphi surney -)

  • 본 연구는 대학 연구실 사고 예방을 위해서 실험 전 이루어지는 형식적인 일상점검을 보다 실효성 있는 일상점검표를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 실시중인 일상점검표와 선행연구자료를 재구성하여, 이를 토대로 2차에 걸친 전문가 델파이 조사로 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 연구실 정리정돈 등 일반안전 4개, 기계 및 공구 조임부 이상여부 등 기계기구안전 3개, 전기분전반 주변 적재금지 등 전기안전 3개, 유해인자취급 및 관리대장 비치 등 화공안전 6개, 소화기 점검 등 소방안전 3개, 가스용기 점점 등 가스안전 5개, 손 소독기 관리상태 등 생물안전 1개, 기타 1개, 총 26개 항목을 일상점검표로 제시하였다. 관련 전문가들의 의견을 종합해 보면, 실질적인 일상점검을 위해서는 쉽고 간소화 된 일상점검표가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

갱폼 공사 중대재해 사고 예방을 위한 체크리스트 개발 (Checklist Development for Preventing of Major Accidents of Formwork Using Gang-form)

  • 본 연구에서는 갱폼 건설현장의 안전사고에 대한 유해 위험방지와 안전대책을 위해 갱폼 공사 중대재해 사고 예방을 위한 체크리스트를 개발하였다. 연구 방법은 갱폼 공사 건설현장의 체크리스트 항목을 도출하기 위하여 국내 건설현장에서 발생했던 1명 이상의 사망사고가 발생한 중대재해 사례를 분석하였다. 국내 건설현장에서의 중대재해 사례 36건을 분석하여 총 20개의 위험요인을 도출하였으며, 위험요인을 사전에 점검하기 위한 안전관리 항목 총 43가지 항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 안전관리 항목의 중요도와 체크리스트 형식에 대한 적합성을 평가하기 위해 안전관리전문가 37명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 체크리스트를 도출하였으며, 갱폼 공정순서인 조립, 설치, 해체/인양, 기타를 기준으로 체크항목을 중요도 순서로 배치하여 작업자 스스로가 갱폼의 작업순서와 안전수칙을 준수할 수 있도록 체크리스트를 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 갱폼 건설현장에서의 사망자와 재해자가 줄어들 수 있기를 기대한다.

발달장애인을 위한 읽기쉬운자료 제작 교재 개발 연구 (Developing Textbook of Producing Easy-to-read Materials for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 읽기쉬운자료 개발 교육 시 활용할 수 있는 교재를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 교재는 국내외 읽기 쉬운 자료 제작 지침서 분석, 차시 확인 및 교재 내용 개발, 타당도 검증의 단계를 거쳐 개발하였다. 최종 개발된 자료는 독자 구분, 어휘, 상징, 레이아웃, 제작 실습을 포함하여 총 7차시의 교재로 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교재의 중요한 특성은 첫째, 국내 최초로 읽기 쉬운 자료를 읽는 독자를 분류하여 보통 읽기(Plain Language) 독자, 읽기 쉬운(Easy to Read) 독자로 소개하였다. 둘째, 읽기 쉬운 자료를 개발하면서 참고할 수 있는 지침을 체크리스트로 개발하여 스스로 점검할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 셋째, 주제별 활동지와 워크북을 개발하여 활동 중심 교재로 활용할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

걸음마기 아동 기질척도의 타당도 연구 (Convergent and Discriminant Validity of the Toddler Behavior Assessment Questionnaire in Korean Children)

  • Replication of the factor structure of the TBAQ(Toddler Behavior Assessment Questionnaire Goldsmith, 1988) in Korean 2-year-old children was examined by Multitrait Multimethod matrix of observed and reported child behavior. Participants included 113 toddlers and their mothers. Three factors comprising 63 items were identified and labeled as easy, difficult and fearful. On the Child Behavior Checklist(Achenbach & Edelbrock, 1983) difficult temperament was positively related to externalizing while fearful temperament was positively related to internalizing problems. Observation of inhibited child behavior in both unfamiliar social and nonsocial situations demonstrated a positive relationship to observed inhibition of fearful temperament. Easy temperament correlated negatively with both social inhibition and internal behavior problems. Results supported construct validity of TBAQ factors for Korean 2-year-old children.

Cybersecurity Framework for IIoT-Based Power System Connected to Microgrid

  • Compared to the past infrastructure networks, the current smart grid network can improve productivity and management efficiency. However, as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Internet-based standard communication protocol is used, external network contacts are created, which is accompanied by security vulnerabilities from various perspectives. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop an appropriate cybersecurity guideline that enables effective reactions to cybersecurity threats caused by the abuse of such defects. Unfortunately, it is not easy for each organization to develop an adequate cybersecurity guideline. Thus, the cybersecurity checklist proposed by a government organization is used. The checklist does not fully reflect the characteristics of each infrastructure network. In this study, we proposed a cybersecurity framework that reflects the characteristics of a microgrid network in the IIoT environment, and performed an analysis to validate the proposed framework.

  • Purpose: Operating room management is the serious and complex task for hospital managers and the common approach is to develop relevant standard operational procedures. From patient and staff safety perspective, operating room management should be well-studied and hospital should identify and address any potential risks. Simultaneous usage of different imaging and less-invasive treatment technologies demands strong management control. Materials and Methods: We have formed the multidisciplinary expert panel (surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, healthcare managers etc.) for hybrid theater management standard operational procedure development. On the first stage the general concept of hybrid room design and patient routing was developed. The second stage included the technical details discussion. For patient safety improvement we modified the Surgical Safety Check-list in accordance with potential MRI-related safety challenges and concerns. Results: WHO Surgical Safety Checklist is a simple and easy-to use tool which includes three blocks of question (grouped by the surgery process). We have developed two additional blocks of questions for the intraoperative magnetic resonance investigation. It is very important to have a special detailed routing with a strong control of ferromagnetic devices and anesthesiology care. Conclusion: High-energy MRI (1.5-3.0T) is characterized by potential influence on patient and staff safety in case of hybrid surgery. It is obvious to have a strong managerial control of ferromagnetic devices and anesthesiology care. Surgical Safety Checklist is the validated tool for improving patient safety. Modification and customization of this check-list potentially provides the opportunity for surgery processes improving.

공공건물 및 공중이용 시설에서 시각장애인을 위한 편의시설 설치실태 평가 (An Evaluation of Interior Design Elements Supporting the Visually Impaired Persons in the Public Facilities)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the interior elements supporting the safety, mobility and accessibility for the visually impaired persons in the public, government, and other facilities. Ten facilities were analyzed with a checklist based on the architectural codes and the users needs. Also theses facilities were reviewed with mandatory items of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. It appeared that the arrangement of elements such as stair, elevator and restroom, the plan of circulation path and the signage of way-finding had more problems than the details of each element. In addition, institutional facilities for the blinds and trainstation provided easy accessibility, adaptability and mobility compared to the hospital and bus terminal. Suggestions were provided to solve the problem which were found.

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 군 건설사업의 추진과정에서 그 중요성이 부각되어 온 환경친화적 관점에서 폐기물 관리방안에 대하여 고찰하였다. 그동안 건설사업을 추진하면서 발생되는 환경관련 문제에 대한 해결은 발생한 환경오염 요소의 처리와 사후관리에 중점을 두고 있었다. 즉, 환경오염요소의 발생단계에서부터 원천적으로 발생량을 최소화하는 사전 예방적 접근에 대해서는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 폐기물 분야의 환경관련법에 대한 체계적 분석과 이를 통한 각 사업단계별 중점 검토사항의 설정으로 환경관련규정을 준수하고, 발생 폐기물의 친환경적 관리를 위한 도구로 평가 매뉴얼을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관리를 효과적으로 이행할 수 있는 도구로서 새로운 형태의 체크리스트 및 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

2011-2016년 의학교육평가컨소시엄 임상종합평가의 효과성 (Effectiveness of Medical Education Assessment Consortium Clinical Knowledge Mock Examination (2011-2016))

  • Good assessment is crucial for feedback on curriculum and to motivate students to learn. This study was conducted to perform item analysis on the Medical Education Assessment Consortium clinical knowledge mock examination (MEAC CKME) (2011-2016) and to evaluate several effects to improve item quality using both classical test theory and item response theory. The estimated difficulty index (P) and discrimination index (D) were calculated according to each course, item type, A (single best answer)/R (extended matching) type, and grading of item quality. The cut-off values used to evaluate P were: >0.8 (easy); 0.6-0.8 (moderate); and <0.6 (difficult). The cut-off value for D was 0.3. The proportion of appropriate items was defined as those with P between 0.25-0.75 and D ${\geq}0.25$. Cronbach ${\alpha}$ was used to assess the reliability and was compared with those of the Korean Medical Licensing Examination (KMLE). The results showed the recent mean difficulty and decimation index was 0.62 and 0.20 for the first MEAC CKME and 0.71 and 0.19 for the second MEAC CKME, respectively. Higher grade items evaluated by a self-checklist system had better D values than lower grade items and higher grade items gradually increased. The preview and editing process by experts revealed maintained P, decreased recall items, increased appropriate items with better D values, and higher reliability. In conclusion, the MEAC CKME (2011-2016) is deemed appropriate as an assessment to evaluate students' competence and prepare year four medical students for the KMLE. In addition, the self-checklist system for writing good items was useful in improving item quality.

어린이 급식소의 효율적인 급식관리를 위한 위생·안전지수·영양지수 관리 웹 & 앱 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Hygiene Safety Quotient (HSQ) and Nutrition Quotient (NQ) Management Web & App Program for Efficient Foodservice Management of Children's Foodservice Facilities)

  • The Center for Children's Foodservice Management periodically visited children's foodservice facilities for hygiene, safety and nutrition management, and the 'HSQ (Hygiene Safety Quotient) and NQ (Nutrition Quotient) Management Web & App Program' was developed and applied to improve the health, safety, and nutrition management status of children's foodservice facilities. The HSQ is a comprehensive hygiene and safety index consisting of six categories from the hygiene and safety checklist for children's foodservice facilities provided by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The NQ is a nutrition index for foodservice facilities consisting of five categories from the nutrition checklist. First, this program can be used to efficiently understand the actual conditions of children's foodservice. Foodservice facilities are provided with the result report prepared by the center without restrictions on time or place. Second, it can be used as "a channel for comfortable communication with foodservice facilities". Foodservice facilities are provided with a route where questions and resolutions can be communicated to the center. Third, it is easy to compare and review the results of foodservice facilities by institution and number of visits while downloading the results data at the same time, as the result report is written based on hygiene, safety, and nutrition visits. Through such programs, it is believed that standardized work and integrated management will improve the work efficiency of the center's employees. It is also thought that these programs will promote healthier life-styles in children by establishing a safe food environment for children's foodservice.
