본 연구는 최근 발표된 "코스피 200 ESG 지수"를 중심으로 과연 "코스피 200 ESG 지수"가 주가와의 관련성이 있는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 코스피 200 ESG 지수의 편입 기업이 지수편입으로 인한 주가의 평균초과수익률과 누적평균초과수익률을 나타내는 지 실증 분석하였다. 연구방법은 정상적 기대수익률을 OLS에 의해 추정된 계수를 이용한 시장모형(market model)에 의한 수익률을 사용하여 사건연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과를 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 코스피 200 ESG 지수 최초 편입은 유의한 양(+)의 평균초과수익률과 누적평균초과수익률을 나타냈다. 둘째, 기업의 코스피 200 ESG 지수 편입은 유의한 양(+)의 평균초과수익률과 누적평균초과수익률을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통하여 시장에서 투자자들이 단순히 재무정보만이 아닌 비재무적 정보로서 ESG 지표에 대한 인식을 하고 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 더불어 투자자는 ESG지수를 투자를 위한 정보로 인식한다는 점을 실증적으로 분석한 점이 본 연구의 기여점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 최신의 ESG 지수를 이용했다는 점에서 차별점이 있지만, 동시에 연구기간이 짧고 연구표본이 제한적이라는 점에서 한계점을 지닌다.

스마트 항만은 IoT, 빅데이타, AI, 블록체인 등의 디지털 기술을 바탕으로 구축된 항만을 말하며, 항만의 유일한 생존 수단으로서 시·공간 및 자원의 낭비를 최소화하는 항만을 말한다. 지속가능성(Sustainability)이란 '인간이 삶의 터전으로 삼는 환경과 생태계 또는 공공으로 이용하는 자원 따위를 계속해서 사용할 수 있는 환경적 또는 경제, 사회적 특성'을 말하는 것으로 생태계가 환경 파괴 없이 현재의 다양성과 생산성을 미래에도 유지할 수 있도록 하는 '미래 유지가능성'의 의미를 담고 있다. 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하여 전 세계적으로 스마트 항만 구축과 지속가능성에 대한 관심과 실현이 활발하게 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 스마트 항만의 핵심요소인ESG(Enviornment, Social, Governance) 영역의 핵심 지표를 개발하고

FinTech, which has brought innovation to the financial industry thanks to the advancements in ICT since 2010, has contributed to the growth of the financial ecosystem and increased consumer benefits. Furthermore, there has been a growing demand for social responsibility and sustainability in financial institutions, which have a significant impact on governments, businesses, and people's lives. Despite this, many FinTech companies and traditional financial institutions are still in the early stages of establishing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management philosophy or lack long-term plans. In this study, we aim to examine the impact of ESG management on the FinTech industry, focusing on representative domestic cases, and derive policy and institutional measures to spread it in the financial industry. Specifically, we will adopt MSCI rating indicators, which are internationally accepted by various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation, to evaluate the 35 ESG management subcategories of FinTech companies. As a result, a total of 22 compliance items were disclosed in the ESG report, and it was possible to confirm the detailed management. Through this, we intend to propose effective management strategies for the organizational structure, operations, programs, and performance evaluation of FinTech companies, which are positioning themselves as sustainable growth drivers in the domestic industry.

본 논문은 온라인 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼에서 환경, 사회 및 지배구조 (ESG) 관련 내용이 자금 조달의 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사한다. 최근, 산업에서 ESG의 중요성이 증가하고 있으며 ESG와 관련된 내용을 포함한 투자 제안도 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, ESG 개념을 포함한 대부분의 투자 제안은 이러한 사회적 현상으로 인해 더 높은 펀딩 성공률을 보일 것이라는 관행적인 믿음이 존재한다. 우리는 투자 제안서의 어떤 특성이 투자의 증가와 관련이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 Kickstarter 데이터셋에서 9000개 이상의 온라인 사업 제안을 분석하여 조사했다. 먼저, 우리는 어휘 기반 측정과 특성 공학을 사용하여 환경과 사회 점수가 재무 지표와 어떻게 관련되는지를 결정했다. 다음 단계에서는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하여 프로젝트 설명에 환경 및 사회적인 단어를 포함하는 것이 자금 조달에 미치는 영향을 연구했다. 일반적인 믿음과는 달리, ESG 문제를 중심으로 한 투자 제안이 소규모 사업가들에게는 성공할 가능성이 더 낮다는 것을 발견했다. 본 연구는 온라인 소규모 사업가의 환경에 대한 새로운 통찰력을 제공하며, 정보과학 및 크라우드펀딩 연구 분야에서의 새로운 연구 기회를 창출할 것이다.

This study is to develop a performance analysis model for SMEs.Based on similar performance indicators through previous studies, performance indicators for SMEs were rewritten.Through the Korean Journal Citation Index (KCI), 75 related data were classified and a comprehensive SME performance analysis model was developed.Performance analysis was divided into two axes and classified into tables.The horizontal axis is the spatial performance range, which is divided into three areas: performance management by department/function, integrated performance management for the entire organization, and governance performance management requiring policy feedback. The vertical axis is subdivided into short-term, mid-term, and long-term by time and growth stage, and is divided into three parts: technical performance according to technological input, economic performance as organizational performance, and social performance for policy utilization. Then, performance indicators were mapped to each column. As a result of the survey, 28% of technical performance was analyzed as a result of frequency analysis, and performance indicators were organized into five categories: IT, R&D, certification, patent, and innovation. Economic performance was divided into 29%, BSC, HRD, logistics, production quality management, financial support, asset management, etc. 6 categories, social performance 43%, ESG, marketing, export, policy support, consulting, cooperation, etc. 7 categories.Limitations of the study include the narrowness of the survey that derived only performance indicators despite being a meta-analysis, and the performance model was mapped and classified according to growth stage and support period.however Insufficiency of validity due to lack of evidence, performance indicators were developed, but there were limitations in utilization for practical use.

최근 중소기업은 지속 가능한 경영을 통한 실질적인 경쟁력 제고가 필수 요건화되어 가고 있는 경영환경에 직면해 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 근로자들이 자신들의 직무에 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 어떠한 원인이 근로자들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보는 것은 매우 의미 있는 연구라고 할 수 있다. ESG 경영 중 환경(E) 활동, 사회(S) 활동, 지배구조(G) 활동이라는 변수를 도입하여 근로자들이 달라진 업무환경에 직면하게 되었을 때, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 문헌 연구와 실증 분석을 수행했다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 중소기업의 근로자를 대상으로 300부의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS 통계 프로그램(Ver. 25.0)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 기업의 경쟁력 중 제품 또는 서비스품질과 직원역량이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동이 직무만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직공정성 중 분배공정성과 절차공정성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 제품 또는 서비스품질, 직원역량, ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동 및 지배구조(G) 활동, 조직공정성 중 절차공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통한 학문적 가치는 중소기업의 경영에 있어 ESG 경영 활동이 근로자의 직무에 미치는 요인들에 대하여 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 그 결과 ESG 경영 활동 중 사회(S) 활동과 지배구조(G) 활동에 대해 근로자도 적극적으로 기업경영에 참여함으로써 직무에 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 외부 환경변화에 민감한 근로자들에게 중소기업이 적극적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 ESG 경영 활동 실행과 공정한 조직문화를 제공할 때 근로자는 자기효능감을 통해 직무에 만족한다는 실무적인 시사점도 밝혔다. 이로 인해 중소기업 근로자들의 이직률을 낮추고 중소기업의 경쟁력도 선순환 구조를 통해 개선될 가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

연구목적: 중소기업 제조공장에서 에너지 관리, 온도, 습도, 분진 및 가스, 공기 질, 기계작동 상태 등을 통합적으로 모니터링하여 에너지 절감 및 제조 공장 인프라의 안전성 향상을 위한 기반 연구를 수행하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 디지털 전력량계 및 IoT 센서를 통해 에너지 관련 데이터 및 환경적인 정보들을 실시간으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 정보를 기반으로 모니터링 및 분석을 통해 에너지 절감을 위한 상황 전파 및 대응을 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과: ESG 경영 활동의 핵심 지표에 속하는 에너지관리, 비용 절감과 안전성 향상을 고려한 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 기업에서 실제적인 사례 연구로 스마트공장에서 다양한 센서 장치와 관련된 장치들을 활용하였으며, 이를 통해 수집된 정보를 기반으로 에너지 절감 및 안전성 향상에 대한 기반의 체계를 제시하였다.

As biodiversity loss has been highlighted as a global risk, biodiversity activities are gaining attention as a part of companies' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) related management. This study evaluates various biodiversity activities of corporations based on domestic and international indicators. We present the role of corporations expressly in afforestation activities and suggest additional information that should be disclosed for the accurate verification of environmental values by third parties. KT&G was selected as the subject of the evaluation. The 4th National Biodiversity Strategy was used as a domestic indicator, and GRI Standard 304 as an international indicator. Companies can play a leading role in planning, implementing, and monitoring afforestation activities and should further disclose the species composition of the forests created and the age of the seedlings to enhance the credibility of the environmental values stated in their sustainability reports.

Growing stringent global regulations in Korea poses a threat to corporate sustainability. Companies must respond strategically to navigate these regulations and avoid greenwashing. Objective of this research was to analyze how Korean companies are responding to the global trend of reducing plastic use and propose improved management strategies. Seven indicators were developed to assess companies' post-plastic strategies and applied to analyze the sustainability reports of Amore Pacific and LG Household & HealthCare. These indicators included, 1) disclosure of plastic raw materials used by weight or volume, 2) disclosure of recycled plastic raw materials used by weight or volume, 3) disclosure of waste recycling, reuse amounts, and disposal using waste treatment method 4) strategies to reduce environmental impact of plastics, 5) plastic packaging, reduce, recycle, reuse, and composting (in the real environment), 6) plastic management roadmap for the circular economy, and 7) education for sustainable plastic management. Based on the review of considered companies, we propose in-listed sustainable plastics management strategies: disclosing the ratio of plastic raw materials and recycled raw materials for all products, considering recycling rate throughout the product value chain, and not only for the production phase, reviewing carbon dioxide emissions based on life cycle assessment rather than reducing plastic consumption, studying the biodegradability of biodegradable plastics in natural environment such as soil, considering the consumer's perspective.

한수원은 전력 에너지를 생산하는 우리나라의 대표적인 공기업의 하나이며, 국가 자본에 의해서 생산·유통 또는 서비스를 공급할 목적으로 운영된다. 한수원의 경우는 국민 복지나 국가 발전을 위해 원전 중심의 첨단산업을 영위하며 공기업으로 운영된다. 원자력과 수력발전은 공공재의 성격이 뚜렷하기 때문이다. 사례에서 살펴본 한수원의 동반성장 활동은 공익을 우선하는 공공선에 근거를 두고 있다. 한수원은 종합에너지기업, 첨단 플랜트기업, 동반성장 선도기업이라는 특성을 반영하여 협력사와 동반성장을 위해 추진과제와 성과지표를 연계하는 전략을 제시하고 다양한 방안을 실천해 나가고 있다. 이를 정리라면 ① 원전 생태계유지, ② 협력기업 경영여건 개선, ③ 원전산업계 미래역량 강화, ④ 지역발전 선순환 지원 등이 핵심과제라 할 수 있다. 이것은 원자력발전이라는 특수성을 최대한 반영하여 만든 것이며 에너지 공기업으로서 특성을 최대한 감안하면서도 시대적 과제를 해결하기 위해 상생과 협력을 통한 동반성장 정신을 잘 반영하여 설계되어 있다. 세부 추진과제로 원전 생태계 유지를 위해 신시장·신산업 육성, Supply Chain 유지, 코로나19 긴급지원 등도 제시하고 있다. 한수원의 이런 활동은 본업에 충실하면서도 코로나19 사태이후 사회적 공공선의 철학을 반영한 것이다. 협력기업 경영여건 개선을 위해서는 생산성 향상, 인적자원 강화, 맞춤형 자금지원을 세부과제로 실천하고 있다. 본업에 충실하면서도 협력기업과의 동반성장을 추구하는 한수원의 노력은 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR), ISO 26000 등에서 강조하는 협력기업과 상생을 통한 동반성장의 모범사례라 할 수 있다.
