성공적인 ERP 시스템 운영을 위해서는 체계적인 ERP 시스템 구축이 요구된다. 현재 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구현에 대한 많은 연구들이 이루어졌지만, 이러한 연구들 대부분이 관리자를 대상으로 한 주요성공요인 차원의 접근이 이루어졌거나 또는 관리자와 최종사용자들을대상으로 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인도출에 치중되어 왔다. 실제 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서 구축과정에서의 관리자와 사용자간의 인식 차이는 매우 중요함에도 불구하고,이러한 인식 차이를 발견하려는 노력이 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 구축 프로세스를 반영해 주요성공요인 접근을 통해 도출된 ERP 시스템 구축 요인에 대하여ERP 시스템을 도입한 중소기업을 대상으로 실증조사를 통해 관리자와 최종사용자의 구축요인에 대한 인식 차이를 분석하였다. 이러한 실증 분석 결과는 기업에서 성공적인 ERP 시스템을 구축하는데 중요한 가이드라인을 제안해 줄 것이다.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템을 보유하고 있는 제조업체를 위하여 인터넷 접근이 가능하도록 모바일 기반의 ERP 시스템 프로세스를 설계하였다. 휴대용 단말기를 이용하여 작업 현장에서 직접 ERP 시스템에 접근하여 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 구매정보 또는 협력업체와 인터넷을 이용하여 구매정보를 실시간으로 전달하고 각종 납품 실적을 협력업체에서 확인할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 시스템은 모바일을 기반으로 한 ERP 시스템으로 업무 리드타임을 단축시키고 생산성의 극대화를 꾀하며 사용의 편의성과 이동성 제공으로 인해 사용자 만족도 또한 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this paper is to give information on e-CPC implementation in the manufacturing industry by studying and analyzing a small and medium sized manufacturing company. After analyzing Various factors on J's e-CPC implementation such as environmental factors, process management factor, and result factors, success factors on J's e-CPC implementation are analyzed. The results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, the most leading role on J's ERP implementation is the will and support of CEO and team leaders. They led the implementation to be stability successfully by settling the different opinions among teams, showing their ability on process decision and communication with consultants. Second, J tried to prompt system stability by mapping out and conducting the long term change management strategy. Third, J organized ERP project team to implement ERP quickly, and it turned out to be successful Finally, J tried to get outside information from consultants and collaborative companies that have experience in implementing ERP. Especially J made full use of overseas consultants. In respect that this paper giver lots of information on e-CPC implementation in manufacturing industry by a case study of a small and medium sized manufacturing company which has not been carried out so far, it would be useful enough.

ERP시스템 구축은 기업의 업무프로세스 개선을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 가장 중요한 요인이며, 한국에서의 기업환경도 2009년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 경쟁력 확보의 중요성이 더욱 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템의 도입 시 도입효과에 영향을 미치는 요인(조직특성, 도입시기)을 분석하여, ERP도입효과를 증가시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도입효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 기업의 ERP도입으로 인한 기업성과를 개선 할 수 있는 방향성을 제시하였다.

ERP 시스템은 기업의 기간 시스템으로서 기업이 e-business에 참여하기 위해서는 시스템의 성공적인 운영이 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 대부분의 ERP 도입 기업들은 ERP 운영에 많은 문제점과 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이는 ERP 시스템에 의해 관리되는 데이터가 부정확하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 핵심 데이터인 물품마스터의 정확성 유지와 물품과 관련된 지식자원을 통합 관리하기 위해 물품 온톨로지의 모델 및 구축 프로세스를 제시하고 이 온톨로지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 온톨로지 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안된 모델과 구축 프로세스에 따라 물품 온톨로지를 구축하고 이를 관리하는 온톨로지 관리 시스템을 기업의 기간시스템과 연계함으로써 중소기업의 e-business로의 전이가 용이하리라 본다.

최근에 등장한 ERP system은 전사 자원을 통합 관리하여 생산성과 효율성을 크게 향상시켜 줄뿐만 아니라, package로 되어 있어 단기간에 system을 구축할 수 있게 해준다 는 측면에서 획기적인 system으로 많은 기업들의 주목을 받고 있다. ERP 뇬?은 C/S system으로의 downsizing, networking, internet/intranet, BPR의 수행, EIS 등 최근의 정보 기술을 망라하고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 module화된 package를 도입하기 위해서는 process를 package에 맞추어 줘야 하므로 필연적으로 BPR이 따르며 실제 도입사례를 보 더라도 system에 들어간 직접비용보다 표준화를 포함한 process 설계에 투자된 노력이 훨 씬 더 많다. 이제까지의 경험으로 볼 때, BPR은 성공보다 실패 확률이 더 높다. BPR의 실 패는 ERP system 도입에 치명적이다. BPR이 지금처럼 실패를 거듭한다면 ERP 또한 많은 장점에도 불구하고 성공하기 어렵다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성공적인 ERP 도입을 위한 전제조건으로서의 process 재설계를 가로막는 요인은 무엇이며, 이를 극복하기 위한 대안으로서의 전략은 어떠해야 하는지 제시하고자 한다.

Nowadays, a lot of enterprise completed the ERP implementation and these ERP-based enterprises consider the construction of WMS or already have done it. However the enterprises which Implemented WMS linked with ERP have many problems In the warehouse management and the reason ran be summarized In two poults First. In the integration point of view, only Interface issue between ERP and WMS was taken into account, therefore it was hard to reflect the phased process change. Second, a large number of WMS functions were tried to implement at the same tune and these attempts caused confusion and Instability which Is Interpreted as a main reason of the WMS failure. This paper presents the phased construction method for the successful implementation or WMS and in the integration point or view, the phased process change appears naturally

Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.

The target company of this study goes ahead with plan to adopt ERP systems. Hereupon, I want to present the issues which should be considered in the process of ERP system implementation. Case-based Reasoning (CBR) is widely used in business and industry prediction. It is suitable to solve complex and unstructured business problems. Recently, the prediction accuracy of CBR has been enhanced by not only various machine learning algorithms such as genetic algorithms, relative weighting of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) input variable but also data mining technique such as feature selection, feature weighting, feature transformation, and instance selection As a result, CBR is even more widely used today in business area. In this study, we investigated the usefulness of the CBR method in forecasting success in implementing ERP systems. We used a CBR method based on the feature weighting technique to compare the performance of three different models : MDA (Multiple Discriminant Analysis), GECBR (GEneral CBR), FWCBR (CBR with Feature Weighting supported by Analytic Hierarchy Process). The study suggests that the FWCBR approach is a promising method for forecasting of successful ERP implementation in Small and Medium sized Enterprises.
