In the radical char]go of the business environments that the existing facilities can not guarantee the business-frosts anymore, enterprises have been importing ERP system. In Korea, Sam-sung Electronics did it for the first tin in the latter half of 1994 and other enterprises succeeded. Currently, government and public enterprises as well as most of the large enterprises are employing ERP system to sharpen the competitiveness and to win the business transparency. On the other hand, it is harder for small and medium enterprises shaded by the large enterprises to be well-equipped with information system such as ERP, because they have already suffered from chronic financial difficulties and shortage of many resources. Most of all, they prefer the short-term project that does not need much tine for them to make decisions and to carry out fully. Grounded on the above factors, in this work, I suggest the suitable ERP model for the small and medium enterprises and the successful importing process of ERP, which is derived from the previous researches made by other masters' thesis. If necessary information and human resources are interchanged pertinently between local education institute and small and medium enterprise, the latter could not only deal with the confronted difficulties successfully inside and outside but attain the goal of being proficient in up-to-minute high technology. Besides, giving the students the opportunity of researching into the practice of the business they have not ever known, local universities could help their students accumulate knowledges and acquire ideas which could not be achieved in pure academic studies. When the above-mentioned procedure is over, the students might get the intellectual faculty to ponder on the future more concretely and enter a profession more carefully. In the result, we would raise up the percentage of the employment among the graduates. And active participation of university professors is the last important factor that assists the small and medium enterprises for introducing ERP system successfully. Their scholarly attainments play an important role in strengthening local economy and make the business competitiveness balanced between the capital and the local economy.

정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져 가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP 시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국·공립 대학들의 행정업무효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교·분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 국내 대학은 ERP 시스템 도입 시 제시된 주요성공요인 등을 고려하고 지속적인 관심으로 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 구축을 완료해야 할 것이며, 아직 국내의 사례가 충분하지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 국내외의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 관해 빠른 이해를 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 연구도 계속 되어야 할 것이다.보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%);

Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) face a number of different kinds of barriers to adopt information technology, including the lack of information, limited financial and technical resources, and absence of the well-trained work force in the realm of information technology. But application service provider (ASP)enables these SMEs to informatize. This paper is focused on studying the cases of the adoption and use of the ASP-based ERP systems that 7 SME shad adopted. The factors that influence the adoption and use of SMEs' ASP-based ERP systems are divided into the user companies that adopted the systems, the systems vendors, and environment. From the viewpoint of the user company, the successful adoption and use of the systems is significantly influenced by the clear motive of adopting the systems, the financial readiness, and the strong intention of CEO for pushing ahead with e-Business. From the systems vendor, it is influenced by the technical expertise of the vendor, the knowledge of the user company, and the experience of the systems development. From the perspective of environment, it is influenced by the push from the players in the value chains. The companies that had adopted the ASP-based ERP systems and that had extended the level of systems use had the benefits through reducing the cost, improving the internal business process, and achieving the learning and growth of the organization.

In this paper, we propose a API Gateway technique for the expansion of human resource management module, one of the ERP functions. The institution has introduced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on its efforts to transform all human and physical resources into business competitiveness and its response to the digital knowledge informatization environment, and listed it as multiple success factors. Human resource management is one of the factors that have been dealt with. However, ERP's Human Resources Management Module remains in the role of functional personnel management. How to utilize human resources begins with navigating and recognizing human resources. The proposed API Gateway technique leverages blockchain networks to design and implement APIs for human resource sharing and navigation, including the possibility of extending ERP's human resource management module. Secondly, it was designed and implemented using a smart contract that behaves like an API for preventing information forgery. The proposed method will not only be used as a tool that can actively utilize human resources, but will also be a complete resource for utilizing big data technology.

In the ways of coping with the rapidly changing environment, the information technology is recognized a critical factor in order to rethink the effectiveness of business management, and enterprise resource planning(ERP) system has emerged as an essential method for strengthening the competitiveness on the strategic level. This empirical study has revealed the following. First, well-organized system management and the strong will and leadership of top management have significantly positive influence on the reduction of cost and time. Second, system management, users' participation, and the strong will and leadership of top management have significantly positive influence on the improvement of management and informational environment. It also proposes the guidelines of how to establish an ERP system successfully in the public enterprises.

The JTEL's success case of implementing ERP through ASP is studied in this paper. This paper especially presents the detail processes of implementing ERP through ASP and the advantages of that. Critical success factors in this case study are that pre-prepared ERP template and repetitive prototyping methodology was successfully utilized and that end users involved positively and accepted the standard best-practice processes of the ERP template in this project. These factors reduced ERP training periods and also the whole implementation periods, which made the project time quite short and TCO less. Considering these success factors, ASP method provides the advantages of global e-business IT environment, continuous new IT technologies and flexible response to the business changes to the small and medium firms. Finally, the paper suggests the new direction and possibility for small and medium firms focusing on the core competency and utilizing new system infrastructure through ASP method compared with in-house implementation.

Recently, Adopting Accounting Information Systems(AIS) has spread rapidly for efficient and rational making decision in the business organization. There are many types of AIS. These are from simple package to integrated packages which are including HR, Product, Sales and Distribute. In case of big enterprises, ERP systems have been implemented and attention is now being directed as to AIS module. AIS module is not easy to change its form, therefore this module need to be considered enough when it comes to the corporations. However there we few standard fer this module as a successful information systems. This study analyze critical factors of certain companies when the companies were implementing AIS and based on this analysis, this study suggest a framework for successful implementation of AIS Using Case Study. 42 AIS adopted companies are surveyed and their factors' correlations are analyzed by mean analysis and factor analysis in this study. As a result of this study, when a company adopt AIS, criteria or particularities for the adoption are more important than environment of the company. Thus, it is significant to empirically prove previous studies' factors relation and importance relations for successful AIS implementation through empirical method in this study.

Recently a rapidly changing business environment, business strong ability and operating an integrated information system is actively made. However, the result of the success factors affecting the overall project, but a study to analyze the project's success is not enough. In this study, the project implementation and operation of the critical success factors that can occur in the analysis of research and practice leading to the combination of variables derived from empirical studies find and isolate the success factors were over. Present study came from existing projects that can be the integrated system, representation factors affecting the implementation and operation of business processes in order to analyze the elements and procedures, performance capabilities of the organization, consultants and professionals involved with other related variables were analyzed by injecting. In this study, the consultants and experts showed that the variables are very significant rather than the organization's ability to perform business processes and procedures. This study will give a guideline as future success factors for building an integrated system of professional experiences.

각 분야에서 최고를 자랑하는 전사적자원관리(ERP), 공급망관리(SCM), 고객관계관리(CRM), 지식관리(KM) 등의 솔루션을 도입하더라도 개별 솔루션만으로 모든 부분을 만족시킬 수는 없다. 이에 대한 대안으로 이들 솔루션들과 기존의 분산 환경 및 메인 프레임 환경을 통합하는 전사적인 기업애플리케이션통합(EAI)이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 주식회사 대교의 전사 기업애플리케이션 통합(EAI) 구축사례에 대한 분석을 통하여 EAI 추진방법 및 구성 그리고 주요성공요인들을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 내용들에 대하여 구체적으로 살펴보면 첫째, EAI 프로젝트의 추진목표, 전략, 추진조직 및 추진방법론, 둘째, 구현된 EAI 구성 및 특징, 셋째, EAI 구축성과 및 주요성공요인 등이다. 본 연구는 향우 EAI을 도입할 기업에게 EAI 구축과 관련한 유용한 자료가 되도록 하였다.

Process mining in big data environment utilize a number of data were generated from the business process. It generates lots of knowledge and insights regarding implementation and improvement of the process through the event log of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In recent years, various research activities engaged with the audit work of company organizations are trying actively by using the maximum strength of the mining process. However, domestic studies on applicable sales auditing system for the process mining are insufficient under big data environment. Therefore, we propose process-mining methods that can be optimally applied to online and traditional auditing system. In advance, we propose continuous monitoring information system that can early detect and prevent the risk under the big data environment by monitoring risk factors in the organizations of enterprise. The scope of the research of this paper is to design a pre-verification system for risk factor via practical examples in sales auditing. Furthermore, realizations of preventive audit, continuous monitoring for high risk, reduction of fraud, and timely action for violation of rules are enhanced by proposed sales auditing system. According to the simulation results, avoidance of financial risks, reduction of audit period, and improvement of audit quality are represented.
