ERP Systems can not meet All the Requirements that Needed in Their Enterprise Organizations. After the System Introduced, when it perates with Existing Systems or with New Systems, the Need for Strong Interface Technology along with the Appearance of the ERP have been gradually Increased. Interface Technologies for SAP R/3 Systems integrate Mulltiple R / 3 Systems and non R / 3 Systems, and play Important Role in Expanding the Company's Business Process. New VBA Approach was implemented as the Data Interface Design between SAP R / 3 and Other Systems. It proved to Reduce the Feeling of Resistance from User's Point of View. It also Proved to Improve the Operational Efficiency with More Convenient Input and Output Manner of Purchase Request Data.

최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

Many Companies have expected that BPR and ERP implementation could keep up with changes in business management and information technology in Mega-competition era. But we cannot expect the performance improvement of enterprises without conjunction of BPR and ERP implementation This paper points out the problems of BPR ＆ ERP implementation and present solutions to problems by the BPR using ERP system and the concurrent implementation of BPR and ERP.

본 논문은 스프레드시트 수준에서 처리하고 있는 (주)광성브레이크의 업무를 통합하여 신속, 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 ERP시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 먼저, 각종 업무에서 사용되는 스프레드시트들를 분석하여 회사업무의 전체 흐름을 파악하고, 또한 기초, 자재, 생산, 영업의 4개 업무를 통합하여 운용할 수 있도록 통합 데이터베이스를 설계/구축하고, 구축된 데이터베이스와 연동을 갖는 업무 관리프로그램을 설계/구현한다. 개발된 시스템은 각 업무간에 완벽한 통합성을 제공하고, 또한 논문에서 설계한 ERP시스템이 J2EE 플렛폼상에서 개발하였기 때문에, 특정 기종에 제한하지 않고 사용할 수 있다.

Raising the competitive power of the enterprise to recently, all resources integration it is a tendency which it manages with the method for, the reasoning being caused by system is professionalized and chief executive officer complicated becoming gets off the decision-making being difficult, it is following. The management technique which is BPR with solution plan will be presented, it will reach and ERP systems which it comes true concretely appeared. From the research which it sees in order to apply at the governmental under the influence public enterprise as ERP systems which it develops it provided ERP information to the customer at real-time and the web environmental ERP system from business site it will be able to control a company internal business at real-time it constructed. The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

In the modern business environment, ERP System is a tool for efficient use of the resources of the company. Implementation of the ERP System is not a simple introduction of the unit system. The changes and innovation of the company will be made through the BPR. And then, the BPR is made based on the system design and implementation. Cultural difference creates a difference in the attitudes and relationships of members of company. and, Cultural difference produce differences in organizational culture and operating principles. Cultural differences can mention the differences in the cultures of East and West, and can mention the difference between each country within the same culture. In the paper, we determine the impact of cultural differences on the implementation of the ERP System. Cultural differences affect the implementation process and the decision-making process, user interface.

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템은 급여, 회계, 인사, 생산, 판매, 물류 등을 포함한 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스를 담고 있는 소프트웨어이다. 인터넷의 등장으로 ERP 시스템이 WEB 기반으로 전환되었고 ERP의 영역도 기업내부에 국한된 것이 아니라 기업간의 거래를 모두 포함하기에 이르렀다. 그러나 ERP 시스템은 회사의 중요한 의사결정 데이터들과 한 Application 안에서 일어나는 Transaction 처리 등의 정보 보안에 대한 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 ERP 시스템에도 보안에 대한 필요성이 대두되었으나 ERP 업체들의 대다수는 아직도 구체적인 보안에 대한 방안을 제시하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 결국 비즈니스의 성공도 취약한 기업의 자원을 인증되지 않은 다른 사용자로부터 보호하는 능력에 달려 있으며, 이 연구의 목적은 ERP 시스템의 보안 이슈를 어떻게 다룰 것이며, ERP 보안 요구 사항을 어떻게 모델링 할 것인가에 대한 연구 이다. 현재 나와있는 SAP R/3와 EAGLE ERP의 제품 보안 모델을 비교함으로써 외산 제품과 국산 제품의 보안 요구 사항을 분석 하고, ERP시스템 보안에 대한 고려사항 및 접근 방법을 모델링 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 UML을 이용하여 ERP 시스템 안에서 찾을 수 있는 모든 보안 사항을 점검 하고,UML의 물리적 요소와 논리적 요소를 이용함으로써 ERP 보안을 모델링 하고자 한다. 이 논문을 통하여 ERP 시스템의 각 분야의 담당자가 ERP 보안을 개념적으로 접근 할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 차후 연구 과제는 좀더 구체적인 모델링을 통한 ERP 보안 solution 개발이다.

철강산업에 많은 기업들은 기업내에 인적, 물적자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해 컴퓨터 시스템인 전사적 자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning, 이하 ERP)를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. ERP 시스템을 개발하는 개발사는 자사의 솔루션을 글로벌 시스템으로 개발하기 위해 기업의 환경과 다양한 국가의 세법을 연구하여 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 "S" 사의 "M" ERP 시스템을 분석하여 국가별로 세법과 환경이 다른 사용자들의 요구사항을 해결하는 시간을 절약하고 초기 시스템 구축의 '확장성'이 떨어지는 현상을 Form Setup 방식을 이용해 개선한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

BOM 은 ERP 시스템의 하나의 하위 단위로써 원자재 및 소요부품 현황을 파악 할 수 있는 부품 소요 계획이다 본 논문에서는 BOM 관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발기법으로 BOM 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 직접 효과로는 상품에 대한 소요 부품 산정 기간이 2 주일에서 2 일로 단축이 가능하였으며, 부품 소요량 산출도 정확하였다. 간접효과로는 해당 업체의 많은 조직변화를 가져왔으며 구체적으로는 이사급 직책을 축소하였다.
