본 연구는 기업의 경쟁전략으로서 크게 공헌하고 있는 전자교환기술, 특히 EDI(전자 자료교환)의 다양한 이점에 대하여 기술하고 있다. 선행 연구된 문헌을 통해서 중소기업이 전자적 기술을 채택하지 않으면 안 되는지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이 연구에서 중소기업에서 전자상거래 기술을 완만히 수용하는 주요 요인을 밝혔는데, 이러한 요인으로 인하여 중소기업에서는 전자상거래의 장점을 살리고자 전자교환기술을 광범위하게 채택하고 있다. 향후 이 연구는 이러한 주제에 대하여 심도 깊은 연구를 하고자 한다.

As Web services need to manage lots of information, it is indispensable to reduce server's load and speed up processing time. In this paper, we analyze the loading problems of server and suggest designing methods for light loaded Web applications based on .NET. The proposed methods include using a relative database to produce minimized modules and Stored Procedures to simplify SQL statements for reducing sever's load. Web pages are organized with scripts replacing server language, which improve server's capability by reducing loads. The execution time is also speeded up by organizing Web pages with User Controls. And XML/EDI is used for managing the effective exchange of documents. The proposed methods are implemented as an education management system and shows its effectiveness.

Many B2B electronic markets (EMs) are struggling to survive because they failed to attract enough participants. Thus reaching critical mass of participants is one of the key success factors for various types of EMs. The main purpose of this study is to investigate factors that lead MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating) suppliers to participate in private exchanges (PE), the buy-side EM. This paper introduces the characteristics of the PE according to the classification schemes introduced in previous studies about EM types. Literature is reviewed on suppliers' adoption of inter-organizational information systems focusing on EDI adoptions issues. Data analysis based on incomplete contract theory and the social exchange theory is then presented. The results of this study show that the number of suppliers and subsidy are factors that influence suppliers' participation in PEs. Nonsignificant results relating to trust imply that suppliers who are invited to participate in a PE do not expect their off-line relationships with the buyer to be transferred to the PE.

최근 기업에서 인터넷을 활용한 전자문서 교환이 급증함에 따라 교환되는 문서의 안전한 전달을 위한 보안 서비스 문제가 대두되고 있다. B2B 전자문서 교환은 기업간 문서의 신속한 교환과 처리과정의 자동화를 통해 기업 업무 자동화에 큰 기여를 하고 있는 전자문서 교환방식(EDI)을 통해 이루어진다. 그러나 현재의 전자문서 교환방식은 해당 소프트웨어 개발과 통신망에 대한 부대 비용으로 인해 광범위하게 채택되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 현재 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 웹기반 표준문서인 XML을 이용한 전자문서 교환이 새롭게 떠오르고 있다.[1] 본 논문은 XML 전자서명 메커니즘을 구현하고 XML 기반 전자조달 시스템에의 응용이 목표이다. XML 전자서명 기술을 이용해 전송되는 XML문서의 무결성, 인증 그리고 송수신 부인봉쇄의 보안 서비스를 제공하고, 전자조달 시스템에의 적용에 관한 것이다.

온라인상에서의 혼합형 서비스의 추세와 함께 보다 많은 정보들이 처리됨에 따라 웹 애플리케이션의 경우 서버의 부하를 가능한 줄이고, 처리속도를 향상시키기 위한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 애플리케이션의 문제점을 분석하고, 최근에 등장한 .NET 기반의 저부하형 웹 애플리케이션 설계 및 구현 방법을 제안한다. 다중 접속시의 서버의 부하를 최소화하기 위하여, 관계형 데이터베이스를 설계하고 최소한의 모듈을 생성하였으며, SP를 이용하여 복잡한 SQL문을 단순화하여 데이터베이스의 부담을 줄여 서버의 처리능력을 향상 시켰다. 또한 User Control을 활용하여 페이지를 구성하여 페이지 처리 속도를 향상시켰으며, 스크립트를 활용하여 서버 언어를 이용한 작업을 최소한으로 줄였다. XML/EDI를 이용한 전자문서교환방식을 채택하고 관리비용을 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 저부하형 시스템을 학사관리 시스템 상에서 구현하여 기존의 방법에 비해 보다 효율적 시스템임을 보인다.

This paper was studied on change for Marine Administration of telecommunications. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The three kinds of telecommunications network influence on Marine administration is National Information Infrastructure Network, Integrated Services Digital Network and Local Area Network. The five kinds of telecommunications service influence on Marine administration is Telecommuting Service, Electronic Approval Service, Teleconference Service, Electronic Data Interchange Service, and Internet Service. The results of this as follow: First, all Marine agency must be innovation. Second, Marine Administration must be use Telecommunications. Marine Administration must be for customer.
