$SiO_2$ 첨가에 따른 알루미네이트 유리의 굴절률 분산 특성 (Refractive Index Dispersion of Aluminate Glasses on the Addition of $SiO_2$)

  • The refractive index and dispersion in the (100-x)(0.6CaO.0.4Al2O3).xSiO2(x=0~30) glasses were investigated. As the amount of SiO2 increased, the refractive index decreased. The change of refractive index was attributed to the change of the molar refraction rather than the molar volume. When the amount of SiO2 was smaller than 20 mol%, the average electronic transition energy gaps(E0) and the electronic oscillator strengths(Ed) were about 10.9($\pm$0.1) nd 18($\pm$0.5)eV, respectively. However E0 and Ed of the glass (CAS30) with 30 mol% SiO2 increased to 12.63 and 19.89eV, respectively. The similar results was observed in the variation of Abbe Number. Abbe number of the glass in the range of 0~20 mol% SiO2 was about 46 and that of CAS30 increased to 60. The zero-material dispersion wavelength({{{{ lambda }}0) of pure calcium aluminate glass was 1.8 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. As the amount of SiO2 increased, the zero-material dispersion wavelength shifted to a shorter wavelength. {{{{ lambda }}0 of CAS30 was 1.5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, that is currently using for the optical telecommunication system.

다발성 중증 외상 환자들의 치료에 대한 응급 외상팀 운영의 효과 (Effect of the Emergency Trauma Team's Management on the Treatment of Patients with Multiple Severe Trauma)

  • Purpose: We performed this study to determine how the emergency trauma team affects the treatment of patients with multiple severe trauma and to discuss the effect and the direction of the emergency trauma team's management. Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 518 patients who visited our emergency department with severe trauma from August 2006 to July 2008. We divided the severe trauma patients into 2 groups : patients before and after trauma team management (Group 1 and Group 2). Then, we compared demographic characteristics, mechanisms of injury, and treatment outcomes (lengths of stay in the ED, admission ratio, and in-hospital mortality) between the 2 groups. In the same way, patients with multiple severe trauma were divided into 2 groups, that are patients before and after trauma team management (Group 3 and Group 4) and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference, except mean age, between groups 1 and 2. In group 4 patients, compared to group 3 patients, the lengths of stay in the ED were lower (p value < 0.001), and the admission ratio were higher (p value = 0.017), but there was no significant difference in the in-hospital mortality between the groups 3 and 4. Conclusion: When patients with multiple severe trauma visit the ED, the emergency trauma team' management can decrease the lengths of stay in the ED and increase the admission ratio, but does not produce a decrease in the in-hospital mortality rate. Further investigations of emergency trauma team management are needed to improve treatment outcomes for patients with multiple severe trauma.

AD 1950년 전후 고고유적의 절대연대측정에 대한 고찰: 오송 봉산리 옹기가마 유적을 중심으로 (The Development of Earthenware Kilns in Bongsan-ri Archaeological Site, Osong: Implications for Pre- and Post-1950 AD Absolute Age Determination)

  • 이 연구에서는 19세기 말부터 20세기 후반까지 사용된 것으로 알려진 오송 봉산리 옹기가마 유적에서 채취된 가마벽체 시료를 대상으로 TL/OSL 연대측정을 수행하였다. 고고선량은 SAR-TL/OSL법을 이용하여 측정된 매장기간 동안 시료에 축적된 흡수선량($ED_{burial}$), 배경선량($ED_{BG}$), fading 보정인자(f), 과대산출 보정인자(C)로부터 결정되었다. 또한 연간선량율 및 원산지는 시료의 자연방사능핵종($^{238}U$, $^{232}Th$, $^{40}K$)을 분석하여 산출되었다. 각 옹기가마의 TL/OSL 연대와 방사성탄소 연대를 비교 검토한 결과, 본 유적과 같은 근 현대 고고유적의 절대연대 편년을 위해서는 TL/OSL 연대측정과 방사성탄소 연대측정을 함께 수행하여 결합연대를 산출하는 것이 타당하다고 판단되었다. 오송 봉산리 옹기가마 유적의 조성 및 운영시기가 I 단계(5호, 6호 옹기가마) ${\rightarrow}$ II 단계(1호, 2호, 3호 옹기가마) ${\rightarrow}$ III 단계(4호 옹기가마)로 변천된다는 사실에 근거하여 베이지안 통계분석을 수행한 결과, 가장 이른 시기인 I 단계 옹기가마들의 사용 및 폐기시점은 $1910{\pm}23$년, II 단계는 $1970{\pm}10$년, III 단계는 $1987{\pm}4$년으로 각각 절대연대 편년되었으며, 이는 고고학적 편년관과도 정확히 일치하였다.

(벡터) 부울 함수의 비선형성에 관한 연구

  • 본 논문에서는 벡터 부울함수의 비선형성의 척도인 선형 함수군까지의 거리에 대해 알아본다. 특히 S-Box의 내부 함수로 이용될 수 있는 출력의 균등 분포성을 만족하는 벡터 부울함수의 선형함수군까지의 거리의 하계를 유도한다. 더불어 EDS에서의 S-Box내부함수의 비선형도를 산출하고 보다 비선형도가 높은, 즉 선형 함수군까지으 거리가 더 먼 새로운 S-Box의 존재를 밝힌다.

전통시장 상인의 건강상태와 건강행태 (Health Conditions and Health Behaviors of Merchants at Traditional Markets)

  • 본 연구는 전통시장 상인의 건강상태와 건강관련 행태를 남녀별, 전통시장 종사기간별로 규명하고 일반인들과 비교하기 위한 횡단적 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 C시 D보건소에서 2015년 6월 1일부터 6월 20일까지 C시 N전통시장에서 종사하는 상인 307명에게 신체계측과 채혈을 한 후 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 전통시장 종사자들의 현재 흡연율은 34.2%, 3.5%, 11.1%(남, 여, 전체), 연간 음주율은 68.4%, 38.5%, 45.9%(남, 여, 전체), 스트레스를 많이 느낀 대상자와 우울감 경험률은 각각 23.7%, 28.5%, 27.4%(남, 여, 전체), 5.3%, 6.1%, 5.9%(남, 여, 전체)로 일반인에 비해서 낮았으나 중등도 신체활동 시행률과 걷기 실천율은 각각 32.9%, 19.9%, 23.1%(남, 여, 전체), 85.5%, 79.2%, 80.8%(남, 여, 전체)로 매우 높아 좋은 건강행위를 실천하고 있으며 정신건강도 상대적으로 양호한 상태를 유지하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 그러나 일반인에 비해서 고혈압, 당뇨병, 고콜레스테롤혈증, 대사증후군 유병률이 매우 높았고 전통시장 종사기간이 길수록 복부둘레, 저 HDL-콜레스테롤혈증(low HDL-cholesterol)과 고혈압, 대사증후군, 관절염의 유병률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이에 대한 구체적인 원인 규명과 함께 대상자들의 특성에 맞는 장기적인 생활개선 프로그램을 마련하고 지속적으로 적용해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

조사광이 통과하는 치질의 두께와 광조사시간에 따른 광중합형 복합레진의 중합률에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE DEGREE OF CONVERSION OF LIGHT CURING COMPOSITE RESIN ACCORDING TO THE THICKNESS OF TOOTH STRUCTURE PENETRATED BY LIGHT AND APPLIED LIGHT CURING TIME)

  • Physical properties of composite resins such as strength, resistance to wear, discoloration, etc depend on the degree of conversion of the resin components. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the degree of conversion of the composite resins according to the thickness of tooth structure penetrated by light and applied light curing time. The coronal portions of extracted human teeth (one anterior tooth, three posterior tooth) was embedded by pink denture material. the mounted teeth were cut into three illumination sections (1mm thickness enamel section, 1mm thickness dentin section, 2mm thicknes dentin section) and one backing section with cutting wheel. Thin resin films were made by using 6kg pressure between slide glass during 5 minutes Thin resin film was light cured on coupled illumination section during 40sec, 80sec and 120sec. each illumination section was coupled as follows; no tooth structure(X), ename section(E), enamel section + 1mm dentin section(ED1), enamel section + 2mm dentin section(ED2), enamel section + 1mm dentin section + 2mm dentin section(EDD). To simulate the clinical situation more closely, thin resin films was cured against a backing section of tooth structure. The degree of conversion of carbon double bonds to single bonds in the resin films were examined by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. The results were obtained as follows ; 1 As curing time was increased, conversion rate was increased and as tooth thickness which was penetrated by curing light was increased, conversion rate was decreased. 2. At all tooth thickness groups, conversion rate between 80sec and 120sec was not significantly increased(P>0.05). 3. At 40sec group and 80sec, conversion rate between no tooth structure(X) group and 1mm enamel section(E) group was not significantly decreased(P>0.05). 4. At 80sec group and 120sec, conversion rate between 1mm enamel section(E) group and 1mm enamel section + 1mm dentin section(ED1) group was not significantly decreased(P>0.05).

중증외상팀의 운영 전후 손상환자의 응급실체류시간과 치료결과 비교 (A Comparison of the Effectiveness of Before and After the Trauma Team's Establishment: Treatment Outcomes and Lengths of Stay in the Emergency Department)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of a trauma team's management. Methods: A total of 181 patients with severe trauma were retrospectively divided into two groups. Of these 181 patients, 81 patients without a trauma team admitted between April and October 2008 were assigned to Group 1, and 100 patients with a Trauma team admitted between April and October 2009 were assigned to Group II. We compared general characteristics, the length of stay in the emergency department (ED) and treatment outcomes (24-h packed RBC transfusion, length of intensive care unit (ICU) stay, length of hospital stay, in-hospital mortality, 24-h mortality) between these two groups. Results: The length of stay in the ED was significantly reduced in Group II compared to Group I ($p$=0.025). No significant differences were found in mean arterial pressure, Glasgow Coma Scale, Revised Trauma Score, Injury Severity Score, in-hospital mortality and 24-h mortality between the two groups. However, Group II had a lower amount of 24-h packed RBC transfusion and a shorter length of ICU and hospital stay than Group I, although these differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Through the establishment of a trauma team, the length of stay in the ED can be reduced remarkably. Furthermore, the need for 24-h packed RBC transfusions and the length of stay in the ICU and hospital were found to be decreased in patients managed by a trauma team.

열처리에 의한 다양한 컬러 담수양식진주의 색 향상 연구 (Color Enhancement of Freshwater Pearl by Heat Treatment)

  • 본 연구에서 우리는 다양한 컬러의 담수양식진주(화이트, 오렌지, 퍼플 등)을 사용하여, 담수진주의 컬러를 변화시켜 가치향상을 목적으로 다양한 온도 및 시간별로 열처리를 실시하였다. 진주의 손상을 최대한 막고 컬러를 향상시킬 수 있는 최적의 조건(온도 및 시간)을 정립하여, 그에 따른 진주의 컬러변화, 광택, 성분분석, 내부구조 등의 변화를 UV-Vis, ED-XRF, SEM 등을 사용하여 비교 관찰하였다. 결론적으로 우리는 열처리를 통하여 담수양식진주의 컬러와 광택 및 상품가치를 높일 수 있는 가장 적합한 조건을 제시하고자 하였다.

덱스메데토미딘의 임상 용량의 나이에 따른 변화 (Effect of Age on Optimal Clinical Dose of Dexmedetomidine Sedation)

  • Background: Dexmedetomidine is known to be administered for sedation safely even in a very elderly patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age on clinically optimal dose of dexmedetomidine for sedation. Methods: We enrolled 50 patients ASA class I and II, scheduled for lower extremity surgery that need. They were classified into a young group (n = 26), aged below 75 and an old group (n = 24), aged above 75. Dexmedetomidine was continuously infused $0.5{\mu}g/kg$ within 10 min, followed by maintenance at a dose of $0.5{\mu}g/kg/min$, initially. The next dose was selected using the Dixon's up-and-down method. Results: The cED50 of dexmedetomidine required to maintain optimal sedation level in young and old group were 0.50 and $0.48{\mu}g/kg$, respectively. With isotonic regression, cED95 of dexmedetomidine was $0.71{\mu}g/kg$ (95% confidence intervals $0.57-1.06{\mu}g/kg$) and $0.58{\mu}g/kg$ (95% confidence intervals $0.51-0.67{\mu}g/kg$). There were no significant differences in cED50 (P = 0.21), recovery variables, or incidence of side effects between the two groups. Conclusions: Clinically optimal dose of dexmedetomidine was not affected to the age during sedation.
