Development of the EAI Solution Selection Criteria : Focused on the case of KRA (EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) 도입을 위한 평가기준 개발 적용에 관한 연구 : KRA 적용사례 중심으로)

  • Recently companies are aggressively Pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not Vet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.

  • 각 분야에서 최고를 자랑하는 전사적자원관리(ERP), 공급망관리(SCM), 고객관계관리(CRM), 지식관리(KM) 등의 솔루션을 도입하더라도 개별 솔루션만으로 모든 부분을 만족시킬 수는 없다. 이에 대한 대안으로 이들 솔루션들과 기존의 분산 환경 및 메인 프레임 환경을 통합하는 전사적인 기업애플리케이션통합(EAI)이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 주식회사 대교의 전사 기업애플리케이션 통합(EAI) 구축사례에 대한 분석을 통하여 EAI 추진방법 및 구성 그리고 주요성공요인들을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 내용들에 대하여 구체적으로 살펴보면 첫째, EAI 프로젝트의 추진목표, 전략, 추진조직 및 추진방법론, 둘째, 구현된 EAI 구성 및 특징, 셋째, EAI 구축성과 및 주요성공요인 등이다. 본 연구는 향우 EAI을 도입할 기업에게 EAI 구축과 관련한 유용한 자료가 되도록 하였다.

  • Recently enterprises introduce EAI systems and legacy business which already obtained for data integration among legacy systems. EAI systems in cooperative transaction environment can be expected efficient retrieval as sharing and integrating. However existing legacy systems have to introduce particular EAI solution because it is difficult to adjust standard technology to EAI due to be managed independently without considering interoperability. For solving these problems we use metadata registry using data integration. Various types, semantic specification data heterogeneity and heterogeneity of systems, however, are occurred. Therefore retrieval system based on XMDR(extended Meta-Data Registry) for data interoperability in the web environment are proposed in this paper.

  • The hydrothermal extracts were produced from fish head and their functional properties were investigated. The extracts exhibited an antioxidative effect and synergistic effect with $\alpha$-tocopherol by measuring peroxide values. The $5\%$ solution showed more antioxidative effect than $1\%$ solution. The extracts showed cryopropective effect, but the effect was less than sucrose. The solubility of the extracts was over $70\%$ in the all range of pH, and its lowest solubility was shown in pH 3.0. The extracts exhibited an emulsifying activity less than sugar ester (EAI=34.72) and little higher than or similiar to egg white (EAI= 14.69). The extracts showed a relatively high foam activity. The osmolality of the hydrothermal extracts at $1.0\%$ concentration were 23$\~$31 mOsmole which were much lower than 317 mOsmole at $1\%$ NaCl.

  • It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business process, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can't supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by "Classify Phase" that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase, " we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.ion of that problem.

Encapsulation of Pine Agaric ( Tricholoma matsutake) Flavor with Alginates (알긴산을 이용한 송이 향의 캡슐화)

  • Encapsulating 1-octen-3-ol with alginates solution, the effects of physical properties (viscosity, emulsion activity, emulsion stability) of alginates solutin on the retention of 1-octen-3-ol in capsules were investigated. Only alginates solutions haying less than 350 cP in viscosity were capable to be adopted to spray dry. Adding citric acid to alginates solution in order to reduce its viscosity, the concentration of citric acid became higher, the viscosity of alginates solution were lower. Adding $0.1\% of citric acid could reduce viscosity of alginates solution to 150 cP. The viscosity of alginates solution after emulsifying showed higher value than that of solution before emulsifying, but its viscosity were within the possible ranges for spray drying. The lower viscosity of alginates solution were, EAI became higher but ESI and amount of remaining 1-octen-3-ol in capsules were lower, In reducing the viscosity of alginates solutions, heating time after adding citric acid were longer, the their viscosity became lower. Differences of viscosity of alginates solution after and before emulsifying were little, In encapsulating raw pine agaric with alginates solution, the adding amount of soybean oil increased, the amounts of remaining 1-octen-3-ol in capsules increased. After freeze drying the amount of remaining 1-octen-3-ol in alginates capsules prepared with raw pine agaric was higher than that after cold air flow drying.

Effect of pH, Electrolytes, and Molecular Weights of Sodium Alginate (Prepared from Sacchrina japonicas) on Gluten Surface Hydrophobicity (글루텐의 표면소수성에 미치는 전해질, pH 및 다시마(Sacchrina japonicas) 알긴산나트륨의 분자량의 영향)

  • Changes in gluten surface hydrophobicity, which play an important role in the functional characteristics of protein, were measured according to various protein concentrations, pH levels, electrolytes concentrations, and alginate molecular weights using 8-anilino-1-naphthalene sulfonic acid (ANS) as a fluorescent probe. Gluten surface hydrophobicity decreased as gluten concentration increased, reaching a maximum pH of 7.0. The effects of alginate molecular weights and alginate concentration on the surface hydrophobicity, emulsifying activity index (EAI), and emulsion stability index (ESI) of gluten-sodium alginate dispersion (GAD) were measured. Gluten surface hydrophobicity rapidly increased the asl NaCl concentration of gluten solution up to 300 mM and showed no significant increase above 300 mM. However, gluten surface hydrophobicity notably decreased until the concentration of CaCl2 and MgCl2 reached 30 mM, indicating no significant variations above 30 mM. GAD surface hydrophobicity increased as the concentration and molecular weight of sodium alginate increased, however, gluten concentration increased as the GAD surface hydrophobicity decreased. The EAI and ESI of GAD increased as both molecular weight and concentration of sodium alginate increased.

Emulsifying and Rheological Properties of the Pine Nut's Extracts (잣 구성 성분의 유화 및 유동특성)

  • The effects of concentration and pH on the emulsifying and rheological properties of the pine nut's protein extract(PNPE) and carbohydrate extract(PNCE) were investigated. Emulsifying activity index(EAI) of sample containing PNPE was minimal at pH 4.0 and the alteration of pH from 4 to 3 or 8 increased EAI regardless of concentration. The most EAI(about 6.44 $m^2/g$ solid) significantly(p<0.05) observed in solution containing 1% PNPE at pH 8.0, but that of 3% PNPE(0.10 $m^2/g$ solid) was minimal at pH 4.0. The emulsion stability exhibited maximum value(about 20) in 3% PNPE emulsion at pH 8.0. However, EAI of samples containing PNCE increased gradually with the increase of pH, but it had lower value than that of samples containing PNPE. At pH 7.0 and 8.0, the rheological behavior of emulsion solutions showed Newtonian fluid(n=1, $r^2>0.99$) regardless of concentration in all samples containing PNPE, but the samples containing PNCE showed pseudoplastic behavior(n<1) in all conditions. The sample with the better emulsion stability index(ESI) significantly(p<0.05) exhibited the higher L, b, and ${\delta}E$, however, lower a value.
