Advanced online environment and communication technology have made the e-commerce environments evolved rapidly. In the e-commerce area, one of the most important concepts regarding the relationship between seller and buyer is the "trust." Considering the purpose of purchase and satisfaction of website, the users may face problems such as consumer's transaction security or personal information sharing when they make transactions over web sites. It could be difficult to pursue the goal for the users to purchase product or service over online if the seller or service provider cannot establish trust to the customers. In this paper, through multi-dimensional viewpoints of trust, satisfaction can be accounted for by cue-based trust and experienced trust. The purchase intention mediates the experienced trust when online users purchase products or use online service.

Purpose: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics services, as an important part of e-commerce shopping, have gradually attracted people's attention. Customer engagement behavior is a new topic in marketing, and its connotation is still being explored. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between logistics service quality and customer engagement behavior. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed the method of online questionnaire survey, with Chinese e-commerce platform users as the survey objects, 248 valid survey sample data were collected, and the method of factor analysis and structural equation model analysis was used to verify the research hypothesis model constructed in this paper. Results: The four dimensions of e-commerce logistics service quality have different influences on customer satisfaction, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Convenience, assurance, and security have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of customer engagement behavior: customer repeat purchase behavior, online word-of-mouth, and customer referrals. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the managers of e-commerce companies to improve customer engagement behavior by improving the logistics service quality.

초고속 통신망을 이용한 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 e-Commerce 가 활발해지고 있다. e-Commerce 에 있어서 민감한 정보의 기밀성과 사용자 인증의 확보가 필수적이며, 이를 위해서는 전자 서명 기술을 포함하고 있는 공개키 기반의 인증서 관리 체계의 확립이 선결되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인증, 기밀성 및 무결성 문제를 해결하기 위해 PKI 기반 인증서의 생성, 관리 기능과 인증서를 상호 교환하여 매매 협상을 하는 에이전트 중재에 의한 SecuPmart 보안 애플리케이션을 설계하고 이에 대하여 기술한다.

The objectives of this investigation were 1) to measure the level of customers satisfaction in agricultural E-Commerce, 2) to identify the variables affecting customer satisfaction, and 3) to suggest ways to improve the level of user satisfaction in agricultural E-Commerce. The major findings of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) The result of ANOVA showed that there is no significant difference in the degree of customer satisfaction among groups of demographic characteristics such as gender. age, marriage, job, the level of education and the level of income. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis showed that four variables had significant effects on the degree of customer satisfaction: internet environment, product information, security, and price. Moreover, the six variables included in this study explained 61.5% of the degree of customer satisfaction.

전자상거래는 실생활의 물질적인 상거래에 비해 많은 장점을 가지고 있지만, 인터넷이라는 가상공간을 통해 상거래가 이루어지므로 상호간의 신용문제, 지불 방법 등 개선되어야 할 부분이 많이 있다 이를 위한 초기의 전자화폐는 사용자의 개인정보에 대한 유출을 막기 위해 은닉전자서명을 이용하여 설계되었으며, 사용자의 완전한 익명성이 보장되었다. 본 논문에서는 계산적으로 효율성이 매우 좋은 Feige-Fiat-Shamir 은닉전자서명을 제안하였고, 제안한 Feige-Fiat Shamir 은닉전자서명을 이용하여, 전자화폐가 불법적으로 사용될 경우 전자화폐를 추적할 수 있는 추적 가능한 전자화 폐 시스템을 설계하였다.

정보화 사회라고 할 수 있는 현 사회에서 정확한 사용자 인증 기술은 가장 중요 이슈가 되고 있다. 대부분 인증 기술은 시스템에 접근하고자 하는 사용자의 특성을 이용하여 신분확인을 수행하는 기술로써 본 논문에서는 현재 전자상거래 시스템에서 대부분 지불수단으로 사용되고 있는 신용카드와 계좌이체를 기본으로 한 전자상거래 쇼핑몰을 구축하고, 전자화폐가 가지고 있는 위조와 도난의 위험을 보완할 수 있는 소유하는 것에 대한 인증으로 결제 단계에서 마우스 제스처(Mouse Gesture)를 이용한 사용자 인증 인터페이스를 제안하고 구현하였다. 마우스 제스처를 이용한 사용자 인증 인터페이스는 사용자가 입력한 패턴의 고유값이 학습알고리즘을 통해 저장된 결과 패턴의 값들과 비교를 하여 인지의 성공 여부를 화면에서 바로 알 수 있도록 하는 것으로서 쇼핑몰을 통하여 물품을 구입하고 대금 결제 시에 지불정보와 함께 사인정보를 함께 입력하면 전자화폐가 가지고 있던 도난이나 위조에 대한 위험성을 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

전자정부 실현과 전자상거래의 활성화로 전자거래의 비중이 커지면서 전자거래를 둘러싼 법적 분쟁과 컴퓨터범죄도 날로 증가하고 있다. Computer Forensics는 이러한 법적 분쟁의 해결을 위하여 필수적인 디지털증거를 수집, 보전, 분석, 보고하기 위한 방법론으로 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 Computer Forensics의 연구동향을 분석하고 이제 본격적인 연구에 들어간 국내 Computer Forensics의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. Computer Forensics의 과학적인 연구와 법제도의 정비, 국내 실정에 맞는 기술개발을 통하여 안전한 전자거래의 기반을 구축하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

China has recently (28 August 2004) adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures, and states that on-line certification providers will have to be created in order to ensure the security of on-line operations made using said signatures. This new act is intended to increase Chinese electronic business, and thus to raise the revenue China can expect from said business. And the law grants electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and seals in business transactions, and sets up the market access system for online certification providers to ensure the security of e-commerce. As Internet trade requires a reliable third party to identify the signers, the credibility of online certifying organizations is significant for the transaction security. So, considering the weakness of China's social credibility system, the law regulates that the online signatures certification providers should be approved and administered by governments.

EC(Electronic Commerce) is increasing with high speed based on the expansion of Internet. EC which is done through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space, On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet. Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the security problem for safe and useful U activity, One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher algorithm. NPC(Non-Polynomial Complete) cipher algorithm proposed in this paper is good for the security and it overcome the limit of current 64bits cipher algorithm using 256bits key for input output and encryption key, Moreover, it is designed for the increase of calculation complexity and probability calculation by adapting more complex design for subkey generation regarded as one of important element effected to encryption.

최근 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래의 이용이 날로 급증하고 있지만, 만약 이를 이용하는 사용자의 PC 내에 키보드 입력을 모니터링하는 해킹들이 설치되어 있다면 사용자의 입력 내용을 가로챌 수 있게 되어 개인정보가 유출될 위험성을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 키보드 입력정보가 유출되지 않도록 보안하는 보안 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문의 핵심은, 키보드 입력 시 발생하는 키보드 인터럽트 신호를 가로채어 키보드 입력을 암호화한 후, 필요에 따라 브라우저에 임베딩되어 있는 응용프로그램에서 이를 복호화하여 화면에 복호화한 값을 보여주고, 암호화된 값을 웹서버로 전송하여 웹서버단에서 복호화를 수행하여 처리하자는 것이다. 또한 브라우저에 대한 직접적인 해킹 공격을 막기 위해 자체 제작된 입력 컨트롤을 개발하였으며, 현재 출시되어 있는 키보드 보안 제품들과 달리 사용자의 입력 데이터가 최종적으로 웹서버에 도달하기 전까지 최소한 *와 같은 별표(asterisk)문자로 표시되는 패스워드 필드는 복호화하지 않도록 개선되었으며, 이로 인해 보다 안전한 고객 정보 보호 시스템을 실현할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
