The present study aimed to analyze the metaproteome of the microbial community comprising harmful algal bloom (HAB) in the Daechung reservoir, Korea. HAB samples located at GPS coordinates of 36°29'N latitude and 127°28'E longitude were harvested in October 2013. Microscopic observation of the HAB samples revealed red signals that were presumably caused by the autofluorescence of chlorophyll and phycocyanin in viable cyanobacteria. Metaproteomic analysis was performed by a gelbased shotgun proteomic method. Protein identification was conducted through a two-step analysis including a forward search strategy (FSS) (random search with the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), Cyanobase, and Phytozome), and a subsequent reverse search strategy (RSS) (additional Cyanobase search with a decoy database). The total number of proteins identified by the two-step analysis (FSS and RSS) was 1.8-fold higher than that by one-step analysis (FSS only). A total of 194 proteins were assigned to 12 cyanobacterial species (99 mol%) and one green algae species (1 mol%). Among the species identified, the toxic microcystin-producing Microcystis aeruginosa NIES-843 (62.3%) species was the most dominant. The largest functional category was proteins belonging to the energy category (39%), followed by metabolism (15%), and translation (12%). This study will be a good reference for monitoring ecological variations at the meta-protein level of aquatic microalgae for understanding HAB.

본 연구에서는 높이에 따른 점프 전략 변화를 이해하기 위해 반동을 이용한 수직 점프 시 상변화 시점에서의 지면반력 벡터가 높이에 따라 어떻게 변하는지 분석하였다; 반동과 추진 구간에서 유사한 힘 작용선을 갖는 수직 점프의 경우, 상변화 시점에서 반동의 이득을 나타내는 합력 벡터의 크기와 방향이 일정한 경향성을 가지고 높이에 따라 변화할 것이라 가정하였다. 9명의 청년군 모두는 정해진 5 종류의 높이를 총 5세트에 걸쳐 랜덤 방식으로 점프하였으며, 해당 높이를 유도하기 위해 지면으로부터 191 cm에서 221 cm 사이에 일정한 간격을 두고 마커를 배치하였다. 점프 높이가 증가함에 따라 반동 시 무게중심을 낮추고, 수평, 수직 방향의 힘을 증가시키는 것이 관찰되었는데, 이는 추진일을 증가시키기 위해 관절의 가용범위를 넓히고 초기 힘(또는 가속도) 이득을 늘리기 때문으로 생각된다.

There are many challenges to solve on how we will use IT infrastructures accepted as the best worldwide level for strength of country's competitiveness. Over the past years, IT environment has been formed to expand the basis of e-Business by policy, but little contributed to management efficiency such as improvement of business productivity through utilization of it. This paper explores the category of the related technology policies by classifying e-Business technologies and presents the problems and developmental directions for those policies by investigating the trends of the policies which have been framed so far. Especially, this article also examines the differences between the technology policy on the road map of 2010 e-Business policy and the IT839 strategy.

This paper examines the current situation and major impacts of e-business on healthcare industry: hospital, pharmaceutical, medical device and health-related internet sectors. Of the 137 samples collected with mail survey, the utilization rate of B2C e-commerce is 31.4% and B2B is 13.1%. And 74.5% of respondents remains the first development stage which represents the simple advertisement such as the one-way information offering. The key obstacle of expansion of health care e-commerce turns out to be the illogical and outdated medical-related law and institution. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed based on the evaluation of the current policy implemented by government.

The purpose of this study is to find student factors associated with the students' evaluation of university teaching, and to provide a meaningful reference to policy-making of teaching evaluation. Based on the surveyed questionnaires from 232 students who participated in e-learning course. in combination with applying descriptive statistics, this study analyzes (1) the influences of students' pre-motivation level of student based-on ARCS theory on class satisfaction, (2) the influences of students' grade, attendance, and class involvement on class satisfaction, and (3) the influences of e-learning experience on students' pre-motivation level and class satisfaction. Result of this study shows that: (1) students' pre-motivation level including Attention(A), Relevance(R), Confidence(C), and Satisfaction(S) is positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, (2) students' grade, attendance. and class involvement are positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, and (3) students' e-learning experience is not related with students' pre-motivation level, whereas it is related with class satisfaction.

Lots of EDI-VAN companies are in need of transforming their business transaction systems into Web-based e-Business frameworks because of high cost and closed structure of EDI systems. This research proposes several e-Transformation strategies for EDI-VAN companies to adopt Web-based e-Business frameworks such as ebXML and RosettaNet. Four transformation alternatives are presented and transformation procedure for a medium-sized company is described. The result of this work can be used as a practical guideline for EDI companies to develop their own transformation strategy suitable to its scale and capability, while minimizing the impacts on the pre-existing business processes and information systems.

현재 대부분 e-Learning에서 이루어지고 있는 교육은 학습(Loaming)이 아닌 단순 훈련(Trainning)만이 이루어지고 있다. e-Learning에서 진정한 학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적응적(Adaptive), 적시적(Just-in-Time) 학습이 단편적이 아닌 연속적, 통합적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기술적 관점뿐만 아니라, 발견적 학습(heuristic learning)관점에서 학습자원이 기술되고, 컴퓨터(에이전트)가 학습자원의 구성요소인 학습목표(Goal), 학습내용(Content), 학습맥락(Context), 학습구조(Structure), 학습전략(Strategy)의 의미(Semantic)와 관계(Relation)를 이해해 학습자에게 필요한 정보만을 검색, 추론해주고 이를 학습자 수준에 맞게 재가공해 학습자에게 지식(Knowledge)을 적응적(Adaptive), 적시적(Just-in-Time)으로 전달해주는 e-Learning 학습 환경이 필수적이다. 메타데이터(RDF), 온톨로지(Ontology), 에이전트(Agent) 매커니즘의 시멘틱 웹을 e-Learning 환경에 적용함으로써 학습자원의 구성요소의 의미와 관계를 파악해 적응적(Adaptive)으로 지식을 전달해 주어 자기 주도적 학습(Self-directed Loaming)을 실현해 줄 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors for the successful implementation of e-business in the public sector. The paper reports on a case study of the 'Onbid' asset-management system developed by the Korean Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO). 'Onbid' system is an e-marketplace for trading in public assets, including the disposition by public sale of real estate. Through this case study, the paper: (i) explores the changes in organizational culture that are required for successful e-transformation in organizations of public sectors; and (ii) identifies the critical success factors for the implementation of e-business in the public sector.

The objective of this paper is to investigate important factors when one can consider an implementation of global e-trade. This paper in particular intends to derive which factors are significant at information strategic planning stage as well as its evaluation stage. Many works in the global e-trade area have been focusing on narrow research issues related to EDI implementation and trade process automation after trade contracts are legally made. Therefore, more complete and exclusive factors at pre-contract stage should be considered when one can make a strategic plan for global e-trade. Five factors are found to be important for global e-trade planning and those are: (1) corporate strategy, (2)trade process automation, (3)trade information technology & infrastructure, (4)organization & people, and (5)trade information technology utilization. An evaluation framework is developed in this paper and its empirical results are also provided.

Global e-SCM (electronic Supply Chain Management) has become an important business strategy in a rapidly changing global competition environment. It encompasses both domestic business and overseas business. Overseas business, including B2B and B2G, involves the complex trade procedures across countries. So, the standardization of electronic documents (messages) and business processes is one of critical factors for the successful implementation of global e-SCM. Without standardized messages and streamlined business processes, the benefits of global e-SCM would not be guaranteed because of human intervention like re-keying business data, which may create errors, delay processes, cause additional data or procedures, etc. Thus, this paper is to review the implementation challenges of Global e-SCM, to address the needs for electronic information flows through the standardization in electronic documents and business processes for fast and accurate trade transactions in the global supply chain activities, and to assert the importance of adoption of international standards.
