Using light and scanning electron microscopy morphological studies of pollens were conducted to determine the sectional boundary and the relationships among eight species of section Zygophyllidium and its five related species of subg. Poinsettia. Pollen characters of 13 species were described, and their diagnostic keys were presented here. Based on the sculpturing patterns and the results of numerical analysis using 10 pollen characters 13 species were divided into four Pollen types: type I, having micro-reticulate shaped pollen (E. hexagona, E. lagunensis, E. hexagonoides and E. bilobata), type II, having reticulate shaped pollen (E. delicatula, E. extipulata, E. dentata, E. heterophylla, E. pulcherrima and E. cyathophora), type III, micro-reticulate shaped pollen with platten muri (E. lacera), and type IV, haying foveolate shaped pollen grains (E. chersonesa and E. eriantha). The results of pollen morphological studies suggest that the sect. Zygophyllidium should be delimited based on only four species, E. hexagona, E. lagunensis, E. hexagonoides and E. bilobata, E. delicatural and E. exstipulata of sect. Zygophyllidium must be transferred to subg. Poinsettia based on pollen morphology. E. eriantha and E. chersonesa having forveolate sculpturing pattern of pollen grains seem to be closely related with species from subg. Agaloma, and additional studies of these species are needed to determine the species relationships within Agaloma group.

This study examined relationship of effect between the characteristics of specialized portal and two branch dimension(cognitive and emotional e-trust) of e-trust on the specialized portal web-site. The characteristics of specialized portal web-site composed the guarantee factor, the structural factor, information factor, the entertainment factor and the flow factor by prior research. The model of e-trust strategy for specialized portal web-site is tested here using data from 122 samples. Result of factor and regression analysis show that the hypothesized relationships are significant. In examining the relationships of the factors in the study, the guarantee, structural and information fact effect on building of cognitive e-Trust. Second, the entertainment and flow factor effect on emotional e- Trust. Third, the cognitive and emotional e- Trust effect on the satisfaction of e-Service users. As these results, this study found out difference paths of e-Trust which effect on the satisfaction of e-Service by cognitive and emotional e- Trust approaches to the specialized portal web - sites.

Le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{t}}re$ musical en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ est devenu aujourd'hui une mode. Beaucoup parlent de musical, mais beaucoup de musicals sont $mont{\acute{e}}s$ sur la $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ sans des recherches $n{\acute{e}}cessaires$ suffisantes. C'est pour cette raison que la plupart des spectacles musicaux qui sont $cr{\acute{e}}es$ en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ sont $destin{\acute{e}}s$ en faillite $d{\grave{e}}s$ la naissance. D'ailleurs les musicals $liscenci{\acute{e}}s$ par $l^{\prime}Am{\acute{e}}rique$, la France qui sont $mont{\acute{e}}s$ sur la $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ aujourd'hui sont assez pour nuire le $march{\acute{e}}$ $cor{\acute{e}}en$ $constitu{\acute{e}}$ autour de musical. Quels sont donc les $probl{\grave{e}}mes$ que posent les musicals $liscenci{\acute{e}}s$? $Premi{\grave{e}}rement$ ils encouragent la mime, pas la $cr{\acute{e}}ation$. En d'autre terme, les musicals $liscenci{\acute{e}}s$ que les $Cor{\acute{e}}ens$ montent sur la $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ ne sont pas les $cr{\acute{e}}ations$ propres chez les $Cor{\acute{e}}ens$, par contre, ces derniers sont $demand{\acute{e}}s$ de suivre ${\grave{a}}$ la mot les indications $dict{\acute{e}}es$ par le droit d'auteur. Les $cr{\acute{e}}ateurs$ $cor{\acute{e}}ens$ ne sont pas libres de $cr{\acute{e}}ation$. $Deuxi{\grave{e}}mement$ les musicals ${\grave{a}}$ la mode ont pouvoir de $d{\acute{e}}truire$ la $diversit{\acute{e}}$ de l'homme. L'homme se $caract{\grave{e}}rise$ par la $diversit{\acute{e}}$ et se $diff{\grave{e}}re$ l'un par rapport ${\grave{a}}$ l'autre. C'est l'essence de l'homme. Tous sont $diff{\acute{e}}rents$. Pourtant le musical qui $r{\grave{e}}gne$ sur tous genres de spectacles d'aujourd'hui de $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ ne laisse pas vivre d'autres genres de spectacles, la danse, le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$, etc. Seul le musical est $compt{\acute{e}}$. $Troisi{\grave{e}}mement$ le musical ne peut pas nier $compl{\grave{e}}tement$ son origine commerciale. En fait le musical est devenu une chose important depuis des investigations immenses par le gouvernement $d^{\prime}Am{\acute{e}}rique$ pour donner des travails aux gens. Donc, $d{\grave{e}}s$ le $d{\acute{e}}but$, il n'y avait pas de $consid{\acute{e}}rations$ artistiques dans et sur le musical. Comme c'est par le commerce que le musical est $r{\acute{e}}pandu$, s'il y aura un $probl{\grave{e}}me$ quelconque, il est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ possible qu'on cherche ${\grave{a}}$ $r{\acute{e}}soudre$ le $probl{\grave{e}}me$ par la vue de commerce. En comprenant les $probl{\grave{e}}mes$ $mentionn{\acute{e}}s$ $l{\grave{a}}$-dessus, il faut $pr{\acute{e}}parer$ le changement de $march{\acute{e}}$ $cor{\acute{e}}enne$ de musical. Le moyen le plus $su{\hat{r}}$ de se $pr{\acute{e}}parer$ est de trouver la $r{\acute{e}}solution$ dans la culture. Pourtant cette $derni{\grave{e}}re$ ne signifie pas la tradition comme $c^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tait$ le cas $jusqu^{\prime}{\grave{a}}$ aujourd'hui, car les $Cor{\acute{e}}ens$ ne sont pas ${\acute{e}}duqu{\acute{e}}s$ par cette $derni{\grave{e}}re$. La $modernit{\acute{e}}$, disons occidentale, traverse la $Cor{\acute{e}}e$. Donc, la signification du mot 'culture' doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ $bas{\acute{e}}e$ sur la tradition et la $modernit{\acute{e}}$ en $m{\hat{e}}me$ temps.

The Synthesis of E, E, E-12-fluorofarnesol and E, Z-6-fluorofarnesol which are key intermediates for the study of biosynthesis of some sesquiterpenes, is described. E, E-Farnesyl acetate is treated with selenium dioxide to give E, E, E-12-hydroxy farnesyl acetate, whih is transformed by DAST into E, E, E-12-hydroxy farnesyl acetate, which is transformed by DAST into E, E, E,-12-fluorofarnesylacetate. The latter compound is hydrolyzed to E, E, E,-12-fluorofarnesol. The reformatsky reaction of 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one with ethyl bromofluoroacetate affords ethyl 2-fluoro-3-hydroxy-3, 7 dimethyl-6-octanoate. This ester is acetylated and eliminated to give ethyl (Z)-2-fluoro-3, 7-dimethylocta-2, 6-dienoate, which is transformed to allyl bromide via allylic alcohol. The allyl bromide is treated with dianion of methyl acetate to give-keto ester. The $\beta$-keto ester is converted to diethyl phosphoryloxy compound. The conjugate addition of lithium dimethylcuprate to the latter compound gives fluoro ester, which is treated with DIBAL to afford E, Z-6-fluorofarnesol.

Translation initiation factor 4E (eIF4E) is a key regulator of protein synthesis. Abnormal regulation of eIF4E is closely linked to oncogenic transformation. Several regulatory mechanisms affecting eIF4E are discussed, including transcriptional regulation, phosphorylation and binding of an inhibitor protein. However it is not clear how the level of eIF4E protein is regulated under basal conditions. Here we demonstrate that Diap1 (Drosophila Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein), a cell death inhibitor, binds directly to eIF4E and poly-ubiquitinates it via its E3 ligase activity, promoting its proteasome-dependent degradation. Expression of Diap1 caused a reduction of Cyclin D1 protein level and inhibited the growth stimulation induced by overexpression of eIF4E. Taken together, our results suggest that the level of eIF4E protein is regulated by Diap1, and that IAPs may play a role in cap-dependent translation by regulating the level of eIF4E protein.

Le but de cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ est, par l'anayse statistique des mesures, $d'{\acute{e}}tablir$ comment sont les $vari{\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}s$. Les $r{\acute{e}}sultats$ de ce travail peuveut $\hat{e}tre$ $r{\acute{e}}sum{\acute{e}}s$ ainsi: 1. Plus $\grave{a}g{\acute{e}}s$ sont les personnes, plue larges et longues les Cheo-go-ri (vestes). 2. A propos des longeur des vestes, on les $g{\acute{e}}n{\acute{e}}ralement$ $consid{\acute{e}}re$ comme les $donn{\acute{e}}es$ principalement $subondonn{\acute{e}}es$ aux tailles des personnes $habill{\acute{e}}es$. mais a mon travail, le tour do poitrine peut-$\hat{e}tre$ le plus relatis en ce problemes. [parce que le coefficient $conr{\acute{e}}ratif$ ayant rapponts au tour de poitrine (r=0.512) est plus haut que celui qui est relatif a la taille (r=0.436).

For the identification of the Jeju black cattle, Hanwoo and imported beef, we performed a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) associated with microsatellite (MS) and melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) gene. The MC1R gene plays an important role in regulation of the melanin synthesis within mammalian melanocytes. MC1R encoded by extension (E) locus was almost fixed with recessive red e allele in the Hanwoo. We estimated that the specific genotypes ($E^+/E^+$, $E^+/e$) of MC1R gene were characteristic genotypes of Jeju black cattle. But the PCR products resulted from using the MC1R gene derived primers only are not sufficient to identify Jeju black cattle from other relatives. We performed two times of successive multiplex PCR to provide a more accurate result for the identification of Jeju black cattle. The results suggest that two types of successive multiplex PCR methods using MC1R gene and Microsatellite derived primer set will be more useful to identification of Jeju black cattle, Hanwoo and imported beef.

최근 E-Service의 기술 촉진이나 적용 범위는 점차 확대되어가고 있으나, 이에 반해 E-Service의 이론과 실행은 여전히 초기 단계이고, E-Service상의 서비스나 서비스 경험에 대한 정의가 부재인 것으로 확인되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전통적 서비스와 E-Service의 차이점을 도출하여 E-Service만의 특화점을 학문적으로 확인하여 보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 E-Service의 정의를 우선 설명하고, 전통적인 서비스의 주요 특성 5가지를 활용하여 E-Service와의 특성을 비교한 후, 5가지 특성에서 각각 전통적인 서비스와 E-Service간에 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 밝혀보고자 한다. 마지막으로 E-Service의 가장 큰 특징인 기술과 정보의 만남을 통해 가치의 창조가 포함되는 점을 추가하여 E-Service가 기존 상품이나 오프라인 서비스에 대한 보완재나 대체제가 아닌 E-Service 만의 고유 핵심 가치를 보유하고 있다는 점을 이용하여 명백한 E-Service만의 우위 요소를 정의한 후 학문적으로 명확한 차이점을 밝혀내 보고자 한다.

Eight species of genus Entoloma were collected from the areas of Mt. Naejang National park, Mt. Jiri National park, Mt. Manduck and Mt. Balwang and newly recorded in Korea: Entoloma fuscodiscum, E. incanum, E. fracturans, E. lignoputridum, E. nigroviolaceum var. striatulum, E. grayanum (Pk.) Sacc. var. grayanum, E. maleoens and E. pungens.

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary vitamin E on the lipid composi-tion of rats treated with carbon tetrachloride. Rats were divided into five groups I. e. C(soybean oil with vitamin E(40mg/kg diet)) EF(CCl4 with vitamin E deficient diet) 40E(CCl4 with vitamin E(40mg/kg diet) 400E(CCl4 with vitamin E(400mg/kg diet) 800E(CCl4 with vitamin E(800mg/kg diet) Body weight gain and food efficient ratio were not observed significant differences. The liver weight was significantly increased in the CCl4 treated groups but the liver weight of 800E group was significantly lower than that of EF group. In EF and 40E groups kidney weights were significantly higher compared to that of C group. The content of total lipid in liver of 40E and 400E groups were significantly higher than that of control group but in 400E and 800E groups the contents were significantly lower compared with that of EF group. The content of triglyceride in liver was significantly higher in the CCl4 treated group and the content of cholesterol was significantly higher in the EF and 40E groups but those of 800E group were significantly lower compared with those of EF group. In CCl4 administration groups were significantly higher than those of control group and 400E and 800E groups were significantly lower than those of EF group.
