  • Indian economy growth changed due Indian business operational approach with convergent technologies. The current economy growth supported by Information Technology Development and Information Technology Enabled Service. As part of the Information technology enabled upcoming Knowledge processing outsourcing provide huge opportunities to develop Indian business with our human resources. The KPO business sector basis and frame work can be achieve through Development Dynamic initiatives. This paper discuss about the basis of KPO and Dynamic Development Initiative frame work strategic compact components and its characters.

산업 혁신을 위한 서비스모델 개발 전략에 관한 연구 (A Strategy for Developing Service Model Toward Industrial Innovation)

  • The emergence of convergence has been the cause of development of the industry more complex and difficult by continually changing business environment and the destruction of the business area. The government-initiatives approach shows the limits to foster the new industries in needs of service-oriented ecosystem. In this study, we propose the service model as service-based approach for the development of new industries derived through the convergence inter-industry. While business model is defined based on the company's temporary and piecemeal activities, service model is the concept of dynamic and continuous that includes national, industrial, corporate level. In order to derive the service model, to identify current problems and issues with the public and the private sector is first. Then design the roadmap for the implementation of the desired shape through strategy from optimal rationality and long-term strategy. In this study, we define a service model, and consider when establishing a service model for three dimensional(national, industrial, corporate level) through analyzed by 3Level Service Model. And we also consider characteristics of the service model and approach, present the case of 'New Transit Card Services in Seoul'.

고속축하중측정시스템의 개발과 평가 (Development and Evaluation of High Speed weigh-in-motion system)

  • 도로와 교량을 관리하고 유지보수 하는 일은 전 세계의 도로 관리자들에게는 중요한 문제이며, 차량 주행의 안전성을 확보하고 도로유지 비용의 증가를 막기 위하여 세계의 여러 나라에서 다양한 시책이 이루어지고 있다. 아시아에서도 이러한 유사한 노력을 해왔으며 최근에는 차량 중량에 대한 시책이 한국과 일본 등에서도 본격화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 여건에 기여하기 위해서 불균등 간격으로 막대 모양 센서(Piezo Quartz 방식)를 설치하여 높은 정확성으로 동적 축중량 계측을 가능하게 하는 기술을 개발하였으며, 실제 도로에서 축중량과 총중량 등의 계측 정확도를 평가하였다. 축중량과 총중량 등의 계측 정확도는 센서의 배치 수에 따라서 차이가 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동단속을 실현하기 위하여 총중량 계측 정확도의 오차범위를 ${\pm}5%$ 이하의 목표로 개발을 하여 8-point 계측 시스템에 의해 그 목표를 달성했다. 그러나, 이 시스템이 널리 이용되기 위해서는 용이하게 보급되어 질 수 있도록 적합한 시스템 규모로 사이즈를 소형화하는 것이 무엇보다 시급하다. 따라서, 계측의 정확성과 시스템 규모(계측점 수)와의 관계를 평가하였고, 최적의 계측점 수로써 3-point 측정을 제안하여 그 성능을 실제의 도로상에서 평가를 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 대형 차량의 성능 향상에 따른 고속화에 대하여 평가 및 검토를 하였다.

협동학습 교수.학습과정안 개발 및 협동학습이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 - 가정과 중2 식생활 단원을 중심으로 - (Development of Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan and the Effect of Cooperative Learning on Students` Self-esteem - Focused on the Food and Nutrition Section of Middle School Home Economics -)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop cooperative learning lesson plan for middle school home economics class and to identify the effect of cooperative learning on students\` self-esteem. The content of lesson was chosen from the food and nutrition section of home economics textbooks for middle school. The main structure of the lesson plan stems from $\boxDr$Lesson Plan Guide of Structuring Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan for Teachers$\boxUl$ by D. Johnson. R Johnson and E. Holubec. Various kinds of references including media reading materials cooperative group activity reports and cooperative group activity checking lists were newly developed according to the content of lesson. Eight hour lesson plans were developed and applied to 2nd grade middle school students and pre-test and post-test were taken to test the effect of Johnson\`s cooperative learning method on students\` self-esteem. Students at a Middle School located in Seoul were divided into two grouts, the three classes as experimental group and the other three classes as control group. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS/WIN program. As a result, the hypothesis that the degree of self-esteem of the experimental group is higher than that of control group was adopted (P.(001). Among the sub-factors of self -esteem. the global self-esteem and the social-peer self-esteem scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(p.(001 each). but the school-academic self-esteem score was not different (p> .05) According to the post-experiment free-style report. student as a dynamic subject could get initiatives and interests in home economics class more effectively by cooperative learning. Therefore, it could be said that cooperative learning has positive effect on the promotion of students\` self-esteem and is considered to be a good teaching method of home economics subject.
