An existing Steel pipe, Cast iron pipe and Concrete pipe is can not escaped from aging, specially Metal tube is causing many problems that the quality of water worse is concerned about many rust and mike efficient use of preservation of water. The use of Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic Pipe(GRP PIPE) should be one of the possible scheme to get over these problems. The GRP PIPE has an excellent resistance power and the life is lasting from 50 to 100 years roughly. It's to be useful as a result of high durability and a good construction work also it is a light weight therefore can be expected to short the time of construction and man power. In this research, to executed the small-scaled model test, in-situ model test using CLSM of in-situ soil and to evaluated the stress - strain of the pipe also try to estimated how useful is. From the model test in laboratory, the vertical and horizontal deformation of the GRP PIPE measured in six instance using 200mm and 300mm in diameters. The value of experimentation, theory, analysis got the same results of the test, but the vertical and horizontal deformation gauged in small and the earth pressure was almost zero using CLSM of in-situ soil..
This study was estimated on performance of deicers, corrosion inhibitors and low corrodible deicer used for removal of snow or ice on the road and on influence on structure. The weight loss rate after freezing and thawing of low corrodible deicer is lower than one of deicer, corrosion inhibitors and these combination. Relative dynamic elastic modulus of all except water, low corrodible deicer and NaCl+JF-1004 was radically reduced after freezing and thawing 150 cycles. And concretes after freezing and thawing were showed severe surface damage. It was found that individual use of low corrodible deicer and corrosion inhibitors had a problem of field application because of lack of early ice melting effect and considerably low durability. Products combined with NaCl was showed rapid weight loss by metal corrosion. Therefore, It will need to circumspectly select combination of deicers having low effect on concrete pavement and bridge if possible.

Steel fiber is high stiffness and large weight. So, Pumping hose to rupture of the safety management is difficult. Steel fiber caused by corrosion of the deterioration of durability and high-rebound losses are needed for the improvements. Thus, the revised regulations in 2009 by a steel fiber to reinforce other materials is possible. Variety of fiber reinforcement material for concrete review of applicability is needed. Steel fiber strength than the other fibers is large and by the geometry of the fibers are attached to improve performance. However, compared to steel fiber organic fibers and low modulus of elasticity and tensile strength of fiber and agglomeration occurs in the concrete to be used as reinforcement material is difficult. In this regard, the present study as a single object in the micro-fiber bouquet sharp entanglement through make muck attach surface area, distributed fibers from surfactant of the surface enhanced polyamide fibers, steel fiber and PP fiber reinforced concrete by comparing the scene to provide a basis for the use.

To control chloride attacks which is a representative deterioration in RC(Reinforced Concrete) structures, many studies have been conducted. Above all, a method using mineral admixture was known to be effective for corrosion protection. In this study, durability test about chloride attacks was carried out for concrete specimens containing FA(Fly Ash)-representative concrete mineral admixture and OPC concrete specimens considering 3 different levels of W/B(Water to Binder). Accelerated chloride diffusion coefficient tests referred to Tang's method, total passed charge tests referred to ASTM C 1202, and compressive strength tests based on KS F 2405 were performed at each target age day. Also, based on previous studies of 28 days, time-parameter which is a key parameter for diffusion behavior is evaluated and its relations with compressive strength at the age of 365 days is evaluated. After the age of 49 days, chloride resistance of FA concrete is much improved than that of OPC concrete, which arose out of stable hydrates due to pozzolan reaction of fly ash. Time-parameter of FA concrete is evaluated to be about 1.5 times larger than that of OPC concrete. Also, time-parameter of FA concrete has a linearly decreasing relation while that of OPC concrete has a linearly increasing relation with compressive strength development.
This study is devoted to the problems of thermal and shrinkage stresses in order to avoid cracking at early ages. The early-age damage induced by volume change has great influence on the long-term structural performance of the concrete structures such as its durability and serviceability To solve this complex problem, the computer programs for analysis of thermal and shrinkage stresses were developed. In these procedures, numerous material models are needed and the realistic numerical models have been developed and validated by comparison with relevant experimental results in order to solve practical problems. A framework has been established for formulation of material models and analysis with 3-D finite element method. After the analysis of the temperature, moisture and degree of hydration field in hardening concrete structure, the stress development is determined by incremental structural formulation derived from the principle of virtual work. In this study, the stress development is related to thermal and shrinkage deformation, and resulting stress relaxation due to the effect of early-age creep. From the experimental and numerical results it is found that the early-age creep p)ays important role in evaluating the accurate stress state. The developed analysis program can be efficiently utilized as a useful tool to evaluate the thermal and shrinkage stresses and to find measures for avoiding detrimental cracking of concrete structures at early ages.

In this study, $CO_2$ reduction type quaternary component high fluidity concrete was produced with more than 80% reduction in cement quantity to increase the use of industrial byproducts and enhance construction performance, thereby reducing $CO_2$ emissions. Furthermore, the quality properties, and $CO_2$ reduction performance of this concrete were evaluated. As a result of the quality evaluation of quaternary component blended high fluidity concrete with $CO_2$ reduction, the target performance could be achieved with a 80% or more reduction of cement quantity by mixing a large amount of industrial byproducts. The required performance level was obtained even though the flow, dynamic, and durability characteristics decreased a little compared to conventional mix. In addition, to analyze the $CO_2$ reduction performance of quaternary component blended high fluidity concrete with $CO_2$ reduction, the life cycle assessment (LCA) of the concrete was performed and the results showed that compared to the conventional mix, the carbon emissions decreased by 62.2% and the manufacturing cost by 24.5%.

Many studies have investigated the airborne chlorides that can weaken the overall durability of the concrete structures due to the corrosion of steel materials, but most of the studies have aimed to examine weathering by exposing various construction materials to the actual oceanic environment. However, with the exposure test, it was difficult to find the threshold of precise corrosive amount of airborne chlorides due to diverse deteriorating environmental factors such as ultraviolet ray, acid rain, floating material from industrial pollution as well as airborne chlorides. Therefore, in this study, an airborne chloride simulator was set up, in oder to conduct a corrosion accelerating test for steels coated by five different finishing materials. As results, it was found that the corrosion began to be observed at $0.58{\sim}0.73mg/dm^2$ for no-coated steel, at $7.89{\sim}8.46mg/dm^2$for urethane-coated steel, at $57.95{\sim}69.48mg/dm^2$ for red lead-coated steel, and at $80.73{\sim}89.35mg/dm^2$ for stainless-coated steel, respectively. Hence, these specific data can be considered as the threshold ranges of corrosion for each coating material for steel.
The purpose of this study is to utilize recycled concrete aggregates as permeable pavement materials. This study evaluates mechanical properties and durability of porous concrete depending on mixing rates of recycled aggregates and polyme. As a result, void ratio and permeability coefficient of porous concrete for pavement increased a little as mixing rate of recycled aggregates increased. Void ratio and permeability coefficient increased a lot as mixing rate of polymer increased. As polymer was mixed $20\%$, national regulation of permeable concrete for pavement($8\%$ and 0.01cm/sec) was met. Compressive strength and flexural strength decreased as mixing rate of recycled aggregates increased but they increased a lot as mixing rate of polymer increased. Even when recycled aggregates were mixed $75\%\;with\;10\%$ polymer mixed, national regulation of pavement concrete(18MPa and 4.5MPa) was met. In addition, regarding sliding resistance, BPN increased as mixing rate of recycled aggregates increased. But BPN decreased as polymer was mixed. Compared to crushed stone aggregates, abrasion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance decreased as mixing rate of recycled aggregates Increased. When polymer was mixed, abrasion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance improved remarkably. Compared to non-mixture, $10\%$ mixture of polymer improved abrasion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance about $8.6\%$ and 3.8times respectively.

MET (Microbial Electrochemical Technology), such as MFC (Microbial Fuel Cell) and MEC (Microbial Electrolysis Cell), is a promising technology for producing sustainable biogas from an anaerobic digester (AD). At current stage, however, the most likely limiting factors, large internal resistances, should be overcome for successful scale up of this technology. Various researchers reported that application of electrode materials containing high current density, increase of ion strength and conductivity, configuration of electrode are good methods for minimizing internal resistances. Recently, stainless steel is receiving great attention because of not only high performance and durability but also low cost. Therefore, in this study, we evaluate electrochemical characteristics and biogas production rate using various electrode materials and configuration (graphite carbon coated with catalysts ($GC-C_M$) or not (GC), stainless steel mesh (SUS-M) and plate (SUS-P)). As the results, current densities of $GC-C_M$, GC, SUS-P, SUS-M were 2.03, 1.36, 1.04, $1.13A/m^2$, respectively. Methane yields of $GC-C_M$, GC, SUS-P, SUS-M were 0.27, 0.14, 0.19, 0.21 $L-CH_4/g-COD_{rem}$., respectively. Stainless steel shows high current density and methane yield, which are similar as graphite carbon coated with catalysts.
