인천시 상수도서비스 품질평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Quality Evaluation of the Drinking Water Service in Incheon Metropolitan City)

  • 공공재인 상수도서비스의 품질을 체계적으로 평가하기 위해 주관적인 만족도만을 조사하는 기존 고객만족도 조사의 한계를 극복하고, 최적의 평가 모형을 선택하여 품질평가를 통해 만족/불만족 영향요인을 규명하여 이를 개선하기 위한 정책방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 상수도서비스 품질에 대해 실증적으로 평가하고 시정에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석해 본 결과, 공공서비스 품질이 고객만족에 영향을 미치며, 고객만족은 사후 관리로서 시정에 대한 신뢰와 지지에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 물론 서비스 품질의 높고 낮음도 중요하지만 나아가 서비스 품질에서 만족과 신뢰가 시작된다는 의미에서 사후 관리의 중요성을 부여할 수 있다. 본 연구모형은 상수도 서비스의 일선 현장에서 서비스 품질을 주기적으로 측정하여 관리하는 지표로 활용될 수 있다. 사업자 스스로 서비스 품질을 주기적으로 평가해서 고객의 니즈를 명확하게 파악하고 이에 걸맞은 정책을 신속하게 구사하는 것은 고객의 만족도와 신뢰수준을 높이는데 있어 매우 유용한 방법이 될 것이다.

학교 급수위생에 관한 연구 (A Survey of Sanitation of the Water Supply System in Schools)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the condition of school water supply systems and to provide a way to supply safe and sanitary water in schools. In 1991 present, 56.9% of schools in the whole nation are provided with water supply system. And in urban schools, the percentage of small water supply system was larger than that in city. In the survey on water quality of supply water in Seoul city, the items violating the water quality standard were total bacteria, Zinc and Manganse. For supply the safe drinking water changing the old water mains and executing periodical water quality surveys are needed in addition regulations on school supply water and sanitation are also necessary to the drinking water management in schools.

학교음용수 관리 및 이용실태 (A Study on the Management & Utilization of School Drinking Water)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data as a improvement method through the fact-revealing concerning the drinking water management of school and utilization of student. The problems of the research are as follows: First, to investigate status of management of drinking water by area and school. Second, to investigate student's utilization of drinking water by area and school. 1,400 students was selected at 45 elementary and middle-high schools located in Kang-won province, and this study was constituted of two questionnaires(for school's questionnaire and student's questionnaire). The results was analyse through the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test on the basis of the above research problem by SPSS program. The findings of this research are as follows; 1) The Management of School Drinking Water First, the source of school drinking water was mostly piped water. Inspection of water quality has been fulfilled under four times a year, in the other hands, from the result inspection, the schools which was given inadequate determination was 22.2%. Second, reservoir cleaning and hygiene inspection failed far short of the regulations. Especially, reservoir cleaning was managed by exterior consignment industry not low-level officials. Third, school water drinking was the most supplied through the type of water purifier. Water purifier has been distributed to city-located and middle-high school highly, factually the water from water purifier was served with water cup. Fourth, the selection standard of water drinking manager showed slightly differently by school, accordingly there need to develope integrated system with the respective to its effective systematic management. Fifth, water cup was mostly treated by only water clear, which is to vindicate the problems concerning hygiene management. 2) Utilization of school student on Drinking Water First, Disbelief on drinking water of school student was very high. Especially, proportion of middle-high school student's disbelief of drinking water was higher than elementary school student, also girls higher than boys. Many of student have heard to don't drink water from around people. And there were showed meaningful differences by area and school. Second, It was showed many student recognize had to utilize water purifier, boiled water. However, they have still drunken the tap water or portable water from their home. Third, Many of student showed negative response with the respective to the management conditions of drinking water in classroom, There were showed meaningful differences by area and school. From the fact-revealing of water cup management, Students mostly answered to 'only water clear' and the answer of 'None use' or 'With personal cup' was higher. Fourth, In bad experience of Drinking Water, student mostly answered to 'occasionally' and there were showed meaningful differences by school. student's disease experience with school drinking water was few and there were showed meaningful differences by area and gender.

A study on the algal growth-related water quality of the Dongbok laka

  • We studied algal growth-related water quality of the Dongbok lake which is the drinking water reservoir for the Gwangju municipality. Peridinium cinctum and several diatomic algal species frequently caused water bloom throughout the lake from early spring to late autumn. With the heaviest predominance of Peridinium cintum in May 2003, COD was 13.7 mg/I in the surface layer. Highly turbid surface water with 46.8 mg/I of SS was also caused by Perdinium bloom. Peridinium bloom decisively eliminated cyanobacterial growth in the lake, otherwise cyanobacterial bloom resulted. Dense algal layer was confined in the upper several meters of the water column above the thermocline, which gives relatively algae-free water in deeper layer suitable for drinking source water supply. Upon collapse of thermocline, water quality of the surface layer was improved while deeper layer was deteriorated in terms of water quality. This paper deals with some details of water quality changes with algal growth in the Dongbok lake past two years.

캄보디아 쁘로얍 지역과 랭뜰 지역 거주민의 먹는물 현황 (Status of Drinking Water in Pproyap and Langthle, Cambodia)

  • 캄보디아는 동남아시아 지역에서 대표적인 저개발 국가이다. 수자원의 관점에서 캄보디아는 풍부한 수량을 갖고 있지만, 농촌지역에서는 안전하지 않은 식수와 처리되지 않은 분뇨에 의하여 공중 보건의 문제가 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 캄보디아 지역에서의 물 원조 프로그램을 위한 신전략수립과 준비를 위해 현지조사, 검토 및 농촌지역에서의 물 오염현황분석, 그리고 해당지역의 물 순환을 분석하였다. 조사 대상지역은 푸르사트주에 있는 쁘로얍과 랭뜰을 조사 대상지로 정하였다. 연구대상 농촌지역의 사람들은 식수전용 웅덩이, 빗물 항아리, 관리되지 않은 우물물 등 지표수에 의존하고 있었다. 분석은 분원성 미생물(TTC)과 일반항목으로 크게 두 가지로 하였으며, 대상지역에서 채수한 시료들을 분석/평가하였다. TTC는 수인성 배설물 오염의 세균 지표인데 26개의 시료중 단 한개만이 WHO가 규정한 TTC 허용한계인 불검출/100 mL의 기준을 충족시켰다.

태영 침지식 막여과 고도정수처리 (Taeyoung Submerged-type Membrane Filtration for Advanced Drinking Water Treatment)

  • 본 연구에서는 대구 G정수장 막여과 정수처리시설을 계획하기 위해 원수수질 처리에 적합하고 경제적인 시스템을 적용하고자 현장모형실험을 통하여 동절기를 포함한 6개월 동안의 연속운전에 따른 수량과 수질, 그리고 공정의 안정성을 평가하였다. 환경부 막여과 정수시설의 설치기준에 의해 실시된 현장모형실험에서 1계열 목표수질 검증설비와 2계열 막공정 평가설비로 나누어 2계열로 수행되었다. 공정수질은 탁도 0.03 NTU 이하로서, 증류수 수질의 탁도를 나타내었으며 먹는 물 수질기준을 모두 충족하였다. 공정운전에서 99%의 회수율로 안정된 막차압을 나타내어 공정운전에 수질 및 수온 등의 영향에 대비한 공정설계가 되었음을 확인하였다. 따라서 지속적인 기술개발을 통해 설계 및 시공 노하우에 대한 지속적인 경험이 축적되어 막여과 고도정수처리 기술에 대한 엔지니어링 원천기술을 확립하고자 한다.

一部 農村 地域의 簡易 上水道와 Pump水의 季節別 水質에 關한 調査硏究 -춘성군 지성을 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on Drinking Water Quality of Simple Piped Water Supply Systems and Water Pumps According to Seasons)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out more effective schemes on safe water supply in rural area. Then, this study was carried out to investigate drinking water qualities of 20 simple piped water supply systems and 20 water pumps in Chun Sung County, Kang Won Province from 12th December to 24th December, 1983 and was compared this results with the previous results that had been carried out at the same sample sites from 1st July to 30th August, 1981. 1. This results of water quality in winter are better than the previous results in summer because this results are identified as safe 20%, unsafe 35% in simple piped water supply systems, safe 50%, unsafe 20% in water pumps and the previous results are identified as safe 1.8%, unsafe 78.6% in simple piped water supply systems, safe 5.5%, unsafe 73.6% in water pumps. 2. Water qualities of water pumps are better than that of simple piped water supply systems because the former is identified as safe 50%, unsafe 20% and the latter is identified as safe 20%, unsafe 35%. 3. Drinking waters that are in need of chlorination in winter as well as summer are 45% of simple piped water supply systems and 30% of water pumps.

Effects of Chilled Drinking Water on Performance of Laying Hens during Constant High Ambient Temperature

  • The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of chilled drinking water on the productivity of laying hens under constant high ambient temperature. A total of seventy-two, 123-day-old Hy-line brown layers was divided into two equal groups. The first group (UDWG) was given unchilled water ($23.0{\pm}2.5^{\circ}C$) as a control, and the second group (CDWG) was given chilled water ($16.0{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$). The laying hens were kept at $30^{\circ}C$ constant temperature with 50% relative humidity and were exposed to 17 h of light per day. Feed intake, egg production, egg quality (egg weight, shell weight, shell thickness, egg color, yolk color, and Haugh unit), and blood samples were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the feed intake of CDWG laying hens was significantly higher (11.64%) than the UDWG counterparts (p<0.01). Egg production of CDWG was also significantly higher (11.27%) than the UDWG counterparts (p<0.001). Furthermore, we observed that the CDWG laying hens had significantly higher (11.72%) levels (p<0.10) of blood calcium, with a corresponding value of 21.92 mg/dl compared to the UDWG hens (19.62 mg/dl). The higher calcium concentration in the CDWG animals may contribute to increased egg production. The CDWG laying hens also contained higher (12.53%) phosphorus concentrations in blood compared to the UDWG (4.22 mg/dl vs. 3.75 mg/dl), although not statistically different (p>0.10). Egg weight and egg quality were not affected by chilled drinking water. In conclusion, providing chilled drinking for laying hens under high ambient temperature improved feed intake and egg production.

백두산 화산재 유해성분 추정을 통한 팔당댐 유역 수질영향 평가 (Assessment of Water Quality in Paldang-dam Surface Area through the Estimation of Volcanic Ash Toxic Components from Mt. Baekdu)

  • 백두산 분화 시 분출되는 화산재에 의한 수질환경 변화에 대응하고자 본 연구에서는 백두산 화산재 성분을 추정하고, 화산재 퇴적 두께에 따른 수질 농도변화를 분석하였다. 백두산 화산재 성분을 추정하기 위해 주요 해외 화산의 마그마분과 백두산의 마그마 성분을 비교하여 유사한 화산을 선정하고, 해당 화산에서 분출한 화산재의 성분을 백두산의 화산재 성분과 유사한 것으로 가정하였다. 화산재 유해성분에 의한 수질 농도변화를 분석하기 위해 화산재 퇴적 두께에 따른 유해성분 농도의 증감을 분석한 후, 국내 먹는물 수질기준과 비교함으로서 수질환경에 대한 영향 유무를 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 알루미늄, 카드뮴, 불소, 철, 납, 마그네슘, 염소와 스트론튬 등이 취수원에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 카드뮴, 불소, 철, 납, 마그네슘의 경우에는 수질관리 및 화산분출 시 관리가 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

Peridinium cinctum and several diatomic algal species frequently caused water bloom throughout the lake from early spring to late autumn. With the heaviest predominance of Peridinium cintum in May 2003, COD was 22.7 mg/l in the surface layer. Highly turbid surface water of 15 NTU was also caused by Perdinium bloom. Cyanobacterial growth was effectively prohibited by dominant growth of Peridinium in the Sangsa lake, otherwise confronted with cyanobacterial bloom. Dense algal layer was confined in the upper several meters of the water column above the thermocline, which gives relatively algae-free water in deeper layer suitable for drinking source water supply. Upon collapse of thermocline, water quality of the surface layer was improved while deeper layer was deteriorated. This paper deals with some details of water quality changes with algal growth in the Sangsa lake past two years.
