영화<인셉션>을 살펴보면 인간의 꿈의 세계를 프로이드의 정신분석학 중 잠재의식이론을 적용하여 묘사하고 있음을 알 수 있는데 이러한 잠재의식의 표현을 통해 주인공의 마음 속 감정표현을 심층 있게 묘사함으로써 관객의 심도 있는 사고와 고찰이 가능한 등 인간의 본성을 통찰, 표현하는 데 새로운 관점을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문은 프로이드의 잠재의식이론을 바탕으로 영화 속의 꿈의 세계와 잠재의식의 표현에 대해 탐구하여 이를 통한 영화의 의미표현을 고찰하였다. 주인공은 그의 꿈을 통해 통제할 수 없는 잠재의식에 기인한 과거에 대한 집착과 강박관념 속에서 혼란스러운 삶을 살고 있음이 잘 묘사되고 있으며 억압된 생각과 소망이 위장된 방식으로 만족을 얻게 되는 꿈의 보충 기능을 통해서는 후회되는 순간들을 돌리기 위해 꿈을 꾸며 자위하는 모습으로 가책과 미련을 느끼고 있음이 잘 표현되고 있다. 또한 현실과 꿈속에서 갈팡질팡 하는 모습으로 의식과 잠재의식간의 충돌과 대립이 잘 표현되고 있다. 이처럼 인문학적 학문에 대한 적용 및 접목은 깊이 있는 구조의 설정과 플롯의 전개, 그리고 무엇보다도 창의적인 시공간 창출이라는 무게를 더해 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있듯이 이는 깊이 있는 대중예술 콘텐츠 제작에 대한 좋은 사례가 아닐 수 없다.

본 연구는 초현실주의의 정신적 자유를 바탕으로 반혁명적 특성을 지닌 루이스 부뉴엘의 작품에 나타난 몽상과 환각의 알레고리는 무엇을 말하고자 하는가를 화두로 삼았다. 그의 작품 <부르주와의 은밀한 매력>과 <자유의 환상>의 장면에 나타난 기표에 나타난 기의를 파악하기 위하여 초현실주의의 기법 데페이즈망의 특징인 부유하는 오브제의 배치인 우연성과 기존의 관습을 전복하는 양극성, 그리고 이미지들의 패러디와 모순성을 통해 초현실주의의 영화적 영향 양상을 고찰하였다. 세 가지 데페이즈망의 영화적 적용으로 살펴본 루이스 부뉴엘의 나타나는 미학적 관점은 이성에 대한 반감과 법과 질서의 비판 그리고 이데올로기와 국가 장치에 대한 혐오는 근본적인 비이성적인 것을 비판하고 우리로 하여금 해방의 가능성을 열어두고자 함이다. 그는 자신의 주장을 펼치기 위해 초현실주의의 기법을 도용하여 초현실주의 영화의 초석을 다졌다. 이에 본 연구는 데페이즈망의 여러 층위를 통해 영화에 나타난 몽상과 환각의 시니피앙을 해석하고 작가의 이념이 영화에 새겨진 풍경에 나타난 초현실주의적 자유의 의미를 고찰하였다. 초현실주의는 미술과 현대영화에 일정한 영향을 미쳤으며 그 대표적인 사례가 부뉴엘의 텍스트이다.

이순신 ≪난중일기≫를 중심으로 이순신의 인격의 몇 가지 의식적 측면을 살펴보고 이순신의 꿈을 분석심리학적으로 해석함으로써 무의식의 목적의미를 추론하고자 하였다. 그의 인간성은 알려진 바와 같이 충, 효를 철저하게 실천했고 나라를 위해 헌신한 영웅의 상과 일치한다. ≪난중일기≫에는 그의 강직함과 함께 매우 인간적인 감성, 오해와 정치적 박해를 겪어야하는 말할 수 없는 고통, 절망과 고독, 육친을 잃은 통곡이 숨김없이 묘사되고 있다. 일기쓰기와 이순신의 '아니마'의 또 다른 표현인 달밤의 시, 피리와 거문고 소리, 그리고 또한 불가해한 꿈을 보고 점을 쳐서 미래를 알아봄으로써 그는 그의 고독을 스스로 치유했다. 미래의 영웅을 키우고 이끌어준 어머니의 위대한 역할과 융이 말하는 모성콤플렉스와의 관계를 살펴보았고, 이순신이 평생 괴로워한 '흉인', 원균이 이순신의 '그림자'로서 이순신이 의식화해야 했던 무의식의 열등한 인격이었다고 추정했다. 이순신의 죽음을 둘러싼 추측은 근거 없는 것으로 확인되었다. ≪난중일기≫에 기술된 이순신의 꿈 중 꿈의 내용이 조금이라도 기술된 꿈 32개와 이순신의 조카 이분(李芬)이 남긴 ≪이충무공행록≫에 수록된 꿈 3개, 총 35개를 살피고 특히 원형적 꿈을 분석심리학적 입장에서 해석하였다. 그 결과 첫째로 받은 인상은 꿈이 이순신에게 '신격에 의해 선택된 사람'이라는 사실을 되풀이 알려주고 있다는 사실이다. 이순신은 이를 바로 그대로 받아들이지 않았다. 그러한 태도 때문에 오히려 자아의 팽창에 빠지지 않았다. 동시성 현상이라고 할 수 있는 꿈과 이에 대한 이순신의 태도를 소개했다. 건강을 해치거나 편견에 빠질 위험을 경고하는 꿈도 있었고 '아니마'상, '자기'의 상징, 창조적 변환의 상징도 꿈에 나타났다. 그리고 무엇보다 그가 왕권을 행사할 수 있는 자격을 갖춘 사람임을 시사하는 꿈이 있었다. 그는 이를 몰랐거나 알았더라도 그런 생각에 관심이 없었을 것이다. 왜냐하면 그는 현세적 왕보다 더 위대한 호국신이 될 것이기 때문이다. 이순신은 항상 천명(天命)을 살폈다. 그리고 천명은 그를 영웅의 길로 인도하면서 영웅신화에 불가결한 고행의 시련을 주었다. 박해자와 위로하는 자가 함께 그의 길을 인도했다. 그의 어머니, 원균, 선조, 그리고 영의정, 유성용까지 모두 이순신 영웅신화를 구체화하는데 기여했다. 이순신은 죽고 신이 되었다.

Objective : This study was undertaken for discovering the characteristics of sleep in ordinary symptoms based on the Sasang Constitution. The result of this study could be helpful to understand and to identify patients such as Taeumin, Soyangin Soeumin or Taeyangin. Methods : There were 1,229 patients (529 men), who answered the questionnaire about their ordinary sleeping patterns. They were diagnosed, including their clinical Sasang Constitution, by the Sasang Constitution specialist at Bundang Oriental Hospital of Dongguk University. By applying the multinomial and binary logistic regression analysis to those collected materials, we can measure the characteristics and the influence of ordinary sleeping patterns to the dependent variable (Sasang Constitution). Results : In order of the item's influence that had decided one's constitution, between Taeumin and Soeumin, Taeumin snored frequently or well more than Soeumin, Soeumin had more dreams and more sleeping times than Taeumin, and Taeumin struggled frequently or well more than Soeumin. Between Soyangin and Soeumin, Soeumin dreams more frequently than Soyangin, Soyangin snored frequently or well more than Soeumin, and Soeumin has more sleeping times than Taeumin. Between Taeumin and Soyangin, Taeumin snored frequently or well more than Soyangin. Between Taeyangin and a group of the other constitutions, Taeyangin felt unwell after sleeping more than the other constitutions, the other constitutions awaked frequently more than Taeyangin during sleeping. Conclusion : This study will be used for identifying patients as Taeumin, Soyangin, Soeumin or Taeyangin by contrast with each other.

Objectives : This paper was for studying the features of sleep according to Sasang Constitution and to be helpful to make a diagnosis Sasang Constitution. Using the result of this study, it will be helpful to diagnose a Sasang constitution. Methods : There were 610 patients(258 men, 352 women) who answered questionnaire and were diagnosed by the Sasang Constitution Specialist at Constitutional Clinic of Dongguk Bundang Oriental Hospital. Using the response of questionnaire and several statistical techniques such as homogeneity test and multiple comparison, we tried to find the characteristics of each constitution depending on its sleep behaviors. 3. Results : As a result of the analysis of questionnaire, Soeumin has many dreams in comparison with other constitution(p<0.01). Taeumin and Soyangin have a few dream in comparison with Soeumin(p<0.01). Taeyangin has a characteristic that 'he is not drowsy comparatively, he awakes easily, he is not drowsy if it is cold, he is not drowsy and has many dreams if he has many stress.(p<0.01) Taeumin has a characteristics that 'he has a few dream in ordinary times'(p<0.01).

The Queen of the Air, John Ruskin-s highly elliptical publication of 1869, elaborates a complex mythology as a way of responding to the prevalence of scientific thinking, widespread environmental degradation, the pernicious effects of political economy, and mechanistic labor. Benjamin-s desire to rescue human experience from prevailing scientific conceptions is reminiscent of Ruskin-s fear that the peculiar power that shapes the unities of the natural world is simultaneously being "beaten down by the philosophers into a metal or evolved by them into a gas" and obscured by the dreams and theories of philosophers and theologians. As a critic remarks, in Benjamin-s-and, we would add, Ruskin-s-view, "what the modern era lacked was a basis for continuity which would prevent experience from disintegrating into a desultory and meaningless series of events." Despite its frenetic hyper-associativity, then, The Queen of the Air contains a key element that Benjamin believes is necessary for "redemption": the desire for a new form of consciousness that recognizes links to the past and thus to the longings and dreams of our forebears. Thus, although Ruskin most immediately influences Proust, who in turn influences Benjamin, Benjamin-s thought is far more Ruskinian than critics have heretofore observed. Just as Benjamin helps us make sense of the ways in which The Queen of the Air is caught in the grip of the shocking associativity of modern life, so Ruskin assists us in discerning similar impulses in Benjamin-s attraction to a form of archaic consciousness that can, by altering the modern form of perception, reenchant the present.

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by radiation-induced polymerization (RIP), where the ferulic acid was used as a template molecule, 4-vinylpyridine as a monomer and ethylene glycoldimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross-linking monomer. The MIP was packed in a glass column using a slurry method for use in medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC). The MPLC column was tested for separation and purification of ferulic acid from the rice oil. When repeated three times, the MPLC separation/purification yielded the ferulic acid with the purity higher than ~99%. The chemiluminescence of the luminal (5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1,4-phtalazinedione) measured on a potato disc slide (5.0 mm thick) was enhanced in the presence of ferulic acid, while, without the ferulic acid, the chemiluminescence of luminol on the potato slice disc was not observed, which suggests the ferulic acid obtained from the rice oil can be useful for immunoassay.
