Physiological characteristics of five new apple cultivars from the Korean apple breeding program were evaluated as a function of harvest time and storage after harvest. Internal ethylene concentration (IEC), flesh firmness, soluble solids concentration (SSC), and titratable acidity (TA) were measured in 'Summer Dream', 'Summer King', 'Green Ball', 'Picnic', and 'Hwangok' apples at harvest, during shelf life at $20^{\circ}C$, and one day after cold storage at $0.5^{\circ}C$ in air. IEC increased during shelf life in 'Summer Dream', 'Summer King', and 'Green Ball' but not in 'Picnic' or 'Hwangok', regardless of harvest time. Flesh firmness decreased towards harvest time and decreased gradually with time in cold storage only in the former three cultivars. In turn, IEC increased during cold storage in the first three cultivars but not for the last two cultivars, irrespective of harvest time. Changes in SSC and TA did not consistently relate to harvest time or storage period but TA tended to decrease as IEC increased. Furthermore, IEC was negatively correlated with flesh firmness except in the 'Green Ball' cultivar but the significance level was much greater in 'Summer Dream' and 'Summer King' (p < 0.0001) than in 'Picnic' (p < 0.01) or 'Hwangok' (p < 0.05) cultivars. Flesh firmness was positively correlated with TA in the first three cultivars but not in the last two cultivars. Overall, the results indicate that cultivars for which IEC increased after harvest had reduced flesh firmness and TA after storage.

This study investigated the impact of two distinct MS basal media: one containing FeNaEDTA and the other FeEDDHA, on the growth of five unique gerbera cultivars (Shy Pink, Pink Holic, Breeze, Harmony, Snow Dream). Notably, the response to these media types varied significantly among the cultivars, particularly concerning leaf yellowing and plant growth. 'Shiny Pink' and 'Pink Holic' exhibited leaf yellowing on the FeNaEDTA-containing medium but displayed leaf greening on the FeEDDHA-containing medium. In contrast, 'Snow Dream,' 'Harmony,' and 'Breeze' remained unaffected on both medium types. However, the FeNaEDTA-containing medium promoted higher plant height and petiole length in 'Breeze,' 'Harmony,' and 'Snow Dream' than the FeNaEDTA-containing medium did. A promotive effect of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on plant growth and leaf greening was observed in 'Pink Holic,' particularly on the FeNaEDTA-containing medium, while the addition of AgNPs to the FeEDDHA-containing medium negatively affected plant growth. These results highlight the substantial influence of medium type, specifically the presence of FeNaEDTA or FeEDDHA, on gerbera growth responses, emphasizing the critical role of medium selection in gerbera propagation. Additionally, when contemplating the addition of AgNPs for in vitro gerbera propagation, it is crucial to consider the medium type.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand and explain the essences and structures of the experience of Korean nursing students' college life who have defected from North Korea. Korea. Methods: The data were collected in 2012 through individual in-depth interviews using open-ended questions. A total of 6 nursing students who have escaped from North Korea participated in the study. Each interview lasted about 2 hours. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Phenomenological analysis. Results: Four theme clusters emerged by the analysis using Collaizzi's method: a dream of passing, the stern realities of life, out of the frying pan into the fire, and passion for my dream. These theme clusters illustrate that although most participants faced very strange and strenuous situations in most aspects of college life, each of them had hope to be an a good nurse in the future. The essence of the experience of participants was "living as a star in the black night". Conclusion: This study provides deep understanding of college life of nursing students who defected from North Korea. Based on the results of the study, the Korean government, society, and college should support refugees in order to help settle well in Korean society.

Christopher Nolan's film "Inception (2012)", which depicts the world of dreams as a unique space-time and opens a new chapter in the expression of dreams, portrays the dreamy world of unconsciousness. However, I can find limitations and contradictions in the expression of the actual dreams and essence of unrealistic structures and forms. I can find David Lynch's movies "Mulholland drive (2001)", which are closer to Freud's psychoanalysis in expressing the actual presentation process of dreams Through comparative analysis, I try to analyze the interpretation and context of the dream mentioned by Freud. The film "Inception" can be appreciated in terms of space time and rich imagination created from the point of view of science fiction movies, but it shows that logical reasonability is weak in view of applying the essence of dream. On the other hand, the film "Mulholland Drive" describes the illogical, confusing and unhappy feeling of unconsciousness by giving logic and order based on the interpretation of Freud's psychoanalytic dreams, is. In this way, it is possible to portray more realistic scenes of dreams only through the portrayal of dreams and unconsciousness based on Freud's psychoanalytic viewpoint.

Purpose : IRMA method for the experimental reagents, as set out in the manual settings for doing and reporting the test results should, in principle. But many of the reagents allows for the setting of the plot does not have a lot of information. Depending on the angle setting of the table make a difference in test results and what settings are best suited to investigate. Materials and Methods : The hospital has Boramae DREAM10, Cobra, SR-300's using the Immunotech TSH reagents have been compared with the measurements. Since then there using EXCEL calculation of the equipment compared with the measurement. Results : In the comparison between each piece of equipment 1.SR-300: DREAM 10 y = 1.1376x - 0.046 (LOG-LOGIT), 2.SR-300: COBRA y = 1.0985x + 0.042 (LOG-LOG) 3.DREAM10: COBRA y = 0.965x + 0.0887 (LOG-LOG) was the result. In all charts the same X, Y axis, X values were good in general when you have. Linear-Logit value of Cobra Dream10 and Excel tends to match the calculated values provided. Conclusion : Is to guide the B / max, B / Total Logit Y axis of the chart is set to draw a look at the value equation when the X-axis LOG a high concentration are disadvantages rising urgently toward the slope. Linear-Logit plots close to the straight line has a curve. If you have a chart to guide on setting AS setting and therefore, set to guide the absence of information on the need to set up the experiment are thought to pass through.

Conventional switching systems have been using flat file systems or relational database systems to deal with their operational data. However, newly emerged requirements for advanced switching systems make relational database systems no longer proper solutions. This paper defines object-oriented interfaces that effectively incorporate data characteristics of switching systems. In addition, it exemplifies how the method works on an actual database systems for the TDX-10 switching system.

This study intends to develop, apply, and evaluate a young adult program model for public libraries in Korea. For this, this researcher carried out a SWOT analysis, after examining the current status of domestic and foreign young adult programs, surveying the young adults' interests in and demands for programs, and interviewing the experts of related organizations and groups. As a result, "Book Concert with Youth", "My Dream, My Future", and "Reading Through Cinema", "Fun Learning", and "2 Day 1 Night Reading Camp with Authors" were proposed as the young adult program models.

As a field in Digital Arts, interactive video introduced the mirror metaphor to the foundation of media, given its characteristic as a medium that extracts an audience image in a particular perspective. The interactive video work introduced in this paper addresses conceptual topics in the extension of Zhuangzi's Butterfly Dream and illustrates the technological approaches that employ an intensity-based computer vision processing in order to obtain the silhouette of audience for multiple graphical butterflies to draw an audience image. Users generate narratives in the interaction with the projected image. Sound is used in order for the system to provide augmented perception in the space and to add more rooms for narratives. The computer vision and the graphics methods introduced in this paper are suggested as tools for interactive video.
