Recently most of researches for deep drawing process using sheet metal have been performed on the formability of axisymmetric shape but there have not been any concrete reports on the formability of non-axisymmetric shape In addition the conventional shape radius of the punch and die has been determined by the trying-and-error using industrial experimence and post processing test and only approximate shape radius of the punch and die has been determined by the trying-and-error using industrial experience and post processing test and only approximate shape radius of the punch and die has been present So in this study the optimal shape radius of the punch and die in deep drawing process with biaxisymmetric blank shape would be proposed. Through the deep drawing experiment it is found that in order to obtain the optimal products especially shape radius of the punch and die in all processes is very important.
The frictional behavior of bare steel sheet highly depends on surface roughness. It was investigated that the change of surface roughness of bare steel sheet due to deformation for each forming mode. The flat type friction test was done to check the effect of surface roughness change on frictional characteristics of bare steel sheet. As increasing the deformation, the Ra value was increased at stretching forming mode and drawing forming mode, however the change of Pc showed different trends. The Pc was decreased as increasing stretch deformation but increased at compression deformation. At drawing forming mode, the friction coefficient was increased as deformation was increased after initial big drop with drawing oil. As deformation was increased, the friction coefficient was decreased with drawing oil at stretching forming mode. The results show that the deformation changes the surface roughness and frictional characteristics of steel sheet but the effect depends on the forming mode.

This study is concerned with deep drawability of magnesium sheets(AZ31B) at the warm conditions. Especially the dependency on forming speed has been investigated at the temperature of $200^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$. Deep drawing test has been carried out at the temperature of $200^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$. The die and blank holder are kept at test temperature by local heating and the punch is kept at room temperature by cooling technique. The magnesium sheets called AZ31B with the thickness of 0.5mm have been applied to deep drawing of circular cup. The drawability has been estimated at the conditions of forming speed (0.1, 1, 10 mm/sec). The results of deep drawing experiments show that the drawability is better at $300^{\circ}C$. Also the deep drawability is improved at the low speed(1mm/sec).

Press formabilities of aluminum sheets for automobile body were investigated. Plane strain stretching test (called RIST-PSST), cupping test and U bending test were performed to assess the press formability of aluminum sheets respectively. The results showed that aluminum sheets are generally inferior to cold-rolled steel sheet of deep drawing quality (CSP3N) in press formability. The limiting punch height (LPH) and limiting plane strain (FLCo) of aluminum sheets are 50%-70% level compared to that of CSP3N. Moreover, the limiting drawing ratios(LDR) of aluminum sheets are ranged between 1.95 and 2.1. The poor press formability of aluminum sheets is responsible for low values of total elongation and plastic anisotropy parameter in tensile characteristic. The shape fixability of aluminum sheets evaluated in U bending test is very poor due to its low elastic modulus compared to CSP3N.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in on static and dynamic balance in patients with stroke. Methods: Forty patients with stroke participated in this study. Participation was randomly assigned to the Bridge exercise group (n=20) and the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in group (n=20). A bio-feedback device was used when patients performed the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in. This training was performed without any motion on the patient's spine and upper belly part, and the pressure was held with the biofeedback device as 40-70 mmHg. Both groups received training 30 minutes per day, three times per week, for four weeks. Weight bearing, anterior limit of stability, and posterior limit of stability for static balance ability were measured, and Berg balance scale (BBS), Timed up and go test (TUG) for dynamic balance ability were also measured. Results: Participants showed significant differences between pre- and post-mediation in terms of weight bearing, anterior limit of stability, posterior limit of stability, Berg balance scale, and Timed up and go test (p<0.05). The Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in group showed a more significant increase (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, both exercises were effective for improving the static and dynamic balance ability. However we suggest that the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in is more efficient for increasing balance ability in patients with stroke.
Today, the development of digitized information media and info-communications are bringing many changes. Due to the development of IT thechnology, we can learn wherever, whenever, regardless of time and place. Machine drawing subject is a very important in mechanical engineering course, but it's studyed only basic theory in a short period, average 1~2weeks. So that, students think that the mechanical drawing is of minor importance. Such ideas make them difficult to impove sense of space in isometric drawing and drawing skill. Therefore, in this paper, augmented reality-based contents through the system, Mechanical Drawing of education to meet the effectiveness and satisfaction, student learning can be spontaneously it was construct self-system. And, Theoretical part of the Mechanical Drawing is proposed ensure more efficient and easier training. In this paper, we were test operation for user effectualness of proposed service at Korea Polytechnics Colleges a industrial facilities management in Daegu. Target user are 66 students, and The students were divided into experimental group and comparison group. Experimental results, experimental group was able to do systematically experience many Projection Drawing and Pictorial Drawing in short schooltime. And, The test operation results showed that have the possibility to meet education effectiveness and user satisfaction in this augmented reality-based contents system.

The frictional characteristics of Zn-Ni coated steel sheets were investigated by draw bead test and strip draw test. In strip draw test, the frictional characteristics were evaluated by the drawing force ratio (Tc/Ts) for half coating-stripped specimens. It is clarified that the drawing force ratio obtained by strip draw test is a convenient parameter compared to coefficient of friction obtained by draw bead test to evaluate the frictional characteristics of Zn-Ni coated steel sheets.
The present study is focused on the deep drawability and product qualities of ultra thin beryllium copper sheet metal. The goal of this research is to investigate the limit drawing ratio in deep drawing of ultra thin beryllium copper metal. For the experiment, beryllium copper(C1720, $50{\mu}m$ in thickness) is used. Tensile test are also carried out to find out the material properties. Deep drawing experiments are carried out in Universal Testing Machine(UTM) to obtain limit drawing ratio. Deep drawing tests are carried out for various specimen sizes. Teflon film is used as a lubricant and constant blank holding force is imposed. Sheet thickness and surface hardness are measured along radial direction after deep drawing. Thickness is measured using optical microscope. For beryllium copper(C1720), the maximum LDR of 2.4 is obtained when the die shoulder radius is 20 or 30 times of sheet thickness.
This study was performed to investigate the optimized warm forming conditions which gave the maximum drawing depth in square cup drawing of clad sheet metals, by changing the temperatures of die and blankholder and also shapes and materials of blanks. Two kinds of clad sheet metals, STS304-A1050-STS304 and STS304-A1050-STS430 were selected for experiments. The relative drawing depth of STS304-A1050-STS304 clad sheet was increased up to 4.4 at $150^{\circ}C$ that was 29% higher than at room temperature, whereas STS304-A1050-STS430 material was improved to 3.9 at $120^{\circ}C$ which was 15% better than at room temperature. In addition, comparison of wall thickness and hardness of a warm drawn cup with those of room temperature showed more even distributions. No separation between each laminated material after drawing occurred through inspection by microscope as well as application of penetrant test and bond strength test. Therefore, warm forming technique was confirmed to give better results in deep drawing of stainless clad sheet metal.

The clad sheet is the sheet metal that joined the one or more material with the different property by rolling process. In this study, it is investigated about the mechanical property or formability of SUS-Al-Mg clad sheet. The clad sheet was formed at elevated temperature because of their poor formability at room temperature. The tensile test was confirmed at various temperature and the reduction of strain rate above $250^{\circ}C$. LDR(Limited Drawing Ratio) was obtained through deep drawing test to confirm the formability of the clad sheet. The FE analysis is performed to compare prototype products.
