Check Method of Rebar Placing Status Using 3D Scanning Technology (3D 스캐닝을 활용한 철근배근 간격 확인)

  • In the field of construction, research on smart construction technology is being actively pursued as a measure to increase productivity and efficiency. The technology that links 3D scanning and BIM of smart construction technology is in the limelight as a technology for checking the state of buildings in the field of architecture. It is thought that these techniques will be of great help in solving problems when the amount of inspection targets is large, such as confirmation of the rebar arrangement intervals, and therefore a large number of human resources are required. Therefore, in this study, we would like to apply 3D scanning to rebar construction to confirm whether the rebar arrangement can be confirmed according to the design drawing. In the study, the wall rebar of the rebar placed at the actual construction site was directly scanned to extract data, and the rebar placing status was confirmed through type analysis. As a result of analyzing the reinforcing bar arrangement state based on the data obtained by 3D scanning, it was found that the technology can be utilized.

  • In Current artificial structures, we must periodically make their safety inspections. In this process, we should consider the safety of workers and the accuracy of safety checks and also consider time and cost savings for safety inspections. Additionally, in the fields of architecture and civil engineering, we are unavoidable the use of foreign commercialized BIM model tools. To address these challenges, we propose mapping crack areas and BIM 3D design drawings based on augmented reality (AR) for the safety inspection of Huge Bridges. For this purpose, we define indexing of 2D/3D drawing models, create the tabulation of all 2D/3D drawings into a database, analyze QR codes, and finally integrate with augmented reality devices. we may expect our method to improve the efficiency of safety inspections on bridge sites. Moreover, we will enable the domestics of our pure technology.

  • The machining Parts must be Produced within the specification of drawing and those will be able to meet faction and efficiency. At that time, it is very important not only precision machine and machining technique but also the measurement technique. So, the improvement of measurement technique is to be joined together at once with improvement of machining technique. Finally, the quality and value of the parts are decided by precision measurement. This paper aims to study on the measurement uncertainty when the machined parts are inspected with 3-dimensional coordinate measuring machine. The objectives remove an error of measurement and remove a quality of mass products.

  • Mean shifts may be found in tool wear in machining, drawing, stamping and moulding operations, which make the process quality level deteriorate over time. In such situations, it is necessary to reset or readjust the manufacturing process at regular time basis or by inspection to prevent defective items produced. Although the deterioration rate may be assumed to be linear in a production cycle, there are many cases where the rate varies after resetting due to the variation of tool characteristics or by using the resharpened tools. In such cases, the deterioration rate should not be assumed to be a deterministic constant but a random variable. This paper is to find an optimal resetting period and quality level for such production processes.

  • Most of automobile member parts experience severe springback problems because of their complicated shape and high yielding strength. Now it becomes imperative to develop an effective method to resolve these problems. However, there remain several obstacles to get accurate estimation of dimensional shape. Especially the effective algorithms to simulate sheet metal forming processes including drawing, trimming, flanging and springback is demanded for the multi stage simulation of automobile member parts. In this study, for the purpose of accurate springback calculation, a simulation program which is robust in springback analysis is developed. Favorable enhancement in computation time for springback analysis by using latest equation solving technique and robust solution convergence by continuation method are achieved with the program. In analysis, the multi processes of rear side member are simulated to verify the system. For the evaluation of springback accuracy practically, all conditions including boundary conditions for springback analysis and inspection conditions for dimensional accuracy are applied. The springback results of simulations show good agreement with the experiments.

  • 최근 고도의 산업 발전이 진행되면서 생산현장의 IT 기술을 접목한 자동화시스템이 대두되고 있다. 특히 설계 도면과 생산된 부품의 정합여부를 검사하여 제품의 생산 품질을 관리하는 도면정합검사는 기존의 수작업을 대체하고, 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있는 자동화 시스템의 도입이 필수적이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비전 시스템을 기반으로 생산된 부품의 이미지를 인식/추출하고, 이를 이미지화된 도면과 매칭하여 정합 검사하는 도면정합검사시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 기존의 수작업을 대체하여 생산의 효율을 높이고, 보다 정확한 검사기록을 관리하여 생산의 신뢰성 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 국내 전력공급 문제에 따라 다양한 에너지절감형 기술과 제품이 연구되고 있다. 특히 국내 기준 전체 전력 소비량의 약 20%를 차지하는 조명분야에서는 기존 조명을 대체할 친환경, 고효율 LED 조명에 대한 기술이 대두되고 있다. LED 조명은 원리의 특성상 광효율과 비례하여 LED 접합부 온도가 상승하며 이는 광효율과 수명을 저하시킨다. 이에 다양한 방열기술이 LED 조명기술의 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 LED 모듈 접합부의 발열을 열전소자를 활용하여 열전발전 함으로써 에너지를 절감하고, 열회수를 통한 방열효과를 제공 하는 LED 조명을 제안한다.

  • In this paper, we describe a method for precisely measuring the abrasion of the railway using an image processing technique. To calculate the wear of the rails, we provided a method for accurately matching the standard rail profile data and the profile data acquired by the rail inspection vehicle. After the lens distortion correction and the perspective transformation of the measured profile data, we used ICP Algorithm for accurate profile data matching with the reference profile extracted from the standard rail drawing. We constructed the prototype of the Rail Profile Measurement System for High-speed Railway and the experimental result on the three type of the standard rail used in Korea showed the excellent profile matching accuracy within 0.1mm.

A Terrain Data Acquisition for Slope Safety Inspection by Using LiDAR (지상 LiDAR에 의한 사면안전진단용 지형정보 취득)

  • As heavy rains occur more frequently due to the recent climate change, slope collapses are increasing, and damage to human life and properties is accordingly increasing every year. The most proper method to take preventive measures against slope collapses is to remove the cause after understanding the cause of slope collapse in advance, and for such, slope safety inspection is implemented for preventive purposes, to investigate the cause, and as a measure for restoration. Thus, this Research was able to reach the following conclusion after utilizing LiDAR, which obtains detailed topographic information in a short period of time with point cloud data on slopes subject to safety inspection. First, as a result of analyzing the errors after installing a check point in the subject area, the RMSE of the horizontal location error appeared to be ${\pm}2.2cm$ and the RMSE of the vertical location error appeared to be ${\pm}3.0cm$, which shows a practically satisfactory result. Second, the economic feasibility was outstanding and obtaining accurate topographic information was available. Third, an area once scanned allowed to accurately obtain an unprescribed cross-sectional diagram in a short period of time, thus, appeared to be convenient for experts to detect dangerous sections.
