영상 특징 정합 및 양선형 보간법을 이용한 자동 도면 정합 검사 시스템 (Automatic Drawing Conformity Inspection System Using Image Features Matching and Bilinear Interpolation)

  • To evaluate whether or not their product is in conformity with its drawing, today's factories manufacturing rubber and/or plastic products use manual process. In manual conformity inspection process, a person decides conformity as comparing drawing to image of product with his eyes. The manual process is tedious and time-consuming in addition that it is impossible to automatically record various informations related to inspection. To solve such problems, this paper proposes automatic drawing conformity inspection system based on computer vision technologies such as image feature matching and bilinear interpolation. The test results show that proposed system is a lot faster when comparing with manual system.

  • In general, most of the function and using of building is for single purpose. However, current buildings combine several functions that causes a lot of problems not on firefighting only but also on environment engineering. Because of hard integration on different fields that causes a lot of conflict. That wastes cost and time. That also threaten the safety of firefighting. This search focuses on the drawing verification and field inspection on firefighting. These two items both remain paper work. To complete the current work, it needs to bring a great amount of drawing papers in the field. By BIM, integrated data can be extracted. It makes the drawing verification and field inspection easier and increases the efficiency. That is the main point of this research.

Rebar Spacing Fixing Technology using Laser Scanning and HoloLens

  • Currently rebar spacing inspection is carried out by human inspectors who heavily rely on their individual experience, lacking a guarantee of objectivity and accuracy in the inspection process. In addition, if incorrectly placed rebars are identified, the inspector need to correct them. Recently, laser scanning and AR technologies have been widely used because of their merits of measurement accuracy and visualization. This study proposes a technology for rebar spacing inspection and fixing by combining laser scanning and AR technology. First, scan data acquisition of rebar layers is performed and the raw scan data is processed. Second, AR-based visualization and fixing are performed by comparing the design model with the model generated from the scan data. To verify the developed technique, performance comparison test is conducted by comparing with existing drawing-based method in terms of inspection time, error detection rate, cognitive load, and situational awareness ability. It is found from the result of the experiment that the AR-based rebar inspection and fixing technology is faster than the drawing-based method, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in error identification rate, cognitive load, and situational awareness ability. Based on the experimental results, the proposed AR-based rebar spacing inspection and fixing technology is expected to be highly useful throughout the construction industry.

온간금형에 의한 클래드판재(STS304-A1050-STS304)의 드로잉성 연구 (A Study on the Drawability of Clad Sheet Metal (STS304-A1050-STS304) by Warm Draw Die)

  • Warm draw die technique which is one of the new forming technologies to improve formability of sheet metal is applied to the cylindrical and square cup drawing of stainless-aluminum clad sheets. In experiments the temperature of die and blank holder is varied from room temperature to $180^{\circ}C$, while the punch is cooled by circulation of coolant to increase the fracture strength of workpiece on the punch comer area. Test materials chosen for experiments are STS304-A1050-STS304 clad sheets. Teflon film as a lubricant is used on both sides of a workpiece. The limit drawing ratio and relative drawing depth as well as quality of drawn cups(distribution of thickness)are investigated and validity of warm drawing process is also discussed. No separation between each laminated material after drawing occurred through inspection by microscope as well as application of penetrant remover and bond strength test. Therefore, warm forming technique was confirmed to give better results in deep drawing of stainless clad sheet metal.

온간성형법에 의한 클래드 강판재의 정사각컵 드로잉성 향상에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Square Cup Drawability of Clad Sheet Metal by Warm Forming Technique)

  • This study was performed to investigate the optimized warm forming conditions which gave the maximum drawing depth in square cup drawing of clad sheet metals, by changing the temperatures of die and blankholder and also shapes and materials of blanks. Two kinds of clad sheet metals, STS304-A1050-STS304 and STS304-A1050-STS430 were selected for experiments. The relative drawing depth of STS304-A1050-STS304 clad sheet was increased up to 4.4 at $150^{\circ}C$ that was 29% higher than at room temperature, whereas STS304-A1050-STS430 material was improved to 3.9 at $120^{\circ}C$ which was 15% better than at room temperature. In addition, comparison of wall thickness and hardness of a warm drawn cup with those of room temperature showed more even distributions. No separation between each laminated material after drawing occurred through inspection by microscope as well as application of penetrant test and bond strength test. Therefore, warm forming technique was confirmed to give better results in deep drawing of stainless clad sheet metal.

  • The 3D scanning technology is being introduced for quality inspection of building construction. Therefore, this study tried to confirm whether it is possible to check the quality of rebar by using 3D scanning. After rebar placed on the formwork slab was scanned with a 3D scanner, the rebar spacing was confirmed by overlapping with the CAD drawing. As a result, the 3D scanner was able to check the quality of rebar work on one floor at a time. Therefore, 3D scanning could be used for quality inspection of rebar works such as columns, beam and girders, walls, and slabs in the future.

  • 본 논문에서는 대표적인 문화콘텐츠인 게임 등과 같은 프로그램, 자연어 다큐멘트 문화콘텐츠 그리고 중요한 오프라인 문화콘텐츠인 문화예술품에 대해 이를 디지털화하여 표절과 위작 여부 등을 판정하기 위한 기술적 방법론에 대한 고찰과 이를 지원하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 프로그램 소스 코드, 자연어 다큐멘트 문화콘텐츠에 대한 표절 검출 방법론과 이의 감정 시 도움을 주기 위한 툴 등에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 끝으로 문화예술품의 표절 및 위작 감정 시 도움을 주기 위한 기술적 방법론을 작자의 드로잉 형태 분석에 의해 제안하고자 하며 실험에 의해 본 논문의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

  • Rebar work is important in terms of cost and process of reinforced concrete construction along with formwork and concrete construction, and the quality of reinforced concrete construction has a great influence on the safety and durability of the structure. Therefore it is important to thoroughly inspect the steel reinforcement after casting the concrete because it is difficult to confirm the actual condition of the reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to develop an augmented reality system to visualize the records of bar placing work, which is increasingly utilized in the construction field. In order to improve maintenance of reinforced concrete, this study suggests a plan to effectively manage the drawing information including the structural drawing, the placing drawing, and the photographed image at the construction and inspection stage, and develop a system that utilizes augmented reality technology that can display the state of the inside of a concrete structure by superimposing it on actual environment.

  • The production part requiring multiple processes such as piecing, blanking and notching are performed with a high production rates in progressive die. In order to prevent the defects of process result, the optimum of strip process layout design, die design, die making, and tryout with inspection etc. are needed. According to these factors of die development process, they required theory and practice of metal working process and its background, die structure, machining conditions for die making, die materials, heat treatment of die components, know-how and so on. In this study, we designed and analyzed die components also simulated the strip process layout of multiple stage drawing by DEFORM. Especially the result of tryout and its analysis become to the feature of this study.

  • 콘크리트 교량에서 수행되는 기존 점검방법은 점검자가 현장에서 교량의 외관상태를 기록한 다음 내업을 통해서 수작업으로 외관조사망도를 작성하는 과정으로 진행된다. 하지만, 열악한 현장작업 여건으로 인해 획득되는 데이터는 객관성과 신뢰도가 떨어진다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 외관조사결과를 자동으로 추출하는 이미지 처리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 교량으로부터 획득한 디지털 이미지를 처리하고 분석하며, 결과의 입출력 및 관리하는 데까지의 모든 관련 프로그램을 통칭한다. 프로그램 개발을 위하여 디지털 이미지의 크기와 카메라 배율간의 관계 분석, 균열 분석 알고리즘 개발, 이미지의 해상도 및 정밀도 분석 등의 연구가 수행되었다. 최초 계획에서는 이미지 처리를 통하여 균열망도를 자동으로 구현하도록 설계하였지만, 데이터의 용량과 이미지 처리의 기술적인 한계 그리고 콘크리트 표면의 여러 가지 조건에 등에 따라 결과의 신뢰도가 많이 차이가 난다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 결과를 정확하게 추출하기 위하여 자동판독 프로그램을 근간으로 하면서 사용자에 의해 수정작업이 가능하도록 프로그램을 보완하였다.
