연극치료의 효과성에 관한 메타분석연구 (Meta-Analysis on the Effectiveness Research of Drama Therapy in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 시행되고 있는 연극치료의 효과성을 메타분석을 통해 살펴보고 이를 통해 향후 보다 효과적이고 구체적인 연극치료의 실행방안을 제시하기 위하여, 국내에서 시행된 연극치료의 효과성에 대한 개별연구들을 메타분석하였다. 메타분석을 위한 자료 수집은 2021년 6월까지 국내에서 발표된 연극치료의 효과성과 관련된 학위논문 및 학술논문 등을 검색하여 이루어졌고, 구체적 선정기준에 따라서 최종 18편의 논문을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해서 메타분석 통계프로그램인 CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) software 2.0을 사용하였으며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연극치료의 평균효과크기를 살펴보면, 자아존중감은 평균효과크기가 1.325, 우울·불안은 -1.230, 스트레스는 1.025, 사회성은 1.018, 정서지능은 0.907, 심리적 안녕감은 0.897로 모두 큰 효과크기를 나타내었다. 둘째, 연극치료의 효과성이 조절 변수에 따라 차이가 나는지 살펴본 결과, '자아존중감'의 효과크기에 있어서 '대상자의 특성(아동·청소년 or 성인)', '총회기수(10회 미만 or 10회 이상)', '연극치료유형(복합연극치료유형 or 공연중심 연극치료유형)' 이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 측면을 고려할 때, 향후 연극치료를 실행하는데 있어서 효과성의 종속변수로 '자아존중감'을 향상시키기 위해서는 성인대상, 총회기수는 10회 이상, 공연중심의 연극치료유형 등을 보다 확대해서 실시할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 국내 연극 치료의 실행방안과 함의를 제안하였다.

다문화시대 이중언어교육을 위한 교육연극 (Process Drama for Bilingual Education in Multiculturalism)

  • The thesis is to look for the method of applying process drama for bilingual education in multicultural society. This purpose can be resolved in three steps: first, to understand the purposes and functions of education changing to multicultural society; second, to survey the need of bilingual education conformed to its purposes and functions; last, to understand the theoretical background of process drama and seek the method of utilizing it to bilingual education. Recently, the Korean society is also changing to multicultural society with international marriages and immigrant workers. But they have difficulties in communicating in Korean, and their children have even the same. Under the basis of multiculturalism wanting peace and mutual respect between cultural groups, they have to be educated in equality. This is why the bilingual education is needed in our society. Process drama, a widely used term for educational drama in Britain, claims its effectiveness for L1, L2 and bilingual education, for the principal medium in drama is language and what drama delivers is related to meaningful human experiences. It is also supported on script theory of linguistic therapy. Kase-Polisini classifies the developmental process of education drama into 1) planning, 2) playing and 3) evaluation. This process can be applied to educational drama for language as well. Rather, educational drama applying to bilingual education has even more availability with the varieties of group organization and subject matter. Conclusively speaking, the group of dual language schools can be organized into 1) mother-tongued group, 2) mother-tongued and L2 group, 3) multilingual group, or 4) L3 group in educational drama activity, as the class generally consist of the mixed multilingual children. And the subject matter can deal with 1) the Korean society and culture, 2) the society and culture of the purposed language country, or 3) the society and culture of the third nations.

황해도굿 군웅거리의 예술치료적 분석 (Art Therapeutic Analysis of Gunung-geori of Hwanghaedo-gut)

  • 한국의 굿은 한국인의 원형적 심성을 매우 예술적으로 그리고 치료적으로 잘 풀어낸 한국 고유의 예술치료의 원형이다. 이에 연구자는 황해도굿 군웅거리와 예술치료적 이론과의 상관관계를 비교 분석하였다. 첫째 한국의 굿이 가족관계를 중심으로 행위 된다는 점에서 보웬의 가족치료 이론과 비교했으며, 한국의 굿이 가진 집단적 치료방식이 한 개인의 심리·정서적 문제를 가족관계체계, 그리고 더 나아가 사회 문화적 맥락 속에서 치료하고자 한 보웬의 이론과 맞닿아 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구자는 만신이 망자의 혼을 입고 군웅을 노는, 굿의 연행방식이 갖는 치료적 의미에 대해 분석하였다. 굿 현장을 연구하는 많은 연구자들이 조상거리가 주는 치료적 효과에 대해 직접 경험했으나 그 치료적 효과를 이론적으로 입증하는 연구는 부족하였다. 이에 연구자는 프로이트의 전이 개념과 연극치료의 역할입기, 에릭슨과 고프만의 극적 놀이 개념을 접목시켜 황해도굿 군웅거리를 분석하였다. 만신의 망자로의 극적 전이는 황해도 군웅거리의 치료성을 입증하는 핵심 개념이다. 연구자는 이번 연구를 통해 한국의 굿의 한국 예술치료의 원형으로서의 가치를 확인할 수 있었으며, 한국의 굿이 갖는 치료성에 대한 보다 심도 있고 폭넓은 연구가 절실함을 깨닫게 되었다.

사상의학(四象醫學)에서 심리 치료를 활용하기 위한 방법론적 접근 (An Approach of How to Use Psychotherapy for Sasang Constitutional Medicine)

  • 1. Objectives It is necessary to find the psychological methods to treat not only physical but also mental problems. Because the Sasang Constitutional medicine is based on Mind-Body Medicine, so that the Nature and Emotion-Happiness, Anger, Sorrow, Pleasantness- have to be controlled properly. 2. Methods We analysed the characters of each constitutions, drama therapy and meditation and tried to find the suitable application of one for Sasangin. 3. Results and Conclusions Soeumin is feminine, easy to worry, pessimistic and non-active so they need to express their problems, be encouraged and participate to be one of a group having relationship with other people. Soyangin is out-going, easy to start, not enough to be aware of themselves so they need to relax, calm and try to have an insight into themselves. Taeumin is stable, easy to keep something so they need to communicate well with the exterior. Taeyangin is going forward, masculine and necessary to avoid being angry so they need to calm down and relax. Drama therapy is group work with actors, staffs and audiences so it is useful to express their negative feelings through motions, dances and sounds unless they talk. So it is supposed to be useful far Soeumin and Taeumin. And we can apply it to heal the Emotion because it is based on the relationship and the contact with other people. Meditation is helpful to not only concentrate, relax, have insight into themselves but also calm down anxiety, depression an anger. So it could be the best psychotherapy for Soyangin and Taeyangin. And we can apply it to reflect oneself alone to express their Nature adequately.

Effectiveness Analysis of Computer Science Textbooks focusing on Digital Therapeutics

  • Digital therapy has emerged as a novel treatment modality, propelled by advancements in information and communication technology. In the last five years, there has been a substantial surge in research publications addressing digital therapeutics (DTx) interventions, signaling a sustained upward trajectory in this field. The dynamic nature of computer science, marked by continuous innovation and development, underscores the need for agile adaptation to rapid changes. Consequently, computer science education is compelled to offer students insights into the latest trends. This research endeavors to contribute to the evolving landscape by developing textbooks that impart knowledge about DTx, an integration of information technology. The study focuses on the application of these textbooks to elementary and middle school students in South Korea. The instructional materials have been carefully organized to enable students to learn about the principle of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) DTx at the elementary level and the DTx that can prevent and address the digital drama at the middle school level. Based on the application of the textbook, students who received instruction using the textbook showed statistically significant improvements in all subcategories of creative problem-solving ability, including idea modification, visualization, task focus, analogy, idea generation, and elaboration (p<.01). Additionally, there were statistically significant changes in students' self-efficacy before and after using the textbook, with negative efficacy decreasing, and positive efficacy and social efficacy increasing (p<.001).

연극치료 프로그램이 고립아동의 사회성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Dramatherapy Program on Sociality of Isolated Children)

  • This study is to know the effect of drama therapy on the sociality of isolated children. To achieve this goal, the following hypothesis was built. Hypothesis I. Dramatherapy program will improve the sociality of isolated children. I -1. Dramatherapy program will improve in cooperation. I -2. Dramatherapy program will improve in independency. I -3. Dramatherapy program will improve in sociability. I -4. Dramatherapy program will improve in law-abiding. To test this hypothesis, the social and emotional isolation test was conducted in 190 children consisting of fifth-grader from N elementary school located in Busan to select 28 children whose founded to be isolated; among these children, eight who wanted to participate in the program were positioned at the experimental group and other eight who didn't want to do and who demonstrated the range of marks similar to the experimental group were positioned at the control group. The dramatherapy program was based on the theory by Robert Landy (2002), Jennings (2003) and Phil Jones (2005) to improve the sociality of isolated children and was implemented in a total of 15 sessions, two sessions a week after school. To test the effect of the program, A modified test paper by Suh, Poongyeon (1991) with the content of testing sociality into a test paper of human nature for elementary school students to be made by Jeong, Bummo (1971) was used which consists of four sub-factors: cooperation, independency, sociability, law-abiding. As a quantitative analysis, Mann-Whitney Test were analyzed for experimental and control groups. As a qualitative analysis, the interaction patterns among student were analyzed on he basis of video tapes. The tool of observe the interaction patterns among student was Interaction Process Analysis System which was made by Bales (1970). This study obtained the following result First, the drama therapy had meaningful effect on the sociality of the sociality of isolated children. But the quantitative change of the sociality test conclusion was showed meaningfully and positive social behavior was increased in periodical process analysis. Second, in the Interaction Process Analysis(IPA) affirmative interactions increased and negative interactions decreased.

학령전기아동의 정서지능 및 친사회적 행동 증진을 위한 장기집단상담프로그램 효과연구 (Effectiveness of the Long-term Group-Counseling Program to Improve Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Behavior in Preschooler)

  • Effectiveness of Long-term Group-counseling in Improving Emotional Intelligence and Prosocial Behavior in Preschooler The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of long-term group-counseling in preventing children's maladjustment at school. for this study, six children were selected for an experimental group and another six for a control group. They were tested using the Emotional Intelligence Rating System and the Prosocial Behavior Skill Situations Measure for Preschool Level. In addition to quantitative analysis, a qualitative analysis was conducted to examine group processes and changes in each child. The experimental group participated insocio-drama, group art therapy, and game play therapy whereas the control group did not receive any treatment. In order to examine the impact of the intervention, pre-program tests and post-program tests were conducted. The results were as follows. First, the children's emotional intelligence was improved with group counseling. There was a significant difference in emotional intelligence between the experimental and the control groups. Second, children's prosocial behavior ability alsoimproved. There was a significant difference in social ability between the experimental and the control groups.

저소득층 아동의 사회성증진을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 효과 연구 (Effectiveness of the Group-Counseling Program to Improve Social Ability in the Children from Low-Income Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of a group-counseling program to improve children's social ability. For this study, six children were selected for an experimental group and another six for a control group. They were tested using the Social Skill Rating System for Preschool level. In addition to a quantitative analysis, a qualitative analysis was conducted to examine group processes and changes of each child. The experimental group participated in a socio-drama group art therapy, and game play therapy whereas the control group did not receive any treatment. In order to examine the impact of the intervention, ore-program tests and post-program tests were conducted. The results were as follows: First, children's social ability was improved. There was a significant difference in social ability between the experimental and the control group. Second the group counseling program was proved to be effective. This program was primarily designed for children from low-income families.

간호.보건 계열 대학생이 지각하는 간호사 이미지 (Nurses' Image Perceived by Nursing and Health Allied College Students in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the nurses' image perceived by nursing and health allied college students in Korea. Method: The data was collected from October 15th to November 15th, 2004. Subjects were composed of 679 students in three-year Junior College. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 PC+ Win. The difference of nurse' image among departments and locations of Junior College were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Tukey test. Result: The mean score of nurses' image 3.1 point of the total 5 point. Nurses' image is showed significantly difference according to the departments; the department of nursing (3.54), physical therapy (3.01), radiology (2.97), emergency medical technology (2.76) and clinical pathology (2.67). Nurses' image was significantly differed among the 4 domains according to 5 departments; 'the qualification of nurse', 'the role of nurse', 'the interpersonal relationship of nurse', 'the social participation of nurse'. Nurses' image formed through directly contacting with nurses' and seeing nurses' action (69.1%), watching nurse in TV drama (15.9%). Conclusion: It is considered that nursing and health allied college students were affected by inter-communications with nurses' more than by mass media.

청소년 마약류 중독 치료를 위한 디지털치료제 예술치료 적용을 위한 문헌연구 (Literature Review on Applying Digital Therapeutic Art Therapy for Adolescent Substance Addiction Treatment)

  • 디지털 매체의 발전은 청소년들이 마약류 구매 환경에 쉽게 접근하며 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)와 메신저 서비스를 통한 마약류 구매 및 복용 사례가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에 노출된 청소년들은 마약류 중독으로 인한 신경학적 및 정신 건강 문제를 겪을 위험이 있으며, 이는 범죄에 노출될 위험을 증가시킨다. 따라서, 국가 차원에서의 관리와 지원이 절실히 필요하다. 마약에 노출된 청소년들을 위한 지속 가능한 치료 방안을 모색하는 것은 중대한 과제로 부상하고 있다. 재발 위험이 높은 마약류 중독 치료를 위해선 비용이 효율적이며 사용자 친화적인 치료 프로그램이 필요하다. 본 연구는 디지털 플랫폼을 활용하여 청소년들이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있는 치료 환경을 조성하고, 예술을 활용한 치료적 콘텐츠 개발을 목표로 하는 문헌 연구를 수행한다. 청소년 약물 중독에 대한 사회적 인식과 치료 현황을 검토하고, 마약류 중독이 청소년의 뇌 활동 및 인지 기능 저하에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 중독된 뇌 기능의 재활을 촉진할 수 있는 디지털 치료제 개발에 관한 방안을 선행 연구 사례 분석을 통해 모색한다. 또한, 디지털 치료적 접근법과 예술치료의 통합이 치료 과정에 어떠한 이점을 제공할 수 있는지를 탐구하며, 연극 치료, 음악 치료, 미술치료 등 다양한 치료 프로그램이 청소년에게 미치는 치료적 효과의 증대 가능성을 제안한다. 예술 치료 요법의 적용은 도구의 확장, 표현의 다양화, 데이터의 확보, 동기 부여 측면에서 긍정적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 접근을 통해 청소년 마약류 중독 치료의 효과성이 증대될 것으로 예상된다. 종합적으로 볼 때, 본 연구는 청소년 마약류 중독에 대한 사회적 상황을 고려한 경제적이며 지속 가능한 치료 방안을 제공하는 디지털 치료제 및 관련 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 기초 연구를 수행하고자 한다.
