  • This study attempts to verify the double mediating effects of trait anxiety and burnout in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and subjective well-being of employees. For this study, 300 office workers were surveyed to measure the trait anxiety, the burnout, the socially prescribed perfectionism and subjective well-being. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS PROCESS Macroin an bootstrapping method. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, socially prescribed perfectionism had significant positive relationship with trait anxiety and burnout. Socially prescribed perfectionism had significant negative relationship with subjective well-being. Also trait anxiety had significant positive relationship with burnout and significant negative relationship with subjective well-being. In addition, burnout had significant negative relationship with subjective well-being. Second, trait anxiety and burnout fully mediated the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and subjective well-being. Third, there was a dual mediation effect on trait anxiety and burnout in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and subjective well-being. In conclusion, it suggests that in order to elevate subjective well-being of employees with a high level of socially prescribed perfectionism, it would be more effective to deal with trait anxiety and burnout which are proved to make them happy than to deal with perfectionism itself.

  • This study focused on whether employees' perceived leader's creativity has a significant effect on employees' job satisfaction and innovative behavior. In addition, this study analyzed the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived leader creativity and employee satisfaction with the job or innovation behavior, and analyzed the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion. This study conducted confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis for each factor using the measurement tool verification method using the SmartPLS 3.0 structural equation model, and empirically analyzed the research model. As a result, it was found that the creativity of employees' perceived leaders did not directly significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and innovation behavior. However, it was found that positive psychological capital significantly mediated the relationship between perceived leader creativity and job satisfaction or innovative behavior. In addition, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy have a complete double-mediation relationship between the employees' perceived leader's creativity and employees' innovative behavior. However, positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy don't have a double-mediation relationship between the employee's perceived leader's creativity and employees' job satisfaction. Finally, Team cohesion was found to moderate the relationship between perceived leader creativity, positive psychological capital (or creative self-efficacy). However, the research model that the moderated mediating effect of team cohesion on the relationship between leader's creativity, the mediating variables(positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy), and job satisfaction (or innovative behavior) was significant only for groups with high team cohesiveness. This study examined the needs of the times for the importance of creativity of perceived leaders and analyzed the relationship between factors influencing job satisfaction and innovation behavior of organizational members. The study is meaningful in that it suggested a plan to establish a specific organizational strategy to enhance positive psychological capital and creative self-efficacy.

  • Aminoacyl tRNA synthetase complex interacting multifunctional protein 2 (AIMP2) is a scaffolding protein required for the assembly of multi-tRNA synthetase, and it can exert pro-apoptotic activity in response to DNA damage. In the presence of DNA damage, AIMP2 binds to mouse double minute 2 homolog (MDM2) to protect p53 from MDM2 attack. TGF-β signaling results in the nuclear translocation of AIMP2, whereby AIMP2 interacts with FUSE-binding protein, and, thus, suppresses c-myc. TNF receptor-associated factor 2 (TRAF2) is an important mediator between TNF-receptors 1 and 2 which are involved in the signaling of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), nuclear factor κB (NF-κB), and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs). TRAF2 is required for the activations of JNK and NF-κB via TNF-α and the mediation of anti-apoptosis signaling. AIMP2 can also enhance pro-apoptosis in the TNF-α signaling. During this signaling, AIMP2 assists the association of E3 ubiquitin ligase, the cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein 1 (c-IAP1) which is well known and responsible for the degradation of TRAF2. The formation of a complex among AIMP2, TRAF2, and c-IAP1 results in proteasome-mediated TRAF2 degradation. AIMP2 can induce apoptosis via downregulation of TRAF2 to interact directly in TNF-α signaling. This review provides new insight into the molecular mechanism responsible for AIMP2 and TRAF2 complex formation and treatments for TNFα-associated diseases.

  • The predominant concerns of the study consist of: (1) the direct effects of social work students' evaluation toward connivers of exam-cheating on their evaluation toward connivers of corruptio ns in social welfare organizations; (2) the dual mediation effects of their concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing and needing of protection arrangement for whistle-blowers. The notable findi ngs are as follows: First, the evaluation toward a person conniving at exam-cheating significantl y has an effect on the evaluation toward connivers committing corruptions in social welfare orga nizations($.211^{***}$). Second, the more positive evaluation for connivers of exam-cheating, the more concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing, the less needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers($-.191^{^{\prime}***}$). The students, concerning dysfunction of whistle-blowing more, show less neg ative evaluation toward a person, conniving at corruption in social welfare organizations($.245^{***}$). The more needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers, the less positive evaluation regar ding whistle-blowers in the organizations($-.122^{***}$). Lastly, both mediating effects of the needing protection arrangement for whistle-blowers and concerning about dysfunction of whistle-blowing are significant so dual mediator are proved. Some practical implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of generativity and ego-integration on the relationship between leisure activity experience and life satisfaction after retirement, and to clarify the structural relationship between variables. In this study, SPSS for window 21.0 program r and AMOS 18.0 were used. First, correlation analysis was performed among the main variables to investigate the relationship between variables. Next, confirmatory factor analysis and fit of hypothesis model were confirmed. Finally, the bootstrapping procedure was conducted to verify the significance of the indirect effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, leisure activity experience, life satisfaction, generativity and ego-integration were statistically correlated. Second, in the research model, there was a double-mediated effect of the generativity and ego-integration in the married couple's leisure experience and life satisfaction after retirement. The indirect effect that affects life satisfaction was found to be greater through mediation. This study has limitations in collecting data on retirees who have retirement experience or retired husbands who have. The reason for this is that there is a difference in the sense of life satisfaction between the couple and their spouse, and the significance of the path between the variables may also differ. Therefore, the follow-up study suggests the necessity of analyzing only the couple.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the ways to enhance academic help-seeking by analyzing the structural relations among individual(achievement goal orientation) and contextural (teacher behaviors and classroom climate) factors known to affect help-seeking, one of the effective self-regulated learning strategies, for upper elementary students. More specifically, it explored the mediational roles of general classroom climate and student achievement goal orientation in the relation between supportive teacher behaviors and student academic help-seeking. A survey was administered to 315 fifth- or sixth-grade students in three elementary schools and the data from the survey was analyzed. Main results are as follows. First, supportive and learning-oriented teacher behaviors with high expectation related to more cohesive and positive classroom climate and more adaptive achievement goal such as mastery goal. Positive classroom climate played an important role in improving student mastery goal, and only mastery goal among different types of achievement goal orientation had a positive prediction of student help-seeking. Second, teacher behaviors significantly predicted student help-seeking through a double mediation of classroom climate and student mastery goal, which showed that classroom contextual factors and student individual factors interacted for help-seeking. These results suggest that the role of teachers as well as the mastery goal of students are important for enhancing students' help-seeking behavior as an adaptive learning strategy.
