This paper deals with back-EMF characteristic comparison of Vertical and Halbach array double-sided linear generator with coreless type. On the basis of a magnetic vector potential and Maxwell's equations, governing equations are obtained, and magnetic modeling is predicting characteristic analysis by using the Fourier series expansion. And then, we obtained magnetic field solutions and calculated resistance, back-EMF constant. The analytical results used by 2-D cylindrical coordinate system. The analytical method used in this paper is confirmed by comparing with finite element analysis results.

The Berlekamp-Massey algorithm, the method of using the Euclid algorithm, and Fourier transforms over a finite field can be used for the decoding of Reed-Solomon codes (called RS codes). RS codes can also be decoded by the algorithm that was developed by Peterson and refined by the Gorenstein and Zierler. However, the decoding of RS codes using the Peterson-Gorenstein-Zieler algorithm offers sometimes computational or implementation advantages. The decoding procedure of the double-error correcting (31,27) Rs code over the symbol field GF ($2^5$) will be analyized in this paper. The complete analysis, gate array design, and implementation for encoder/decoder pair of (31.27)RS code are performed with a strong theoretical justification.
Based on the semiclassical theory of chaotic scattering, Tanner et al. [J. Phys. B 40, F157 (2007)] proposed the fluctuation in the partial photoionization cross section of helium below the double-ionization threshold would show the same characteristics as in the total cross section, predicting that the Fourier spectrum of the fluctuation reveals peaks at the classical actions of closed triple collision orbits and the amplitude of the fluctuation decreases algebraically as the energy approaches the double-ionization threshold. In that paper, however, the predictions were not clearly confirmed due to the lack of experimental data with sufficient accuracy. So instead, we calculate the partial photoionization cross sections of collinear eZe helium for the energy range from the single-ionization threshold $I_{20}$ to $I_{32}$ in order to numerically confirm the predictions. Analysis of the fluctuation in the partial cross section shows that the predictions are indeed valid. Our findings mean that the fluctuation in the partial photoionization cross section can be described by classical triple collision orbits in the semiclassical limit. Thus it explains in a natural way the mirroring and mimicking structures observed in cross section signals for different ionization channels.

This paper deals with the generating characteristic analysis of permanent magnet linear generator (PMLG) with double-sided Halbach magnet array mover and three phases concentrated stator windings by using analytical method. On the basis of a magnetic vector potential and Maxwell's equations, governing equations are obtained, and magnetization modeling for Halbach magnet array is performed analytically by using the Fourier series. And then, we obtain electrical parameters such as back-EMF constant, resistance, and coil inductance based on magnetic field calculations. Finally, analytical results for generating performance are confirmed by comparing with finite element analysis results.
An energy method has been used for an elastic formulation of bending vibration and buckling analysis of laminated composite plates on two-parameter elastic foundations. A quasi-elastic method is used for the solution of viscoelastic analysis of the laminated composite plates. The third-order shear deformation theory is applied by using the double-fourier series. To validate the derived equations the obtained displacements for simply supported orthotropic plates on elastic foundations are compared with those of LUSAS program Numerical results of the viscoelastic bending vibration and buckling analysis are presented to show the effects of layup sequence number of layers material anisotropy and shear modulus of foundations.
In the Closing time in order to operate synchronous generators parallely, it is generated the asynchronous phenomena. These asynchronous phenomena give rise of the eddy current on the rotor. These eddy current are solved analytically for the Laplace' Equ. ${\nabla}^2{\widetilde{H}}=0$ in free space and for the Bullard's Equ. ${\nabla}^2{\widetilde{H}}$+${\sigma}_r{\mu}_r{\nabla}$${\times}$${\widetilde{\nu}}_r$${\times}$${\widetilde{H}}^{III}$=${\sigma}_r{\mu}_r{\frac{{\partial}H}{{\partial}t}}$ for the rotor by using each double Fourier series component of the 3D H-field
Hydrotalcite, layered double hydroxides (LDH), with hexagonal morphology has been rapidly synthesized by microwave reaction within 1 hour by urea hydrolysis from homogeneous solution. Different synthesis parameters, Mg/Al molar ratio, microwave reaction temperature and microwave power were systematically investigated. Pure hydrotalcite phase was obtained for Mg/Al ratios of 2:1 and 3:1, and higher reaction temperature gave higher crystallinity. The hydrotalcite synthesized at 600W power shows the highest crystallinity and more homogeneous crystal size distribution. The hydrotalcite samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), simultaneous thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) and Scanning electron micrograph (SEM).
This paper predicts the combined resonance behavior of the truncated conical shells (TCSs) under transverse and parametric coupled excitation. The motion governing equation is formulated in the framework of high-order shear deformation theory, von Kármán theory and Hamilton principle. The displacements and boundary conditions are characterized by a set of displacement shape functions with double Fourier series. Subsequently, the method of varying amplitude (MVA) is utilized to derive the approximate analytical solution of system response of TCSs. A comparative analysis is conducted to verify the accuracy of the current computational method. Additionally, the interaction mechanism of combined resonance, parametric resonance and primary resonance is examined. And the effect of damping coefficient, the external excitation, initial phase, axial motion speed, temperature variation, humidity variation, material properties and semi-vortex angle on the vibration mechanism are analyzed.
A finite element approach is presented to examine ground vibration characteristics under various moving loads in a homogeneous half-space. Four loading modes including single load, double load, four-load, and twenty-load were simulated in a finite element analysis to observe their influence on ground vibrations. Four load moving speeds of 60, 80, 100, and 120 m/s were adopted to investigate the influence of train speed to the ground vibrations. The results demonstrated that the loading mode in a finite element analysis is reliable for train-induced vibration simulations. Additionally, a three-dimensional finite element model (3D FEM) was developed to investigate the dynamic responses of a track-ballast-embankment-ground system subjected to moving loads induced by high-speed trains. Results showed that vibration attenuations and breaks exist in the simulated wave fronts transiting through different medium materials. These tendencies are a result of the difference in the Rayleigh wave speeds of the medium materials relative to the speed of the moving train. The vibration waves induced by train loading were greatly influenced by the weakening effect of sloping surfaces on the ballast and embankment. Moreover, these tendencies were significant when the vibration waves are at medium and high frequency levels. The vibration waves reflected by the sloping surface were trapped and dissipated within the track-ballast-embankment-ground system. Thus, the vibration amplitude outside the embankment was significantly reduced.

High-speed permanent magnet machines are likely to be a key technology for electric drives and motion control systems for many applications, since they are conductive to high efficiency, high power density, small size and low weight. In high-speed machines, the permanent magnets are often contained within a retaining sleeve. However, the sleeve and the magnets are exposed to high order flux harmonics, which cause parasitic eddy current losses. Rotor losses of high-speed machines are of great importance especially in high-speed applications, because losses heat the rotor, which is often very compact construction and thereby difficult to cool. This causes a danger of demagnetization of the NdFeB permanent magnets. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the prediction of the rotor losses. This paper is concerned with the rotor losses in permanent magnet high-speed machines that are caused by permeance variation due to stator slotting. First, the flux harmonics are determined by double Fourier analysis of the normal flux density data over the rotor surface. And then, the rectilinear model was used to calculate rotor losses in permanent magnet machines. Finally, Poynting vector have been used to investigate the rotor eddy current losses of high-speed Permanent magnet machine.
