A Study on the Effect of Facing System and Staged Construction Procedures in GRS Walls for Application in Railroad Structures (철도구조물 적용을 위한 보강토옹벽 벽체시스템과 단계시공의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The present paper analyzes and discusses the effect of facing system and staged construction in GRS (geosynethetic reinforced soil) walls for railway structures throughout various case analyses. The result shows that postconstruction facing system by staged construction procedures is more advantageous for railway structure construction than preconstruction and simultaneous construction facing system with reinforced soil.

  • In this paper, we propose LDO regulator to operate using Pseude resistor instead of widely used Feedback resistor in conventional LDO regulator. Proposed Feedback network using Pseudo resistor has smaller area than the conventional feedback resistor and plays the role of an conventional LDO regulator. Thus, it has been proposed to compensate for the disadvantages of LDO regulator with noise. Although proposed LDO regulator compared with conventional LDO regulator has similar performance, this LDO regulator provide higher efficiency by reducing the overshoot and decreasing the area. This circuit was designed to using a Dongbu Hitek 0.18um CMOS process.

  • 이 논문에서는 지진이나 해일과 같은 자연재해가 발생했을 때 생존자의 수를 최대화하기 위한 응급차량의 배차 문제에 대하여 살펴본다. 이 경우에는 도로 네트워크상에서 최단거리에 있으리라 예상되는 환자부터 실어 나르는 스케줄링 규칙을 많이 이용한다. 이 스케줄링 규칙을 SEPT(Shortest Expected Processing Time) 라고 한다. 이 논문에서는 SEPT보다 효율적이라 생각되는 새로운 스케줄링 규칙을 제안한다. 이 스케줄링 규칙은 처리시간과 납기일이 확정적인 경우에 생존자의 수를 최대화시켜주는 스케줄링을 제공하는 Moore의 알고리즘을 처리시간과 납기일이 확률적인 경우로 확장한 것이다. 다음으로 이 스케줄링 규칙을 지진이 많이 발생하는 미국 캘리포니아 주 로스앤젤레스의 한 지역을 대상으로 몇 가지 생존확률 하에서 생존자의 수를 기준으로 SEPT와 비교한다. 그 결과 모든 생존확률 하에서 제안된 스케줄링 규칙이 SEPT보다 평균적으로 생존자의 수를 더 늘려주는 스케줄링을 제공한다. 그리고 많은 경우 제안된 스케줄링 규칙은 최적 스케줄링을 제공한다.

  • Lithiated transition metal oxides such as LiMn2O4, Lil-xMnO$_2$, LiNiO$_2$, LiCoO$_2$, and their solid solution phases are used as cathode materials for lithium rechargeable batteries. We prepared the cathode materials using a novel eutectic self-mixing method without any artificial mixing procedures. This method provides an extraordinarily simple way to make the cathode materials, and it is possible to prepare at very low temperature such as 25$0^{\circ}C$. Furthermore, the cathode materials produced have discharge capacities that are much better than cathode materials prepared by previously reported synthetic methods. The spontaneous and homogeneous mixing is verified by $^{7}$ Li magic-angle-spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy.

  • Soft magnetic iron powders have been coated with polyester or phenol resin. And the coated powder (soft magnetic composite) have been pressed into ring type core over the pressure of 870 MPa. Green density, magnetic flux density, permeability, core loss of the samples were measured to look at the effect of the coating materials and the amount of them. Green density is increased with the amount of coating materials and shows the maximum value, 6.5 $g/cm^3$ at 5 w/o, but decreased over it. And lowest value of the core loss is showed for the 5 w/o coated samples.

  • Cu metallization using electrochemical plating(ECP) has played an important role in back end of line(BEOL) interconnect formation. In this work, we studied the optimized copper thickness using Bottom-up Gap-fill in Cu ECP, which is closely related with the pattern dependencies in Cu ECP and Cu dual damascene process at 0.13 ${\mu}m$ technology node. In order to select an optimized Cu ECP thickness, we examined Cu ECP bulge, Cu CMP dishing and electrical properties of via hole and line trench over dual damascene patterned wafers split into different ECP Cu thickness.

  • Recently semiconductor devices are required more smaller scale and more powerful performance. For smaller scale of device, multilayer structure is proposed. And, for the higher performance, interconnection material is change to copper, because copper has high EM(Electro-migration)and low resistivity. Then copper CMP process is a great role in a multilayer formation of semiconductor. Copper process is different from aluminum process. ECP process is one of the copper processes. In this paper, we focused on the defects tendency by copper thickness which filled using ECP process. we observed hump high and dishing. Conclusively, hump hight reduced at copper thickness increased Also dishing reduced.

  • The recruitment and infiltration of monocytes into the artery wall is a crucial early step in atherogenesis. KR-31378 has been shown to be a neuroprotective agent in rat brain via its potent antioxidant and antiapoptotic actions. Optimum Condition on Overlap of Physical Properties of HIPS Samples

  • To find optimum conditions necessary in converting physical properties of any resin into those of others, eleven kinds of HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) resins were prepared. First physical properties of eleven samples divided into three groups are analyzed by a torque rheometer (named Plasti-Corder, Model No.: PLD 651) and GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography), and then optimum conditions on conversion among samples are obtained by calculation from computer simulation so that any sample subjected to each group can show physical properties of other samples in its group. Even though the kind of plasticizer of any sample is different with others in its group, once optimum conditions on conversion among samples are met, it is found that physical properties of any sample are identical or similar to those of others in each group.

  • 최근 그린 성장산업의 발전과 더불어 이슈화되고 있는 장애인들을 위한 전동휠체어와 일반인들의 자전거가 급격하게 보급되고 발전하고 있는 것에 반하여, 이동수단을 사용할 때 발생할 수 있는 위험으로부터의 대책은 예전과 전혀 다를 바가 없는 상황이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 자동차 중심으로 개발되어 있는 네비게이션 기능과 그 서비스에 가장 적합한 도로 및 주변정보 콘텐츠를 전동휠체어와 자전거 중심의 시스템으로 재설계하여 그들을 위험으로부터 최소한의 보호하고 사고를 예방을 할 수 있는 전용 네비게이션을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에 의하여 제시된 연구결과가 자전거 사용자와 전동휠체어를 사용하는 장애인들의 생활을 더욱 안전하게하고, Slow-Moving 기기들의 보급 확장에도 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
