  • The longitudinal instability (POGO) of the rocket should not be occurred during the whole flight time for the large class liquid propulsion system to complete a mission successfully. The longitudinal instability is caused by the resonance between the propulsion system and rocket structure in the low frequency range below 50Hz, ordinarily. Analysis on the low frequency dynamic characteristics on the liquid propulsion system with staged combustion cycle engine system was performed as a preliminary study on the longitudinal instability analysis.

건물(建物) 최대수요전력(最大需要電力)의 효율적(效率的) 운용(運用) 방안(方案) (A Study on the Efficient peak Demand Control Method in Office Buildings)

  • This paper shows efficient peak demand control method in office buildings. With a rapid growth of national economics and living standard, electrical energy consumption markedly increased. Expecially, it is increased electrical energy comsumption in the office buildings and thus an energy conservation through efficient use of electricity became more important. From the data of electric equipment capacity and electric power consumption for 96 buildings, current levels of demand factor and a growth trend of peak loads by office buildings were surveyed and analyzed. In addition the efficient peak demand control method in office buildings were studied.

보건의료 R&D 연구성과 활용·확산을 위한 특허맵 분석 및 활용방안 연구 (Analysis and Application Methods of Patent Map for Performance Diffusion of Translational Research in Health Technology Research and Development)

  • Translational research (TR) as high quality research can accelerate collaboration strongly between biotechnology-based researchers and clinical-research experts for overcoming diseases. TR facilitates basic science translated to clinical efficacy and effectiveness from bench (basic science) to bedside (clinical practice) for the enhancement of human health. Disease-oriented TR programs were defined as unilateral, bilateral and multilateral TR in this patent performance analysis. Patent performance was measured in a R&D project on Health and Medical Technology to enhance the productivity of R&D investment on disease-oriented TR in Health Technology (HT). Patent Map (PM) analysis and Bibliometrics were conducted to collect information for the assessment of research patents of TR programs. Futhermore, PIAS (Patent Information Analysis System) and Thinklear programs were applied for quantitative and qualitative analysis successfully. These indicate that multi-dimensional analysis of patent performance for disease-oriented TR could promote the connection of R&D-IP (Research and Development-Intellectural Property) and R&BD (Research and Business Development) supporting system significantly.

봉사거점으로서 동사무소문고의 활성화 방안 연구 - 대전광역시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Vitalization of Dong-office Minilibraries as Service Stations for Public Library in Daejeon City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 동사무소의 기능전환에 따라 전국적으로 설치 ${\cdot}$ 운영되고 있는 동사무소문고의 정체성 확립과 활성화를 위한 방안을 찾는 것이다. 운영담당자와의 면담을 통하여 전반적인 운영현황을 파악하였고 현장관찰을 통하여 장서현황과 이용상황을, 그리고 이용자와의 면담을 통하여 이용자행태를 조사 ${\cdot}$ 분석하였다. 현재의 상황에서 동사무소문고가 본래의 기능을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 공공도서관의 봉사거점으로서의 정체성을 확립하고 지역 공공도서관으로부터 기술적인 지원을 받으며 지역의 교육기관과 사회봉사기관의 협조를 얻어 이용자와 자원봉사자를 확보하는 등 관련기관과의 적극적인 협력관계를 맺어야 한다. 내부적으로는 동사무소문고의 운영담당자들 사이에 활발한 교류를 위한 협력망을 형성하여야 한다. 학계에서는 문고의 운영을 위한 기본 모델과 동사무소문고의 환경과 이용자의 필요에 따른 특화 모델을 개발하여야 한다.

사무공간 구조에 따른 실내공기 중 생물학적 오염분포 특성 (Microbiological Contamination in Office Buildings by Work Space Structure)

  • Objectives: This study was undertaken in order to evaluate by work space zoning and structure the concentrations of biological contaminants in the indoor air of domestic office buildings. Methods: Air samples were collected in the office spaces of 15 office buildings in Seoul from June 28 to July 28, 2011. Prior to the sampling, each office was classified into 'open-plan office', 'cellular office' and 'mixed office' according to the work space zoning. To evaluate the biological contamination of indoor air, total suspended bacteria (TSB), Gram positive bacteria (GPB), Staphylococcus aureus (S.A), Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Gram negative bacteria (GNB) and fungi were investigated. During the sampling, temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) were measured. Results: The TSB concentrations ($GM{\pm}GSD$) were $452({\pm}1.3)cfu/m^3$ in open-plan offices, $366({\pm}1.3)cfu/m^3$ in cellular offices and $287({\pm}1.5)cfu/m^3$ in mixed offices, and there were significant differences between the three groups (p<0.05). The highest concentrations ($GM{\pm}GSD$) of fungi were found in the indoor air of cellular offices $128({\pm}1.0)cfu/m^3$, which was at least three times higher than the concentrations in mixed offices $43({\pm}1.0)cfu/m^3$ (p<0.05). Conclusions: Microbiological contamination in the indoor air of office buildings by work space structure was the highest with the open-plan office layout which includes no high walls or doors separating the occupants.
