Isoflavone Contents of Soybean according to Different Planting Dates (파종기 이동에 따른 콩의 Isoflavone 함량 변화)

  • This study was conducted to compare the changes of isoflavone content grown at different planting dates and to determine a relationship between growing periods and isoflavone content, in soybean. A total fifty six soybean varieties, including summer type soybean, Chinese varieties and domestic soybean varieties, were used this experiment. Mean total isoflavone content of domestic soybean varieties was higher than summer type soybean varieties and Chinese varieties. And, the soybean isoflavone content was significantly increased in growth at late planting dates. Soybean isoflavone contents was increased with longer reproductive growth period. While, the relationship between seed weight and isoflavone content showed significantly negative correlation coefficient, -0.57 at Apr. 15, -0.51 at May 15, and -0.38 at Jun. 15, respectively planting dates.

Physicochemical Characteristics of Korean Wheat Varieties (국산 소맥 및 소맥분의 이화학적 특성)

  • Three Korean leading wheat varieties and three imported ones were tested to compare the domestic wheat varieties with imported ones for their grain and Sour quality. The domestic varieties were generally inferior to the imported ones in milling characteristics. The milling rate of the Korean varieties was $66{\sim}68%$, while the imported one was 70%. But Jogwang, one of the Korean varieties had relatively high milling rate, 68%. Jogwang had a protein conten of 9.5%, sedimentation value of 30 ㏄ and Pelshenke value of 35 minutes. Jogwang seems likely to have a suitable quality as a soft variety and it showed somewhat better flour quality than white soft wheat, the imported soft wheat on farinogram.

  • This study presents a revitalization of the professional leagues through the identification of the problem based on analyzing the domestic professional sports business environment. The development plan for emerging problem is present along with guidelines that are appropriate for local environment and situation for league revitalization. First, the creation of a variety of marketing opportunity and integrated marketing strategy must be accompanied by the development for generating of the professional sports league's revenue. Second, Marketing of a player's potential should be developed. and utilized. Third, the domestic players and foreign players salary cap celery cap placed on the proportion of salary should be lower. Finally, Youth Club, based on the activation of a growing base should be made.

  • In the trend of concentrating on the consumer driven experience market as a new marketing concept according to the improvement of life standard and the change of consummation pattern, SPA brand has applied experience marketing strategies to the market successfully to be grown constantly with consumer secure and production of business benefit through brand image and positive consumer attraction. Therefore, this study aims to research the experiential representation element and attribute in the competitive Global SPA brand space due to the sustainable growth from the recent domestic fashion market based on the strategy type of the experiential marketing. Thus, the experiential marketing strategy type was drawn based on the experiential marketing and the theoretical reflections of Global SPA brand, and the SPA brand space was classified depending on the attribute of the commercial space for making the framework of case analysis, so it was progressed as the method of analysis through the experiential representation attribute in the SPA brand space. The marketing strategy and representation for advertising the image of company and product message by the SPA brand should be planned, so successful application of the experiential marketing to the shop is connected to the corporate interests, and forming the meaning more than space by impressing on the consumers the brand and arousing the emotional experience of the consumers and meeting the consumers' a variety of needs had effects on forming a lasting relationship between the brand and consumers. Therefore, this study is expected to be an opportunity to vitalize the domestic SPA brand behind the competition with the Global SPA brand.

  • Since success of in the box office, there are not only highly interested in 3D Stereoscopic in Media market but also has been briskly supporting for 3D Stereoscopic producing in variety platforms including film, broadcasting, mobile They expect 3D Stereoscopic will be a new standard format for media of domestic market as well as overseas. However there are required professional production system and grant capital for 3D Stereoscopic production. In case of domestic industry, there are not forged through specialized production system and lack of 3D Stereoscopic producing. They are needed not only Pipeline for 3D Stereoscopic production but also strategic supporting like specialized education and test-bed for 3D Stereoscopic production. It is able to established efficient and specialized system for 3D Stereoscopic production given the pipeline proposal.

Korean TV Talk Shows Trend from a Self-disclosure Perspective (국내 오락 토크쇼 흐름과 소통 형태 및 구조에 대한 연구-자기노출 관점을 바탕으로)

  • The competitive circumstance among domestic TV stations caused by TV channels of comprehensive programming appearance in 2011 brought the rapid growth of talk shows. The purpose of this article is to diagnose the talk shows trend from a self-disclosure perspective to consider a social aspect and communication structure in popular TV programs. 26 domestic TV talk shows from 2011 to 2014 were collected and analyzed to understand current state and grasp genres and formats. The results show that self-disclosure talk shows are increasing under the leading of terrestrial TV channels. The talk only type of talk show is superior in numbers compare to the variety type talk show includes such as game and quiz. The popular talk shows were produced inside studio mainly with fun seeking topics. Multi MCs and guests encountered many to many communication structure. The marked changes among self-disclosure talk shows to encourage participation of entertainers' family members and ordinary people are emerging and it is a noteworthy phenomenon.

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to calculate U-factor of the window using international standard methods and compare quantitative and tendency difference focused on ISO standard 15099 and ISO standard 10077. And the result of ISO standard calculation methods is verified using thermal performance experiment to evaluate applicability of domestic certification system. This study is utilized a basis for activation of domestic window certification system. Method: First, 16 cases are selected that is combined a variety of frame, Glazing, spacer, etc. The selected cases were simulated using WINDOW&THERM based on ISO 15099 and 10077 calculation method. Second, experiment was conducted based on Korean standard condition. Then, it was compared the error of experiment and simulation results. Through this process, ISO 15099 and 10077 calculation methods were evaluated accuracy and utilization. Result: The results show that the difference of ISO 15099 and ISO 10077-2 is maximum 5.4%. The results of comparing U-factor errors based on the Korea standard experiment test found 2.4%. Consequently, it will be possible to combination calculation methods of ISO 15099 and ISO 10077 for a single window.

Thereby this is expected to be utilized as a basis for the domestic Physical Security Technology development and deployment Road-map in a future.

The Distribution of Indicator Microorganisms and Identification of Antibiotic Resistant Strains in Domestic Animal Feces (가축 분변 유래 지표미생물 분포 및 항생제 내성 균주의 동정)

  • Objectives: To estimate the microbial contaminant load discharged from livestock farms, we randomly selected livestock farmers of cattle, swine, and fowl and collected bacterial strains from domestic animals' feces and compost samples. Recently, as multi-antibiotic-resistant bacteria and super bacteria showing resistance to a variety of antibiotics have been reported one after another, the ecological and health hazard of antibiotic-resistant bacteria is emerging as an important issue. Methods: Monitored indicator microorganism constituents were totak coliform (TC), fecal coliform (FC), and aerobic bacteria. The multi-antibiotic-resistant bacteria were identified from investigated indicator microorganisms by 16S rRNA sequencing. Results: By microbiological analysis, the largest population of aerobic bacteria ($1.5{\times}10^5$ CFU/g) was found in cattle fecal compost, and total coliforms ($1.1{\times}10^7$ CFU/g) and fecal coliforms ($1.0{\times}10^5$ CFU/g) were found primarily in swine fecal compost, while the lowest population was found in fowl fecal compost. Among the 67 strains separated from aerobic bacteria, five strains expressing high antibiotic resistance were selected in each sample. We found the multi-antibiotic resistant strains to be Shigella boydii, Staphylococcus lentus, Acinetobacter sp. and Brevibacterium luteolum. Conclusions: These results suggest that increasing numbers of multi-antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the environment have a close relation to the reckless use of antibiotics with livestock.

Research of International and domestic design for developing of outdoor products (아웃도어 상품개발을 위한 국내·외 브랜드 디자인 연구)

  • The increase in the consumption of outdoors sportswear is not because of an increase in sales from hiking enthusiasts but rather the general public's desire to wear them as everyday clothing. We expect that the market for the outdoors sportswear will grow gradually as people feel the need to wear extra outerwear for protection from wind everyday. Furthermore, as the consumers' demands for these outerwear increase, their desire for more variety increases as well. Five prominent domestic brands were chosen for the analysis. The selection method included two factors: 1) the brands with the highest sales figures in the last five years 2) brands that were mentioned most frequently in fashion articles (i.e apparel news, fashion biz) from 2009 to 2011. the goal is to analyze each of the brands' different concepts of outerwear design so that the results from the analysis can be used to develop better more diverse products in the market and satisfy with the consumers' need. In the end we have to develop better technology and more diverse designs in order to meet the increase in consumers' need. They are interested in sportswear and functional clothing; we have to satisfy their need. for diverse selections in their outerwear and this is especially the case with consumers in their teens and twenties.
