The purpose of this study is to measure importance and performance levels of marketing 4P components of exporting companies, to compare & analyze domestic and foreign exporters' levels and to establish marketing 4P strategies with maintaining some components, improving some marketing activities and reducing activities to enhance korean exporters' competitiveness. Korean exporters' performance is better than foreigners' in product quality, inquiry and order processing of product, product adoptions. And foreigners' performance is better than koreans' in lower price, price adoption, various ways of payments, discount prices.

This article provides an overview of the state of affairs of arbitrator disclosure obligations in Korea. It shows how Korean courts will analyze arbitrator conflicts and obligations through an evaluation of Supreme Court judgments and a case-specific analysis of the recent Oilhub case and provides a comparative perspective through a review of recent Japanese case law. Although limited to domestic arbitrations, it assesses the various grounds that courts consider when determining impermissible arbitrator conflicts based on relations with parties and when an award might be set aside as a result. With the 2016 adoption of the KCAB Code of Ethics for Arbitrators and its rigorous standards, great clarity has been brought to the landscape. The Code of Ethics marks a significant milestone in enhancing the robustness of arbitrator disclosures and guaranteeing the fairness, integrity, and transparency of Korean arbitration practice and law.

The most recent building trend is going large, high rise, high strength as overlarge project is developing in domestic construction business. Belite cement has properties like low heat, excellent long term strength, and durability without admixture(fly ash, silica fume). so, Belite cement is suitable for mass structure which is needed high strength, high fluidity and low heat property. This study is to examine the possibility of site adoption microwave-use early strength estimation method. Based on the existed study related the portland cement, the interrelation between Belite cement and microwave-use early strength estimation method is required. In this study, interrelation between mortar and Evaluating strength estimation method is investigated before the concrete experiment.

본 논문에서는 MW급 집중배치형 태양광 발전시스템 설치 전 기상청 기상대 기후자료를 Solar Pro 시뮬레이터에 적용하여 최적의 발전 Site를 선정하는 방법을 소개하고, 그 결과를 보여준다. 국내 지역별로 일사량 및 지역 기후 특성에 따라 태양광 발전의 발전량이 차이가 남에 따라 태양광발전 사업 전 반드시 거쳐야 할 단계이다. 이를 토대로 MW급 태양광 발전시스템 설치 시 각 지역별 경제성 차이도 알아 볼 수 있다.

Motion picture industry is one of the most representative fields in the cultural industry and has experienced constant growth both worldwide and within domestic markets. However, little research has been undertaken for diffusion patterns of motion pictures, whereas various issues such as demand forecasting and success factor analysis have been widely explored. To analyze diffusion patterns, we adopted extended Bass model to reflect the potential demand of movies. Four clusters of selected movies were derived by k-means clustering method with criteria of opening strength and profitability and then compared by their diffusion patterns. Results indicated that movies with high profitability and medium opening strength are most significantly influenced by word of mouth effect, while low profitability movies display nearly monotonic decreasing diffusion patterns with noticeable initial adoption rates and relatively early peak points in their runs.

Global e-SCM (electronic Supply Chain Management) has become an important business strategy in a rapidly changing global competition environment. It encompasses both domestic business and overseas business. Overseas business, including B2B and B2G, involves the complex trade procedures across countries. So, the standardization of electronic documents (messages) and business processes is one of critical factors for the successful implementation of global e-SCM. Without standardized messages and streamlined business processes, the benefits of global e-SCM would not be guaranteed because of human intervention like re-keying business data, which may create errors, delay processes, cause additional data or procedures, etc. Thus, this paper is to review the implementation challenges of Global e-SCM, to address the needs for electronic information flows through the standardization in electronic documents and business processes for fast and accurate trade transactions in the global supply chain activities, and to assert the importance of adoption of international standards.

Recently, electricity demand of remote islands in Korea has been rapidly increased. It's mainly due to increase of income level resulted from economic development. Electricity demand patterns and characteristics in remote islands are different from those of mainland in point of time of peak load, demographic and industrial characteristics of islands, and so on. The optimal power supply in remote islands has a important relationship with accurate analysis of island's load characteristics, the adoption of relevant load forecasting technique, and optimal power facilities reflecting local's electricity demand characteristics. This paper shows the recent load pattern and characteristics, load forecasting using probability distribution, and the perpetration of relevant power facilities in remote islands.

This study examines which factors are urging Korean companies to participate in e-marketplaces. By adding interorganizational factors, we extended an innovation-theory-based research model that is often applied to study the information technology adoption. 71 questionnaires from 720 Korean manufacturing companies were collected. Independent variables of the research were environmental, organizational, innovation, and interorganizational characteristics. We found that the environmental characteristics, innovation characteristics, and interorganizational characteristics have insignificant effect on the participation of domestic companies in e-marketplaces whereas the organizational characteristics have significant relationship with the participation in e-marketplaces. The result implies that many Korean companies take wait-and-see strategy in the forming stage of e-marketplaces, However, IT infrastructure and the support of top management for IT play very important role in adopting e-marketplaces.

In December 1999, the AICPA introduced WebTrust, a electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web, in order to effect consumer confidence into electronic commerce. Shortly afterwards, CPA associations of other advanced nations, such as Canada, Australia, also adopted this service. This study focuses on introduction of electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web. WebTrust assurance service expected to be the international standard in electronic commerce in the near future and not only as a source of income for domestic accounting firms, which have simpler income structure than the international counterparts, but also as catalyst for stimulating electronic commerce. The findings of the study are expected to contribute to accounting practice, academy of accounting and electronic commerce firms in the following ways. Domestically, as Korea is considering using the electronic commerce assurance service, this study will help promote adoption of WebTrust assurance service. This study has shown, in the midst of declining income of accounting firms by audit, a way to increase their audit boundary.
