한국 석재산업의 IT 도입 및 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Adoption and Activation of IT for Korean Stone Industry)

  • Demand for stone products used as building materials is increasing. The construction industry, the value of the stone industry is sufficient, but the domestic stone industry is very lag regarding IT utilization. However, the overseas stone industry produces high-quality products using IT. In this study, we want to offer an IT application technology priority fit for the stone industries. We identify the current status and production process of the stone industries, then set the priority of various IT, so that obtain competitiveness in the domestic stone industries, and minimize the gap between the overseas stone industries. Therefore, we used AHP method; stone industry production processes were selected as the Enterprise Operation Management, Quarrying, Manufacturing, Construction and Maintenance of first-tier. The second-tier ones are consisted of 30 factors out of IT elements. Focus group interviews were conducted to confirm the validity of each factor. As a result, most important factors of first-tier was selected as the order of Manufacturing, Quarrying, Enterprise Operation Management, and Construction & Maintenance. The top 5 of 30 factors in the second-tier were selected Smart Sensor, Mobile Device, Robot of manufacturing, GIS of quarrying, and SCM of enterprise operation management. And the factor that relatively less important was GPS of construction and maintenance. If properly applied an IT application technology for stone industry, we expect to provide efficient production lines and increase customer satisfaction, which will ultimately expand the promotion for the industry and thus act as positive factor in promoting the stone industry.

  • 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)은 인터넷 기반 플랫폼을 이용하여 개인 및 기업이 필요한 자금을 다수의 대중으로부터 모으는 행위로 SNS 확산과 더불어 성장하고 있다. 크라우드펀딩의 기능은 자금조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 기업 및 창업기업들에게 혁신적인 자금조달 수단이다. 국내 크라우드펀딩은 도입초기단계로 문화, 예술 분야에 집중되어 있고, 공익적인 성격을 가진 프로젝트가 많다. 그러나 국내 크라우드펀딩의 높아진 관심에도 불구하고, 전자상거래 무역창업에 크라우드펀딩의 투자사례는 드물며, 창업금융의 역할에도 미비하여 많은 문제점이 제기 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자상거래 무역창업에 크라우드펀딩을 성공적으로 활용하고자 할 때 고려되어야 할 요인들을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 크라우드펀딩 시장현황과 각국의 법률 및 정책을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 전자상거래 무역창업 투자 관점에서 국내 크라우드펀딩 관련 법률 및 제도의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

신제품 및 서비스에 있어 이분조각 Bass모형에 의한 확산 패턴 분석 (Analysis of Diffusion Pattern in New Product and Services Based on Two-pieces Bass Model)

  • The Bass model is the most widely used model in research of new product diffusion because it presents a nice explanation on the diffusion process of new products. However, it has a limitation that its performance of fitness is lower as the available data become less and also, the diffusion curve is bell-shape and so, it can not represent the various diffusion patterns. Recently, a two-pieces Bass model is developed and applied to analyze diffusion of 10 products. The results are encouraging in terms of fitness. However, diffusion pattern is not dealt with in the paper. In this paper, analysis of diffusion pattern is in depth addressed in two-pieces Bass model. It is shown that the diffusion curves are divided into 3 types with respect to the peak adoption rate and each type is divided into 2 types further. Takeoff time of a diffusion process is analyzed by using the inflection point and regime-change time where it represents the point that imitation and innovation parameters change. Empirical studies for 68 products(28 domestic products and 40 USA products) are performed to analyze the diffusion pattern. Findings are that diffusion patterns of all products except 1 USA product show type I and regime-change time becomes shorter as the introduction time of the product is later in domestic products and regime-change time can be regarded as a takeoff time in 47% of total 68 products.

  • 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 데이터 저장·관리 및 활용·분석 등을 가능하게 하는 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술의 특성으로 공공·금융·의료 등 다양한 산업군에서 클라우드 서비스 도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 금융 산업은 선제적으로 클라우드 서비스를 도입하여 다양한 혁신 사례를 창출하고 있으며, 이미 해외 금융권에서는 신용리스크 분석, 금융사기 데이터 분석, 주식거래 분석 등 디지털화의 가속화를 진행하고 있다. 반면, 국내 금융권의 경우 클라우드 서비스 도입과 혁신 사례들이 저조할 뿐만 아니라 대부분 후선업무 서비스 부문에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 데이터 저장과 관리에 대한 규제, 개인 정보 보호에 대한 규제 등 산재되어 있는 다양한 보수적인 규제 요건과 의사결정모형 개발, 보안사고 및 서비스 장애에 따른 책임소재기준 설정 등의 해결과제들로 많은 금융사들이 클라우드 서비스를 도입하는 것에 부담을 갖고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선제적 해결과제들을 도출하여 우선순위를 살펴봄으로써 국내 금융권 클라우드 도입 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

건설신기술의 현장활용 저해요인 분석 및 활성화 방안 (Examination of Obstacles Impeding the Deployment of New Construction Technologies On-Site and Development of an Activation Strategy)

  • 국내 건설신기술제도는 건설업계의 자발적인 기술개발을 유도하여 국내 건설기술 수준 향상 및 경쟁력 강화에 기여하였다. 특히 건설신기술의 현장적용으로 공사비 절감 및 공기단축의 성과를 달성하였다. 그러나 건설신기술제도가 도입된 지 33년이 지났지만, 건설신기술의 매년 지정건수와 건설현장 활용실적은 정체 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설신기술의 현장활용 저해요인을 다각적으로 분석하고, 현장활용 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 주요 결과는 건설신기술 활용실적 모니터링 제도 도입, 특정공법심의 기술위주의 평가, 건설신기술 사후평가시스템 개선, 건설신기술의 기술마켓시스템 등록체계 구축, 건설신기술의 활용실적 관리방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 제도개선은 건설신기술의 현장활용을 촉진할 것으로 기대된다.

TNFD 적용을 위한 국내 활용가능 데이터 적용 방안 검토 (Review of Domestic Data Application Strategies for TNFD Implementation)

  • The loss of biodiversity poses a significant threat not only to business sustainability and investment risk but also to societal well-being. Nature serves as a crucial driver for long-term business viability and economic prosperity. The Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), established in September 2023, mandates that companies assess and disclose their impacts on nature. Despite this, many businesses lack a full understanding of their reliance on and impact upon natural capital and ecosystem services, leading to insufficient disclosures. This study evaluates the applicability of TNFD's assessment methodologies and indicators within a domestic context, highlighting the condition of nature and ecosystem services, and exploring potential synergies with national biodiversity policies. Our analysis suggests that TNFD necessitates a unique approach to the spatial and temporal data and methodologies traditionally employed in environmental impact assessments. This includes assessing the reciprocal influences of corporate activities on natural capital and ecosystem services via the LEAP framework. Moreover, in industries where the choice of specific indicators depends on unique sectoral traits, developing a standardized strategy for data and assessment indicators-adapted to local conditions-is crucial due to the variability in the availability of assessment tools and data. The proactive engagement of the private sector in ecosystem restoration projects is particularly promising for contributing towards national biodiversity objectives. Although TNFD is in its nascent phase, its global adoption by numerous companies signifies its potential impact. Successful implementation of TNFD is anticipated to deepen businesses' and financial institutions' understanding of natural capital and ecosystem services, thereby reinforcing their commitment to sustainable development.

철도차량 운전실의 작업환경 개선을 위한 요건관리 및 시험평가 방안에 관한 연구 (On the Development of Requirements and Test and Evaluation Procedure for Improving the Work Environment of Locomotive Cabs)

  • Recent trends in rail industry can be characterized by the multifunctionality and very high-speed modes of operations. In particular, the adoption of the unmaned or operatorless operations has been getting increased attention in which case ensuring systems safety is crucial. On the other hand, according to the result of analyzing rail accidents, the human/operator errors have turned out to be one of the key causes of the accidents. Therefore, the effort of improving the work environment of locomotive cabs is quite necessary in order to decrease the accidents. The objective of this paper is studying on how to incorporate the factors related to the train operators in the design of the locomotive cabs and also on how to evaluate the design results obtained, which is subsequently reflected in the generation of the test and evaluation procedure. The approach taken is based on systems engineering, yielding the procedure document as a result. The results obtained in the paper can be useful in confirming the design of locomotive cabs utilizing the domestic human/operator measure. Also, the way of achieving the objectives can be utilized to cover the expanded rail systems development with appropriate design activities added.

한국과 일본 자동차 업체의 혁신 성과 공유 방식에 대한 비교 연구 (A Cross-Comparative Study of Benefit Sharing: Korea and Japan)

  • This study examines the differences of enacting models and influential causes of benefit-sharing practices between Korean automobile networks and the Japanese networks. The case study method is chosen for this research because only small numbers of supply networks adopt benefit-sharing practices. I employ semi-structured interviews with managers from four automobile manufacturers and eight of their suppliers in South Korea and Japan. I find that Japanese automobile networks have adopted a higher level of trust-demanding, with a higher level of value-creating models such as supplier development, joint-new-product development. Whereas, the Korean networks have adopted the lower trust demanding, also less profitable models such as supplier's suggestion and buyer's suggestion. In terms of work-related cultural values, I find that Japanese networks emphasized collectivism. Both buyers and suppliers in the Japanese networks are supposed to have common causes. In contrast, Korean networks emphasized individualism. Both buyers and suppliers of Korea generally do not identify that they are common group members with a common cause. I also find that a slight differences of the enacting models and the causes between foreign-owned networks and domestic-owned networks within each country. Foreign-owned networks have adopted lower trust demanding, also less profitable models. The findings demonstrate that the cultural values have a decisive influence on the adoption of benefit sharing models for the networks in Japan, and South Korea.

철도내장형제어기의 안전확보를 위한 소프트웨어 코딩규약 확보방안 (A Study on The Software Coding Standard for Safety of Railway Embedded System)

  • Safety is important factor in railway system. Now most of the electric and electronic system which is applied in railway system is the embedded system which software is used. The constitution rate of software which is involved in railway system is gradually increasing. Most of the software which is used in railway system is implemented by the software developer. Thus the implemented code has different features according to the developer and this may cause the bad effect on the software's maintenance. International standard IEC 62279 requires an adoption the coding standard to developing the railway software. And it is plan to recommend complying with the coding standard in safety criteria for railway software which is noticed as the regulation of the Korean railway safety law. In this paper, we review the requirement of coding standards which is present in the software criteria for railway software and international standard. Also it investigates the coding standard which is in other safety related industry and presents the effective way to apply the software coding standard to domestic railway industry.

  • 미국 건설시장은 미국 전체 경제에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 최근 통계에 의하면 미국 건설산업은 연간 약 4천억 달러 규모로 미국 GDP의 $4.5\%$을 차지하고 있다. 그리고 건설산업내의 치열한 경쟁 때문에 성과와 프로세스의 개선을 위해 벤치마킹이 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 글에서는 CII Benchmarking and Metrics 프로그램의 전반적인 소개와 현재까지 수집된 데이터베이스 그리고 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 회원사에게 제공하는 결과물을 소개하고 있다. 벤치마킹을 한국 건설시장에 도입하는 것은 한국 건설산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 한 방안이 될 것이다.
