근로자들의 이직 의도에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 실증연구: 공공 데이터베이스와 의사결정나무 기법을 중심으로 (Empirical Analysis of Influential Factors Affecting Domestic Workers' Turnover Intention: Emphasis on Public Database and Decision Tree Method)

  • 본 연구는 한국고용정보원 공공디비 자료에 의사결정나무 기법을 적용하여 근로자들이 이직을 하려고 하는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 근로자들의 고용유지 강화방안을 제시한다. 분석대상은 근속기간이 4개월 이상으로 수습 기간이 지난 정규직 근로자를 대상으로 하였고, 분석목표는 해당 근로자들의 이직준비 여부에 영향을 주는 의사결정 규칙을 도출하는 것으로 하였다. 타겟 분석 데이터는 한국고용정보원에서 발간된 수집한 「2017년 대졸자 직업이동경로조사」를 사용하였다. 분석결과 '교육수준과 일의 수준의 일치 정도', '개인 발전 가능성', '직무 관련 교육 및 훈련', '승진 제도', '임금 및 소득', '일자리에 대한 사회적 평판', '고용 안정성' 등이 이직준비 여부에 영향을 주는 주요요인으로 나타났다.

사물지능통신(M2M) 가사기술의 선택 요인 (Factors to Affect the Selection of Machine-to-Machine Household Technology)

  • 이 연구는 소비자들이 사물지능통신(Machine-to-Machine: 이하 M2M) 기술을 활용한 가전제품을 구매 및 사용하고자 할 때, 어떠한 요인들이 그 제품을 선택하는 데 영향을 미치는지 고찰하였다. M2M 가사기술은 모바일 인터넷을 통해 가전제품과 가정 내 각종 시설을 원격제어하거나 전자동으로 작동시키는 새로운 정보통신기술로, 여성들의 가사노동 부담 해소와 사회 참여를 지지할 수 있는 기술이다. 이 논문은 이러한 점에 주목하여 성별, 소득 수준, 기혼여성의 취업 여부, 모바일 인터넷 기기의 보유 여부 등 4개의 독립변수가 소비자들의 M2M 가전제품의 구매 및 사용의사와 어떠한 상관관계에 있는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과 M2M 가전제품의 구매와 사용을 모두 결정할 수 있는 변수는 '스마트폰과 태블릿PC 등 모바일 인터넷 기기의 보유 여부'로 확인되었다. 이와 달리 기혼여성의 취업 여부는 구입의사에만 영향을 미쳤고 소득수준과 성별 요인은 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 '주부의 취업, 소득, 성별 변수에 의해 가사기술이 도입된다'는 기존 연구와 다른 새로운 성과이다.

찰옥수수 연구 - XIII. 다수성 찰옥수수 "대덕찰 1호"의 주요 작물학적 특성 및 경제성 분석 (Study on waxy corn - XIII. Botanical characteristics and crude incomes analysis of Daedukchal 1)

  • Daeduckchal 1 waxy corn hybrid including check was planted and compared with domestic leading vatiety on agronomic characteristics, traits related to table gualities and crude income. Stem and ear height of Daeduckchal 1 among used hybrids were intermediate and stem diameter was also similar to other hybrids. Days to tasseling of this hybrid needed 56 days which was slightly shorter than check hybrid, Yeonnong. Ear length of CNU-H2 was longer than Yeonnongchal as 21.7 cm, while Chalok 2 was 14.1 cm. Number of tillers per plant of this hybrid were higher than Chalok 2 but lower than Yeonnong. Pericarp thickness of CNU-H2 and CNU-H3 were similar to Yeonnon. In sugar content, Daeduckchal 1 was intermediate level as 11.7 brix(%). Marketability of Daeduckchal 1 was the highest among used hybrids and crude incomes was also high.

국민소득 2만달러 달성의 성장엔진으로서 기상정보의 역할 (The Role of Weather and Climate Information as a Growth Engine for Passing the Gross Domestic Product per Head of $20,000)

  • High quality meteorological information is the typical product of service business industry which can offer the investment initiative by reducing the uncertainty and by activating other related industries. It requires a high level of meteorological technology and of ability to transform such technology as merchandising products. According to the analysis of the WMO data, the level of Korean meteorological technology is comparable to that of the nation with $17,500, GDP per head. However, the income of the meteorological business agent earns in Korea is 8 billion 4 hundred million won which is less than a tenth of that made by the US or Japan. The potential for such business field in Korea will be strong enough, if one can overcome such weak points. In addition, the efforts made by the government to advance the meteorological technology have been actualized gradually. Korean government will have a chance that is comparable to offering jobs for 20,000 unemployed by creating incomes of 40 billion won by meteorological technology as a sustained economic growth engine. It is proposed that government stimulate demand and supply by focusing on sales quantity than the price. The key points for creating the new demand are marketing and outsourcing of weather and climate information by maintaining the cooperative relationship between private and public sector.

소비자의 곡물 가공제품 구매 속성 및 선호도 조사 연구 (The Study on Consumers' Preference and Purchasing Property of Processed Grain Products)

  • This study had purpose to examine the consumers preference and buying property of processed products by rice, barley, wheat, bean. For the study, the interview was conducted of 300 samples more than 19 years of age. We attempt to examine consumers' preference and individual properties when purchasing processed grain products. Questionnaire was filled for the 23 variable by referring to previous studies to investigate the properties to consider when consumer purchasing the products. To conceptualize, reduce the high correlation parameters by factor analysis. The results attribute to seven factors that safety, brand/image, taste/shelf life, convenience seeking, preferred high-quality, price, consumption patterns. These properties showed significant differences in demographics. First, there was statistically difference by age in safety, brand/image, high quality preference, taste/shelf life. Second, Safety and high-quality preference were the difference between jobs, and depending on household income were significant difference in consumption patterns. We analyzed the purchasing preference by purchase frequency. Ramen, bread, beer are higher purchase frequency than any processed grain products. On the other hand, frozen rice, soybean paste, red pepper paste that are used primarily domestic raw, were lower purchase frequency. But the difference of purchase property according to products was very similar that the highest factor is price, the following factor as taste. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented.

An analysis of the effects of Japan's nuclear power plant accident on Korean consumers' response to imported food consumption

  • This study was intended to identify the main factors responsible for the decline in purchase of imported agricultural and fish products after Japan's nuclear power plant accident in 2011 and to compare the effects on imported agricultural produce and imported fish products. Logit model and multiple regression model analyses were performed using consumers' survey data. Psychological and qualitative factors reflecting consumers' food safety awareness and purchasing preferences, which were extracted by Factor analysis, were included as the models' explanatory variables, along with socio-demographic and economic factors. The Logit estimation showed aged, married, and low-income households had significantly higher probability of reducing their purchases of imported agricultural and fish products. However, the multiple regression results pointed out that the actual rate of decrease of imported agricultural and fish products purchases were more significantly affected by non-socio demographic factors such as past experience of purchasing imported agricultural and fish products, future intention to purchasing Japanese agricultural and fish products, and the ratio of imported to domestic agricultural and fish products before the nuclear accident, as well as consumers' feeling of food insecurity and their purchasing preferences. Moreover, the results showed that Korean consumers have reacted more sensitively to the decline in imported fish products than imported agricultural produce after the nuclear accident based on the marginal effects of various socio-demographic and economic factors.

  • 그간 기술보호에 관한 연구가 기술유출 방지활동 연구에 집중되어 있고, 기술보호 활동이 투자로만 인식하고 있어서 보안관련 인력채용과 장비설치에 소극적인 실정이다. 이에 기술유출시 발생하는 피해금액을 수익으로 간주하고, 산업연관표를 활용하여 기술보호 활동이 국내 경제에 미치는 효과를 찾고자 하였다. 산업연관표는 바실리 레온티예프에 의해 시작되었으며, 국내는 한국은행에서 1960년 처음으로 작성되었고 국내 기술보호관련 경제성 연구는 2001년 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증도입 후 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 기술보호가 투자가 아닌 수익으로 인식전환 되길 바란다.

우간다 농촌지도사업의 국내외적인 영향 요인 고찰 (Factors Influencing the National Agricultural Advisory Service in Uganda: Domestic and International Context)

  • In Uganda, the National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAADS) is responsible for agricultural advisory and extension services of the country. NAADS is a semi-autonomous public agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) accounted for 45% of the MAAIF total budget. It aims to have a decentralized farmer owned/controlled agricultural advisory service system with increasing participation of the private sector. NAADS is greatly influenced by the extension framework of Neuchatel Group comprising representatives from the cooperation agencies and Official Development Assistance (ODA) donor countries. At the initial stage of the program, only 7 districts promoted the initiative and eventually spread out all over the country afterwards. These initiatives greatly contribute to the agricultural development and increase the farmers' income by 42-53%. However, due to the political intervention, the original goal was manipulated and criticized with briberies and corruption. Recently, the government of Uganda is considering a way to unify the agricultural advisory and extension services under the government programs.

소비자의 과체중·비만지각과 외식 시 영양정보 활용 차이 (Perception of Being Overweight and Obese and the Use of Information on Food Away from Home)

  • This study explores the effects of various factors on the use of nutrition information on food away from home (FAFH). Consumer groups were classified into groups according to their perception of being overweight and obese (correctly perceiving, underestimating and overestimating weight). For this, frequency analysis, a chi-square test, and an ANOVA were conducted to determine any differences between factors, and a logit analysis (SPSS 18.0) was conducted to identify those factors influencing the use of information. Information recognition, intentions to use information and the use on FAFH showed significant differences across the groups. In addition, health inspection, the perception of the intrinsic quality of restaurants, labeling, FAFH expenditure, and some individual characteristics showed significant differences between groups. The information recognition of FAFH had a significant positive effect on information use in all groups. In all groups, labeling had a significant positive effect on information use, and family health concerns had a significant positive effect on information use in the group correctly perceiving weight. The price of domestic food items, household head and household income had significant positive effects on information use in the group overestimating weight.

  • The air-conditioning industry is closely related to types of lifestyles, climate, and products. With the improvement of national income, the pursuit of pleasant living and working environments, and South Korea's four seasons and distinct climatic conditions, demand for air conditioning has increased. In addition, the industry is becoming increasingly precise and cooperative, and the increase in the domestic production of sophisticated air conditioning and continued growth of future industrial cooperation are expected to rapidly rise. Accordingly, the study of air piping systems can improve the productivity and quality of products and cost savings and can achieve vibration reduction. Additionally, using a heat treatment furnace for copper tube annealing treatment reduces the risk of using an oxy-acetylene torch.
