Intangible Culture Heritage can show its face only by representation of people in no form. Accordingly, if there are not people who represent Intangible Culture Heritage or records which is about Intangible Culture Heritage, we can see its appearance any more. Now on, Intangible Culture Heritage preservation policy of Korea is incomplete, so polices that Intangible Culture Heritage keeps on its values permanently, are essential. This study starting from these critical mind, suggests documentation method of Gangneung Danoje. This study designs documentation plans of Intangible Culture Heritage considering whore its whole lifecyle that produced, keened, used, preserved. To document the Gangneung Danoje, the target of documentation is selected and divided as ceremony, transmit from generation to generation, related data. the ceremony and transmit from generation to generation of Gangneung Danoje are recognized by building the business process, so records that produces whenever business act produce, subjects who produce the records, the spot where records are produced. A related data is not the target of documentation produced as continual business, but something to worthy of keeping as records is selected. Through investigation of the ceremony, transmit from generation to generation, and related data, this study selects objects to documentation and suggests method of documentation and subjects who document records.

Recently in the field of archival science, a variety of documentation issues about community, everyday life, political and social movement and human rights are under discussion focusing on minorities' documentation and implementation of social justice. Those issues are especially focused on documentation about minorities and implementation of social justice. These Archival Activism is evolved from academic and social influence since the late 1960s rather than recent changes. The recent Archival Activism is under way in various fields and forms that encompasses both aspects of the mainstream/fringe groups over the world beyond organizations and areas. 4.16 disaster put archival community in korea many challenges. Now is the time to approach with reflections on records of evidence and heal. This study seeks contemporary documentation's assignments through the documentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement. Firstly, it examines on concept of Archival Activism, origins, and developments. And Based on the documentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement, it investigates a role of the archival profession carrying out Archival Activism.

Railway Station in Korea built for purpose to plunder resource and invade China 19 and 20 century early, It functioned as main transportation and important role in local history. However, Since the late 1990s, Railway Station in Korea is facing major changes due to Railroad Improvement and Restructuring plan. Photography is useful way to represent memory and local history about railway station, but Photography Documentation on railroad station were not discussed until now due to indifference of the KORAIL and peculiarities of national security facilities for a long time. This study suggest what is document activities and facilities of railway station, use value analysis about railway station's value firstly. next, this study set each documentation area with value analysis for a basis and present concrete example. finally, this study adapt documentation area and detail to classification scheme and apply activities and facilities of supplement or revision to classification scheme.

The contemporary incidents, in which hatred toward the socially disadvantaged is the cause, are constantly evoking archivists' social role and responsibility. This study notes the documentation strategy as a way to document contemporary incidents involving the socially disadvantaged as the main actors. The purpose of this study is to propose the documentation strategy for documenting contemporary incidents around the L Comics issue. As a theoretical study, it examines the concept and significance of contemporary incidents documenting and documentation strategies. Through an analysis of the issue's overview, features, key events, and focus groups, the context of the issue was identified, and relevant online records were investigated. In addition, through interviews with stakeholders and experts, opinions on the documentation strategy of the L Comics issue were collected. In conclusion, the study discusses the objectives, direction, principle, category, subject and considerations for documenting the issue, and proposes the documentation strategy for it.

This study attempted to present the direction of the documentation strategy to lay the foundation for preserving and using the modern and contemporary publishing culture in Daegu. To this end, the authors applied the phase of the "documentation area definition and preliminary analysis" suggested in Hackman's model. In the preliminary analysis phase, the authors investigated the cases of documentation on specific topics and conducted interviews with those concerned with documenting the publishing culture of Daegu. The findings of interviews were presented by the categories, such as "the value of Daegu's modern and contemporary publishing culture," "the object and method of collection," "documentation group," and "difficulties and limitations." With these findings, the authors proposed the main elements of a documentation strategy and revised it based on the feedback from two archivists. The proposed elements consist of the purpose, temporal, geographical, and morphological ranges, roles by group, reference sources, prior work, and the consideration for collection and operation. The preliminary analysis of this study will serve as a foundation for preserving and transmitting Daegu's publishing culture.

In this paper, I propose a metric model for measuring complexity of Web documentations which are wrote by HTML and XML. The complexity of Web documentation has effect on documentation understandability which is an important metric in maintenance and reusing of Web documentation. The understandable documents have more effect on WEI. The proposed metric uses the entropy to represent the degree of information flows between Web documentations. The proposed documentation complexity measures the information flows in a Web document based on the information passing relationship between Web document files. I evaluate the proposed metric by using the complexity properties proposed by Weyuker, and measure the document complexity. I show effectiveness of analyzing the correlation between the number of document file and document complexity.

This paper is a discussion on the archival appraisal system that operates to document big events of the society or major public policies. The writer brought up three suggestions; the first is to develop documentation strategy to select archives at the same time it is created. This means that what matters is the scenes contained in the archives, and therefore they must reflect as wide social context as possible, which the writer considered as being caused by the change of thinking on the value of archives. The second is to develop tools to acquire archives that satisfy such strategy. The third is the sustainability of such documentation strategy and archival acquisition methods. Regarding this point, the writer discussed the problems of current national archival system of Korea.

In this paper, we propose a documentation case(before DAPA establishment) for weapon system development that defines development phases, documents which must be produced as a result of development, and relationship between those documents. To develop the documentation system, US DOD Standard, US Military Standard, and instructions of ROK MND are presented and analyzed in the point of standardizing documents. As a result, development phases and document case which is related to those phases are presented for weapon system development.

ISO 9000 series, as quality management system that assesses quality system based on the documentation such as quality manual, documented procedures, specification is properly operated and then decides to give a certification, is a screening documented system that includes factors which may influence quality. Therefore, to have a proper documented system and its performance accordant to it is very important to the company which hopes to acquire the certification of ISO 9000 series. So, the objectives of this paper are to increase the efficiency of the work by cutting down efforts necessary to establish and revise documented procedures for the certification of the ISO 9000 series in the company using the documentation system.
